Staff were professional, friendly and accommodating. Great leg room and entertainment. Even the in flight meal and snacks were good. I was not looking forward to my domestic connection with Delta. Unfortunately, Delta met my anticipated expectation. US based carriers could learn a lot from Lufthansa."

Miinukset: "Muslim meal does not mean all Muslims eat curry. It’s rediculous that we cant have a decent English breakfast instead you get curry or some form of curry for breakfast, lunch and supper. Your so called Muslim meals are not suitable for kids!! There is no such thing as a Muslim meal either. It’s simply called Halal otherwise then everyone else’s meals should be called Christian or Jewish meals etc. Also I requested help with transfer to my last flight which was horrendous because I’m one adult with 4 kids ages 1 to 11 and my eldest has sever learning disability. I nearly missed my flight because our flight landed late and I was struggling to keep my kids safe and together while running for the next flight. Somone should have been there to help with transfer."

However, this international flight only had american plugs so anyone without an adapter was SOL. I tried to watch the large screen at the front of my section but they showed the movie Lion that is in Hindi and therefore had subtitles and I couldn't read the words from 12 rows back. The boarded process is like a cattle call. DO NOT FLY UNITED!!! I thought I was flying Lufthansa but it was a bait and switch situation."

And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."

Flight was cancelled and re booked to a flight that didn’t make sense (couldn’t make connections, no luggage agreement between the airlines, and no support from SAS whatsoever once we got stranded)
One airline attendant at the gate is not enough. Due to incompetence of the airline attended missed my flight home, which ruined my vacation.
The connecting flight was cancelled and there was not a way to get to the SAS flight. SAS has NO customer service available on the weekends. Very disappointed. Now trying to get a refund.

That was a rude situation....I felt cheated and then insulted . 2) CPH - Nice : The breakfast or the included orange drink gave me an upset stomach and bad case of Hemorroides. 3) I accepted a glass of tomatoe juice and when I asked for a coke with my lunch , the stewardess said I had only right to one drink and would have to pay the rest....really ? - wine used to be free and now a glass costs $4...really ?? 4) I arrived at CPH airport for my transfer .. the flight was yet not on the screen but no one gave any instruction and no officials of any kind were around to enquire....a cleaning crew finally directed me correctly. 5) the security line in New York to board was ridiculously long...someone shouted to take off our smelly shoes...really ?? 6) most were directed to the right with four snaking unending lines to one security check . From time to time others were directly directed ed to the left where there was no line and option of two security checks. Half way through my wait , most were directed to the left and all who were 'late', were let out first to their gate. The whole experience before, on the plane and after was not worth the money...least of all a pleasant one."

Miinukset: "First, passengers had to wait in the main terminal for a bus ride to a remote terminal to wait to board. The only food items offered in first class were unhealthful packaged snacks. On a flight such as this, at 8:12 am, something like a breakfast wrap would be more appropriate, especially considering the fare charged."

Miinukset: "An S80? Really? This plane was older than me! Horrible plane! The crew looked like they had been up since 4 am. Looked exhausted and unfriendly. I do want to clarify that this was an American Airlines operated plane, not etihad."

Miinukset: "Seated next to two obese people and when combined with narrow seats made it all but impossible to sit comfortably on my seat. Flight was delayed on the tarmac for almost an hour due to missing part. When flight arrived in SLC, gate wasn't open (at nearly 1 AM) and had to wait on tarmac again for 10-15 minutes."
Plussat: "Flight was good, there was no entertaiment, so i put one, but the flight was only almost 4 hrs. At night."
Miinukset: "I like the service I got and the service I got. I have back surgery and walk with assistance and the lady that helped me a the the birding desk took care of my needs and it was so much appriciated.. Thank you."

Miinukset: "I've never been so cold on a flight in my life. Had two blankets on me and still shivered the whole flight. Others in the cabin were wearing coats and sweaters - in July. Crazy cold."

Plussat: "We flew out of Dallas on AA Eagle and what a great flight! Super roomy, great staff, newest aircraft. Loved it .. wish we could have flown all the way home to SLC on the Eagle!"
Miinukset: "The only thing we didn't like was the turbulance coming into Amarillo (tornado warning!) but the AA Eagle handled it just fine .. so truly there are NO complaints .. Love this short flight between Dallas and Amarillo!"

Plussat: "The FAs on this flight were nice, engaging and caring, the way they should be, so I was happy about that."
Miinukset: "There was a teenager in front of me that was turning back every few seconds and made me nervous what she was looking back for. Then, there was an elderly woman sitting right next to me that kept pushing me every time she'd get out her tablet, pills, pocketbook, etc. By the end of the short 2-hour flight, I've had it with her."
Plussat: "Great selection of movies, comfortable flight overall."
Miinukset: "Only one drink service for 5 hours, attendants not friendly or attentive, and it took an eternity--again with AA--for the bags to hit the carousel. Over 30 minutes' wait."

It was a short flight, maybe they've had a long day but it was weird. biscuits and a beverage were offered - i think biscuits are gross maybe try pretzels or something healthy? ALSO, the new system (whatever that means) is awful. i experienced so many delays that made it difficult to find my booking and my checked bag >_<"

Plussat: "Our seats were much better on this flight than our longer leg. I was much more comfortable. The entertainment was just as good as our international flight."
Miinukset: "Because of the delayed flight out of Lisbon I missed this flight and was rerouted to Vancouver. I had to go through customs and re enter the airport going through security to board the Vancouver fligh. Slept in a hotel for four hours, paid for by Air Canada, went back to the airport through security again and flew to Portland."
Plussat: "The pilots were professional, got us there on time and did a wonderful smooth landing."
Miinukset: "The flights attendants uniforms were wrinkled and old, tired and worn out looking, their behaviour was the same. They were pretty much tired and disinterested in their job. Time to hire new blood, get new, fresh looking uniforms, and there definitely should be a weight limit, I have seen flight attendants who have to turn sideways to get down the aisle comfortably, what on earth would they do in an emergency. Yes size does matter. Look to JAP airlines for style and dignity in the job. Having said that I love Air Canada and fly it as often as possible home."
Plussat: "The flight back to Newark was good. Boarding was smooth and crew kept walking around with water to keep everyone hydrated."
Miinukset: "The plane was old and cramped and entertainment system had issues. Movie choices were not that great."

The aircraft's interior was not clean. The carpet the seats and the tray tables all dirty and discussing. The seats are undiscribly substandard and uncomfortable. The bilingual announcement was done incoherintkyin both languages absolutely not professional Crew was nice except an Asian/Canadian flight attendent. It's a less than adequate experience even for a officially second tier airline. Why does Canada put out an embarrassing product like this airline ? Shame on them !"
Miinukset: "This is not an Air Canada flight, is a Rouge flight, meaning there is no service, no screens, not even blankets on board. I didn't know that until after confirming my reservation, and it makes all the difference. For a low cost flight, the service is ok, but it shouldn't be advertised as Air Canada at all."
Plussat: "Crew met all the neccessary requirements at check-in counter and in- flight.."
Miinukset: "Seating was not comfortable and didn't want to pay extra to secure the appropriate seating.. Ihave travelled with Air Canada Jumbo jet in the past and found it was much better..."
Miinukset: "Air Canada stopped flying to SLC while we we're on our trip. so it made the connections to other flights after getting to Toronto (from Amsterdam) really tricky and tight on time. While on the flight from Amsterdam, things were great, but that stress of being rerouted was not great..."
Miinukset: "The movie selection was limited. The stewardess were not very friendly and were hard to hear,"
Miinukset: "Twice now Air Canada has changed flight itineraries into SLC, this time by one day, making a 26 hour layover in Toronto and another time a 48 hour layover by changing the flight by two days."
Miinukset: "Flight was late from Barcelona to Mintreal by an hour. I needed a wheelchair - didn't show up! Then pulled a muscle trying to get through customs and they barely held my flight to Chicago. Made it, with No Help. Late into Chicago and still no wheelchair. There was no one from whom to get help. Finally a United Airlines employee took pity on me and got a wheelchair to me and got me to the flight - again, just barely. Over 20 hours in the air, no assistance and poor food. I will never fly air canada again - ever. Not worth the savings. I've spent an entire week recovering and spent the savings on physical therapy due to the damage to my legs."
Plussat: "Flight attendants were friendly and considerate. Food was satisfactory and timed appropriately. Entertainment device worked and offered adequate variety. The aircraft itself was clean and comfortable. It was not overly air-conditioned as aircraft tend to be."
Miinukset: "Boarding was slow and confusing: verbal instructions conflicted with posted signs, and it was hard to choose the right lines. Arrival in Canada was a nightmare! Customs and security were confusing, inefficient, and staffed by people who had little patience. There was much yelling and running around., there appeared to be little sympathy or concern for the dozens of passengers who were attempting to make connecting flights, and it was ridiculous to announce that security closed at 9p.m. .when there were planes on the runway awaiting connecting passengers and people with boarding passes who were not allowed to catch their flights."
Plussat: "always has extra seats available."
Miinukset: "A lot of families with kids, dirty lavatory due to low passenger profile. Rude flight attendant while having seated before take off. Dirty Boarding area. Poor food quality."
Miinukset: "We were late getting into Chicago and I missed my connection to Albuquerque. I was scheduled to arrive at my destination at noon and because we were late, I didn't get home until almost midnight."
Plussat: "We boarded on time and made connecting flight with no issues."
Miinukset: "My son had no tv monitor (broken?0 the entire trip with no resolution to the issue. We asked flight crew several times to see what could be done and were told they would reset it. We have very little confidence that was done and no other resolution was pursued. The plane was not very clean and the smell of one of the bathrooms was terrible."
Plussat: "The person next to me was moved...so I had the whole row to myself. It was comfortable!"

Plussat: "Direct flight and good schedule"
Miinukset: "The price was higher than Delta direct flight but I chose AC because of my top tier status on AC. That got me a complimentary upgrade but the entertainment system did not work"
Miinukset: "My boyfriend and I were flying from Toronto to Salt Lake City, we didn't pay for assigned seating (because who really wants to dish out extra money for something as silly as that?) and thought that it just meant that we still had seats on the plane and they just might not be next to each other which was fine. We did online check in and having our tickets sent to our phones (his worked fine and mine never came through, yes, we triple checked to make sure my phone number and everything was correct). Both of our tickets ended up saying the seat was GTE so when we got to the terminal (two hours early) the moment an employee was behind the counter we went up to talk to them and they said that we would get a seat on the flight and that it wouldn't be a problem at all for us to sit together. Right before they start boarding an announcement is made that the flight was overbooked (by 8 people!) and they were asking if anyone would be willing to give up their seat and receive compensation (no one would). So, all 8 of us had to go up to the same snarky man who had told us that we WOULD be getting seats and have him explain to us that the next flight isn't until tomorrow and we had to go to the Air Canada customer service desk to get the flight plan figured out. We had to wait 2 hours in line just to talk to someone who tried to make Air Canada out to be the victims (how dare we not want to pay $40 for a seat and because of our frugality poor Air Canada now has to compensate us for the inconvenience AND get us new plane tickets, we should feel so bad for them because they are now losing money). We had to wait for about 40 minutes with this lady because she was either new or not competent enough to figure out how to get us new tickets with Delta (guess why Delta? because Air Canada had already overbooked the flight out for the next day too! Looks like they'll be losing some more money). Oh yeah, she also scolded my boyfriend for having his plane ticket on his phone, because it inconvienenced her. That lady finally left and we finally got help from someone who actually knows what decent customer service is (shout out to Michelle Khan at Air Canada). She was really nice and understanding and was actually able to go through the process of getting us tickets and in a timely manner. She explained that while it is a complete joke, by law flights are allowed to overbook their flights by up to 10% of seats available on the flight. We could understand overbooking by a couple, but really, 8? Never fly with Air Canada."
Miinukset: "Being stranded in Toronto for 24 hours with Air Canada unwilling to rebook us on other carriers to get us home sooner. Given our prediction of the missed connection and request for rebooking before our first leg of travel, it was particularly irritating that they would not help us get home the most efficient way."
Plussat: "I was surprised at how much leg room there was. Also, there were a lot of entertainment choices for such a short flight."
Miinukset: "They didn't clearly call zones, so I wasn't sure when I could board and ended up being one of the last people to get on the plane."
Plussat: "I eventually got home."
Miinukset: "Non weather related cancellations of 10 flights to the US and every other flight was delayed by a minimum of 2 hours. Many flights were delayed by hours then cancelled later on. There was no explanation from the staff. Also, one of the door fire alarms kept going off every few minutes and it was never fixed but eventually shut off. Very unreliable air carrier."
Miinukset: "Put on stand-by because flight oversold. No notice. Finally got on at the last moment. Our bags did not arrive."
Plussat: "The crew were nice. I like the type of plane. It arrived basically on time, with my luggage."
Miinukset: "First, I despise Air Canada's new policy of charging $25 per segment per passenger to get a seat assignment - any seat assignment. This isn't a surcharge for more leg room, or to move to business class - it is for the ability to pick seats at all. That means that if I want to sit next to my spouse on a simple direct flight, the cost is $100 round trip ($25 x 4)! For that much money, we should not only be seated together, we should be seated together at a very nice restaurant (which is exactly where we spent the $100 that we refused to spend on seat assignments). Second, my particular seat wasn't clean. Someone had been sick, and it wasn't completely cleaned up. Maybe getting a clean seat is an additional surcharge? The nice stewardess helped me and with some sanitizing hand wipes we were able to get rid of the remnants stuck on my tray and the wall of the aircraft (of course, since I didn't pay for a seat assignment, I ended up in a last row window seat in a plane without middle seats)."

Miinukset: "There was some dripping from the ceiling on those of us in the back of the plane. It might have been condensation from the air conditioning or air flow nozzles. In the groove of the ceiling immediately over the seats there seemed to be some dirt or mold."
