Cancelaron mi vuelo de las 5:00 sin avisar, me reubicaron en otro a las 12:30 que se retrasó y salió a la 13:30 y la conexión en Portugal que era a las 17:00 salió a las 18:00 un viaje caótico muy cansado y muy incierto. Cómo puedo pedir mi compensación por cancelación de vuelo?
Flight attendants did their job to make passengers comply sanitary rules.
Great airline, took good care of us. Will use again if prices are good. Really enjoyed the 24 hr layover in Lisbon.
Plussat: "Flight was on time. Seats were comfortable. Plenty of food was included in the flight. And service was good."

Miinukset: "The comfort onboard (A320) is not good: not reclining chairs, no entertainment, and horrible snack."
Miinukset: "Watch out for the extra fees and restrictions. We booked a flight knowing that we weren’t allowed a free carryon. We didn’t know the cost for one checked bag was $120!"

Plussat: "Got where I was going safely and on time :). Decent leg room, food, comfortable seats."
Miinukset: "No sound in TV, and no way to adjust subtitle languages (that I could ding). Pretty long delay standing in line to board."

Miinukset: "Lots of hidden fees, horrible customer service, no flight entertainment available, seats were uncomfortable. Definitely would not recommend"
Miinukset: "We missed our connecting flight due to the fact that the TAP crew leaving Barcelona said there was “fog” and therefore, nearly half of the flight had the same connecting flight to London. On top of it, they had no other flights and put us up in a hotel instead."
Miinukset: "3:30 hrs delay lost my convection no one to talk to or any help they gave me nothing I had to stay overnight at my expense n pay new ticket hotel food taxi etc nobody will help or respond for anything"

Plussat: "I travel for pleasure a lot and this was my first time flying TAP Portugal. I flew from LIS to MAD and the crew were overall more friendly and smiling than on US domestic flights. The plane was clean and bright. I did not notice if the seats recline. I will be using them for short flights throughout Europe when I return for visit."
Miinukset: "Flight was so short they rushed us eating the cookie and only water was served that I could tell. Also, TAP has their own boarding check-in wing of Lisbon airport. It was not clearly marked and Eropean arrows pointing up could mean to continue forward, as well as go to upper floors."
Miinukset: "We travelled with 2 carry ones and one checked bag throughout our 2.5 week honeymoon. Check in agent suggested that we check all 3 of our bags since the flight was full. We did. The flight from BCN to LIS was delayed 2 hours at the gate, but we were told we could somehow still catch our flight from LIS to PDL. We trusted that was true. We arrived at LIS without a single garment of clothing (we checked all 3 bags through to PDL), and then realized we missed the flight to PDL. We stood in line for 3 HOURS at the TAP help desk, only to wait behind a group of very angry people who monopolized the staff. Once we told the agent our situation, he told us there were no more seats on any flight to PDL the next morning. Not only that, but he could not provide a hotel for us to spend the night. This is 2:30am, 3:30am BCN time. He told us to find our own hotel, but we do not have international phone plans, so we could not make the reservation ourselves. He had nowhere for us to sleep. Then he had us wait for his SATA associate to help us, and he put us on a flight to PDL the next day, but it was not direct! We had plans for the following day, a hotel reservation in Ponta Delgada that is NOT refundable, and now the final portion of our honeymoon is ruined. No one ever offered to give us vouchers for ANY costs or for the anxiety and total of 14 hours lost on the most important trip of our lives. Shameful."

Miinukset: "Cabin crew were far from welcoming when dealing with the African passengers (including me though I'm Spanish) the food was a disgrace On a 5 hour flight to Accra there was no entrainment, the chairs were incredibly uncomfortable and you could not even charge your devices... The food arrive way too early. I believe the airline has put less of an effort on these planes due to the nature of the passengers... I have been traveling for 20 years and I never felt so disappointed by an airline... I will not use this airline ever again"
Plussat: "I think the customer service was surprising. If the crew were unhappy they certainly didn’t show it."

Miinukset: "The entertainment system was non existent on the Airbus 319."
Miinukset: "TAP charge us for baggage extra $189 they said was not include in price.a lot of people was upset include us .we never will fly this line again.I will report for local News in Miami that airline is scam."

Miinukset: "The flight attendants didn't come around with anything to drink, except with meals. All international flights I have been on offer multiple drinks through the flight. They charged $80 for a suitcase. This was not a discounted ticket."
Miinukset: "Kayak needs to inform us passengers that the price doesn’t include checked in luggage. It’s a very unpleasant surprise to find out that one has to pay 180$ on top only to have luggage. That’s unacceptable"
Miinukset: "Flight crew prohibited us from using FAA approved child seat on board despite airline regulations explicitly accepting FAA approval. Flight crew also refused to give any reason. Their communication was not curteous."

Plussat: "Despite the constant delays, overbookings, and other mediocre treatment of the passengers the crew and TAP personnel remained friendly"
Miinukset: "Flights constantly delayed, overbooked flight without a solution, overbooked hotel... Arrived at destination (Bru) 24h after arriving at airport in Faro. Will avoid TAP at all costs."
Plussat: "When boarding the fligh TP 209 on October 27 2017 I found that my seats that I paid for well in advance are taken by other pasengers an I am given a totally different and very bad seats. What did I paid for, after all. Why push people to buy seats and then do not provide. I did not get the service I paid for and will Be requesting my money back for the complete flight."
Miinukset: "The stuard I tried to discuss the matter did not even try to help, instead he only smiled in return and suggested to file a complaint. That was totally unaccepltable."
Plussat: "The crew were kind and considerate."
Miinukset: "This was the worst flight I've ever experienced. There was an incessant, loud high-pitched buzzing noise for the entire duration of the flight (we were seated in the very back row so it was particularly loud for us, but others further up said it was bad for them too). Also, we had straight turbulence for over two hours. I've never gotten sick on a plane before, and my husband never gets motion sickness, but we both threw up (and I think several others did, too). I don't blame the crew for any of this, as I know most, if not all, of it was out of their control. However, I would be very nervous to flight TAP again due to this experience."
Plussat: "The crew was great and very kind; the pilot informed us a couple of times of where we were and how long to the destination; we arrived 10 minutes ahed of time! A perfect flight!"
Miinukset: "bought a business class upgrade -- no extra leg space, no larger seats, were out of vegetarian option"
Miinukset: "Terrible TAP service. Missed my flight to no fault of my own and I was made to buy a new ticket. No changrs, no partial refund, couldn't even use my return ticket which I had to rebook too. Nice customer service !!!"
Plussat: "The movie selection was good."
Miinukset: "Food was pretty bad, the flight attendant was unfriendly, which is unlike any Portuguese we have met in our trip, maybe she was just having a bad day."
Plussat: "The service they provided us reminded us of how airlines used to treat their customers in the past. Meals were provided as was entertainment (there were individual tv screens for us to watch movies on) all for no additional cost to us. From the customer service to the services provided and the legroom on the flight -- everything was more than what we expected and we would consider flying TAP Portugal again."
Plussat: "Wow!!!! I had never heard of this airline before booking our trip but goodness this was a blessing. They were so polite in the flight. They always came past to check to see if a passenger needed anything. Free bags is amazing then free pillows blankets and headphones I really hope I get to fly with them on my next flight abroad"
