Need more counters. Doha airport has majority of Indian national personell at check in and luggage checkins. They have to learn some manners and be polite with people. Rudeness is a turn off passengers who are tired"
Miinukset: "The airline demaged both of my completely new suitcases. They both had TSA approved locks. One of the suitcses has a missing wheel, another one ripped zipper and missing lock and it was wraped in plastic. A few items were missing from that bag."

Unfortunately the luggages didn't reach to Cairo airport with me . 3 days later they told me that the luggages in Jordan and I have to travel from Alexandria city to Cairo to receive my luggages . When I went their , I found my luggages were opened and missing much items . I made reports on the airport. The employees in the airport they wondered why the opened the selling box , and the box looks empty. The weight for this box was 32 kilograms in the time of shipping. And I paid $400 for extra weight . But when I received it was like 20 kilograms. Plus I paid $350 for Qater airline for shipping 3 luggage . That's means I paid $750 for shipping 3 luggages and I received it looks empty . I need refund for all shipping and $5000 for damages items , or I will complain this airlines through the American court . Thank you"

No warmth or empathy. Planes are showing their age, particularly in the seat monitors. Screens have dead zones with inoperative icons. Also, quite a few seats were literally falling apart. But, when you fly to more countries than any other airline, some wear-and-tear is to be expected."

We booked our tickets in August of 2017, Turkish Airlines could've told us this. During booking, they ask for passport expiry date, what's the point if you're not going to tell us in advance and wait till our travel date to tell us this information. We couldn't travel on our vacation as planned and we were charged an additional $3,000 to change our tickets."

Although I'm not wheelchair bound, I have great difficulty walking distances with fear of falling. I was never offered some assistance by the Houston airport or the airline at this point. The seating on the plane is difficult to maneuver for a disabled person. The flight was OK except for cramped spaces. The flight left on time and that was good considering Houston had just gone through the hurricane."

One but none of them know what i was saying And at the time my flight was sopposed leave 7:50 so I was freaking out And no one helping at that crtical moment I finaly got the delay flight info after running somany times up and down the road"

At the gate, I asked if there was an isle seat or an emergency row seat available (because I have long legs and long feet) and he said he would check and see. Well, he failed to inform me if any of the seats were available, so I sat in a window seat to Istanbul and a middle seat to Venice. I had to pay $160 for an extra bag to Venice. I asked if the airline allowed military members to check a third bag for free, I was laughed at, and told that US military members get charged more because we're not in the Turkish military. So as you can see, this trip started off horribly. My flight attendant seemed like she was having a horrible day because her attitude and customer service was bad."

Miinukset: "The whole operation was shabbily done. Because of a Turkish airlines' flight delay, we wouldn't be able to make our connecting flight to Venice from Istanbul. So the agents booked me and my traveling companions on DIFFERENT flights the next day, long after we had paid to be getting to Venice. It took a long time and a lot of work on my part to get our tickets corrected to all be on the same flight, and the whole thing was very unprofessional. The lower price for Turkish airlines is not worth it when you have to spend an entire day of your vacation sitting in the Turkish Airlines airport hotel because Turkish Airlines can't properly get you to your destination on time."

I ended up spending the night in the Airport."

The gate experience was horrid, there were no representatives to tell people what to do, then there were no signage and the general layout was garbage. No way to know business class entry from the economy. Many very disillusioned people and you probably lost customers because this was their first time THY experience. I have been a loyal customer for THY for a long time, love you airline and am a big fan, but was personally embarrassed for you. The flight made up for it but you need to fix this,"

Plussat: "We were traveling from IAH gto FRA with two dogs. One in a crate and one in a small carry on dog bag. Lufthansa handled the process very well. They expected us at the airport, helped us through the entire checkin with a smile, helpful information and care. They brought us and our dog to TSA and after boarding confirmed that our dog had been loaded and safely taken care of. The cabin crew also checked on us and our in cabin dog. I don't know any other airline that makes traveling with a dog so easy and pleasant."

When our flight was delayed and it was questionable whether we'd make our Lufthansa connection, there was a small bus with 2 Lufthansa crew members waiting for us on the ground - they escorted us through Customs and directly to the door of the airplane so that we'd make the flight. Service I have never gotten on an American airline!"

We disregarded this on the first flight, but when it happened on the next flight similarly, we asked if we could get our children the chicken meal. The air hostess explained they had no more. But she presented the two options to the fellow passenger behind us. We were extremely offended by the way we were treated. The airlines offers no entertainment for children as do other airlines. In fact, one air hostess went so far as to ask me to tell my Lil one to MUTE the volume of his ipad."
Miinukset: "Unprofessional behavior of the checkin counter agent at IAH was disappointing. The registration of food choice online didn’t get through hence had to deal with pasta Airbus 380 seats selected by us on the upper deck seemed to lack cushion and hence very uncomfortable"

Obviously picked the salmon which was sitting on a bed of soggy rice and a dinner roll that was so cold, I could cool my drink with! It was also hard enough to use for self-defense. The entertainment system was so bad, the kid behind me was punching the screen!! It took me 5 minutes to wait for the screen to respond and it was not much larger than my phone. Again, miss Emirates-this will be my last flight on Lufthansa!!!"

Miinukset: "The layover time was terrible. Only 1 hour in Frankfurt. I barely made my next flight and that's only because I ran since the boarding time is about 30 minutes before the flight leaves. Their "minimum layover time" needs to be lengthened. I'd like to know if any of the people who make that decision have ever tried to make a flight with such a short layover."

Lufthansa should have anticipated this mass of people and had appropriate passport checkers there from that company. "Not our fault" does not cut it. Two planes 600 people each landed at same time. I'd guess a quarter missed connection. The process of rescheduling was a comedy of lies and inefficiency and lack of concern. Worst air travel experience ever. Ruined first two days of my vacation. Oh yea forgot the worst. No air conditioner running on runway at Houston at three in afternoon. Passengers visibly sweating before a nine out overseas flight. Blamed it on a mistake."

Miinukset: "First of all, the boarding took an hour longer than it should have been so we all sat in the plane dripping with sweat, because it was 100 degrees in Houston and the plane didn't have A/C on until we took off. Food was not good, some mysterious meat they called beef stew and veggies with strange texture. We ended up drinking more since the food was bad. The entertainment choices were OK but the equipment was a bit ancient, my husband's screen ( we sat in the front where screen pulled out of the seat) was broken and was held by a duct tape(???!!!) The seats are small, I have flown with other companies on transatlantic flights and their seats are bigger and more comfortable in economy class."

Miinukset: "The flight was late in departing and then rerouted from Frankfurt to Manchester causing many passengers to loose connection. The reasongiven was a crew scheduling issue. Compensation upon arrival at Frankfurt was nil unless you asked and if you did you got an insulting 7 euros which barely even paid for coffee. No apology to people given just a "business as usual, it is your problem attitude". At arrival in Frankfurt there was a pass the buck attitude where any questions of connecting flights, and reroutes was forwarded to a Lufthansa counter that was NOT manned by anyone. Very frustrated."

Plussat: "Comfort, yummy food, exceptional customer service, but the best part had to be the amazing service when checking in at IAH.....the lady who checked us in delivered the best customer service I have ever received by an airline....I would love if she received some appreciation....she was super professional, courteous, friendly to my daughter, explained everything and made sure I understood, and then said "I'll see you upstairs Mrs. Manderfeld to help you further....at the gate" WOW! If only all airline check was like this!"

I am a 6'2" tall person stuck in between two 300+ men. Not only did I feel uncomfortable I felt unsafe. When I asked if I could upgrade to premium economy or even business it was a straight no without even looking in the system to see if their were open seats. The girl in front of me ate with her seat reclined which allowed me a whole inch of space to bring my food to my mouth. Terrible airline and terrible experience. If I could cuss in this review I would."

Miinukset: "Entertainment was dated and poor in function. Our bags were 99 dollars each and we’re both lost and didn’t arrive. I just filed a claim and got rude service saying I should have filed the claim at the airport baggage area but there was not anybody there to do the claim then he agent upstairs said they just spoke to them and they are there and I should have done it there. This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."
Plussat: "From pre-boarding, to boarding, to the food, and the attentiveness, everything was top notch! The cleanliness of the plane was only topped by the friendliness of the crew."
Miinukset: "The flight was marked at almost 11hrs but ended up being only 9...not a negative other than it meant not spending as much time on board!"

Miinukset: "Pet was left behind at vacation destination as pet's reservation (made and confirmed through KLM) was not found at check in. Waiting for Customer Care to help get pet home and take responsibility for situation and getting no response. Very dissapointed, considering law suit."

Miinukset: "It was really unclear which desk to use at Birmingham airport to check in. It was extremely stressful for a first time flier as I had no idea what to do - the desk location wasn't marked clearly and when no staff were there it wasn't clear that the desk was open."
Plussat: "The crew were really helpful since I am a short person in putting my luggage away in the overhead compartment and attentive to everyone's needs. I am a fussy eater and don't really like airplane food but the food was actually really nice. We was given plenty of snacks and drinks in between meals as well. There was plenty of programmes to choose from to keep me entertained."
Miinukset: "The seats in economy were a little too small for a 12 hour flight"
Plussat: "Crew was friendly, and the food was better than the usual KLM fare."
Miinukset: "The "new" seats were hard and uncomfortable. Avoid any kinds of seats near the bathroom in a configuration with 3 abreast next to the windows. The "aisle" seat is essentially a "waiting area" for the rest room."
Miinukset: "Horrible. First, we lost a suitcase. It could happen but for two days they did nothing and only told us stories (so as not to use the word lies). Within a few hours (and thanks to airline assistance) we were able to locate the suitcase. Even then it took them two days to bring it to us, two precious days off our planned vacation (7 days) At the end of the shortened vacation, we got to the chek in, and told that since the ticket I had purchased form them two months earlier was too cheap ... and since the flight was Over booked, they would take me off the plane if all the passengers would arrive. It's unnecessary to describe what I felt until the plane took off. They apologize constantly, but do nothing practical. a bae company. no me nor my freinds/family will go with KLM"

Miinukset: "Flight delayed ... Myself and three other colleagues didn't have our luggage show up from KLM flight from Amsterdam to Brussels...even though all of our luggage was labeled "priority". Once in customer service line, we looked and saw that many of the other passengers on our flight also never received their luggage. We estimated that 20-25% of the people on that flight did not receive their luggage as they were in line with us for the same problem. Hard to understand how so many pieces of luggage could have been overlooked and not loaded on our flight. Obviously there is a huge gap in their quality system to ensure mistakes like this are prevented."

Miinukset: "We had booked business on our flight to Milan, and it was extremely disappointing that on this sector they put us on the last seat in the back of the plane. There were plent of seats on this flight that had extended legroom. A bit of a mystery, why Westjet elected to put usin the last seats on the plane?"
Miinukset: "Very slow service. I wanted to by several goods from duty free. But crew served only first 20 rows of aircraft."
Plussat: "Good food, good entertainment system, comfortable seating."
Miinukset: "Only one toilet working in business class. A crew member told me that it was a decision to fly with only one toilet to ensure no delay. There was a disgusting stench of sewerage for the complete flight from Amsterdam to Johannesburg. This was in all likelihood due to the broken toilet on the left side."
Plussat: "Smooth boarding. Good food. Decent leg room at my seat. Good crew. Flight was on time. Good magazine on the flight for entertainment."
Miinukset: "They didn't give any napkins out with the food which was weird."
Plussat: "Service of the staff was great"
Miinukset: "Turbulence, with all our technology we still cannot avoid this?"
Plussat: "They flew full speed to catch up with the delays."
Miinukset: "Departure was scheduled with one hour delay. When everyone was boarded they mentioned a leaking toilet. It took them 1,5 hours to disable the toilet. In the mean time, no drinks, no snacks, nothing. So we should depart at 18:00 but it became 19:30. Our first drinks and meal was no earlier then 21:00. The crew should have anticipated better that the technical problem would at least take one hour and give everyone a drink at least."

Miinukset: "Claiming that the plane was completely full (which it wasn't), They forced just about everyone to check there carry ons. When we got on board, there was plenty of overhead space. Supposedly, we should've have been allowed a carryon and a personal item."
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed for more then an hour and there was a last minute gate change to the other side of the terminal."
Plussat: "Services were appropriate for the time of departure and length of the flight."

Plussat: "The crew was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure the passengers were well taken care of."
Miinukset: "Have more books available for passengers who want to read."
Plussat: "The quality of the seat, cleanliness of the aircraft (with the exception of the restrooms). Ground and lounge crew excellent and knowledgeable. Boarding was swift but confusing."
Miinukset: "In cabin crew was substandard. Very slow in the food service, often times rude and lound when addressing passengers, and failed to clean the restrooms in flight, which left them in dire state and smelled. An unusually unpleasant set of attendants, and sadly not one of them made up for the lack of professionalism the others showed. No priority boarding, they proceeded with boarding the first half of passengers all at once so rather confusing."

Miinukset: "SAS like other airlines gives you a chance to bid on a nicer seat. If the offer is accepted, your card is charged the amount you bid and you are upgraded. If your offer is not accepted, you keep your seat and are not charged for bidding. I placed a bid for a nicer seat and was informed the day before the flight that my bid was rejected. But when the plane was boarding, I went to the man at the desk and asked if the plane was full. He informed me that it was not, and that I could pay roughly $300 for economy plus, or $1000 for business class. Online, I was ALLOWED to bid $200 for the economy plus seat. If they are going to reject this offer and then have the seat fly empty, they are a bunch of dicks. They had a chance for me to be a happier customer and to make more money. Now they lost both. What was also terrible is that when I family with an infant was moved up a few seats, I suggested to the lady next to me who wanted the newly vacant aisle seat that she ask the flight attendant for it. The flight attendant said it was fine. As the lady sitting next to me went to her her new seat, and old man from a few rows up took it. Another flight attendant had promised it to him. So, now the two of us are crammed, she's pissed that the seat she said she could have she couldn't, and I'm there like "My god, they wouldn't even take my money to let me have a nicer, EMPTY, seat." Poor communication, poorly run. Try another airline."

Miinukset: "We couldn't check in online because we had an infant in arms. So we tried to check in there. There were 3 different terrible queues. One to use the machines, one to check bags and another for special situations. We tried the machines, didn't work. A rep told us to go to the special situations line. There was a rep there that was trying to prevent people to getting into the line because it was sooo long (1+ hr). So we tied the machines again. Didn't work. So we convinced the guy to let us in the special line. It was nuts. We waited as our flight got closer and closer. Right when it looked like we might make the flight, one of the TWO reps left. When we finally made it, they said we wouldn't make the flight. We rebooked and had to pay extra. WORST travel experience ever."
Plussat: "After four hours waiting on the tarmac, at 3AM in the morning, the flying attendants gave us free peanuts. That was very thoughtful."
Miinukset: "Worst experience ever. We waited on the tarmac for almost 4 hours, due a technical problem. Finally, they gave up attempting to solve the problem (at 3.30AM), and we disembarked. No assistance at all. No hotel. No meals. Rescheduling was a lengthy process. Staff was rude. Really a nightmare of an experience. Note to self: never ever fly again with SAS."
Miinukset: "We missed the connection and they rescheduled us on another connecting flight with further delays. This airline doesn't seem to care about their customers."
Plussat: "Crew and plane good. Friendly and English was excellent."
Miinukset: "There was a delay because of a software issue. They had to shift people around manually because of it. Baggage Fee was extremely high (> $50)"

Plussat: "I had a connecting flight in Stockholm and forgot my laptop in the first plane. SAS personnel was very friendly and got me my laptop quickly and I was able to make my connection, even though it was pretty tight."

I didn't care about paying, at that pout I would have paid $100 for some water. Seats are RIDICULOUSLY small and when the person in front of you puts their seat back it's impossible to do anything. Forgot having your tray table down."

Miinukset: "The crew on the Chicago/Copenhagen legs were rude and curt. Food was horrible. The dates on our entres indicated that the meal was packed 10 months prior! The snack cakes that came with the meal were sickly sweet. The salads on both legs had brown leaves."
Plussat: "Am thankful for the updated entertainment that SAS now has on it's flights. I appreciate that the headphone jack is now on the screen kiosk rather than on the arm rest. This is fabulous!"
