Kone lähti myöhässä ja henkilökunnalla turha puheripuli kovaäänisiin
Finnair siirsi lentomme vuorokaudella eteenpäin. Ilmoitus tuli tuntia ennen koneen lähtöä kun oli jo toimitettu matkalaukut koneeseen ja tultu turvatarkastuksesta läpi ja odoteltiin koneeseen nousua lähtöportilla. Käsittämätöntä, tieto ylibuukkauksesta oli varmasti tiedossa paljon aikaisemmin. Kari ja Marja Alatyppö
Palvelu oli erinomaista, kone oli siisti ja aikataulut pitivät hyvin. Ihan pieni suma syntyi koneeseen noustessa kun eri boarding-ryhmät sumppuuntuivat putkeen. Pieni tauko boarding-ryhmien välissä olisi tehnyt siirtymästä vielä asteen sujuvamman.
Finnairilla hyvä henkilökunta, kaikki sujui tosi hienosti lennolla.
lentoemännät hoiti tehtävänsä hyvin. Koneen ilmastoinnissa oli vikaa, tuli vilu.
Lento aivan täynnä ja bourdauksessa ei mitään järjestystä. Tuntuu siltä, että Finnair sijoittaa pariskunnat erilleen ilman erillistä maksettua paikkavalintaa.
Lento 3h myöhässä. Informaation kulku hidasta ja sekavaa.
Lähtöselvityksessä oli vain yksi henkilö, mikä ei vastannut lainkaan tarvetta, koska hän oli ERITTÄIN HIDAS - ja hieman tyly (?). Passeja hän pyöritteli todella kauan ja tavasi hitaasti kirjain kirjaimelta nimemme niistä ja vertaili kuvia meihin. Tuntui todella oudolta. Lisäksi tarranauhat taisivat loppua kesken ja hän joutui hakemaan niitä muualta. Meillä (kolmen hlön perhe) oli ainoastaan yksi laukku menossa ruumaan, mutta virkailija yllätti meidät vaatimalla myös käsimatkatavaramme ruumaan, koska tilaa olisi kuulemma liian vähän. Luonnollisesti olimme pakanneet kaiken säännösten mukaan ja tässä hässäkässä ruumaan joutui myös elektroniikka, jotka olimme jättäneet käsimatkatavaroihin. Virkailija ei huomannut kysyä asiasta, emmekä me kiireessä muistaneet sitä. Lisäksi jouduin todella vaatimalla vaatimaan, että sain yhden laukun käsimatkatavaroihin, koska sairastan diabetesta ja astmaa ja olin pakannut matkalla mahdollisesti tarvitsemani lääkkeet ko. laukkuun. Ehdin jo hieman hätääntyä asiasta, kunnes virkailija "armollisesti" tuli sen verran vastaan, että antoi minun valita yhden kolmesta laukustamme matkustamoon. Ymmärrän tilantarpeen, mutta olisi ollut todella järkevää kertoa jonossa odottaville etukäteen, että tällaista vaaditaan, jotta muutenkin todella tiukalla ollut ollut aika ei olisi kulunut turhaan säätämiseen turhautuneitten jonottajien odottaessa selän takana. Asian olisi mielestäni voinut myös hoitaa hieman kohteliaammin. Lisäksi huomasin koneessa, että hyvin harvan kohdalla oli vaadittu jättämään matkustamoon tarkoitettuja laukkuja ruumaan - ainakin lähes kaikilla oli yksi laukku/hlö mukana. Hämmentävää. Yllättävää kyllä kone pääsi kuitenkin lähtemään matkustajien puolesta ajallaan, vaikka jonottavat pitivät sitä mahdottomana. Lento sujui muuten hyvin, paitsi jalkatilat olivat todella surkeat verrattuna menomatkamme koneeseen.
Kone oli kolme tuntia myöhässä.... Meitä pompoteltiin portilta toiselle. Ilmastointi oli olematon.
Finnair on lentoyhtiönä nykyään aivan perseestä! Siirtävät esim lentoja 2 päivällä eteenpäin eivätkä kerro matkustajille edes syytä! Laitoin kyselyä asiakaspalveluun jo maaliskuussa 2022 ja lentomme oli 27.5 ja en ole vieläkään saanut vastausta miksi lentoa siirrettiin.
Lento myöhässä 9h ja lähtö seuraavan vuorokauden puolella. Ei mitään tietoa finnairilta kuinka toimitaan, miten yöpyminen hoidetaan, mitä korvataan jne. Surkea suoritus.
Asiakkaita suositellaan menemään kentälle hyvissä,ajoin, mutta finskin lähtöselvitys ja bag drop portit avautuvat, aina, liian myöhään. (munchen)
Tämä nykyajan "turvatarkastusteatteri" on aivan absurdia matkustajien kiusaamista. EI voi mitenkään olla perusteltua että joutuu jonottamaan yli 2 tuntia sitä että käsimatkatavarat tutkitaan. Matkustajista 99.99999% on rehellisiä asiallisia ihmisiä eikä heidän kiusaamisensa moisella teatterilla edistä mitenkään lentoturvallisuutta. Parannusehdotus turvallisuuspäällikölle potkut tehtäviensä hoidon täydellisestä epäonnistumisesta. Esim lennollani 2 oli vain läpivalaisulaitetta käytössä ja jonossa tuhansia ihmisiä. Ilman lennon myöhästymistä olisimme missanneet lentomme tämän pelleilyn johdosta! Kyllä moiset tarkastukset pitää pystyä järjestämään siten ettei matkustajan tarvitse seisoskella jonossa tuntikausia. ( tämä jonottaminen tarkoittaa myös sitä ettei kukaan voinut käyttää kentän palveluita, eli myös heidän business kärsii tästä typeryydestä)
Lento oli tunnin myöhässä.
Edelleen toivoisin edes kahvia maksutta, Air France osaltaan tarjoaa jopa pientä syötävää ja muuta juotavaa.
Koneen kapteeni ei kertonut mitään muuta lennosta kuin lähtiessä lennon kesto. Olisin halunnut tietoa esim lentoreitistä.
Lento oli lähes 3 tuntia myöhässä emmekä saaneet mitään tietoa mistään. Emme saaneet myöskään vouchereita.
Finnair arpoi edellisenä iltana check-in:ssä mieheni riville 29 ja minut riville 16 eikä näitä voinut muuttaa. Finnair rahastaa kaikesta, vaikka ei tietääkseni ole ’halpalentoyhtiö’. Mustikkamehumukillinen on ainut, mikä kuuluu hintaan. Menolennolla KLM tarjosi suolaisen ja makean välipalan kaikkine juomineen (kahvi, mehu, virvoitusjuoma, olut, viini). Kännykän voi ladata. For free.
Matkatavaratietomme puuttuivat järjestelmästä. Turhaa vaivaa moisesta asiasta. Valitin suoraan Finnairille.
Järjestelyt toimi oikein hyvin matkakumppanin boarding pass dokumentti katosi turvatarkastuksen jälkeen puhelimesta jokin spammi yritti latautua , mutta passilla koneeseen 😊 Kone ilmeisesti hiukan kovassa käytössä, istuin muhkurainen. Henkilökunta oikein palvelualtista ja ammattitaitoista ☺

Check-in jonoa oli aamulennolla, mikä on pienellä lennolla ymmärrettävää. Kaikki muu toimi mainiosti.

Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli hyvää, mutta pienille reittilennoille Suomen sisällä olisi mukavaa saada pikku suolaista.
Friendly and professional crew
Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!
Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!
Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.
Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.
Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.
Erinomaiset ja viihdyttävät lentäjät mutta lento lähti myöhässä

Jokin ongelma saapuessa jolloin bussikuljetus ja kävely toisesta päästä kenttää… kangasmaski käskettiin vaihtaa kesken lennon vaikka osa oli ilman saapuessakin koneeseen Lentolippujen kaivaminen oli haastavaa,sitten keksin liittää finskin appiin
Minulla oli aivan kova nälkä ja halusin ostaa lentokoneessa leivän mutta valitettavasti minä olen nuori enkä omista luottokorttia ja en saanut koneesta mitään koska normaali electron maksu kortti ei kelvannut eikä käteinen kelvannut..

Even before the flight, staff knew i would miss the flight. The sichuan airlines help desk just ignored me when i approached them with the missed flight document (in chinese) .Terrible! I had to book a hotel and another flight out of my own pocket for the airlines mistake."

Miinukset: "A bit cold. - Not an airline problem, but often when a flight comes through a chinese airport late, they will have the transfer path closed so you have to go out as if you want to leave their airport. The immigration officers then want you to apply for visa's and its hard to communicate that you are just wanting to connect to another flight. Maybe they need a procedure for that when a flight comes in late and they have closed the connecting path."

Miinukset: "The plane was very warm and the AC was either turned off or set to a high temperature. There was no cold drinks and no ice on the plane and drink service on the four hour flight was only immediately before and after dinner in a small cup. Bring something to drink with you. Entertainment was a Chinese movie on a small overhead screen with English subtitles that were too small to read. Unlike other flights on the same airline, we were not offered a choice of meals."

Miinukset: "It was never made clear in my itinerary that there was a stop at Hangzhou. I didn't realize there was a seperate flight until I checked in at the hotel."
Miinukset: "The booking itinerary did not specify that there would be a layover in Jinan. Even though there was, it would have made more sense to allow the continuing passengers to stay on the plane rather than forcing everyone to go through customs at this point."
Plussat: "Nothing. Absolutely nothing, it was completely horrible!!!"
Miinukset: "Everything was delayed by at least 1 hour. The flight delay was announced at 11pm the day of, but the passengers weren’t situated in a hotel until 3am. And the flight didn’t arrive until 11pm the next day!! A 15hr delay! And because I had a connecting flight, the delay made me have to spend ANOTHER extra night in the airport, AND never compensated me for the connecting flight ticket which I had to purchase another one of."
Miinukset: "We had to get off the plane in Jinan to go through customs and get back on rather than going straight to Chengdu. In Chengdu we had to claim our checked bags and check in again before boarding to Taipei."

But I didn't get information in advance, and some not nice experience while not knowing if there would be another flight instead of the cancelled one."
Plussat: "Flight over Himalayas was breath-taking!"
Miinukset: "Flew from Chengdu to Kathmandu, through Lhasa. Even though it was the same flight, we had to de-plane in Lhasa and go through security both coming off the plane and twice again before re-boarding the same plane, to the same seats. Probably a China / Tibet thing, but we received no explanation from Sichuan. After this uber-security play, we got back on the same plane and sat for almost 2 hours on the tarmac, even though we were the only plane in the airport! Sichuan served us lunch while still on the ground, but I would have preferred an explanation from the crew for the unreasonable delay."
Plussat: "Initial ticketing and boarding was easy. A bit of a fiasco in Lhasa."
Miinukset: "Had 2 layovers that weren't mentioned in our original booking. Absolutely unacceptable. No online checkin either."
Miinukset: "Flight was three hours late and The luggage count be shipped to lax directly. I had to get my luggage, drag luggage to hotel, and check in again in Hangzhou. They even collected headphones and stoped videos on board half an hour before its landing."
Miinukset: "Worst airlines I have ever traveled. Crew and airport staff hardly understand English and there is no communication between passengers and airport crew when flight gets cancelled. Please do not select this airlines even if it's $500 cheaper."
Miinukset: "The flight was supposed to leave at 8:30pm. We were delayed until 11, then 11:50. At 11:50 we were still not boarding and an argument started about compensation. We were finally boarded at 12:30am. But on the plane we were not given information and continued to sit there for an hour and a half while the plane was further delayed. We finally left around 2:30am, six hours after we were supposed to leave. I missed my ride at Beijing and my first night at the hotel."

Plussat: "Food - Free dinners even for economy class. Entertainment - Every seat has a TV that offers multiple languages and tons of blockbuster movies from a variety of genres. They also offer many television shows in multiple languages and genres and video games. Roomy- The seats are as non-roomy as any airplane. However, the flight attendants don't give you any trouble when you want to just get up and walk around and talk to people. It gives the plane a roomy atmosphere. You can go to spacier sections of the plane to hang out."

Plussat: "The plane from Guangzhou to Beijing was newer and very well designed business class seats, the convenient layout was exceptional. I think the meal ok but the staff was exceptionally friendly helpful and took good care of me. Also this aircraft had a large movie assortment, larger than usual."
Miinukset: "I think the meals are the only area lacking, again not easy to have pre made meals that are as good reheated."

Plussat: "I loved AirChina! We also got the 72 hour permit and wished that our layover was longer. We loved Beijing and AirChina!"

Miinukset: "no wifi entire flight! stuff force you to turn off device after take off, even phone in airplane mode and self entertaining and playing cards not allowed. very bad english makes comunication hard and almost impossible order food or drink... they just bring watever and arguing about results in ( sorry no engliss). film selection horrible, old movies and 90% chinese. flight attendand skipped warm food after salad. only after reminding food was given! 0 requests after take off or during food if want any drink. you need literally flag down attendant to get your drink. if ordered tea, attendant asking you milk and sugar, you respond yes, you get then only tea no sugar or milk. after that nobody comes! accent were made to chinise pasdengers, more food or snaks were given or more comfort provided."

Miinukset: "I checked in online on Air China's website, and then when I arrived at the airport in New York and waited an hour in the security line, TSA did not let me through because the boarding pass I downloaded from their website onto my phone did not scan on their machine, so they wanted a paper boarding pass. When I went to the Air China employees at the airport, they were all already gone so I couldn't get a paper boarding pass. Because of this I missed my flight. On the way back home, in the airport in Manila, I was checking in and the Air China employee told me that because I missed my flight in New York, I am not allowed on the return flight. This is outrageous!!! I had to get 2 new tickets with a different airline and it cost me $1200 extra!!!"

Miinukset: "We couldn't use out phones, all I wanted to do is listen to music I already have save to my phone. The food was horrible."
Plussat: "The Dreamliner is an excellent aircraft with all the amenities. Crew was nice and friendly and a self serve water and other soft drinks station mDe the flight a breeze."

Miinukset: "worn out seats, the children playing games on the monitor in the back of my seat so i had to deal with back of my chair constantly moving. clearly frozen to microwave meal. Late departure on both of my flights with them but shockingly, on time arrival for both."

Miinukset: "Just my luggage being lost at my final destination is a big let down since all my vacation was in that suitcase"
Plussat: "Air China got me on the earliest flight the next morning, which was a China Southern fight. It was awesome that they were willing to change the airline and cut their losses to keep me happy. They also put me up in a hotel overnight."
Miinukset: "My fight from JFK to Beijing was delayed so I messed the flight from Beijing to YNJ."
Plussat: "I boarded smoothly and everything was fine there. Just for an international airline, I expected there to be more legroom."

Plussat: "Hospitality was great they were very friendly. For a larger individual I recommend choosing your seat because you could get placed in a seat with very little room. They did everything they could to accommodate us and make the trip as comfortable as possible."
Miinukset: "Just simply the room I had but that's how it goes and those luxuries cost more."
Miinukset: "Connect time is too short and I missed the third flight"
Plussat: "overall experience was excellent, would book a flight with air china again, as well as recommend!"
Plussat: "I flew from Houston to Beijing and overall not much to complain about. Flight was on time and boarding was well organized. In flight service was also good and the flight attendants were very nice. Just know that some of them have limited English so don't expect them to understand everything you say which is understandable. I'm sure they wonder why we don't speak Chinese. I ordered special meal which was good and you can have wine in economy if you want. Flight arrived on time. All in all flight was good."
Miinukset: "Wish we could check in online but for international flights I understand why they need you to check in at the airport with your passport."
Plussat: "The professionalism of the crew was fantastic! The flight attendants did their best to ensure everyone was well hydrated and fed."
Miinukset: "The seats were extremely cramped for a 6hr flight and the touchscreen used for entertainment wasn't functioning. Air china typically serves some pretty decent food but this time it felt like I was eating some sort of slime posing as beef. I also noticed some Air china flights heat the rolls and others leave them cold. The salad was also frozen solid."
Plussat: "Cheap, everything worked out."
Miinukset: "Food nasty and cold. Service rude!! I travel all the time and this airlines not my fave."
Plussat: "This time Air China were pretty on time for both all the trips I took, in contrast to its constant delay in the past."
Miinukset: "The food was not appealing. The service of the crew is ok but not too enthusiastic or friendly"
Plussat: "Feet devices helped keepi legs elevated."
Miinukset: "Crew very rigid and militant. Windows were ordered to be open regardless of glair since I was sick and my eyes were sensitive to the strong light. Drinks were only offered once in a 13 hour flight. I had to keep going to the back to ask for it as I was dehidrated due to a bad cold..not a kind crew. Will not fly in Air China again."
Miinukset: "Terrible service (worse than United...!!) Cattle food."
