Lost our luggage, needs better service in airport. No one was helpful
Food and entertainment aren’t applicable as there was neither of each. Seats were not too comfortable.
Already submitted a review for my flight prior to this from Athens to Frankfurt. Very disappointed with this leg of our trip with Lufthansa since the journey TO Athens the week prior was so much better: Lufthansa changed traveller requirements without email updates during our trip and then somehow expected us to know how to adequately prepare. They also made me pay for checked bags when my booking already included a checked bag for my partner and myself... an extra $120 charge that I didn't have time to dispute in the moment, as my partner and I had to race to fulfill Lufthansa's new "all passengers MUST be covid tested" requirement within a slim time frame or risk missing our flight (in spite of arriving at the airport 2 hours early). We even tried calling Lufthansa the day prior since we were having difficulty with online check-in and there was no way to speak directly to an employee. Only voicemail or a chatbot at the website (you can imagine how helpful that was in resolving our inquiries...)

Everything was very good, but my luggage was lost.
No screen map on in front of you to track the flight like Turkish air! No food or coffee for 2h30 just a small plain water and a very small piece of chocolate🤔

Miinukset: "The crew in Cluj airport could not care less about getting the plane boarded and departed on time. For 20 minutes crew stood around in the airport talking to each other and using their cellphones. Finally the transport bus was loaded only to have the bus driver get out, and talk to another employee while simultaneously using his phone. No information was given for the delay and the plane was boarded at time of departure. This careless and unbothered attitude resulted in a missed connecting flight for my partner and I. We were completely unassisted by crew on the plane and ended up having to wait 24hours for our next flight home. Absolutely disgusted by the service provided from Cluj to Munich. I would seriously consider another airline before booking again with Lufthansa for this route."

There were people entering from both the front and the back, meaning people were stuck trying to get past each other in the tight aisle. It was difficult to find space in the overhead compartments for carryon luggage due to people bringing too much stuff - the crew should have stepped in and helped. The food was a bad chicken sandwich with condiments that I could not eat."

Very cramped flight, overhead bins were all completely filled, and passengers had to fly with bags by their feet which was not very comfortable for me personally.

Plussat: "The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled."
Miinukset: "This seat is not ideal for sleeping for taller persons (I'm 185cm tall) as the space to put the feet is very narrow and it's uncomfortable when lying on the back (as one cannot put them in the natural resting position). Cabin temperature could have been a bit lower for my taste. Crew needs better training with regards to transfer procedure in Chengdu."

Also wasn't expecting some of the comforts offered to "regular" class seats like eye masks, ear plugs, pillows and blankets. Also, to the other passengers, sit down until it’s your turn to exit. What is wrong with you that you can’t sit five more minutes? Be polite and let the people in front of you go first, let them have room to grab their bags instead of having your elbows in their face."

You have to pay now and you can take it up with the airline later." This will be a pain in the neck."

It become 12 hours traveling across 4 countries ( we arrived form Stockholm) instead of 5 hours flight as it was supposed to! I'm not recommending to travel with that company it can not be trusted!"

Miinukset: "We had to pay for 3 pieces of luggage, including my hand luggage. It came to about $150 dollars. When i booked the flight, it did not indicate anything about this extra change so be ware of this. The flight itself was quite inexpensive."

AirBaltic refused to compensate for my looses due to thair fault, castomer service is very poor, they took refusal position right away. Air Baltic planes are very old and no air conditioning, avoid air Baltic."

Miinukset: "For people who have Airbaltic as a connecting flight this might be very inconvenient. We paid 40 Eur/person each way for our luggage . That brings the price that you pay so much higher than you expect at first. Also if you don't print boarding pass ahead of time which we didn't (plus still needed to drop off checked luggage and check our passports) they want to charge you 30 Eur a person to print that drinking piece of paper. If you don't want to pay that get out of the line with all of you luggage, go to kiosk and print it, then come back to the line. But that's companies rules , employees just have to follow it. Another problem was their attitude. The guy who got our luggage was so weird. Showing off and talking to us like a boss. After giving us boarding passes he said we can go to the screen and look up the gate ourselves. I never write long reviews but man! they got me mad that day. Never say never - but I don't want to fly with this airline again"

Also had to pay to check my bag on a half full flight. Have never had to check same bag with Ryanair on over 10 flights now. Will never use this airline again."
Miinukset: "I tried to check in on my phone and the app did not allow me. The only way was buying lunch in order to move on with the check in process. I decided to get to the counter and the person charged me US$ 35 euros only for checking me in (even though their app had problems to check in). They charged me in total US$ 100 for checking in and checking my luggage. The service was terrible, especially from the person at the counter. In addition to all that, my luggage did not arrive to the final destination and was lost for an entire week. Every time I called the airline, they were charging me per minute even though they were the ones who lost my suitcase."

Miinukset: "There was someone that pooped themselves, another that threw up, and the flight attendants were so rude. They kept spraying stuff in the air and even those of us sitting, so much in fact I had an asthma attack and had to use my inhaler. When I told the attendant, she said "theres nothing I can do," and kept spraying the air with this awful spray. The flight harmful to my health, exhausting, and uncomfortable. BEWARE OF THIS AIRLINE! I would have preferred not gone on my trip then fly this airline!"
Plussat: "After our first flight had been cancelled, we needed to be comforted by Brussels Airlines that our return flight would be OK. And we were. Though there were slight delays due to technical checks at boarding time, everything else was on schedule and we even landed slightly ahead of time, never a bad thing. The flight was smooth and quite pleasurable. Now we are prepared to experience flying with Brussels Airlines again."
Plussat: "The crew at the gate as well as in the plane were tu nice and helpful."
Miinukset: "Juste the toilet were not so clean and smelled very bad."

Plussat: "We got warm washcloths to refresh our hands and face. A full bottle of water to save as we needed, followed immediately by a beverage service and pretzels. Dinner of either fish or chicken was delicious, and included bread, cheese, salad, and dessert. Followed by additional beverage services, a mushroom calzone and finally Belgium chocolates. The crew was friendly and entertainment on personal monitors was very good. This was the best overseas flight I have had in several years."

Miinukset: "The flight attendants seemed unused to the idea that Orthodox Jews won't sit beside people of the opposite sex. This made boarding take longer than it needed to. The airline should figure out a way to streamline this process on flights to/from Tel Aviv."
Miinukset: "Paid extra to secure aisle seat booking, reconfirmed byne two days before flight, at check-in was reassigned to a middle seat, without explanatiob or apology. Had to be uncomfortably adamant about paid aisle seat reservation for them to put me in one of the several still available."
Plussat: "Very nice service economy privilege, friendly crews, good food, water service at flight start, room around knees, blankets, all very good"
Miinukset: "the headset plug in needs maintenance. it had to be plugged in and re-positioned several times to get it to work"
Miinukset: "Was surprised that the food was on sale !"
Miinukset: "The crew didn't bother to announce that we would have a delay at take off and at landing. The food?... nothing good to say. It's been years since I've eaten a meal on a passenger plane."
Plussat: "Nothing out of the ordinary"

Miinukset: "We got stuck on the plane for an additional 5 hours before take off because of the smallest amount of snow. Even knowing how much extra time they did not load any extra food on the plane. We finally took off only to be rerouted to Lome instead of Accra which took an additional 2 hours. The whole thing took an extra 7 hours. From 11am to 12:55 pm we were provided only 1 meal and ice cream. The staff were not apologetic at all, they said if we wanted to be mad at someone it should be the weather... They should probably go back to customer service school."
Plussat: "The extra leg room was very much worth it! Did the trip both ways. On the way to Europe we went standard economy and economy plus on the way home -- economy plus was much more comfortable over the long duration of the flight"
Miinukset: "The food remains mediocre at best in the economy cabin."
Plussat: "The food served was wonderful, as well as service."
Plussat: "The plane was clean and on time."
Miinukset: "They charged for water! I couldn't get regular water on the plane. I had spent down all my euro, so I didn't have the 3 euro for a bottle of water. They would not accept American money either. After a while, I had to take a medication and needed water so went to one of the crew in his station to ask for it, explaining the situation. He gave me some water, but pretty much shamed me in the process. He was saying it was hard for the crew to have to charge, but they were made to do it now, and what would it look like if other passengers saw him giving me the water and not charging?! OMG!"
Miinukset: "bad customer service. No reliable information about the flight. How someone who never took an airplane can know that you have to get a visa when going to canada. If your ticket says your last destination is us. And i did not even got a full refund for their stupid mistake. Lack of information. You guys should be more careless for your customers."
Plussat: "Excellent staff"
Miinukset: "We paid extra for economy plus, but they completely messed up that part of the reservation. Multiple phone calls and run around at the airport. The "upgrade " is a nice one but the hassle was stressful and still not sure if I'll get the $ straightened. Front of plane warm, but back cold."
Plussat: "Same crew was great"
Miinukset: "Same got all the way to the destination and had no luggage"
Miinukset: "We weren't allowed access to fill empty water bottles before boarding the plan. The plane made a stop at Kigali, Rwanda, where it was cleaned, resupplied and picked up passengers. It was almost 4 hrs. before we were offered water to drink. Drinking water is vital for maintaining health while travelling."
Miinukset: "The plane was delayed. The service was poor. My bag was lost. Will not fly brussels airlines again."

Miinukset: "I was unable to check-in online, Lufthansa said see Brussels Airlines and Vice Versa. The check in process at Dulles was very poor (this was the Brussels Airlines desk) Chaotic would sum it up best. The meal on the flight was very poor, even the staff apologized before I said anything, they were quite embarrassed. Hopefully the flight back on Lufthansa will be a huge improvement !!"

Miinukset: "Airfair.com is terrible. They re-ticketed my mother who was traveling with me on a different flight and would not acknowledge this. I was able to get it resolved but took many calls and emails - a huge hassle. I would never book another flight through this "travel agency"."
Plussat: "Crew on flight were outstanding. Brussels airlines is part of United! However, for a long flight, would be nice to have outlets or USB to charge electronic devices since no individual monitors - many used United app with Entertainment!"
Miinukset: "Every time, I board my United flights at Heathrow, London airport, the staff makes the customers very stressed out. First, customers can not see the signs for the different groups (1,2,3,etc.) and the staff makes you feel like that you should know the process (when we don't)! A couple of suggestions, 1) the staff needs customer training, and 2) have some staff outside boarding area to help direct people to different groups NICELY!"
Plussat: "Over all it was very good."
Miinukset: "there seemed to be bit of a mix up in brussels, my boarding pass didn't scan. It wasn't a major problem, though, and i got on quickly enough."
Miinukset: "Entertainment didn't work (audio) at all. Not good for transatlantic flight."

Miinukset: "Too much waiting. The process was to just herd you to the next corral for more waiting. Boarding process was much longer than need be. They charge for EVERYTHING! My husband and I were sitting separately, but the boarding pass only came to me electronically. For whatever reason, the forwarded email, or screenshot would not go through to him. We asked if they could print us one, they wanted €20. Seriously? However, I saw the gate lady print for several others with no charge.....hmmmm."

Miinukset: "I would be great if the flight attendants quieter than the aeroplane engines. My earbuds are no expensive enough."

Miinukset: "Booked 3 flights all on Ryanair for a trip inside Portugal. The booking agent, Gotogate.com, and Ryanair left me deserted. Some error occurred and I received the same flight booking # for all 3 the flights. I discovered this when trying to retrieve my boarding pass for the second flight. Neither company fixed the problem and I could not board the flight. I ended up having to rent a car and drive to Porto (6 hours away). Neither company have anyone that can assist with these issues on the weekend. The worst experience I could have had on my birthday vacation."
Miinukset: "It would be amazing to get 30 minutes without trying to sell something and constant use of the microphone for useless promotions. I don't really get on flights so I can buy a watch, a perfume or a scratch card, no need to spend 5 minutes trying to sell it."
Plussat: "Super helpful employee at check-in in the Beauvais airport in Paris. Friendly Staff on board - service with a smile. Comfortable seats."
Miinukset: "You have to pay twice the amount for bags at the airport but one is aware of it. Best to know how many bags you will check in and be prepared before hand."
Plussat: "On time and that’s about it"
Miinukset: "Hot, cramped, slow boarding and ridiculous wait times at the bag drop in. Almost missed our flight despite getting there 2.5 hours before boarding"

Miinukset: "At gate there was 40 minute delay to board with mention of what was going on. Once on board we waited another 40 minutes to be able to take off. In flight the crew was rude and inattentive."

Plussat: "The flight was fine, comfortable and despite turbulence (which I actually enjoy) uneventful. We could see both experienced and new staff working effectively together 1 star for food and entertainment because we took part in neither"
Miinukset: "The incident when boarding could have been handled far better than experienced A passenger already on the plane mistook light shining through the vapour created by the wing De icing process and claimed the wing was on fire which lead to the plane being evacuated First issue was that all disembarking the plane had nowhere to go and were not given any instructions Secondly the return to the waiting lounge was not organised well leaving passengers roaming about the lounge and unsure what to do"
Plussat: "Nothing! Will never fly them again!"
Miinukset: "Being a tourist, I had no access to a printer to print a boarding pass. First off, who prints boarding passes anymore when you have smartphones?! RyanAir insists on paper! But they won’t print one for you. No they sent you to SwissAir for a printout for a cost of 15€. Then back to RyanAir so they can tag your bags. Do they take the bags? No! You have to go to 2 different areas to to drop off bags. Just ludicrous! Makes you appreciate American efficiency. Don’t fly RyanAir!!!"

Miinukset: "The requirement to pay for a boarding pass after having checked in as required. The US airlines do not have this requirement. This is a very negative experience. Our gate was changed at the very last moment."

Miinukset: "The delays. It's not the first time travelling with Ryanair and not my first delay either. But overall it was a pleasant trip"
Plussat: "Very good price for flight. Dont need to pay foe seats if you dont want to and can avoid baggage fees with carryon. Staff very friendly. Short and sweet flight."
Miinukset: "Asked for boarding pass again at plane door after we had gone through the gate check. Unnecessary step that slowed the boarding process at the plane staircase."

Miinukset: "Cramped seats. Did not disclose that you would have to pay an extra fee for seats if you wanted to select them (so I could sit with my husband). First time flying Ryanair. Did not know we had to print out our boarding passes ahead of time (until they emailed us a reminder the day before) or pay $15 each for the print out at the counter. The place we were staying didn't have a printer, so I had to waste a good deal of my vacation time dealing with this and finding a way to get it printed. I chatted with someone at Ryanair and they said the thing about printing your boarding passes was in the fine print. Why? This shouldn't be a secret!"
Miinukset: "A printed boarding pass is required, however, no where at the airport to print them. The second rep took pity on us and wrote out boarding passes. The first rep couldn't care less."
Miinukset: "Charges 50 euro per person if you don't check in two hours before. Doesn't matter if you actually buy it last minute (flight leaving within an hour), they will still charge you a penalty since you didn't check in more than 2 hours ago. When you try to explain it to the employees, they just stare at you, look at their piece of paper, and say you still have to pay. Absurd. Flight was delayed obviously. Seats are small and don't recline. A tall person should never fly with them. Obviously no entertainment. Don't even give you free water."
Plussat: "Nothing,, missed flight because of 2 minutes I couldn't check one of my bags because was closed and nobody to help me had to purchase another ticket with another airline."
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed 3 hours. We stood at the gate in line for half an hour before we were taken back i side the airport. There was no announcement that we are reboarding"
Miinukset: "you don't get a check in luggage and no one tells you until you're already there. then if you try to do it beforehand online, the system won't let you and you end up paying more than twice as much to do it at the airport. save your money and fly with another airline."
Plussat: "Late. 5 hours late. No one give us a excuse."
Miinukset: "Charging 45 gbp just to check in in person when your website wouldn't let me check in beforehand was completely absurd. Not sure if I'll be flying Ryan air again."
