Service disparity was apparent. One less meal for a 16hr flight. Seats were super cramped at the rear end of the flight. Ground staff switched us to the bulkhead row since we were traveling with a toddler even though we didnt need a bassinet and booked another seat.
Would definitely fly with them again!! Everyone and everything was great!!

When I asked for some help to have it cleaned, the attendant told me she would have to lock it down but there was already a big line of people waiting to use it. Disappointed in this flight because it was so long with limited facilities. Enjoyed other times I had used Emirates but not this time."

By contrast to larger airports it is not at all clear where to go once you are in the departures area - fine if you are familiar with the airport, but confusing if not. I discovered I should make my way through secondary security into the departure gate area via a small unsigned door. There followed a good deal of confusion among the passengers as to where we should be waiting, and whether the flight was on time or not. Another area which could be improved, but not by the airline, is the listing of departure gates for connecting flights in Dubai. There are so many flights cycling on limited screen space, so you have only a few seconds to locate your flight, from around 90 or so, before having to wait for the cycle to repeat."

Loved the entertainment system at all seats. Every seat had headphones. Meals on all flights. Longer flights had a little plane package that included eye mask, slippers, anti-slip socks, toothbrush and toothpaste, and lotion. Free wine available for all meals. Overall, a great way to fly!

The particular set up in Business Class is not comfortable. The seats (Pods) are too narrow and it is difficult to sleep.

I was trying to get home after a natural disaster struck my hometown and Turkish Airlines actually made that experience even worse. At no point did anyone even apologize for cancelling two of my flights without another option until a full week later. I had to pay to fly myself home from Boston because they were so unhelpful. Would never recommend Turkish Airlines to anyone I know whn traveling internationally."

Miinukset: "Even though the plane was far from full, passengers were allowed only 1 carry-on item (no personal item), contrary to policy published online by Air France. This policy applied even to people with Economy Premium for the rest of the trip (which allows 2 carry-on suitcases, not a useful feature if one cannot begin with this number to reach the transoceanic flight)."
Plussat: "Absolutely nice friendly and professional crew. Congrats! Nice food, rich and healthy Right in time despite few delay at departure"

Plussat: "Late, not enough legroom, smell from the toilet. Tiny TV screen, malfunctioning electronics, poorly maintained seats. Friendly crew! They looked tired, but they were still smiling while trying to keep passengers happy."

Miinukset: "Ran out of the (already not sufficient) salty crackers and, as the flight had been delayed, we had a one packet of cracker 'lunch' at noon... the flight really should have had a sandwich or at least something slightly more substantial."

There was plenty of room, I had breakable stuff in my luggage, didn´t get the chance to choose. No entertainment AT ALL. Confort: no leg space at all. Not an AirFrance plane, subcontracted. Lousy food."

Plussat: "I had a choice of movies, games and music that was very appealing. My concerns about not receiving the correct meal was handled professionally and promptly during the flight. I was surprised they couldn't discover I only ordered it for the second leg of my flight."
Miinukset: "Being placed into a window seat at 6' 5". Although I opted for general seating rather than paying for a extra leg room which is out of my budget. Not getting an aisle seat was disturbing at my height. Then there was the guy in front of me not willing to forego putting his seat back on my knees for over half the flight. It would be nice if the seat assignments for general boarding considered the height of the person being assigned."
Plussat: "The flight went smoothly from boarding to landing. The crew was helpful, kind, & courteous. I would definitely fly Air France again. Online check-in was also easy to follow and complete."

Plussat: "Upgraded with miles for the long leg Melb to Abu Dhabi. Flat beds tight both length and width for me at 6ft 3inches. I slept fitfully for 7 hours. Food seemed better than my last experience of their business class."

Plussat: "My seat had a problem initially it was not reclining once they fixed that later the seat got deflated. It became unbearable to seat. The crew tried fixing it for about 30 mins and they then they changed my seat. Ideally I would want refund for the flight as my experience was extremely bad"

Miinukset: "As far as I'm concerned, this is the worst airline I've ever flown. We got stuck with $350 in baggage fees, because a clause stating that we were not allowed a check-in bag was buried in the fine print for our ticket purchase. The website was not working prior to our return flight, and if it had worked, we would have been able to get at least a discount on this outrageous fee. But , despite this, (we took a screenshot) the counter staff in Abu Dhabi would not give us the discount. A baggage fee for $350 dollars for one bag? There is word for this. Thievery."

Plussat: "We ended up being delayed on the flight for about 3 hours due to fog in Abu Dhabi— delays are always frustrating but the crew was absolutely fantastic. The head of cabin crew personally came by to explain the problem and made he passengers feel welcome. Excellent service all around, especially when the situation is unpleasant but not within anyone’s control."
Miinukset: "Abysmal experience on our return flight! # Abu Dhabi Airport is so outdated and an embarassment compared to the other Regional Airports # Boarding procedure still shambolic # A330 seems old and uncomfortable - even though it is a new plane # Cabin Crew so unfriendly and sour # Toilets again disgusting within 30 minutes after taking off # Food still shockingly disgusting # Onboard entertainment still inferior to Emirates/Qatar/etc."

Plussat: "I finally got home"
Miinukset: "Flight was delayed an hour, service staff were not very warm and we went through multiple checks in baggage. Will avoid abu Dubai airport at all cost in the future"
Plussat: "Seats are more comfortable than Qatar. Staff was very friendly. They handed out more water than other airlines, which is much needed on the long flights."
Miinukset: "They caused a lot of us to miss our connecting flights bc of hours-long delays. I had to stay overnight in Abu Dhabi. They put me up, which was nice, but I was sad to miss the first day of my work trip bc of it."

Miinukset: "the Food is the worst ever, i had better experience on an economy class with a budget airliner. on the 4 sectors i had with Etihad, it was breakfast menu no matter what time it was and it was the same choices which had to do with a form of eggs. i opted not to be served. the plane is old, seat is not functioning well, entertainment screen was not touch and had to be operated with the remote which was not working. really it was a huge disappointment. may be Etihad reserve their good stuff for the European and American sectors. I will never fly Etihad business unless I have no choice."

Plussat: "the crew of the airline and the staff at Abu Dhabi airport were overwhelmingly friendly and thoughtful and helpful. I am an oversize person which can make flying difficult in many ways. first, they never made me feel like I was inconviencing them by asking for help and then 2nd, when one of my neighbors decided to make a big fuss about it, they asked me if I'd like to move to a better seat (which I was happy to take them up on). I had a long layover and was given meal tickets to get food at the food court in the airport. Everyone was very kind."
Miinukset: "the boarding procedure was difficult at Abu Dhabi. We had to go up a staircase which felt insecure and didn't have a good railing to hold onto. I was not the only passenger who was having trouble."
Plussat: "For the price, its good, Entertainment system is really good, also its` good for the quick flight.Flight is always On time!"
Miinukset: "Staff is not super welcoming, looks like they are forced to serve the economy class, you get what you pay for, Also its super crowded."
Plussat: "Liked the staff in the hotel and the official who accompanied me thru Abu Dhabi airport."
Miinukset: "Had to stay few hours in nearby airport hotel which was not up to the standard I hoped. The connection to other airlines ( for my new boarding pass) was very confusing. I had to get out of LAX to go to AA terminal for my connecting flight to SFO. Then again I had to take an airline transport bus to go to my desired gate."

Miinukset: "Air hostesses, my daughter asked 3 times for something . They kept saying will give and eventually no manners to come and reply also .. Asked for an extra bun for my 3 year old I was said will come back after the round but again no one came .. Never experienced this with any other flight .. Boarding also with kids was a little difficult when going by bus to the aircraft .. No priorities .. Only pushing .."
