Miinukset: "Passengers were throwing up and the crew did not pass through the cabin to provide any sickness bags. I had to swap my first row seat to the last row as a passenger next to me had thrown up which had caused the entire seat to be dirty."
Plussat: "The crew were excellent! Always smiling and attentive. Particularly attentive and compassionate towards older passengers and mom’s with children. Kept the restrooms clean/tidy! They made me feel as if I were in 1st class!! Thank you Crew members! You made a difficult journey for me a pleasure!"
Miinukset: "The seats!! We’re too squeezed together!! We all found it difficult to breathe, as we felt like “SARDINES” packed neatly in a can!! Which also made it difficult for leg room. I tried to not recline my seat, as I knew how I felt when passenger in front of me reclined his seat. Please, try to give us a little more space !!"
Plussat: "The crew handled 2 incidents exceedingly diplomatically with an impossible man seated next to me. The incidents had nothing to do with me. At the beginning of the flight he was refusing to close 4 window shades that were bothering someone on the other side of the plane, and at the end of the flight he refused to return his headsets as we were landing. The crew were amazingly polite with him. He was completely out of line."

Plussat: "The check in assistant put us on an earlier flight to Istanbul we didn’t mind as our next flight was at 8pm so had hoped to leave the airport."

Miinukset: "Seats are close together not a lot of leg room if you are tall lile myself. Also need more bathrooms the lines were long. Seats dont recline too far back for a long flight makes it difficult."
Miinukset: "It was an excelent flight. The cabin crew was very nice and the servise was excellent. The food was very delicious and it was Turkish food. The flight wasn't boring and we even didn't notice how time passed and we landed in Istanbul. We didn't need to wait for our luggage. Thank you very much."

Miinukset: "Movies are not very new, i was asked to clear security again at istanbul gate after going to bathroom but i guess that makes me feel safe even though was inconvenient"

Miinukset: "It wasn't great experience as we missed the flight back to UK. They lost my husband wheelchair and we did missed the flight. They Redbook flight which was three hours later, so missed our tax home as well. We haven't received any apologies not even offer a drink. DISAPPOINTED"
Miinukset: "I picked a window seat very early on through a phone call to a Turkish Airline agent in the USA, but when I checked in online, the seat assigned to me was gone and I was put in a middle seat while there were many other seats available. This erasure of the record and random seat assignment nullify the effort on the part of the passenger (making a call is not a trivial act these days because of the long waits) and generate uncertainty in the minds of the travellers. Hope you can improve on this point. That will make an even better impression on the passengers."
Plussat: "Thr A330 has 32" pitch which was ok. The 2-4-2 seating made this less of an issue. Food was ok. Screens are decent and responsive."
Miinukset: "It's 32" for a 10 hour flight. Not really comfortable and enjoyable, and a squeeze throughout."

Miinukset: "At 31" the pitch is terrible for a tall guy like myself. The screen was old and unresponsive, and there wasn't even a pleasant crew to supplement. How it won Best European Airline befuddles me."

Miinukset: "1. Flight late from Berlin to Istanbul. 2. That's mean missing my next flight from Istanbul to Riyadh. 3. I add extra baggage in TKL Airport : my original bag is 23 kg I have until 32kg, The extra baggage was 20kg, So I pay 247 Euro each extra kg 19 Euro. 4. In Istanbul airport they said your next flight tomorrow at 20pm. 5. I have important meeting in morning and my jop in the evening. 6. They changed my teket from turkish airline to Saudi airline 4.00pm, That's mean no different. 7. I ask about my baggage in turkish airline deck they said don't worry every thing will be okay. 8. I ask for hotel they said you have to make visa cost 60 dollars and you know I have to pay taxi and Chang money... Pla Pla, Actually this is not respecting and very bad organization. 9. I didn't make visa and stay from that time until 3.pm in primum lungs. 10. I went to Saudi airline deck to take my boarding. 11. They said you have extra baggage, I explain them that I payed already to turkish airline. 12. They said you have to go back to turkish airline deck about this extra kg's. 13. I did going back to them they said we cannot do anything, leave one bag here and we send the other one later. Actually this stupid airline and this stupid employee's dealing with me like a stupid, all my time I walk every where in that stupid airport, they just gives me orders and I have to follow like it was my mistake. 14. I showed my alfursan membership to Saudi airline deck and they helped me. 15. When I arrived to Riyadh my baggage wasn't there, this is mean that this stupid turkish people that the have to work on barbcue and haircut, but airports jop needs professional people. That's was my first and last flight with them."
Plussat: "As always from Turkish Airlines, you get good service even for a relatively short flight. Puts other national carriers to shame."
Miinukset: "They cancelled my returning flight WITHOUT me knowing and expecting me to pay for the penalty fee for misisng the first flight even tho I DID not cancel the returning flight which obviously I was gonna take. The staff was RUDE and INSENSITIVE. Qatar was better in overall customer service. Worst customer service from Turkish airline."

Miinukset: "Seats are very compacted, lack of space and so close to reduced leg room resulting an agonizing experience to a new level of torture, unnacceptable on 14 hrs of imtercontinental flight. One word “horrid”"
