Our baggage is lost

Don't understand how a highly organized German system has no signage or employees to direct traffic on boarding. Either preferred or general - which means the line for boarding strung along 3 gates for over 40 minutes. As well folks let me through with documentation and then stopped me because someone along the way didn't put a sticker on back of my passport. Sticker shortage??? Finally- and my biggest gripe- if it is a government mandate for everyone flying to Germany to wear a mask , why did my associates not have to wear one on AA? It is an airline issue. And if the US doesn't mandate masks, ok for flying into Germany, but why in to US? Again, none of associates HAD TO wear masks. Get that Germans have a preference and respect that, but if I just had to pay 30 euros for a rapid test that said I was negative to get on the plane, why this added hassle imposed by airline - again not a government thing. Or if I'm wrong, then AA and BA are non compliant.

When we addressed our concern, the lufthansa employee told us that u cannot have buses for all the passengers in a situation of a delay.... unacceptable.... how is this the client's fault to miss a flight due to a delay?"

Last minute change of aircraft from Amsterdam to Mexico City made our seats different and not as comfy as on the 787-900 planned. Crew was a little bit snippy and not as friendly as I expected on Aeromexico. KLM crews are fantastic! KLM food is not so much for their short-haul flights serving these salad vegan boxes.

Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

Miinukset: "Was not informed that checking in online is the only way to secure a seat. So, regardless of whether you book your tickets 3 months in advance or the day before, you're not actually guaranteed a seat unless you check in online. We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."

Plussat: "Of the multiple international airlines I recently flew with, I would have to say KLM was by far the best. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

Baggage drop Tukholmassa oli vaikeaa löytää. Terminaali 5 on sekava remontin takia, siksi ohjeistus/kyltitys pitäisi selkeyttää. Lyhyellä lennolla on typerää tarjoilla mitään. Finnairin mustikkamehuinnostus on outo: se on roiskuessaan tahraavaa nestettä, jonka jakaminen ahtaasti istuville matkustajille on täysin turhaa. Vesi riittää, jos sitä on erikseen tarjottava 45 minuutin matkalla.

Koneen tarjoilun hinnat olivat kalliita

Sopiva lämpötila, tilava economy ja leffojen lisäksi myös sarjoja. Ruoka oli ihan ok, eikä tietysti voi miellyttää kaikkia.

Matkustamohenkilökunnan toiminta ja käytös ala-arvoista

Oli kylmä. Aika moni aivasteli tai niiskutti 12 tunnin lennon päättyessä.

Koneeseen pakkautumista voisi järkevöittää, esim. rivi tai muutama kerrallaan, jottei syntyisi ryntäylyä ja hässäkkää.

Todella ahdas kone.

Henkilökunta oli ihan ystävällistä. Koneeseennousu oli hidas. Tarjottavat ovat nolla-arvoisia, vain lasi vettä ilmaiseksi, ei ole toimiva konsepti ollenkaan.

Ostettiin lentolippu yhdessä, ei siis pitänyt olla epäselvää, että ollaan pariskunta. Meidät kuitenkin sijoitettiin istumaan koneessa kauas toisistamme. Pärjäämme toki itsenäisesti, mutta moinen homma vaikuttaa lähinnä kiusanteolta. Eikä suinkaan asiakaspalvelulta. Terveiset siis Finnairille tai muille, jotka olivat järkkäilleet istumapaikat.

Hyvä, nopea lento, Hki lentoasemalla hyvä palvelu

Finnairilla hyvä henkilökunta, kaikki sujui tosi hienosti lennolla.

lentoemännät hoiti tehtävänsä hyvin. Koneen ilmastoinnissa oli vikaa, tuli vilu.

Lento aivan täynnä ja bourdauksessa ei mitään järjestystä. Tuntuu siltä, että Finnair sijoittaa pariskunnat erilleen ilman erillistä maksettua paikkavalintaa.

Premiere economy -luokkaan voisi kuulua ruoka

Tehokasta, mukavaa, uutta ja miellyttävää. Homma toimi. Hyvät unet!

Lähtöselvityksessä oli vain yksi henkilö, mikä ei vastannut lainkaan tarvetta, koska hän oli ERITTÄIN HIDAS - ja hieman tyly (?). Passeja hän pyöritteli todella kauan ja tavasi hitaasti kirjain kirjaimelta nimemme niistä ja vertaili kuvia meihin. Tuntui todella oudolta. Lisäksi tarranauhat taisivat loppua kesken ja hän joutui hakemaan niitä muualta. Meillä (kolmen hlön perhe) oli ainoastaan yksi laukku menossa ruumaan, mutta virkailija yllätti meidät vaatimalla myös käsimatkatavaramme ruumaan, koska tilaa olisi kuulemma liian vähän. Luonnollisesti olimme pakanneet kaiken säännösten mukaan ja tässä hässäkässä ruumaan joutui myös elektroniikka, jotka olimme jättäneet käsimatkatavaroihin. Virkailija ei huomannut kysyä asiasta, emmekä me kiireessä muistaneet sitä. Lisäksi jouduin todella vaatimalla vaatimaan, että sain yhden laukun käsimatkatavaroihin, koska sairastan diabetesta ja astmaa ja olin pakannut matkalla mahdollisesti tarvitsemani lääkkeet ko. laukkuun. Ehdin jo hieman hätääntyä asiasta, kunnes virkailija "armollisesti" tuli sen verran vastaan, että antoi minun valita yhden kolmesta laukustamme matkustamoon. Ymmärrän tilantarpeen, mutta olisi ollut todella järkevää kertoa jonossa odottaville etukäteen, että tällaista vaaditaan, jotta muutenkin todella tiukalla ollut ollut aika ei olisi kulunut turhaan säätämiseen turhautuneitten jonottajien odottaessa selän takana. Asian olisi mielestäni voinut myös hoitaa hieman kohteliaammin. Lisäksi huomasin koneessa, että hyvin harvan kohdalla oli vaadittu jättämään matkustamoon tarkoitettuja laukkuja ruumaan - ainakin lähes kaikilla oli yksi laukku/hlö mukana. Hämmentävää. Yllättävää kyllä kone pääsi kuitenkin lähtemään matkustajien puolesta ajallaan, vaikka jonottavat pitivät sitä mahdottomana. Lento sujui muuten hyvin, paitsi jalkatilat olivat todella surkeat verrattuna menomatkamme koneeseen.

Kone oli kolme tuntia myöhässä.... Meitä pompoteltiin portilta toiselle. Ilmastointi oli olematon.

Asiakkaita suositellaan menemään kentälle hyvissä,ajoin, mutta finskin lähtöselvitys ja bag drop portit avautuvat, aina, liian myöhään. (munchen)

Tämä nykyajan "turvatarkastusteatteri" on aivan absurdia matkustajien kiusaamista. EI voi mitenkään olla perusteltua että joutuu jonottamaan yli 2 tuntia sitä että käsimatkatavarat tutkitaan. Matkustajista 99.99999% on rehellisiä asiallisia ihmisiä eikä heidän kiusaamisensa moisella teatterilla edistä mitenkään lentoturvallisuutta. Parannusehdotus turvallisuuspäällikölle potkut tehtäviensä hoidon täydellisestä epäonnistumisesta. Esim lennollani 2 oli vain läpivalaisulaitetta käytössä ja jonossa tuhansia ihmisiä. Ilman lennon myöhästymistä olisimme missanneet lentomme tämän pelleilyn johdosta! Kyllä moiset tarkastukset pitää pystyä järjestämään siten ettei matkustajan tarvitse seisoskella jonossa tuntikausia. Lento oli lähes 3 tuntia myöhässä emmekä saaneet mitään tietoa mistään. Emme saaneet myöskään vouchereita.

Nopeaa toimintaa, kaikki sujui hyvin.

Kaikki toimii suunnitellusti, ruokaa tai viihettä en käyttänyt.

Järjestelyt toimi oikein hyvin matkakumppanin boarding pass dokumentti katosi turvatarkastuksen jälkeen puhelimesta jokin spammi yritti latautua , mutta passilla koneeseen 😊 Kone ilmeisesti hiukan kovassa käytössä, istuin muhkurainen. Henkilökunta oikein palvelualtista ja ammattitaitoista ☺

Check-in jonoa oli aamulennolla, mikä on pienellä lennolla ymmärrettävää. Kaikki muu toimi mainiosti.

Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!

Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.

Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.

Lentoemäntä joka oli Lennon takaosassa oli todella mukava!

Tässä odottelen laukkua vieläkin niin missähän olis parannettavaa!

Tällä lennolle kaikki sujui hienosti. Henkilökunta toimi ammattitaitoisesti ja lentäjät olivat huippu ammattilaisia, nousut ja laskut olivat hallittua. Kiitos Finnair.

Minulla oli aivan kova nälkä ja halusin ostaa lentokoneessa leivän mutta valitettavasti minä olen nuori enkä omista luottokorttia ja en saanut koneesta mitään koska normaali electron maksu kortti ei kelvannut eikä käteinen kelvannut..

Miinukset: "Norwegian Air operated its international flight like a budget airline. I have never been on a flight where no food or drink was even offered. We had to ask for water 4 times before one of the attendants brought over half a glass. We ended up buying food and drinks since no meals were served the entire way. It is very dangerous to limit the amount of water patrons drink on the flight. Nothing else was provided. Headphones, blanket, pillow were all extra. Lastly, they do not allow online check in for travelers from the USA. As a result, we were forced to pay 80 euro for each checked bag at the counter!!! We will never fly or recommend Norwegian Air ever again."

Plussat: "The crew was nice but strict, which I guess is a good thing. The seats are decently comfortable."
Miinukset: "The seats are very narrow so it feels tight even for a smaller person like me. There is no meal served on this 7-8 hour flight, unless you pre-purchase one online when you buy your ticket or the weeks leading up to the flight. You can purchase snacks, but they take over an hour to be delivered."
Plussat: "We liked VERY LITTLE ... we will never fly Norwegian AGAIN... I will look for a different airline plus, I will tell anyone I can not to fly Norwegian Air period !!!"

Miinukset: "Norwegian Air switched to airplane to Wamas Air. I paid the upgraded seats and the special meals. I did not get the seat and the was horrible. There was no way to use the Wifi while flying in route to LAX. No TV's or anything and when we landed, we had to wait on the plane for 35 minutes before the buses showed up. I happy happy we landed safely. The crew was pleasant, but I want a refund for the return portion of my flight and for the upgrades I paid for in advance."

After my request, I never saw the crew member again and I spent a five hour flight with my hair blowing in the wind. The crew enjoyed their own company partying in the “kitchen “ without caring that passengers could hear their conversations at 2:00 in the morning. Again, inattentive and unkind!"

There was no where to charge electriconics (which was unfortunate for a 9hr flight), and we waited on the tarmac in Newark from 9:10-10:40 because there "was no parking" for our plane. Lastly, (probably more Newark's fault) we waited another hour and ten minutes for our luggage at claim."

The clincher for me was that they charge by the kilo for excess baggage. I had just gotten married and we were moving my wife to Asia to live with me. We had 1 extra bag and they would not even listen to our situation. They charged me $600 for an extra bag. I will never fly Norwegian Airways again. No consideration for their passengers. The bottom line - do not fly Norwegian Airlines..."

In economy: The seating area is sufficient for small children only. Nothing is provided for passenger comfort, not even water."

Plussat: "I believe the only thing I did like about the trip was the easement of getting checked to board the plane. Other than that, maybe just the price of my flight."
Miinukset: "Where to begin, first of all the flight was delayed. And not just one or two hours, but almost 5 hours! The communication from the boarding crew was atrocious, as they did not keep us informed until maybe an hour after the fact that it was already delayed. After finally being cleared to board we were all cramped and rushed on a shuttle from the waiting area to the plane. I've been on cramped planes before, but maybe not this badly. I received a middle seat, which was alright, but the amount of space to move around in was unacceptable. I attempted to load my carry on in the storage compartment overhead but it was all taken up. That made matters worse in terms of having space to stretch my feet out, as the person's next to me were not the kindest and kept cramping me even more. The delaying of my flight made me miss my check in to my hotel two hours later. I lost most of my day I'm being able to have free time before the check in due to it. Overall, I was not satisfied one bit with the airline service. I just hope that my return flight is a more pleasant one."

Plussat: "The flight from Boston to Gatwick was most pleasant - plenty of leg-room in Economy Class. The food was somewhat mediocre, especially the snack served at breakfast-time. Overall, however, a very good five and a half hour journey."

The location information did work, including simulations of the view from the cockpit and windows. You have to pay for everything except water poured for you."

The sound was just awful, you couldn't barely make out the voices and there was no way to remedy it. Please fix that issue this has never happened to me before on other airlines their headphones worked fine. Also for long haul flights they should provide as much water as you need and not be forced to buy water - it is a necessity for good health and not getting dehydrated!"

Miinukset: "Norwegian airlines needs to tell their customers that their luggage was left behind in Stockholm. We are exhausted from the long travels & are even more pissed off when multiple customers kept waiting for their luggage. I felt even more horrible to the family that was taking a cruise the next day. Can you believe Norwegian airlines are closed on Sunday. Couldn't talk to customer service until Monday when they opened. Bad customer satisfaction;("
Plussat: "You randomly bumped many of us when your plane had trouble. Left us in Stockholms airport hotel while my non refundable Nice hotel went empty. Took hours for you guys to make a plan. Then next days flight was 2 hours delayed. Literally spent 24 hours in an airport or plane for a 3 hour flight. Miserable customer service. No human customer service at the airport. No way to get thru on phone. No way to contact online. Terrible experience. J Raj"

Our flight on Norwegian was delayed 2 hours and had open seats, so i don't know why they wouldn't give them tickets. We tried calling customer service many times and spoke to the people at the check in desks, and they were very rude and told us "too bad." My friends missed the flight and had to rebook a new flight to Europe at an extremely high cost. I will never use this airline again. This was the worst flying experience I've ever had."

Very impressed it’s been many years since I have flown with Ryan air and the speed of checking in to boarding was very efficient and quick no hold ups all run straight threw with no waits at all. Very very pleased and will in future use Ryan air again as very pleased with the service

there was a delay for over 3 hours due to fog this is toatly acceptable, beacause of flight safety but since the fog was not unknown why we were boarded and than had to wait on plane without option to go back to the terminal the boarding was on foot so there was cnot supposed to be a big problem to get back and than reboard

No wonder the owner's a billionaire--however, on the positive side, the pilot landed "like butter" in Glasgow AND we heard that the Ryanair owner actually does pay millions in taxes for the good of Ireland. The attendant had my friend and I make sure our baggage fit into their container, along with others. An Italian man who's bag was clearly wider, was let through free of charge. They asked my friend if she was Italian and when she responded in English they said she needed to pay the 55 Euro fee. The only other people who paid besides my friend and I was a family of four from England even though it was clear that other larger bags were let in. Save your frustrations and pay extra for a more professional flight!"

This delay reduced our transit options on arrival and also inconvenienced our host. The flight was overheated and uncomfortable. At the freight-level prices, I wasn't expecting food or entertainment, and I was aware the flight would be full, but I was expecting at the least a functional temperature control or effort to use it. Especially during the hour we idled on the tarmac prior to takeoff."
