USB charging, big screens in the headrests, games, remote control with keyboard and game controller, network cable for laptops without Wi-Fi even. The had pillows and blankets on every seat when we arrived and handed out hot towels before the first meal. They also provided a kit with eye mask, toothbrush, cologne, and slippers. Far better than we expected."
Miinukset: "We were subjected to at least five security checks after our transfer in Istanbul. At the gate they checked our passports and boarding passes five times before boarding, every carry on bag was searched and every person was patted down. We even watched while one man held up his baby for a guard to pat the baby down! This was all after the security we’d received to get to our gate. So, if you left the gate to use the bathroom, you had to go through all the checks again."
Miinukset: "Everything very comfortable. Boarding process could be improved with specific directions for passengers in each row on whether to board at front or back, rather than all at once from buses. Very few announcements for boarding process."

Miinukset: "There was a dispute about a seat assignment and the flight attendant stated that she did NOT have the authority to decide the outcome. One passenger was in another passengers seat and refused to leave because it was next to a relatives seat."

We have realized the big distinction in services when we travel from USA to Turkey VS Turkey to Egypt . The USA to Egypt staff was great, especially the ones at dulles airport."

Miinukset: "Our experience in the Istanbul airport. We got off our connecting flight and no one was willing to provide us with directions. We had to stand in a security line for two hours thinking that we had as a consequence missed our connecting flight. Again, no communication. We found out when we finally got through security (we had already gone through security at the Paris airport), everyone was in the same situation and our flight had been delayed. It would have been helpful to know that as we were standing in line. While in the line, many people panicked and starting pushing their way to the front of the line. Again, no officials were there to keep order. It was truly a mess! And creating too much anxiety and stress that I really wanted to not have on my trip back to the USA. I realize that in these times, we must go through added security, but I am accustomed to US airports where there is more communication over the intercom and by airport officials. In Istanbul, it seemed that everyone did not want to give directions, and airport officials seemed to avoid the public they were there to serve."
Plussat: "Very good customer service and entertainment"
Miinukset: "The flight left early, without me. Instead of beginning boarding at the time printed on my ticket, like every other airline, boarding was completed and closed fifteen minutes before my ticket said they would start, so even though I was eight minutes early I was actually seven minutes too late. Turkish Airlines service desk took the evidence (my ticket) and then refused to rebook me, forcing me to pay $600 for a new flight and for a visa to Turkey just so I could exit through security to book & pay for it. They will not be getting any more of my business in the future!"

Compare to most of us airline plus British Airlines that even sells the earphones and pillows, THY had everything free. It is a first class treatment for economy."

Plussat: "In general, service was of good quality. Crew very attentive. The film selection was outstanding. Routing was good. I would not hesitate to take this flight again. Seat are comfortable, although somewhat old-fashioned. In general, I think that this is an excellent airline, my choice for the future."

This caused massive confusion and I ended up running around the airport to get to my gate. Also there should not have been a second flight listed on the boards because there was no second flight. Very frustrating..."
Plussat: "For a long flight, most were able to sleep. The crew was very busy during the first couple hours and also very present. Movie choices were wonderful. I was lucky enough to have an empty seat next to me although when the man in front of me reclined, his head was practically in my lap."
Miinukset: "After first service, the crew disappeared. I get very thirsty and was in need of water more often than they were willing to pass it out. I did not go to galley to request additional water, which likely would have been provided! Passengers made a MESS in aisles & lavs, which was not picked up thru the flight."

And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"
Miinukset: "KLM can't seem to figure out the order of boarding the plane. Should be business - priority - everyone else. Instead they do priority first, and that's usually two-thirds of the passengers. Also, really tired of the fake business class on these flights..."
Miinukset: "Our flight was canceled from Amsterdam to Bordeaux and did not receive any direction and had to find alternate flights for ourselves with the personal expense of using our own cell phones. Then our luggage lost for 3 days. Not happy!"

The air hostesses were downright unhelpful. I never had wifi service and no one would help in getting it working. Main complaint by far is how rude some of the stewardesses were.
The flight was half an hour late, which is the new normal in Europe. Friendly crew.
Wasn’t overbooked, so it was nice having an empty seat next to me. Appreciated the on time flight. Food was really bad though. Received stale vegetarian sandwich with just a slice of cheese and shredded carrots on it. Very strange and not tasty. I didn’t order a vegetarian meal either way of my trip but received all vegetarian meals because they said that’s all they have available.
Lufthansa is the same as any other airline. Unless you pony up premium cash for business or first class, you’re treated little better than cargo. People are so crammed together they start sniping at each other. It’s a sad state of affairs.

Plussat: "It could be better, the flight attendance one of them was overwhelmed and I could feel her attitude, although she made an accidental movement on my foot she never apologized. And her eye contact was very aggressive as if she would use words. I tried to save the moment, and avoided all further interactions. Not even to look at her, or accept even a single glass of water. She did past through my area and again she was stocked with her cart, and she thought is was my foot again. When she realized that this time was not my foot, (which in the first time it was and she kicked my knee with the speed of her movement and I was not aware to save the moment) nevertheless, the second time and for the rest of my trip I was so careful that it did not happen again. But it happened one more time, but not with my foot. although she thought it was me. She looked at me again with a very bitter-eye but when she realized that the problem was not me she looked at another way acting as if she didnot understand what was going through her mind or my mind."
Miinukset: "The attidute is what I try not to get involved. I am on the air, traveling, and I don't like to experience any negative feelings from no one. I am consciously aware not to give any reasons for any form of unacceptable behaviors either with or without evidence. I WILL NOT EVER AGAIN, travel with LUFTHANSA just because of the way they treated me in my case which I travel always with my emotional pet, and this time they gave me a hardship and I had to travel without Logan. and additionally to this, I had to accept that flight attendance wordless aggressive behavior. Which in my opinion, I believe she could say I am sorry, and not looking at me as her worse enemy. Madness. She honestly needs a psychological evaluation."

Frequent offers of beverages and water throughout the flight from Munich to EWR, hot towels. Nice! I was not able to choose my seats until check-in, 24 hours before flight time. Of course if I wanted to pay extra (would have amounted to $60 for two flights for each passenger) I could have. Representatives at check in in Athens, were indifferent and not very pleasant."

Plussat: "I flew round-trip in Business Class from Munich to Kiev and then back to Germany via Frankfort and both flights were on time. The dedicated business class check-in line and advance boarding process was smooth - as were both flights. The cabin crew on both flights were very good and all spoke English well. My chief complaint is with the European Business Class seating model (3 across with center seat empty) - which does not afford much more leg room or seat pitch than in economy class. On the plus side you don't have to get in a fist-fight with anyone over the overhead bin storage problem since there are less people in business class and hence more storage space."
Miinukset: "The "European business class model" is not that great when you are paying a premium price to ride in Business Class. I think the prior 2 x 2 arrangement on each side with larger (and more comfortable) seats...plus more legroom and seat pitch...is preferable."

Also at the airport security waiting lines no attention to social distancing was respected. At arrival the off-boarding was in groups of 8th rows, not really helpfull either. A big disappointment versus the flight we had from BXL to PORTO !"

We were bussed to the T terminal ( ‘incidentally’ where were all the AFRICAN flights transit) were we had a 5 hour layover, which is fine with me, but the terminal has no restaurant or any decent stores."

Plussat: "On our longer flight, we were thrilled- nice crew, delicious food, spacious, great pilot, and enjoyable entertainment experience. However, on our shorter flight from Brussels to telaviv, not only was the crew completely inattentive, but they were intentive to some very disturbing things including children who were pulling the hair of other customers and jumping up-and-down in the aisles of the airplane. There was no available entertainment whatsoever. In addition the food was extremely expensive and not particularly tasty. The plane was uncomfortable and smelled atrocious. These 2 vastly different experiences almost made me feel like I was taking 2 different airlines. Please keep consistency."
Miinukset: "I didn't like the inconsistency of the 2 different planes that I was on. If you are going to have entertainment you should have some form of it on all of your airplanes. The idea that food that you need to buy is so expensive is absurd. I was really blown away by how badly the plane smelled. It was almost as if I was in a bathroom. And on top of that I really felt very unsafe with children jumping up-and-down kicking people pulling their hair etc. While it isn't the job of the flight attendants to be parents, they certainly need to be aware of safety concerns for the rest of the passengers."

Miinukset: "Just about everything. Not only were both flights delayed, one without notice, both the check-in and boarding processes were obscenely long with no obvious reason. On board, the staff was very pleasant but took almost 20 minutes to respond to a page and I only paged them one time. The screens for entertainment had a lot of trouble reading touch for both my seatmate and I and the selections were very limited. My seat did not recline which made for a very uncomfortable flight as I had hoped to be able to sleep. They lost one of my bags and somehow still have not found it more than 36 hours later."

Miinukset: "Neither the JFK counter agents nor the flight attendants knew if I could transition in Brussels onto Bulgaria Air without exiting and re-entering. In fact, it is a simple process in the Brussels Airport transition zone, with the friendly help of Bulgaria Air agents. Breakfast is a box of sugar: shrink wrapped muffin, Toblerone bar, orange juice. These are all sugar delivery systems."
Miinukset: "Very dirty plane, limited space poor customer service. Took pictures of stained trays, seats. Very gross."
Miinukset: "i went to the (galley?) at the back and politely requested a drink, a member of staff refused me because they were just about to begin serving drinks. that's stupid. i was sat right at the back of the plane and wouldn't get a drink for at least 20 minutes because service starts in the middle and works back. fortunately another member of staff (older, female) just reached over and handed me a drink, because she understood it was easier and quicker and more reasonable to do that than to be a dick about it."

Miinukset: "Travelling out to Budapest our flight was delayed about 40 minutes. We had a connection in Brussels and had to run from B terminal to A to reach on time. We reached the flight, however bags did not make the connection. We received bags next day at hotel. Travelling home, the flight was delayed 1h30m, the gates were shifted 3 times for departure, we had to sprint this time for conmection again B to A terminals. On the flight we were told Edinburgh connection would be rebooked so go to desk, however we made the flight just and so did the luggage, if we had waitied as told to rebook our luggage would have landed in Edinburgh with us stuck in Brussels. Won't be using again."

Miinukset: "What was the most annoying part of the whole experience was the fact that they were other passangers on there school trip. Yes they are just still kids, but from the very start of them boarding, thats when everything just went downhill. The kids was just screaming, shouting, and sprinting into there sits. Even after being told to quite and calm down, all them were still screaming and shouting at the top of there vioces throughtout and non-stop for the whole flight (even after landing and getting into the bus). The worst fact of all is that, there was just far too many of them for everyone to handle (by the flight crew, and the trachers). It was also the first thing in the morning so it’s not like everyone would most likely be well rested already."

Miinukset: "They never gave me a printed boarding pass when I checked in and then once boarding the actual plane outside of WiFi range they made a big deal about not being able to show them a boarding pass. I had already shown two people before. If they needed to see it before boarding the plane then they should mandatorily give you a printed pass."

So not a good experience at all!"

Miinukset: "Delay to board was exhausting. No information or explanation why. Everybody was pushed outside with stewards pushing us out of airport building to the exterior where everybody had to stand for 45 min (including elder people and parents carrying babies)."

Miinukset: "After paying €30 for a 20kg checked bag ahead of time, we waited for 20 minutes to get our bag weighed and checked. when it was our turn in line, the steward simply left and we eventually went to another line, where they said there was no bag on the reservation, even after I showed her my online receipt. She was very rude and clearly didn't want to deal with us. We stood for another 20 minutes in a different line only to be told that the bag was clearly on our reservation. We finally got the bag checked after yet another wait. We waited about 25 minutes in line to board for the plane and had to gate check our carry ons. No water served on the flight, and instead the flight attendants were aggressively trying to sell perfume."

Miinukset: "I've had three flights with Ryan Air this week and every one has been so unorganized and stressful. The boarding process is slow, and a lot of getting in line and standing for long periods of time. Even with open seats they don't boom groups together (when they book at same time). I assume to get more money to switch but this just leads to masses of people trying to swap seatings during boarding. The landings on all three were rough, I fly a lot and have never had an issue and these landings were concerning. One they came into fast and had to pull up quickly to avoid landing."
Plussat: "I liked that my priority seat meant early and quick boarding. The crew was friendly and competent. The plane was clean. I had no checked luggage so traveling was not stressful. Overhead bins seemed roomy enough."
Miinukset: "Nothing is free - not even a coffee on the early morning flight. Might be that I've been spoiled with American airlines. Not crazy about having to check in and purchase seat online. It seems the seat selection - from basic economy - should be included in the ticket price. Again, maybe spoiled by American airline companies."

Miinukset: "Last time we flew Ryanair, we did not check-in ahead of time, so we had to pay 53 Euros at the airport. We learned our lesson, so for this flight we checked in ahead of time and had our boarding passes ready on our mobile devices. When we arrived at the airport, we were told we needed a printed ticked so they could stamp it that they had checked our passport. It would be 53 Euros for them to print the ticket. The lady at the ticket counter directed us to the business center to print, but the Ryanair website wasn't working. I eventually printed a poor quality screenshot and hoped for the best. The lady stamped when she checked my passport. Nobody ever checked the stamped ticket beyond that point. What a waste. Ryanair is cheap, of course I'll fly with them again the next time I'm in Europe. My advice to travelers is to do your research and know all the loop holes they use to make money off of you."

Miinukset: "We have been here 2 weeks and bought lots of things here in Portugal, we were overweight, had to pay extra! Most baggage was carryon on the entire flight, maybe some leeway for supporting the economy since we had to pay for the baggage to be put on."
