Miinukset: "Everything. I paid a lot of money for this ticket. When I tried to check in yesterday I was denied. When I called the ticketing office, they explained that everything was fine with the ticket, and I would indeed have a seat, but I would have to go to the airport. I even asked them about the possibility of overbooking but they said that wasn't a risk. (I am Star Gold so I didn't think that was possible.) When at the airport they wouldn't give me a seat and they bumped me leading to many hours of confusion, a connection through Tanzania, and a loss of a night of sleep. And lots of stress. I know they de-prioritized the people who booked on Kayak. This was a miserable experience and unless you do something to fix this I will never use Kayak again."

Miinukset: "While seated in the plane we saw our second suit case. We called the stewerd and advised him of our observation and he promised to check with his supervisors; he came back and confirmed that all is under control. Arrived Bordeaux and the luggage didn’t. It took two days to get the suitcase and it took hours of follow up and the airport agent kept giving false excuses. At the end we drove to the airport and picked it up ourselves. Of course at the airport we listened to more trash."
Miinukset: "At boarding they went in two stages. First stage they called people to board by category first people that needed more time then families with small children etc. HOWEVER, the put all of us in an intermediate room and the door to the gate was closed. They passed everyone so when the gate door opened everyone were trying to get to the gate and there was no order. That was stupid to say the least. Turkish could have waited the couple of minutes needed to get the gate open!!! and save the hassle!"

Instead of beginning boarding at the time printed on my ticket, like every other airline, boarding was completed and closed fifteen minutes before my ticket said they would start, so even though I was eight minutes early I was actually seven minutes too late. Turkish Airlines service desk took the evidence (my ticket) and then refused to rebook me, forcing me to pay $600 for a new flight and for a visa to Turkey just so I could exit through security to book & pay for it. They will not be getting any more of my business in the future!"

Miinukset: "Seat was very uncomfortable. Stiching placement is very bad and hurts. We had to turn back and switch plane after some technical issue. We landed in Budapest with more than 3 hrs delay."
Miinukset: "Another 7 hr delay and then the most crowded and stuffy airport without wifi - the hub! You can't even find a place to sit down for your 7hrs, except on the ground."

About 5 past the scheduled depart time did somebody show up and start checking in passengers one-by-one. Worst boarding I've ever seen. Worse yet because we had to board buses, so those who did get on the bus had to sit out in the cold until it filled and could be taken to the plane."

Plussat: "Seats were ok and crew was kind and professional. Food was terrible on all flights. They gave mayo or cheese or something I can’t figure out in a sandwich on multiple flights. That thing though slightly different was terrible every time. Also gates changes and pilot landed in wrong part of the airport for its-fra leg and we had to have passportA checked while exiting the plane and had to take a bus. My transit time was short but gladly made it"

The gate was changed and I was given wrong directions by airport employees so I went through a very long and painful wait at a security line that I didn’t need to go through had the airport info employees knew what they were doing or saying. I ended up missing the flight because of repeated wrong directions"

Miinukset: "There was an issue on the bus to take us to the teminal cuz a passenger took another's passenger's backpack which looked exactly the same but they made us wait on the bus til the mix up was settled. A lot of the passengers got frustrated cuz we had connecting flights and the workers by the plane didn't care including the bus driver. We finally went but we almost missed our flight .we had to literally run to the gate to make it."

The first confirmed Lufthansa flights No: LH 1305/ LH 488 ISTANBUL to SAN JOSE via FRANKFURT were cancelled. Then my family in USA contacted the airline and agreed about FLIGHT TK 005 / UA 1883: IST-ORD-SJC. At the checking counter in Atatürk Airport I got the last shock of being Lufthansa didn’t issue a ticket for the flight and the time was running fast and l had no contact neither with my family nor anybody else at the airport therefore i had to purchase a ticket to SFO via Frankfurt. In another word it was very bad experience."

Miinukset: "Incredibly racist crew and pilot, who did not help us after a fellow passenger touched and molested my girlfriend on board the aircraft. The groundstaff were as rude and unhelpful. I am neither gonna book any flights on Lufthansa ever and will avoid Kayak as well."

Miinukset: "They had grabbed my carry-on luggage at the gate. I specifically told the gate agents that I put heirloom plates that used to belong to my mother in my carry-on. They assured me it would be handled properly. Well this promise turned out to be lie. The plates were broken. Even though they were wrapped. I am sad and angry. My carry-on was small and light. There was no reason that it should be singled out in the first place. Now what?"

The seats seem bigger...or maybe it is more leg room than some other airlines. I did not upgrade and was very comfortable."

Miinukset: "Our total flight time was about 17 hours - MAD- AMS-LAX. My husband and I both have an internationally approved carry on luggages with us. When we checked in - they asked us to both check in our carry on luggage. The reason why is because they said they don’t think they have enough space for our carry ons. I told the crew member checking us in that other people that was checking in with the same hand carry size luggage with us had no problems taking it with them. For being about to be on a 17 HOUR FLIGHT we should be ALLOWED to have our carry ons with us! We take carry ons for that reason! I had to argue and prove my case to the crew member to atleast keep 1 carry on with us. I thought that was an UNACCEPTABLE reason for us to check in a carry on luggage when we had a 17 hour travel time ahead of us. Not a happy costumer here."

Plussat: "On both of my flights to New York City, I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the flight attendants were to the passengers. On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

Miinukset: "Was not informed that checking in online is the only way to secure a seat. So, regardless of whether you book your tickets 3 months in advance or the day before, you're not actually guaranteed a seat unless you check in online. We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."

No hay un teléfono a donde hablar, la web está desactualizada y con información equivocada. Direccionan a usar canales de twitter y facebook que no responden. Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen."

Miinukset: "At Amsterdam we were told that our checkin luggage wouldn't be at Sydney!! Some low fat meals were terrible!"
Plussat: "The crew were lovely and welcoming. We was given snacks and drinks on the flight which was great. Take off was a bit delayed but boarding was smooth. Couldn't complain about the comfort as was only just over an hours flight."
Plussat: "Overall, my trip to Cardiff via Amsterdam was smooth and delightful. I've flown a few short trips this summer and I was pleasantly surprised to find KLM still offered complimentary snacks. What a refreshing change!"

Plussat: "Snack was great and tasty. Legroom is spacious on Aeroflot flights. Flight attendants were nice and attentive. Aeroflot lady at check-in desk clearly went an extra mile to help (see more below)"
Miinukset: "Aeroflot and Finnair systems are not talking to each other good enough. Aeroflot system was not able to see my status and perks with AA, member of the same Oneworld alliance as Finnair. So, it took extra time at the check in to explain, convince and get my extra luggage free perk."

Miinukset: "Plane was placed far away in the airfield. Buses were taking people and were waiting to be filled. Doors of busses were open, it was cold outside. Priority and non-priority were waiting in the buses outside. Long ride through the field , letting taking off plane to go first. Bus by bus was bringing new portions of passengers. Plane departed late."

Miinukset: "I was the second person who boarded the plane in the business class. The flight attendant distributed ipads and headsets. She completely ignored me. When I asked her for one she said that they had only 15 of them and 16 people were in the business class. They do not have oe for me. I said why did you not give me one before she said I was sleeping which was a flat lie. Simply terrible and stupid service. Moreover, that flight attendant looked like a bar hostess than a professional person. Her English was very ppor. I talked to the bursar. She kept apologizing but it did not help. I am multi million miler and Diamond member with Delta, I never had an experience like this, AEROFLOT really needs to train their people better. Very bad experience."
Miinukset: "We missed THE connecting fligh. They provide us really low quality hotel not clean at all. Also it took us 5 hours to go to the hotel from the airport. They made us wait 5 hours. I felt like I’m an illegal immigrant. In the hotel there was no slipper no toothbrushes. They should’ve provided us a kit"
Plussat: "The flight was on time. The crew was friendly and helpful. The food was fine for such a short flight."
Miinukset: "Boarding process was not well-organized. Specifically, there was no announcement of the boarding starting or continuing. You just had to know when it's supposed to start and show up at the gate. Boarding is general, without any division by rows or groups, which means people in row 6 and in row 20 board at the same time, creating a long line. This slows down the boarding process and causes frustration in less patient people."

Miinukset: "The boarding at the Heathrow Airport was a bit chaotic, due to the incompetence of the so-called manager who had no ability in simple crowd management. Fortunately, some female flight attendant who did the boarding had some common sense and helped ease the situation. Sack that male manager who was so unpleasant and incompetent."
Plussat: "Good airplane, low noise, steady flight, lots of legroom, great pilot work."
Miinukset: "Awful boarding. They got everybody onto the bus with no air conditioning and made us wait standing for 20+ minutes until the very last passenger got on the bus packed like sardines in a can. Than we rode on that bus all the way around the landing strip to the other side of the field. Seats on the plane could use a little more padding for backbone support. Crew could be a little more inviting and smile once in a while."

An agent met us with our boarding passes printed and gave us an expedited slip that allowed us to get through the lines faster. Because of that we made it to our connecting flight."
Miinukset: "The airlines lost our luggage at the end of the flight. Because of this we had to stand in line and subsequently missed our bus home. The next one came an 90 minutes later. The luggage has been gone more than 24 hours already and still not returned."

Miinukset: "My luggage was lost due to a delayed connecting flight, also serviced from Aeroflot. It took more than 72 hours for Aeroflot to finally locate my bags and get them to me. The communication with them in the process was pathetic and practically non-existent. The office I had to speak with every day was only open for 2 hours in the evening, and they typically didn't answer the phone, and even hung up on me once. They had very little visibility to where my bags were and for 48 hours kept a lie going that the bags were with a courier service when they actually were not. I had to actively badger both Aeroflot and ONC Express courier for 72 hours to get my bags back. I'm certain I would not have received by the end of my trip if I didn't stay on top of them as much as I did. They had no interest or concern in getting the bags returned to me until they were hearing from me every day."

They will be hearing from me."

In a French company I expect much more. The entertainment system on the airbus a380 was like an enchant IT system from the past. Very poor reaction time. Very messy and not people oriented at all. Especially after KLM's And Delta experience."

Miinukset: "2 crew members, one named Terri were quite rude and short with us. I even heard her say she was ready to get off the flight. She also asked everyone around me if they liked their flight but did not ask me. She basically threw my coffee condiments at me and dismissed my concerns about the food. I was unsure if the fruit was expired and she quickly dismissed my question without any real explanation."
