If this were not enough, the airline also lost one of our bags so this week we have to file for compensation for both begin downgraded and for the contents of our 30 kilo bag which never made it to Ho Chi Minh. Air France was a complete and total disaster and I would strongly recommend all friends and colleagues to find alternative airlines for travel"
Miinukset: "Crew not only lacked sensibility to understand the purpose of an emotional support dog but kept harassing me about the dog being tied to my seat. At some point a flight attendant even tried to touch my dog, invading my personal space. When the dog rightfully acted defensive trying to protect me, the crew member started threatening me that he would have the dog sent to cargo, the last thing a person with an emotional support pet wants to hear. Extreme lack of professionalism."

Miinukset: "Initially the flight from Lima was delayed for almost 1:30 and then we lost this connection then Airfrance rebooking to SAS they tell us to take all our luggage’s and check in again it’s was awful and really bad from then walk and spend time we suppose to be quite at home ... the worst was in SAS have ano system and for 1.5 kilos extras you might pay 33€ so after long day and wait, running everywhere with all my staff I see to eat a 11€ menu at the airport with not more explanation from Airfrance .. really bad and worst services.."

Miinukset: "Lack of communication. Lack of sympathy. Lack of knowledge. From the beginning, I wasn’t given the boarding pass to my connecting flight nor was I informed as to why. When I finally made it to my connecting flight with NO time to spare (very small window of approximately 45 minutes to make it to my connecting flight) my husband, my son and I were turned away from our flight due to over booking. The Eurowings manager guarantees we would be able to make another flight if we went to the ticket counter right away. At the ticket counter, (different airline) the ticket agent explained we’d have to transfer our booking over from Eurowings to the new airline. This left us NO time to make that flight the Eurowings manager guaranteed us we would make. We also waited 3 hours at the baggage claim office only for them to tell us they lost all our bags. Only 2 out of our 5 bags made it onto the flight and will be waiting at lost and found of our final destination and the other 3 bags are unknown of their whereabouts. The Eurowings ticket agent took ALL of our bags including my husbands and I carry ons, so we were left with no clothing and had to stay at the airport over night. This airline really sucks. We were never informed in advance of this over booking issue or I would have certainly made my own accommodations before hand. Will never fly Eurowings again. Definitely the worst airline I’ve traveled with. And I lost 5 bags in the process."

Miinukset: "Our flight was delayed three hours for no readily apparent reason. The food served on-board was inedible. When it was finally time to land, we briefly touched down before going back up into the air and circling for an additional half hour because another plane was at our gate. The quick up-and-down caused at least two passengers near me to vomit. I’ll try my best to avoid Eurowings in the future."

I called Eurowings and they advised to just go to the airport and check-in. Was forced to pay a much higher price at the check-in counter at the airport. Either the online system has been set up to rip off the consumer or this is a farce."

Plussat: "With this being my first flight to and from Europe from the USA I found the airline, overall, very comfortable and run by a friendly staff. The on flight meals and drinks were delicious and the entertainment selection was much larger than I expected. I hope to use this airline company again in the future."
Miinukset: "First leg of flight was delayed by fog. OK... it happens, but almost every customer facing employee along the chain gave wrong information and/or had no inclination to help. Spent an hour going from pillar to post at DUS having been told to retrieve bag from incoming carousel. Told several times it wasn't there and would meet us in DRS. Of course it wasn't. Frankly I've had more help from airlines in the least developed parts of the world. Lufthansa Group.... you must be joking."

Miinukset: "The repeated delays and mix up with seats which then led to an irate passenger who made ALL of us miserable. She was moved next to my daughters and took her anger out on them by yelling and demanding things most of the flight."

Miinukset: "Check-in was poor. It got stuck after 80 people that could not proceed to board the plane and occupied the hallway. Everyone was standing for 30 minutes without any information about the reason for the delay in boarding whatsoever."
Miinukset: "When the flight is delayed by five hours, some information would have been welcome, as would a complimentary drink. We received neither. Then when we did fly, there was hardly any food on board."

Plussat: "We Arrived over two hours early waited in the line designated for 45 minutes then told to get in a different line which was slow. Then when we got to the sweet gal at the desk she told us that we couldn’t bring a personal item on in addition to our carry on luggage. We travel a lot and have never seen that. We had to pay $250 to check our roller bags so that we could bring a purse or book bag."

Miinukset: "Even in low fare airlines you're allowed to have one piece of luggage and hand luggage with you. easyJet allows only one hand luggage, but they don't clarify that clearly in their rules. They are telling that first in the gate and then they charge for extra £50 for hand luggage. I'm going to avoid flying easyJet in the future."
Miinukset: "Easyjet - so we had to wait at the gate for no discernible reason - as usual, and annoying to stand in a queue past the boarding gate for 25 min before getting out to board the plane standing 50m away. Vegan option advertised on the on-board Bistro menu and ordered and paid - but then turned over the box to see ingredients and it wasn't vegan. Ridiculous service EasyJet."
Plussat: "I don't recall liking much of anything."
Miinukset: "The dispassion & lack of hospitality by the staff. The lack of process & order of queing to check in. The lack of leadership & ownership of taking care of customers. The livestock-like movement of checking in...standing & waiting on the bus to proceed toward the plane. The standing & waiting on the bus to deboard the bus to board the plane. The standing & waiting on the bus to wait for the bus to proceed to the terminal after landing. The standing & waiting on the bus to deboard the bus to proceed to baggage claim. The extra long wait to receive the luggage at baggage claim. The leadership of the company needs to either decide to fix this or find other work. Everything stated above is a reflection of leadership not taking ownership."
Plussat: "The flight was almost on time."
Miinukset: "We did not like having to pay an extra 16 euros per person for carry on. Other planes allow a carry-on and a personal item. Did not appreciate this last minute extra charge. This should all have been explained when we purchased our tickets. I probably would not fly on EasyJet again for this reason."
Miinukset: "I was rudely asked to put the trolley in the devise to verify it fits the size regulations. It did fit and then because of the delay, I was forced to check the trolley into the belly of the plane rather than into the overhead as there was no room for it on board. This was an unnecessary inconvenience as everything in the trolley was necessary for the flight."
Miinukset: "Website doesn't work properly, 6 hr. wait for online chat, phone help that got things wrong, herded like cattle into ever smaller, airless waiting areas, left 30 min. late and arrived an hr. late on a 2 hr. flight."
Miinukset: "We were delayed 5 hours, we arrived at 2pm and left Milan at 10.30pm! In total we waited 8 hours."
Plussat: "So smooth nice flight and great service nice people,first time we use again"

Miinukset: "On the flight home from Milan to Barcelona they charged me 67 Euros to check one bag even though on the flight to Milan I was allowed to bring it as a carry on and check it at the gate for free."
Miinukset: "Boarding was a disaster. We just stood in line like sardines for an hour. The other issue was bags. They wouldn't let me buy bag vouchers online because I had checked in. Something they don't tell you until after and wouldn't even let me buy for my return flight a week away. So I had to pay 200 euros extra for bags (more than 1/4 of my flight cost.) plus Emirates, my first flight said the bags were free because international travel. It is a failing of kayak not to fix this issue and I regret using this service. Either kayak needs to figure out a way to warn you or they should cancel using this rude, incompetent airline."

Miinukset: "I did not like that my flight was delayed two and a half hours, and EasyJet's idea of compensation was €4.50. I had meetings this morning that I had to cancel; Transportation into London is very challenging at 2:30 in the morning - we were supposed to arrive before midnight; and now one day, of my THREE day trip is pretty rough because I couldn't get into London until 04:30."

Miinukset: "I was traveling with 3 other passengers (all women) coming from America and we were the 1st to check in, in person and was told I had to stay back and catch another flight. While standing there and waiting I seen 3 to 4 people traveling alone that could have been asked to take another flight."
Miinukset: "I understand that flights get delayed, but when there is a lack of communication with the flight crew to the passengers, it is unacceptable. We were standing around ready to board a plane that was not even checked for departure. At Malpensa's EasyJet terminal, there is no type of organization or authority from the employees. The same issue with lack of communication came when it was time to leave the aircraft; we all stood up waiting to exit and the plane was being held. It was 5 minutes before someone informed us of the issue. Overall, a 1.5 hour flight ended up being a 7 hour journey because of easyJet's unorganization."
Plussat: "Very efficient, on-time, security at Gatwick is MUCH faster and more efficient than Heathrow."
Miinukset: "Boarding was a fiasco - with delays and crowding. And we paid for priority boarding but it did not print on boarding pass."
Plussat: "boarding and timeliness was well executed"
Miinukset: "Announcement of gate was very late. deplaning took about 10 minutes delay to connect sky bridge. Not the airlines fault per say but was not an avoidable inconvenience."
Plussat: "The check-in/security was very efficient and pain free especially at Gatwick. The return leg flight was delayed, but time was made up and information was good."
Plussat: "Everything but the constant delays of these flights on Sunday evening . Last Sunday had the same problem and the invoked cause was traffic are barcelona airport."

Plussat: "Some English speaking/understanding Crew available in Italy to help you through the process."
Miinukset: "It's important to pay for Hold Luggage (checked bags) prior to arriving at the airport. It isn't easy to do once you've checked-in online, so take your time in this process as it could save you an upwards of 35 euros for 2 bags. Boarding process is bizzare, if you don't pay for Express Boarding, you should get in line early! Our experience with passengers onboard was unique- no one cares about what you've stored overhead so keep an eye on your belongings if you have anything fragile. EVERYONE brings suitcases onboard it seems. Confusing announcements once in flight, sounded like a beverage service was on its way but never did. Not even water. Flight attendants walked up and down the isle looking for UNICEF donations. No entertainment except for traveler watching. Ultimately we got to our desitation and that is what mattered. Everything else was just a head scratcher."
