Baggage drop Tukholmassa oli vaikeaa löytää. Terminaali 5 on sekava remontin takia, siksi ohjeistus/kyltitys pitäisi selkeyttää. Lyhyellä lennolla on typerää tarjoilla mitään. Finnairin mustikkamehuinnostus on outo: se on roiskuessaan tahraavaa nestettä, jonka jakaminen ahtaasti istuville matkustajille on täysin turhaa. Vesi riittää, jos sitä on erikseen tarjottava 45 minuutin matkalla.
Koneen tarjoilun hinnat olivat kalliita
Sopiva lämpötila, tilava economy ja leffojen lisäksi myös sarjoja. Ruoka oli ihan ok, eikä tietysti voi miellyttää kaikkia.

Oli kylmä. Aika moni aivasteli tai niiskutti 12 tunnin lennon päättyessä.
Ihan hyvin toimi kaikki, paitsi jalkatilaa oli melko vähän pitkälle pohjoismaalaiselle.
Koneeseen pakkautumista voisi järkevöittää, esim. rivi tai muutama kerrallaan, jottei syntyisi ryntäylyä ja hässäkkää.
Check in Pariisissa oli vanhanaikasta. Jos on matkatavara menossa rumaan, tai haluaa boardingpassi paperiversiona joutuu odottamaan että check in avautuu.
Kone lähti myöhässä ja henkilökunnalla turha puheripuli kovaäänisiin
Finnair siirsi lentomme vuorokaudella eteenpäin. Ilmoitus tuli tuntia ennen koneen lähtöä kun oli jo toimitettu matkalaukut koneeseen ja tultu turvatarkastuksesta läpi ja odoteltiin koneeseen nousua lähtöportilla. Käsittämätöntä, tieto ylibuukkauksesta oli varmasti tiedossa paljon aikaisemmin. Kari ja Marja Alatyppö
Hyvä, nopea lento, Hki lentoasemalla hyvä palvelu
Finnairilla hyvä henkilökunta, kaikki sujui tosi hienosti lennolla.
lentoemännät hoiti tehtävänsä hyvin. Koneen ilmastoinnissa oli vikaa, tuli vilu.
Premiere economy -luokkaan voisi kuulua ruoka
Tehokasta, mukavaa, uutta ja miellyttävää. Homma toimi. Hyvät unet!
Lento myöhässä 9h ja lähtö seuraavan vuorokauden puolella. Ei mitään tietoa finnairilta kuinka toimitaan, miten yöpyminen hoidetaan, mitä korvataan jne. Surkea suoritus.
Asiakkaita suositellaan menemään kentälle hyvissä,ajoin, mutta finskin lähtöselvitys ja bag drop portit avautuvat, aina, liian myöhään. (munchen)

Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli hyvää, mutta pienille reittilennoille Suomen sisällä olisi mukavaa saada pikku suolaista.

Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!
Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.
Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.
Erinomaiset ja viihdyttävät lentäjät mutta lento lähti myöhässä

It was left behind in Paris on our way to Casablanca causing us to waste a day in Casablanca traveling back to the airport the grab the bag the next day. And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag."
Miinukset: "They made me check my carryon rolly which is allowed on every other plane in the world, which meant going all the way back into a chaos of hundreds of people to check in. Because I had a connecting flight to New York in London, the check in caused many problems...and everything inside soaking wet"

People seated all the way in the back should be allowed to board first and fill the plane back to front. Comfort - Window seats are too hot, middle aisle seats are too cold 3. Thankfully they do have halal offering. Now if they will even let me choose that I am allergic to seafood. Glad for the chicken. Nothing to boast about."
Miinukset: "Everything. The crew seemed to skip over me and my husband multiple times. So we sat there with garbage the whole flight. My entertainment was broken and they had no solution but giving me $30 to use at the duty free shop the same day as the flighty. I paid extra for premium seating in an exit row and that was their idea of fair compensation. The crew ran out of vegetarian food so I didn’t eat anything but cold stale bread. The crew was non-existent most of the flight."

If this were not enough, the airline also lost one of our bags so this week we have to file for compensation for both begin downgraded and for the contents of our 30 kilo bag which never made it to Ho Chi Minh. Air France was a complete and total disaster and I would strongly recommend all friends and colleagues to find alternative airlines for travel"

We had to rely on folks who had friends working in Zagreb Airport to locate them. Air France is incompetent, insensitive and unprofessional. If you have an important trip avoid Air France - they treat you like captives not customers."
Plussat: "Traveled fron SFO to CDG on AF in business class on an A 380. Lounge in SFO was smallish and not many choices in the food bar. Boarding was smooth. my second ride on A 380 in business and this trip reminded me quickly why I did not care for the A 380 on my previous trip. It is a huge plane with a huge sized business class which makes the cost less worth it compared to a Boeing. The crew were extremely helpful and caring. The food was acceptable. The seats on the plane were not comfortable in the lying position. Took a cab to our hotel in Paris (1st Arr) for a flat 50 euros. No meters."

The confirmation number was: KAYAK Booking Reference KE40651 British Airways Record Locator 3IMN38 Booking Date Jan 24, 2021 So British airways cancelled the flight may days before the flight date and they notified Kayak but Kayak sent me no notification. At the time of check in we found that the flight was cancelled. It was such a hassle. I called kayak to rebook frantically since it was very important to travel right away. Your customer service was pathetic. I was told to cancel my british airways reservation and then I have to wait 24 hours for another department to call me to talk to me about rebooking choices. There was no concern from your customer service that since u are at fault so make correction for it right away by rebooking it. You guys didnt inform us for cancellation of the flight that happened days before the flight. I didnt like what Kayak rep was telling me and called British airways again to see if they would do something. They then were able to rebook me the following day with 2 stops instead of one stop which I had booked. So my parents took the flight with one day delay with extra stops. I had such a horrible experience with Kayak. I will never rebook from Kayak again."
Plussat: "The flight attendant in our long flight, London to Hoiston, was extremely nice and took very good care of our section. The seats were not all that comfortable: you could feel there was minimal padding on mine and my partner's neck rest wouldn't stay up."

These are Heathrow issues, not really BA issues."

Miinukset: "There should be an attendant at the entrance to the boarding area. Too many people try to line up and to into the queue before they need to. Either they don't understand the language or the procedures. There should be people walking around to answer questions on boarding procedures or better announcements in several languages. the Asians were extremely confused as were the Germans we encountered. They never announced for people with disabilities to get ahead of others. It was a big "casino" as the Italians say when everyone charges the boarding area. People could be put in groups according to where their seating is, making it easier for all."

Miinukset: "Seats are quite cramped"
Miinukset: "1. It was raining in Milan when I departed. Clearly my checked suitcase was exposed to major rain because several layers of clothes were very wet when I got home. 2. I'm a senior citizen trying to stretch funds to travel -- paying extra for an early seat assignment is not in my budget. Logging in 24 hours ahead to get a seat was incredibly inconvenient--I happened to be in a museum and without WiFi. (It could have been in the middle of the night or on a connecting plane.) I then had trouble entering all the required data and was finally told I had to wait 24 hours to try again-- that made no sense because I had to be on my flight 24 hours later. As a senior citizen who struggles with using the internet, it is particularly difficult. PLEASE let people choose a seat when making a reservation WITHOUT charging extra. 3. I was shocked that I couldn't get a glass of water without paying for it!!!!"
Plussat: "I had an entire row to myself, the flight was on time, and the crew was great. The views of the Alps below were entertainment enough."
Miinukset: "I did not like the seats. I have. Bad back and found the seat uncomfortable."
Plussat: "Sandwich was tasty, but had to pay for it. On short flight, that's not a big deal."
Miinukset: "Seats on 747 recline back way too far. Could not enjoy my flight back from London with the guy in front of me reclined back so far. Was forced to recline my seat all the way back as well if I wanted to watch anything. I guess it's OK if you are on an overnight flight and just want to sleep. Everything else was great though."
Miinukset: "Online check in was not available on 4 international flights, despite 24 hour checkin being advertised. Expect your seat preferences to be limited unless you pay $35-$85 per flight to pick your seat in advance."
Miinukset: "There was no direction when boarding, resulting in 2 lines of people from different direction trying to board! No entertainment at all. You have to pay for even water."
Plussat: "Where's my luggage British Airways? You lost all of my most precious belongings, after you forced me to check my bag!"
Miinukset: "Well standing at the luggage carousel like a fool waiting for luggage that has yet to be found, really sucked! Not cool to be forced to check my luggage at the baggage check and ticketing because they claim there's no room for it, then they lose my bag. All the other people had their carry-ons. We checked in 3 1/2 hours early, and apparently they did this to 6 other families on our flight! Not good to be losing so much luggage."
Plussat: "We didn't crash."
Miinukset: "No leg room at all. Felt like a sardine in a can. Not even water is free. Staff were horribly inefficient with the snack cart They finished 15 minutes before landing on a 2 hour flight!"
Miinukset: "Checkin staff , who don't appear tombs BA but from another airline working on behalf of BA, apparently punted a problem they knew would take much effort to resolve to the BA agents at Heathrow"
Plussat: "Very organized. Weather delay due to fog was unavoidable but made up time enroute"
Miinukset: "Would have like a few updates at the gate, but staff did not update."
Plussat: "Boarding was quick (bus to aircraft and stairs), the ticket was cheap, just your average Ryanair flight!"

Plussat: "Our flight was early on schedule"
Miinukset: "Boarding started before all the passengers of the previous flight were disembarked from the plane, so we had to wait in the tunnel that goes from the gate to the plane. Another very disappointing thing is that you cannot choose your seat, but you are given one randomly from the system."
Miinukset: "Tarmac boarding"
Miinukset: "We missed our flight because ryanair had originally put gate A7 when we got there (we arrived about an hour and a half early). And then later, they changed the gate to A9. When we realized what had happened the plane had already boarded (although not yet taxied) and they would not allow us to board. We had to buy another immediate flight and spend 100 euros each unexpectedly. Terrible experience."
Plussat: "It arrived to its destination."
Miinukset: "Extremely long lines from start to end (bag drop off, security, passports, line to boarding etc), plenty of long walks from one line to the other. Everything cost extra charges, we had to add a non négligeable amount, in order to be seated with the kids, to have our boarding pass printed. A tiny bottle of water cost 3€. No entertainment whatsoever. Seats are uncomfortable."
Miinukset: "Only one line for those needing to check in at the counter (non-EU) The person who looked to be in charge said we had enough time to wait thru the line. We didn’t. Come very very very early for Ryan Air. We gave up and took the train."
Miinukset: "3 hours delay no assistance 1 hour queue to leave registered luggage, paid separately, among screaming children, hot and nervous people"
Plussat: "3 hour delay due to an Italian air traffic control strike. Not the crews fault but they handled it well, especially the captain who spoke to everyone face to face"
Miinukset: "The selection of food was dismal and expensive, glad ok didn't buy as the quality looked poor"

Miinukset: "The boarding was a mess. We had to wait in the bus for about 40 minutes because the plane was not ready yet. The landing was rough. But I guess it’s okay because it’s very cheap."

Miinukset: "Dirty seats, tables and floor. Both times we checked in and because we didn't pay for early check in we all got separated despite there being room to all sit together or at least in pairs. Had to pay to move to sit together. It costs £80 to bring a suitcase for the hold, however if you don't pay for priority boarding your handluggage gets placed in the hold anyway despite there being more than enough space in overhead lockers. If I had known how much it would be to pay for the 'extras' which area really basic requirements, I would not have booked with Ryanair. Next time I'll be going with another company who actually provide a basic service"

Miinukset: "Delayed for 2 hours the first hour was on the departure boards - fair enough but almost all of the second hour was on the plane with hardly any information at all."

Miinukset: "Ground staff rudely asked me to check if my bag fits. I kindly showed them my list (on the phone) of more than 40 recent flights. I travel twice per week for business. They insisted saying that they think the bag is big. It is more than obvious that the bag is a cabin bag as also manifested by the "cabin approved" signpost on it and my easyJet plus card attached to it. The new policy of Ryanair has made staff overly zealous to the point that they are arrogant and rude. I have paid the extra fee for the bag (priority) plus other quirks that they charge you as I was aiming for a stress free trip. I was first in line for better access to space. Still, my obviously cabin approved bag was questioned amd I was made to "try and fit it in" in front of all other passengers as a little kid put on a time out. Repugnant."

Plussat: "I liked that we received an alert mail from them several days in advance telling us to check in and pay for our checked luggage. Bags paid for in advance were reasonably priced."
Miinukset: "Clerk could not print boarding passes at the airport check in counter. Four clerks at check in counter, but only one could check in passengers for our flight. Long, outside walk from the plane to the terminal in Budapest."
Plussat: "Nothing except a decent plane."
Miinukset: "Excessive customer trap charges for checking, priority boarding, and luggage. Felt like cattle heading to slaughter house and paying for privilege of being abused. Late departure and inadequate waiting are. Worst experience in my flying history."
Plussat: "That it is over"
Miinukset: "Extra leg room seats at the front of the plane don't actually have more legroom, and priority boarding is a farce if those without it can board the plane before you"
Miinukset: "It was very hard to navigate their site but finally succeeded. Then when went to printoarding passes had to pay additional fees for luggage, then additional fees for a seat. Seems a cheap way to fly at first but all their fees add up and it turns out they are much more. When you check in online they don't send your boarding passes to your email which makes it hard to have them printed by the hotel. For NUMEROUS reasons I would NOT fly Ryanair in the future!"

Plussat: "We arrived at airport there were no machines for boarding passes, stood in several lines trying to check in. Could not check in front m home as your site had glitches and every time info. Was put up n the info was changed so rather than have false info. We decided to book at airport .when we got to the desk we could see our intinary on the screen but she wanted qn additinal 500 euro to book us. We had already paid for tickets and baggage fees from our hotel in Venice had once more tried booking the n ,would not accept childrens info. Because they were under 16 so decided to do at airport. She was rude told us we could not board air place. Asked why ans too late need 500 more euros , said no orher flight our problem , sat in airport all day with 2 yound kids me at 83 years old. Had to make other arrangements .found another airline to Madrid, had to cancel car reservations, also further bookings with your airline to Madrid.. we had one from Talous to Madrid. Very disappointed with your service and very costly for us."

Miinukset: "We checked our baggage and they said we our luggage was to heavy charged us 100 extra euros, then told us our carry ones fit till we got to gate and said our daughters luggage was to big for carry on. Told us to pay 50 euros or miss flight. Worker who told us carry on was ok was at gate and said nothing. They let suitcases that were busy through but gouged us 150 euros. People were crying, upset. Worst airline experience ever!!!"
Miinukset: "Very slow to board, had to walk across tarmac, thin plastic seats that don't recline"

Miinukset: "Online check-in is mandatory but unless I'd checked online I would not have known and been charged £50 at the airport counter during bag drop. This is an unethical cash machine for Ryanair that penalises travellers who might not be computer literate or online - a big brand turnoff."
Miinukset: "Make sure to all you need to do is the bag drop at checkin. The lines to see an agent are horrendous."
Miinukset: "Ryanair wouldn't let me cancel my ticket or get a refund. Sad!"
Plussat: "Great price and online arrival"
Miinukset: "The plane's temperature was not regulated well and boarding ran late."
Plussat: "We were lucky enough to get first row so seats were unexpectedly comfy. Cabin crew were kind to us, which is unusual with Ryanair. Time between landing and exiting the airport of Vitoria was about 2minutes, perfectly convenient."
Miinukset: "There was quite a lot of chaos on every single step of the flight: queue to board was disorganized and split; cabin luggage was moved, stored, removed, restored, and discussed about... In any case, the flight itself was fine."
Plussat: "Easy, efficient, comfortable"
Miinukset: "We were among the first to board and had our luggage stowed above our seats. A couple boarded late and was seated across the aisle from us. The overhead bins were filled and the crew wanted to move my luggage to the middle of the plane--far from me --so that the latecomer could stow a shopping bag. We protested--my luggage was moved to accommodate the latecomer anyway. Is a small thing but I was furious."
Plussat: "Get what you pay for and you know up front that this is a point to point journey with no frills. No issues at all. All went smoothly"
Plussat: "i had bought 2 bags one 20 kg and one 15 kg i tried to go boarding with min stuff in hand when she weighted the 2 bags it was 38.5 kg i asked to consider that i had only a laptop bag of 2-3 kg in hand .. i can sure carry the catalogues that are in the check in bags with me .. she refused and said not even a kilo more ... i had to move the cataloghues and carry with me !!!!"
Miinukset: "The air conditioner must have been broken, since it was spraying super hot air and cold air every half an hour. Boiling or freezing. I ended up ill."
Plussat: "Nice staff"
Miinukset: "If you're big or tall this airline might not be for you. Tight fit all the way round for me and hubby. He's tall and I am stout so we were pretty uncomfortable. Glad flight was an hour. And thank goodness we checked in on line the day prior. That charge at the airport is ridiculous!,,,,,"

Miinukset: "I was not aware that you had to check in online, so I had to pay extra money to check in at the airport. Kayak should inform people better off what is required, had I booked through Ryanair direct, they would have emailed me about it."
Miinukset: "Me and my colleague were obligated to pay a 45,00 euro fee per person for not doing the check in online. This was our first and last time flying with Ryanair. I was in vacation for the last week before the flight and did not have any internet/mobile access (no internet and no mobiles for vacation). At the check in the operator told us to pay a 45,00 euro fee for not doing the check in online. I appologize but no more Ryanair for me and all of family, friends and acquaintances."
Plussat: "Customer service at Stansted helping us at the self-serve bag drop when the printed boarding passes did not scan properly."
Miinukset: "- The hard sell of every and any consumable item during the flight, but I guess it's par for the course with Ryanair. - The lack of clear instruction re. what info to provide security at Stansted when purchasing 'faster boarding'"
Plussat: "The tickets price"
Miinukset: "The flight got delayed for more than 3 hours so we lost the bus and train connections. The seats are terrible too."
Plussat: "I like nothing, not even the price."
Miinukset: "It´s my first time and definitively last time flying with this type of cheap airlines, it was almost pathetic!"
Miinukset: "We were not told what the problem was and left to wait hours in the airport. the plain go to destination around 4 am instead of 10:30 pm."
