Lentojen peruuttaminen ja siirto aiheutti ylimääräistä tressiä ja lisäsi matkakustannuksia mm. Ylimääräisten hotellikulujen muodossa. Momondon käyttämä Tripmonster on nimensä mukainen hirviösysteemi, jonka tiedoittaminen ja etenkin tavoitettavuus on aivan luokatonta tasoa. En enää suostu ikinä ostamaan matkaa Momondon kautta jos he käyttävät Tripmonsteria.

Turkish airlines did not even bother to help with accommodations, instead giving my wife and I a small bed to sleep in vs a hotel room. The only way to get a hotel room was to leave the airport, and we could not get Visas because we were American citizens. Turkish airlines was a very bad experience. Overall this was a poor experience, and I will not fly Turkish Airlines again. I will make sure my friends and family know that this is a poor airline with poor customer service."

Baggage drop Tukholmassa oli vaikeaa löytää. Terminaali 5 on sekava remontin takia, siksi ohjeistus/kyltitys pitäisi selkeyttää. Lyhyellä lennolla on typerää tarjoilla mitään. Finnairin mustikkamehuinnostus on outo: se on roiskuessaan tahraavaa nestettä, jonka jakaminen ahtaasti istuville matkustajille on täysin turhaa. Vesi riittää, jos sitä on erikseen tarjottava 45 minuutin matkalla.
Sopiva lämpötila, tilava economy ja leffojen lisäksi myös sarjoja. Ruoka oli ihan ok, eikä tietysti voi miellyttää kaikkia.
Matkustamohenkilökunnan toiminta ja käytös ala-arvoista
Oli kylmä. Aika moni aivasteli tai niiskutti 12 tunnin lennon päättyessä.
Koneeseen pakkautumista voisi järkevöittää, esim. rivi tai muutama kerrallaan, jottei syntyisi ryntäylyä ja hässäkkää.
The problems on British Air website and with their check in overshadowed the generally good experience on the actual flight. The flight was completed safely and on time. The crew with whom I had personal contact were capable, friendly, patient and went out of their way to be helpful. The experience communicating with BA before the flight was the worst. I dutifully responded to email prompts for my personal information and COVID status only to have these disappear again and again. I looked for a way to request food that I could eat on the flight and was told that choice was not available. I paid for a reserved seat only to have that reservation lost. A friend and I spent hours trying to check in the day before the flight, each on her own devices (we tried various) with many, many, many failed attempts before we could FINALLY complete the process. (Another friend had had the same experience with BA the week before.)
Henkilökunta oli ihan ystävällistä. Koneeseennousu oli hidas. Tarjottavat ovat nolla-arvoisia, vain lasi vettä ilmaiseksi, ei ole toimiva konsepti ollenkaan.

Ostettiin lentolippu yhdessä, ei siis pitänyt olla epäselvää, että ollaan pariskunta. Meidät kuitenkin sijoitettiin istumaan koneessa kauas toisistamme. Pärjäämme toki itsenäisesti, mutta moinen homma vaikuttaa lähinnä kiusanteolta. Eikä suinkaan asiakaspalvelulta. Terveiset siis Finnairille tai muille, jotka olivat järkkäilleet istumapaikat.
Finnair siirsi lentomme vuorokaudella eteenpäin. Ilmoitus tuli tuntia ennen koneen lähtöä kun oli jo toimitettu matkalaukut koneeseen ja tultu turvatarkastuksesta läpi ja odoteltiin koneeseen nousua lähtöportilla. Käsittämätöntä, tieto ylibuukkauksesta oli varmasti tiedossa paljon aikaisemmin. Kari ja Marja Alatyppö
Palvelu oli erinomaista, kone oli siisti ja aikataulut pitivät hyvin. Ihan pieni suma syntyi koneeseen noustessa kun eri boarding-ryhmät sumppuuntuivat putkeen. Pieni tauko boarding-ryhmien välissä olisi tehnyt siirtymästä vielä asteen sujuvamman.

lentoemännät hoiti tehtävänsä hyvin. Koneen ilmastoinnissa oli vikaa, tuli vilu.
Lento aivan täynnä ja bourdauksessa ei mitään järjestystä. Tuntuu siltä, että Finnair sijoittaa pariskunnat erilleen ilman erillistä maksettua paikkavalintaa.

Tämä nykyajan "turvatarkastusteatteri" on aivan absurdia matkustajien kiusaamista. EI voi mitenkään olla perusteltua että joutuu jonottamaan yli 2 tuntia sitä että käsimatkatavarat tutkitaan. Matkustajista 99.99999% on rehellisiä asiallisia ihmisiä eikä heidän kiusaamisensa moisella teatterilla edistä mitenkään lentoturvallisuutta. Parannusehdotus turvallisuuspäällikölle potkut tehtäviensä hoidon täydellisestä epäonnistumisesta. Esim lennollani 2 oli vain läpivalaisulaitetta käytössä ja jonossa tuhansia ihmisiä. Ilman lennon myöhästymistä olisimme missanneet lentomme tämän pelleilyn johdosta! Kyllä moiset tarkastukset pitää pystyä järjestämään siten ettei matkustajan tarvitse seisoskella jonossa tuntikausia. ( tämä jonottaminen tarkoittaa myös sitä ettei kukaan voinut käyttää kentän palveluita, eli myös heidän business kärsii tästä typeryydestä)

Edelleen toivoisin edes kahvia maksutta, Air France osaltaan tarjoaa jopa pientä syötävää ja muuta juotavaa.
Lento oli lähes 3 tuntia myöhässä emmekä saaneet mitään tietoa mistään. Emme saaneet myöskään vouchereita.
Finnair arpoi edellisenä iltana check-in:ssä mieheni riville 29 ja minut riville 16 eikä näitä voinut muuttaa. Finnair rahastaa kaikesta, vaikka ei tietääkseni ole ’halpalentoyhtiö’. Mustikkamehumukillinen on ainut, mikä kuuluu hintaan. Menolennolla KLM tarjosi suolaisen ja makean välipalan kaikkine juomineen (kahvi, mehu, virvoitusjuoma, olut, viini). Kännykän voi ladata. For free.

Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!
Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.

Jokin ongelma saapuessa jolloin bussikuljetus ja kävely toisesta päästä kenttää… kangasmaski käskettiin vaihtaa kesken lennon vaikka osa oli ilman saapuessakin koneeseen Lentolippujen kaivaminen oli haastavaa,sitten keksin liittää finskin appiin
Minulla oli aivan kova nälkä ja halusin ostaa lentokoneessa leivän mutta valitettavasti minä olen nuori enkä omista luottokorttia ja en saanut koneesta mitään koska normaali electron maksu kortti ei kelvannut eikä käteinen kelvannut..
Twice I called to see if A meal was served on the 1st class flight and was told no. So no gluten free meal for my wife and we purchased meals to carry on with us. Annoyed.
Pd for biz class, close to front, ran out of better options, didn't make sense. Cod is not on my list of something I would eat. Had problems with crew not requiring people on both sides of us at windows to close them so harder to sleep. Contacted CS, they wouldn't help in any way. Won't use them again, other choices.
Boarding was slow. Zones 3,4and 5 are grouped together. If you are used to boarding by group number, it feels like a free for all.
Air France service was superb. The airline did their best to expedite the boarding process even with the constant changes of Covid19 guidelines

Their business class on this Airbus flight was just Economy seats with the middle seat blocked off with a fixed table. No extra space at all. Food was ok but not worth the extra expense imo.
There was no flight. Flights got cancelled. Kayak or British never informed us. I had to call so many times and wait hours to get to talk to someone. Made my vacation pretty bad. I still havent heard from anybody. No apologies, nothing. Just horrible!

This ARRANGANT responded that they were going to take me to claims court. I purchased a flight to Cairo, There were no flights out of Heathrow. That was my connecting flight. They just said “Check the departure information board when you arrive.” We made to our AA flight only it happened to be in the same terminal."

Miinukset: "Two flight attendants to service the whole of Euro class meant waiting nearly two hours to be served a bottle of water and a sandwich. Too much time is lost trying to cook food and take the money. Just add £5 to every ticket and give the food as part of the service, you are not a budget airline Plus dont rub our noses in it by bringing meals from the first class galley to feed the crew at the rear of the plane."
Miinukset: "Transfer at the Heathrow airport was such a hustle. Even though we had about hour and a half for transfer, take getting off board into consideration, we were on the run to our next gate for about 50 minutes without stopping, barely had a chance to use a restroom. Longer transfer period is needed most definitely. Also at least complimentary glass of water would be nice on the board."
Miinukset: "Seat cushions inadequate; back support insufficient. Food mediocre."
Plussat: "It took off. It landed. No drama. 15 mins early."
Miinukset: "No complimentary hookers, whisky or cocaine"
Miinukset: "trapped on this plane for over 3 hours and they can't even spring for a lousy soda and bag of crisps."
Plussat: "The staff was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. They made sure we had timely service for all aspects of the trip."
Miinukset: "We were involuntarily downgraded from Business to economy for our 9 hour flight from London to Mumbai. Outside our party of 3 there was also another party of 3 in the same boat as us. It seems like British Airways is too aggressive with overbooking the higher end sections of the flight, which seem much less likely to have people 'no-show' (either because it's for work or because they've spent so much for the tickets)."
Plussat: "The flight was a bit too short to really judge, But the crew was pleasant and the flight was fine."
Plussat: "Everything was okay! The plane was kind of empty and that why the service was excellent, the crew very friendly."

Miinukset: "the plane was delayed and the check-in person gave me a different time for when the plane would leave vs what was on the boards. i was lucky that i did not listen to her or i would have missed my flight."
Plussat: "The BA admitted fault and paid for my hotel since Due to the multiple check points I missed my flight while at the airport."
Miinukset: "There was no food provided on the flight from Sofia to London. Food was available to purchase but only with a credit card, while I had just cash so I could not buy food on the plane at all. The worst was the transfer between flights-security lines at Heathrow were long, my carry on luggage was checked a couple of times. I got to my gate 20min before takeoff, but the boarding had finished and the gate was closed. I missed my flight. How could BA not figure out a way to get me on that plane? I was just a transit passenger, I will never fly through Heathrow again. Lufthansa is a terrific airline, they always figure it out how to get you on the plane even if you late in transfer."
Miinukset: "You got delayed I almost missed my connection flight"
Miinukset: "I didnt like that there was no food or water to be purchased after security."
Plussat: "Better to avoid BA. At least they should serve some water. Next time I'll use some other airlines to get to London."
Plussat: "The crew were very welcoming and took care to explain what was happening and why."
Miinukset: "The new 'pay-as-you-go' model makes this premium national carrier more like a budget-end option. For instance, with the refreshments, not only do they not accept cash, but they don't accept the full range of bank cards (from main stream European banks). It was as frustrating for the crew as for the passengers."
Miinukset: "It was 1.5 hours late and I didn't even get water"
Plussat: "The airbus 320 was clean and well maintained"
Plussat: "On time"
Miinukset: "Very limited seat spacing we were very much jammed into the aircraft. Also, there was no service offered, I could not even get a cup of water"
Plussat: "I was not able to get one glass of water to take my medication, without having to pay for it. British Airways has become one of the worse airlines."
Plussat: "Crew is very nice"
Miinukset: "Seats are pretty small"
Plussat: "The crew as ever were excellent"
Miinukset: "Who ever took the decision to charge for food and drink but still charge BA fares must have been a Trump Supporter!"
Plussat: "Crew was friendly and helpful."
Miinukset: "Plane had some technical problems so they let us go inside the plane and we had to sit there for 3 hours while they were fixing licking gas situation. Flight was ok but we got food only once."
Miinukset: "No Food Left. No drinks"
Plussat: "Boarding was quick and efficient and the crew was friendly and very helpful. The one flight was on time, but the other can be excused because of a technical fault on the plain. Safety is priority #1 so although a 3 hour delay was not nice, i'd rather be safe than sorry!"
Miinukset: "The food was absolutely appalling on both flights... We received a cheese snack. It was an old sesame seed bun ,with a very thin, small slice of cheese which you could hardly taste on it. With that they placed cucumber, that does not add to the taste of the dish, but only makes the bread soggy. There is also a piece of lettuce on that is past its crunchy freshness it is supposed to have. The last ingredient is sun-dried tomato that was the only ray of light for a poor effort of a snack by BA. I can truly say that during the past year BA's in flight food service on local flights, are on a downward spiral and almost in the dumps."
Plussat: "Quick boarding"
Miinukset: "Not enough carry on space this distortion made by less hold luggage"
Plussat: "The flight was nice and short, the few was courteous and helpful. All as expected."
Miinukset: "This was really a bare-bone flight. They did serve a drink and peanuts, but it was a lunch time flight so one would expect at least some food. Heathrow was busy so went into a holding pattern which added time and some passengers became worried about their connections. Upon landing they mixed up baggage pickup and we had to wait a long time running between two conveyor belts looking for it."
Plussat: "The staff on all flights were pleasant and very accommodating."
Plussat: "The flight on BA was nice and service was good. The food was acceptable. I liked their entertainment - lots of good movies and other things to watch."
Miinukset: "The connection in London - just one hour - was absolutely not enough. It takes 15 minutes or so just to empty a large plane. Then, if you have to make a connection from one terminal to the other, as we did, you rush to a bus that drives you all the way across the airport. At that point you rush to find yourself faced with going through security yet again. All this made us miss our flight and turned what should have been a 10 hour trip into a 24 hour trip. That is British Airways fault for leaving so little time to connect. When you book your flights, be sure to have an hour and a half at the very least - preferably 2 hours."
Plussat: "Short flight, no complaints. I liked that coffee was served with milk."
Miinukset: "No real complaints."
Plussat: "Service was impeccable and perfectly timed. Food was good and quantity sufficient. Flight crew was friendly and had a lovely sense of humor and warmth. Movies made a long flight bearable."
Plussat: "It made it."
Miinukset: "Once were on board our pilot informed us there would be a 1 hour hold time by the tower. After 20 minutes, things changed and we left. We arrived late, but it was Terminal 3 to Terminal 3. Fast right? Nope. Walked for days and then we got to go through security again. Arrived to gate. More of room with in access, but no out access. Good thing there were bathrooms in there - oh no wait - there weren't. Good long wait with kids before we could board."
