Food was great, had 3 choices of entrees for each meal."

The member of flight crew, a Latvian lady, who looked after me onboard was a real star, very efficient but still had time to chat."

They were very nice about everything, but just thought that was really strange."

I even asked them about the possibility of overbooking but they said that wasn't a risk. (I am Star Gold so I didn't think that was possible.) When at the airport they wouldn't give me a seat and they bumped me leading to many hours of confusion, a connection through Tanzania, and a loss of a night of sleep. And lots of stress. I know they de-prioritized the people who booked on Kayak. This was a miserable experience and unless you do something to fix this I will never use Kayak again."

Even though the floght was delayed 3-4 times For a total of 2 hours! We were very upset since we have a wedding celebration scheduled and the airline showed no flexibility even in situations where the floght was delayed! They charged alot of mone to rebook for the next day"

Miinukset: "I booked three round-trip tickets from LAX to Athens. Our daughter did not fly with us there but we checked with ticketing in LAX and they booked her seat anyway. The issue came when we tried to leave Athens the airlines then said that I had to purchase a one-way ticket! They informed me that the flight was cancelled for my daughter because she didn't fly to Athens. The ticket was almost $1,500.00 and I intend to get my money back but it was unfortunate that they had to charge me for it in the first place."

I felt denied water and so, dehydrated. I counted one smile The entire flight. The crew seemed unhappy and wanted to do only the bare minimum. Disappointing, especially after such an incredibly positive experience six weeks ago."

Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Miinukset: "The plane was very old with no padding in the seats. You could feel the back of the seat grinding into your back. Everything, including water, had a price tag, unless your flight originated from an international previous flight. During the four hour flight there was no entertainment available, wi fi was expensive, and flight attendants were practically non existent. Water......, a plain bottle of water, cost $2.00! I had to beg for a paltry cup of water that supposedly came with my flight. Fly Dubai is nothing near the service and reputation of Emerites. Other connecting airlines to Nepal are much better."

Very disappointed with Emirates. If you take responsibility for overall booking you should ensure the service is extended. Would not book Emirates again if this is what they offer."

Miinukset: "This is not exactly a low cost airline because FlyDubai charges egular prices for BEG-DXB flights, therfore, passagers should be offered a complimentary drink and food on a 5 hours flight for the price we paid."

Miinukset: "This airline was terrible. They treat customers with no respect. It was uncomfortable, dirty and service was poor. They came once with the cart and charged even for water on a 4 hour flight. The expensive sandwich was old and stale. Entertainment system didn't work. I would avoid this airline at all cost."

Miinukset: "We stood on a bus for 15+ minutes waiting to board. We boarded, crowded plane with small space, and now my luggage is lost. I paid a lot of money for my business class ticket on Emirates only to have a second flight that was terrible in every way. No one seems to care where my bag may be- I am trekking in 2 days and I have NOTHING to use!! I’ve called every number I can find and emailed fly dubai- each person had shown very little care and not one person can even tell me if my bag left Dallas. Unreal."

Miinukset: "As family we tend to buy luggage based on need with Credit card. They seem to block online checkin always for credit card payment. So even if you go 3 hours before flight the family cant get seats together. Than you go through drama of convincing people in flight to adjust."

Miinukset: "The seat was soaking wet due to faulty air conditioning. The screen was broken so I did not enjoy the TV that I paid for. Many of the menu items were not available."

Plussat: "The flight from Kuwait to Dubai was great. On time and well organized."
Miinukset: "As a frequent traveller I understand that delays are just part of air travel. However, my flight from Dubai to Kuwait on Fly Dubai demonstrated just how disorganized and bungled an airline can truly be. The aircrew and staff did their best under incredibly stressful circumstances and were incredibly professional. However, I have never seen logistics messed up so badly. It would be one thing to cancel and reschedule a flight for later in the day but to leave people stranded for 4 hours on the Tarmac, to take them off the plane and go back through screening to wait again at the same gate with no answers or announcements is just horrible mismanagement. My flight left 8 hours after its scheduled departure but the only updates we got were "15 more minutes", "20 more minutes", etc. while we queued up for HOURS. In the future, I'll pay the extra money to never fly with them again."
