Miinukset: "There was a malfunction on the aircraft after the first taxi attempt. I understand that these things happen but there was zero communication from the captain or the crew. Because there was no power, the A/C was not operational and the cabin grew extremely hot. No water was distributed, and no attempt to communicate the situation with the passengers. The pilot power cycled the aircraft numerous times, which is normal to reset the various systems, but this made many passengers nervous. Finally the issue was resolved and we went on our merry way. In short, all crew-passenger issues could have been resolved with more communication and water. Go forth and sin not again."

Miinukset: "We had a connection at Istanbul. No laptop or notebook was allowed. A small portable charger to my iPhone was confisticated even thought it is smaller than my iPhone. Turkish TSA seemed a little confused with what to confisticate. They almost took away my portable shaver too. There were 4 little kids running around aisle during the flight forcing me to watch movies instead of sleep crossing the Atlantic Ocean."

We are still waiting to get home and they've told us 3 days until we can get out. We understand that weather is an issue but the airline has been completely unwilling to communicate, refusing to speak in person at local sales office, not answering phone calls, etc. Hoping they make this right because this has been. The airline took no responsibility and refused to help with a hotel for a 15 hour layover in Istanbul. Their customer service people are rude and extremely unhelpful, doing nothing but telling us we should have flown in a day later for a shorter layover. Seriously?? Totally unacceptable."

Miinukset: "Although I had a book and good seat-mate, the movie screens stopped working after a few minutes for about 80% of us on the flight. That made for a very long 11 hr flight. There was no apology made to those of us with broken screens. and for boarding, the Airport screens when from no gate to "GO TO GATE" and we all rushed there, some of us 2 hrs early. They put us through security where we were stuck with no available restrooms for nearly 2 hrs before our flight. There was no reason for the rush, and there really should have been bathrooms for us."

Miinukset: "Luggage waiting time too long, my suitcase was badly damaged rendered unusable, came to a compensation agreement which was acceptable to me at the time since I was pressed for time to catch the train I had a reservation for. But still will not buy me a new suitcase."

Plussat: "The flight was fine. However, because of a potential snow storm in Boston for 3/21, the flight with Lufthansa was cancelled. We were switched to TAP Portugal for the 22nd. When we arrived at Logan airport, we were told by TAP the flight is overbooked, but there is a chance we will get seats. We did get seats at the last moment, always kept abreast by TAP representatives. The flight was a non-stop flight, leaving at 6 PM arriving by 6 AM, far better than the connections with changes the day before."

Miinukset: "Headphones in the back of the seats were two pronged and did not fit the display. Attendants offered appropriate headphones at first of flight, but I did not understand what was going on. Seats were a little hard. Some of the mesh pockets on the backs of seats were not properly attached at the bottom and items placed in the them would fall through."

Miinukset: "The flight attendant did not bring the wheel chair and take me to the bus where I waited too long and when I arrived to customs no wheel chair was there and I asked every officer there how to get the wheel chair no one helped after long time one officer called and the chair arrived and he transferred me to a cart the driver was very bad he did not help in seating me and I sit on the back with my carry on when he drives like crazy I fell on the floor screeming he stopped and place me in the front and he asked if I need a doctor I told him no I just need to catch my flight although I was hurt badly with a very big bruise and when I reach the gate the plane was gone and I have to wait for another flight to take me to San Francisco and from there to Los Angeles and I singed a paper that I don't want a doctor"

For transatlantic flights the seats should be bigger."

Plussat: "Lufthansa took great care of my two cats transport abroad. They went overboard in my estimation and along with partner Adria Airways I couldn't be more grateful,and so are the kitties, for the wonderful care. ."
Miinukset: "The airline went on strike the day I was supposed to fly, so at 4:30 in the morning I arrived to the airport and learned that my flight got cancelled. The evening before there were no info about cancellation on internet. But a representative re-booked my trip on the same day with 2 different companies from the other airport and provided a free taxi. So I arrived to my final destination only 3h late. So my ratings will go only to "overall" as OK. On the other flights with Lufthansa the "Entertainment" and "Food" are usually Excellent"

Miinukset: "The joke has always been Ryanair sucks and I should avoid at all cost flying with this airline. I dismissed the feedback I received and I decided to book a weekend trip to London from Frankfurt. I should have listed and known better. To start, I did not receive a boarding pass after checking in. I was advised to go to the Ryanair clerk upon arriving at the airport. I explained to the clerk the situation; told her I did not have a boarding pass to print and was advised to see her. There were no issues and she printed my boarding pass without any fee. On the way back to Frankfurt, this is where things go from bad to worse. On our way to the airport in London, we get notice the flight has been cancelled. We didn't know what to do so I went on chat with a Ryanair rep and was told the flight would depart and there were no issues getting to Frankfurt International. I wasn't convinced, but I had no option. When I arrived at the airport in London I did exactly what I did in Frankfurt. I checked in with the clerk and explained to her the exact same thing I explained to the clerk in Frankfurt. The clerk started to yell at me. Tell me I couldn't be getting on the flight since I didn't have a boarding pass. She continued to yell at me after many attempts trying to explain to her the facts. The brushed me off to customer service and said she couldn't help me. Awful customer service!! As I walked away from the counter she yelled at me, "What do you expect this is Ryanair. It's an awful airline!". After standing at the customer service line for another 30 minutes. I tried to explain to the clerk at the customer service counter my situation and she did not want to reason. She demand I pay 15 GBP if I wanted to get on my flight. I didn't have an option, and I didn't agree with this decision. I paid the 15 GBP. After checking in at security and getting to our gate we quickly learned the flight would be rerouted to Frankfurt Hahn and then we would be bussed to Frankfurt International. After over an hour commute to Frankfurt International, we did not get home until 02:00h!! This is completely unacceptable and I will NEVER - NEVER fly Ryanair. Ryanair is the WORSE airlines!!!"

And the message went directly to the SPAM folder. Ridiculous policy that was not clearly stated. We were held hostage...even though we already paid for our flight, they wouldn't give us a boarding pass without paying this new, unexpected amount of money. Ryan Air was not clear about this policy...we went back and looked at all communication from them. Kayak was not clear either, so we will be looking for a refund!!"

Miinukset: "Crew was clueless on the return flight! Food service was exceptionally slow and we waited for some food for the kids for an hour. There is no control over alcohol that people can buy and one group became very noisy and disruptive."

The flight attendants talked over the loud intercom the entire time trying to sell products like perfume. One flight attendant kept bumping into me each time she walked by. The flight felt crowded. The seats are cramped and uncomfortable. I fly a lot and this was my first and probably last time flying ryan air."

Plussat: "The plan was clean and seats comfortable with enough leg room for all but the longest legs. Hot drinks, as in all flights way to expensive. Flight crew very nice and helpful. Over all we were very pleased and we fly quite a lot."

Miinukset: "My hiking poles were considered weapons and i forced to pay 35 to check the bag. Just another sleazy way to hike prices up. Never in one single instance has a hiking pole been used in a mano a mano duel between a passenger and flight attendant?,,,ridiculous. Shameless"

Miinukset: "Too many handlagguages of the people, so I needed to check in my bag..... and got it back broken! :-( the service for handling the replacement of broken bags is a kathastrophy!!!!"

Miinukset: "I paid money to be 1st on/1st off. No one cared, and i was trampled Duty free ?? You have people convinced of that, in a flight from Athens to Thessaloniki?? Honesty?!! Water please: 3 euros, for a bit of water"
Miinukset: "5 hour delay No communication from staff No announcement Staff risky rude and didn't care Staff extremely unhelpful"
Plussat: "Gave 1 star for food & entertainment as didn't buy food and of course too short for entertainment Would fly again with Ryan Air if they didn't insist on a printer boarding pass, too difficult."
Miinukset: "Having to print out a boarding pass is almost impossible when travelling as no access to a printer. The check-in area at Dublin as poor signage as I needed to get my booking pass stamped & passports checked The seats didn't recline & because I am not tall the head rest curve pushes my head forward (on most planes) have gap behind neck so very uncomfortable only helped by reclining seat. Boarding messy as no seat order called hence isles blocked, most planes load back seats first keeping isles free, this plane had back & front stair gangways but weren't told."
Miinukset: "They send email about check in but if you did not get it for various reasons while traveling (lack of wi-fi access) the day of the flight even though I was there 21/2 hours before I could not get my boarding pass from the agent I was told that I had 15 minutes to check in thru the Internet because I could check in only thru the airport automatic check in system as a result I missed the deadline ( only one station was functioning) and I had to pay 55 additional euros to board the flight another ways "legal highway robbery". Traveler be aware of this airline cheap tickets but they get you in other ways...."

Miinukset: "Ran out of tea and coffee after first 3-4 rows so most of us had none."

Plussat: "Crew was pleasant and food was decent but you had to pay for it"
Miinukset: "They charged me 45 Pounds because I checked in for my flight at the airport. This is highway robbery! Had to queue for about 30 minutes while boarding"
Miinukset: "Never said the fare didn't include bags until we arrived at airport. Charged 86 euros they make you pay. For that i would have gone on a better airline with baggage included. wasn't a cheap fare after all and no seat assignment u less you pay as well. Rude ticket counter person."
Plussat: "Easy booking, easy self checkin, even though now have selected seats it's still a little bit like a cattle market as everybody is wanting overhead hand luggage space near by. Very quick flight without ant issue"
Miinukset: "Cattle market loading feel both ways"
Miinukset: "Everything. The way you have everything set up online for luggage and in flight is set up to extort us for money. All I did was pay 150$ for luggage that wasn't that heavy and constant hounding to buy stuff in flight. Never using rush air again."
Plussat: "On time. That's about it."
Miinukset: "First time flying this airline. Cheap ticket price, but be prepared to get nickel and dimed... Check a bag? Ca-Ching! Choose your own seat? Ca-Ching! Cup of coffee? Ca-Ching! By the time you're booked and boarding, you could be flying an airline that keeps the interior of the aircraft clean, and has a seat pocket to keep your stuff in."
Miinukset: "Lack of customer service understanding that i did check in online but i was not able to retrieve my boarding pass due wifi problems at airport. I was just charged and told it was policy. They were not helpful just confrontational. I am going to be contacting ryanair directly to complain. Very unhappy with the service i received."
Miinukset: "Checked our party (two adults and three kids with backpacks) of 5's hand luggage, letting most other single travelers get onboard with hand luggage. What is the point, if you choose not to travel with checked bags and at the gate they still check hand luggage?"
