Henkilökunta oli ihan ystävällistä. Koneeseennousu oli hidas. Tarjottavat ovat nolla-arvoisia, vain lasi vettä ilmaiseksi, ei ole toimiva konsepti ollenkaan.

Kone lähti myöhässä ja henkilökunnalla turha puheripuli kovaäänisiin

Ostettiin lentolippu yhdessä, ei siis pitänyt olla epäselvää, että ollaan pariskunta. Meidät kuitenkin sijoitettiin istumaan koneessa kauas toisistamme. Pärjäämme toki itsenäisesti, mutta moinen homma vaikuttaa lähinnä kiusanteolta. Eikä suinkaan asiakaspalvelulta. Terveiset siis Finnairille tai muille, jotka olivat järkkäilleet istumapaikat.

Finnair siirsi lentomme vuorokaudella eteenpäin. Ilmoitus tuli tuntia ennen koneen lähtöä kun oli jo toimitettu matkalaukut koneeseen ja tultu turvatarkastuksesta läpi ja odoteltiin koneeseen nousua lähtöportilla. Käsittämätöntä, tieto ylibuukkauksesta oli varmasti tiedossa paljon aikaisemmin. Kari ja Marja Alatyppö

Palvelu oli erinomaista, kone oli siisti ja aikataulut pitivät hyvin. Ihan pieni suma syntyi koneeseen noustessa kun eri boarding-ryhmät sumppuuntuivat putkeen. Pieni tauko boarding-ryhmien välissä olisi tehnyt siirtymästä vielä asteen sujuvamman.

Hyvä, nopea lento, Hki lentoasemalla hyvä palvelu

Finnairilla hyvä henkilökunta, kaikki sujui tosi hienosti lennolla.

lentoemännät hoiti tehtävänsä hyvin. Koneen ilmastoinnissa oli vikaa, tuli vilu.

Lento aivan täynnä ja bourdauksessa ei mitään järjestystä. Tuntuu siltä, että Finnair sijoittaa pariskunnat erilleen ilman erillistä maksettua paikkavalintaa.

Premiere economy -luokkaan voisi kuulua ruoka

Lento 3h myöhässä. Informaation kulku hidasta ja sekavaa.

Vähän myöhässä muuten kaikki sujui loistavasti

Kone oli kolme tuntia myöhässä.... Meitä pompoteltiin portilta toiselle. Ilmastointi oli olematon.

Finnair on lentoyhtiönä nykyään aivan perseestä! Siirtävät esim lentoja 2 päivällä eteenpäin eivätkä kerro matkustajille edes syytä! Laitoin kyselyä asiakaspalveluun jo maaliskuussa 2022 ja lentomme oli 27.5 ja en ole vieläkään saanut vastausta miksi lentoa siirrettiin.

Tämä nykyajan "turvatarkastusteatteri" on aivan absurdia matkustajien kiusaamista. EI voi mitenkään olla perusteltua että joutuu jonottamaan yli 2 tuntia sitä että käsimatkatavarat tutkitaan. Matkustajista 99.99999% on rehellisiä asiallisia ihmisiä eikä heidän kiusaamisensa moisella teatterilla edistä mitenkään lentoturvallisuutta. Parannusehdotus turvallisuuspäällikölle potkut tehtäviensä hoidon täydellisestä epäonnistumisesta. Esim lennollani 2 oli vain läpivalaisulaitetta käytössä ja jonossa tuhansia ihmisiä. Ilman lennon myöhästymistä olisimme missanneet lentomme tämän pelleilyn johdosta! Kyllä moiset tarkastukset pitää pystyä järjestämään siten ettei matkustajan tarvitse seisoskella jonossa tuntikausia. ( tämä jonottaminen tarkoittaa myös sitä ettei kukaan voinut käyttää kentän palveluita, eli myös heidän business kärsii tästä typeryydestä)

Edelleen toivoisin edes kahvia maksutta, Air France osaltaan tarjoaa jopa pientä syötävää ja muuta juotavaa.

Tarjoilu

Lento oli lähes 3 tuntia myöhässä emmekä saaneet mitään tietoa mistään. Emme saaneet myöskään vouchereita.

Finnair arpoi edellisenä iltana check-in:ssä mieheni riville 29 ja minut riville 16 eikä näitä voinut muuttaa. Finnair rahastaa kaikesta, vaikka ei tietääkseni ole ’halpalentoyhtiö’. Mustikkamehumukillinen on ainut, mikä kuuluu hintaan. Menolennolla KLM tarjosi suolaisen ja makean välipalan kaikkine juomineen (kahvi, mehu, virvoitusjuoma, olut, viini). Kännykän voi ladata. For free.

Nopeaa toimintaa, kaikki sujui hyvin.

Matkatavaratietomme puuttuivat järjestelmästä. Turhaa vaivaa moisesta asiasta. Valitin suoraan Finnairille.

Kaikki toimii suunnitellusti, ruokaa tai viihettä en käyttänyt.

Check-in jonoa oli aamulennolla, mikä on pienellä lennolla ymmärrettävää. Kaikki muu toimi mainiosti.

Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli hyvää, mutta pienille reittilennoille Suomen sisällä olisi mukavaa saada pikku suolaista.

Friendly and professional crew

Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.

Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.

Erinomaiset ja viihdyttävät lentäjät mutta lento lähti myöhässä

Tässä odottelen laukkua vieläkin niin missähän olis parannettavaa!

Lentokentällä saimme apua kahdesta pisteestä.

Tällä lennolle kaikki sujui hienosti. Henkilökunta toimi ammattitaitoisesti ja lentäjät olivat huippu ammattilaisia, nousut ja laskut olivat hallittua. Kiitos Finnair.

Minulla oli aivan kova nälkä ja halusin ostaa lentokoneessa leivän mutta valitettavasti minä olen nuori enkä omista luottokorttia ja en saanut koneesta mitään koska normaali electron maksu kortti ei kelvannut eikä käteinen kelvannut..

Got passed over during the first drink service. Second service was more agreeable. Passengers are allowed to prop their feet up on the backs of the seats in front of them and to play their devices without headphones so everyone has to listen to it?For 4 hours. Why does this go unchecked? Is the comfort of a single passenger more important than all the others? I normally have nothing but good things to say about Air France but they missed the mark today by a wide margin.

Well, I can no longer complain: I was very kindly invited to move across that curtain. Of course, in short haul (2-hours+) A321 flights, all seats are created equal, business or main cabin... But the attention was there, excellent service, and gourmet food too. The whole experience was great. I'll go on flying Air France with fewer regrets."

Due to late take-off we were too late to land in ZRH as runway had already closed. Diverted to Stuttgart, where no BA staff was on the ground to deal with and all services had already closed (~00:30). Basically ~50 customers were dumped at a place they didn’t want to be and no info on his BA wanted to deal with it was given. After 1 week still no info on compensation. And this wants to be a major carrier?"

The lady named Michelle in Dublin almost killed me with her lack of knowledge and slowness. The airplane was extremely dirty including diner tables, seats, and bathrooms. It is the worst airline that I ever flied with. In Dublin the check in and information desk of air lingus were awuful. Full of attitude and absolutely no knowledge."
Miinukset: "A fellow traveler needed to check a bag and BA charged more for the bag than we paid for the flight. They said that because the flight was not full it cost more??? Ridiculous! If flight not full she should have paid less.... Very unhappy with this policy."

Miinukset: "I found out when I got to the airport that my flight was delayed for 3 hours. I never received an email regarding this information. That was extremely disappointing. This whole travel experience has really left a bad taste in my mouth about flying with this airline. Even my flight on the way back was a nightmare. The flight was closed early and I missed my flight and had to get on a later flight out of Heathrow. My connection was delayed and they changed the gate at the last minute so I had to run through the airport to make my flight to Dc. This has by far been the worst travel situation and it really put a damper on my trip."

From Prague we were on time, When boarding in London started we were told to sit down again claiming Boeing 777 had equipment problem and they were waiting for parts to fix it. Our departure was delayed by 1 hour. Seats in economy class are really cramped so when seats are declined person behind can not eat without banging head into the back rest. Difficult to get in and out of seat as well. Arm rests do not come all the way up so one has to squat to avoid being hit by arm rest. Not very pleasant on 11 hour long flight. Joe"

Plussat: "I thoroughly enjoyed my flights. Boarding was efficient and well-conducted. Seats were quite comfortable, I felt. The entertainment systems included plenty of content; movies allowed for different tastes, and there were other options. The crew were thoughtful and responsive to specific requests or needs. Blankets and pillows, earphones and announcements were useful. It was possible to sleep, but also, to stay awake if necessary. The flight arrived in good time, and was de-boarded efficiently as well. The menu was sufficient, although the tarragon chicken was underwhelming: the pasta dish was quite nice. The coffee was not great, but drinkable. I appreciated having actual milk for the coffee."
Miinukset: "The gates at Heathrow are not announced until one hour before, which can mean a long trek to arrive in time for boarding. Also, at IAD, there's a lot of queuing and navigating passage systems both to get to the plane and to arrive back. I liked the new kiosks for the entry to immigration/passport however."
Plussat: "Flight was on time, staff were friendly and helpful (eg brought me coffee and pastry when I slept through the device)."
Plussat: "We had a very helpful terminal emplyee help us get from our arrival gate to our departure gate. I know he doesn't work for you but he was great. The arrival gate personnel (including pilots) were very sympathetic to our frustration (not having our wheelchair) and worked hard to get us to the departure gate. Good work!!"

Everything was ok based on the new “normal” environment.

Food

The flight was cancelled. Is unacceptable. We want to pass a good moment during our trip. But because of you we have galeried during more 1 day.

we missed out connection due to predictable sized crowds at the passport control. While an hour and a half seemed enough to me, it was way too tight given the conditions. Iberia had only two customer service agents at the terminal and it seemed half our plane from Los Angeles missed our connections even though we arrived in Madrid on time.

There were no individual air control for the seats so there was very little moving air throughout the entire flight. My entertainment system froze for twenty minutes of the flight. The check in process was slow and inefficient. The food was bland.

The flight was fine and the crew was very professional. The long lines at the Iberia check-in counter were a bit much. Not enough counters. I purchased on-board Wi-Fi - it never worked. Also, be aware that claiming checked in luggage takes a long while to arrive at the carrousel (Barajas is slow that way).

The staff member kept saying “up, up” motioning with her hand, but made no offer to assist us in finding overhead space. Upon our return flight, our pre booked exit row seats were switched on us right before boarding in a rude and matter of fact wayand my husband and I were separated one on either side of the aircraft. When we queried this, we were told it would be up to us to switch with the person sitting next to us. Overall very disappointing. I would not fly Iberia again."

My ticket said Iberia but the flight was handled by AA. Food was awful and no personal screen in the plane, but that's not your fault."

Miinukset: "This was American Airlines, not Iberia. Flight was supposed to leave at 9:45 pm but was delayed to 10:30 pm. At around 10:45 the flight was delayed again. At around 11 we were told that our pilots were too tired to fly and two other pilots might fly us but we wouldn't know untill 12:30 am. At 12:45 am we were told the back up pilots refused the trip. American Airlines has no back up plan for this apparently and the flight was cancelled till 9:30 am the next day. It was 2:00 am before I received a hotel voucher. Overall terrible experience."
Miinukset: "Hard to see how anything could have been done about this, but on my flight every seat was taken (except the one next to me) so I thought I'd have a little extra leg room....NOT!!! Then a 300-lb guy sits in the seat next to me. So for 11 hours I'm trapped by this guy's huge bulk and it was difficult to move my legs around any; very unpleasant. And I paid $45 to get that window seat instead of my original seat that had been randomly assigned!! I wish that airlines provided a couple seats for tall people, because our height is a kind of disability given the cramped seating (which average height people complain about)."

I had to pay the bus fare from Orly to CDG out of my own pocket, and took over an hour to get there. They refused to compensate me in any other way."

There were no clear announcements out how to organize ourselves therefore it was complete chaos with no one knowing where to line up. The crew was the most ridiculous!!! I sat four or five rows from the back and was Peerview to all of their conversations about their hair, about their schedules, about your “valued guest”, about their shifts, about Batman, about anything and everything during the time the plane dark when your “valued customers” were supposed to be able to sleep. It went on and on at a volume that was just absolutely not necessary or professional. This was the least professional crew I have ever experienced and I travel extensively! Comfort the Cabin was freezing cold entire time. I bought a blanket which did basically nothing! Was it Oliver twist blanket before hand? The free blankets I get on other lines with the chill out significantly better! Food and drinks was nonexistent which I suppose is the new trend cutting service for profit. However it should’ve been clearly stated to passengers, that we can prepare for the 11 hour flight!! Entertainment it was nice that each seat had a screen, however the selection of entertainment was poor! For example each TV series only had one episode available."

Three hours after the flight was to take off, we heard that we would be "next", whatever that means. Finally, a plane came to the original gate and we boarded. Then we were told that there was a technical problem with the aircraft. We waited 45 minutes on the plane at the gate. Then we were told to exit the aircraft so that they could "change a flat tire on the aircraft." I kid you not, a flat tire. So as we were exiting, they told us to STAY on the aircraft as they fix the flat tire. We waited another TWO HOURS (three hours in total on the aircraft, seven hours in total late). We arrived nearly EIGHT HOURS LATE in Copenhagen. I understand that things go wrong, but the LACK OF COMMUNICATION by Norwegian Airlines to the hundreds of confused customers is UNACCEPTABLE."

Worst of all is the inconsistency - I was offered a meal on my outgoing flight, but not my return flight. I’m not likely to book with this airline again as it felt like a punishment for being on a budget."

Miinukset: "They charged me for my bag when i left france but said i wouldnt have to be charged to change my ticket datethen when i changed the ticket date they charged me. I wasnt charged when i left new york for my bags why now? They asked me detailed personal question about who i was visiting and why which i felt i didnt have to explain and two its none of there business whom i visit or why. Then they told me i could not bring my container onto the flight that day and made remove its liquid but didnt provided a container to put the remaining liquid into. They said it had to be no more than 100ml mine was 115ml very small. The first guy whom checked my bag said it was ok then the second guy made a big deal about the bottle. I had another bottle with olives they made me pour out the water and keep the food and the bottle but that bottle was17.6 bigger than the 100 ml bottle. I told them it was stealing i paid 50 dollars us for the product back home and that it they took it it was stealing. The told me if i wanted a container for the oil i had in the 100ml bottle i would have to go downstairs to purchase the empty container, then told me i dont know if you will have enough time to board your flight if i went to purchase it they said it would be too far. Again customs never provided a container nor remburse ment for the stuff that they steal from people. I told them i needed my water cause of health reason and they forced me to drink all of my water and not allow me to bring it on to the flight.. crazy! Horrible experience!"

I've never heard of an international airline that doesn't feed you for 10 hours and then runs out of food for you to even purchase. It's madness. I will NEVER fly Norwegian again and I will let everyone know not to either."

Miinukset: "i was accosted by an extremely rude flight attendant. after having no water offered for hours i walked into the galley in the back to get some. nobody was there and some cups were sitting next to a half empty water bottle. so, like many other airlines, i assumed i could help myself. no sooner than i had picked up the water bottle to pour some water a male flight attendant walked up behind me and said, "excuse me sir, what are you doing?" i replied, "getting some water." he said "what do you think you're doing? you can't just get water you have to ask" and took the bottle away from me." i said "well it would be nice if you served water during the flight, I'm really thirsty." he replied, "everyone is sleeping." i said "not everyone, and nobody offered any water the whole flight, so i thought i'd help myself since nobody was back here." he said, "well i was serving another customer". to which i replied "alright", as i thought "obviously not everyone is sleeping", walked away feeling terrible, and not feeling at all like a respected customer. i have never experienced such awful customer service on any flight, especially not on an international one. this is the first and last time I ever fly norwegian. shame on him! and the plane was disgusting by the way... can't wait to post this on facebook #nevernorwegianair"
Miinukset: "On Monday September 11th I flew from Stockholm Arlanda to JFK on Norwegian flight DY7005. I was seated in 3J in the premium cabin. The couple in front of me began drinking excessively as soon as the aircraft reached cruising altitude. They were served by a flight attendant (who I then found out was the crew supervisor) called Vinnie, who served them doubles of vodka, cognac and bailey's, smiling and laughing with the passengers and giving them high fives. About 4 hours into the flight, the passenger in seat 2J turned around in his seat and began to harrass me. He claimed that we had friends in common and worked in the same industry and that we should work together. I remained polite and indicated that now was probably not the best time but that we should discuss it at a later date. Please note that I had never seen this man before in my life. I was working on my computer and put my headphones back on. He then began to shout and swear at me, saying that I disrespected him, I assume by not engaging him in conversation. He threatened me and at one point tried to swing at me from his seat. His partner then tried to calm him down. A flight attendant that was passing at the time (middle aged black woman) said something to the effect of "I don't know if YOU GUYS are from New York but you all need to calm down", somehow assuming that I was in collusion with this other passenger. I said to the lady "miss I don't know this man" but she ignored me and kept on walking. After this initial incident and seeing that the in flight staff were not interested in addressing this man's behavior, I put on my headphones and sunglasses and pretended to sleep. I could hear him issuing threats and swearing loudly. This went on for about 30 to 45 minutes (I was listening to a podcast and could hear him over the commentary) and then he again turned around in his seat and tried to touch me. At this point I panicked and grabbed my items and headed for the galley. I noticed that the lady in the seat next to me had vacated her seat and was having a concerned conversation with one of the flight attendants. I asked for the purser and a younger black fight attendant told me that "he was resting". I told her to get him and she turned to her counterpart and said "he's pissed off" as if I was over reacting to some sort of minor situation. The purser (Vinnie, who had been serving up doubles and high fives) arrived and told me that it was unlimited drinks in the premium cabin and there was nothing that he could do about that, and that they had cut him off after he started antagonizing me. I asked why it was that he would knowingly supply a passenger with over ten drinks, jeopardizing the wellbeing of other passengers, and he again responded that it was unlimited drinks in the premium cabin. The younger female flight attendant then told me that the cops would be waiting for the passenger on arrival - when in fact, the port police department was never notified, nor was the Norwegian"

Couldn't talk to customer service until Monday when they opened. Bad customer satisfaction;("

Miinukset: "Flight was about 20-30 minutes late in departing and there were absolutely no announcements and no-one at the boarding counter to keep customers informed. People were left standing in a a crowded room which was too small for all the passengers while no announcement was made. Even when they finally boarded, there was no recognition of the flight being late and no apology. One we were on board, the cabin crew then made a rather abrupt and rude announcement telling the passengers to board quickly otherwise we would lose our slot time and be delayed by a further one hour. Fortunately that additional delay did not happen. However, I did not appreciate the passengers being berated for "slow" boarding when the flight was boarded 20-30 minutes late."
Plussat: "The aircraft is nice and I enjoy the extra luggage space many companies require a lot of passengers to check their carry on at the gate and that really annoys me so I appreciate having room for everyone and their belongings."

Plussat: "I like so much the way we check in our luggages.We do it independently tho for those who needed help, it was a little more difficult"
Miinukset: "They donT offer free food. Even just hot coffee ot tea or milk would have been better. I had just once when we went in for the 1st time but for the other 3 flights there was none."
Plussat: "I really only liked the entertainment options for games and movies. Flight was quiet as well."
Miinukset: "Flight staff not very professional not knowing proper etiquette when addressing passengers. Instead of sir or miss, it was guys. Ie: hey guys, please fasten seatbelts. Found that tacky. Did not like the confusion it seemed flt attendants had when delivering meals. Drinks offered were only to guests that paid for meals too, which is not the way airlines should operate. Speech should be consistent with all flt attendants too such as: sir, madam, miss, trash not rubbage or vice versa. Also, if booking ticket thru 3rd party, impossible to log on and add baggage, meal, or select a seat unless upgrade to premium for much more. Had to call Norwegian to add baggage. They couldn't even add a meal or assign seat. Told by flt attendant on board that only way meal is automatically offered is by booking directly with Norwegian. Didn't like also that booking thru onetravel ie: doesn't say if meal or bags are included; you're just surprised or trying to figure it out later which is annoying and not professional or easy for travelers. Did not like my experience on this flight primarily because of the meal complications and staff that seemed new and scattered with tasks. And every passenger should either be offered at least water or coffee or not (meaning everything is for sale) because it's not proper to only give water, coffee, or tea to those who ordered a meal. Strange and rude. Bad call on Norwegians behalf. I wouldn't fly with this airline again unless I had no choice."
Plussat: "Best value in business class. Go for it."
Plussat: "Crew was polite and accommodating. Seat were comfy and they inflight movie selection was pretty awesome."
