There are lots of open source options and I can help you, if it gets confusing. Or, alternatively, allow users to type their city with a keyboard. Scrolling through every city in the state of California is not easier than typing Los Angeles. Especially when arriving at Los Gatos and thinking “wait... did I miss it?” That’s not the only thing wrong with your website, but start here. Look Turkish airlines is wonderful, I’m just saying that it was hell actually buying a ticket and signing up for your rewards program."

Miinukset: "All my complaints are things neither Finnair nor the Crew could have helped. Turbulance was minor but constant. Some passengers rude enough to cut in front of the bathroom lines, and pretend not to comprehend English when they do. The Pork Dish and Breakfast dish were awful, however I recognize it isn't Finnish food, but a Korean variety. Two babies kept crying and screaming, for almost a solid 4 hours. I wasn't aware infants had the lung capacity or developed vocal chords to do such a feat. It also seemed like the parents were ignoring their babies not even trying to console them. Absolutely out of the hands of the staff, and I do not blame them for that. The only reason why the flight was so low, was simply because of things out of their hands. This is just a review of this specific flight, not the company itself."

Air France was a complete and total disaster and I would strongly recommend all friends and colleagues to find alternative airlines for travel"

Plussat: "BA couldn't get our boarding passes to work no matter how many times they printed out new ones and we had to land into proper arrivals (though we were in transit in Heathrow) and tell five different groups of staff what was going on, even though it wasn't our problem but their computer glitch. One man at security was even rude to me, telling me not to just stand there. ( I had been told to stand there whilst they went and tried to remedy for the umpteenth time). When I showed him my disabled badge and said I would personally prefer NOT to be left standing for hours, he said 'so?'. It was a nightmare. It took hours and still wasn't sorted and in the end the immigration officers had to be called to the boarding area to allow us on the flight with non functioning boarding cards. It wasn't even our fault. REally upset about it."

Even so I do find there's a bit too much "attitude" shown by some members of staff. On my flight to London, a mother with a young child wanted hot water and the staff (middle aged British male) was trying to tell her repeatedly she should say "please" when she asks. She was asking politely so this behaviour was rather poor in my view."

Miinukset: "None of them reminded me of the fact that I need a transit visa for the UK (I mean, isn't it rediculous? I am just staying there for 5 hours). When I called in for cancellation at the airline, they told me to talk to my agent company Cheaptickets. Cheaptickets simply told me that I can't get any money back, and was extremely arrogant and impatient. Later (for a week I was trying to save this ticket by talking to the British Embassy to see if I can get the visa done and they are just "we can't help you") they told me that I can get a refund of like 30 SGD and they promised to send me an e-mail about it. They never ever did. I also tried to change the dates and the handling fee + fair difference was like 1200 SGD (are you joking?) they simply told me, prices fluctuate... Finally I went to the check in counter desperate. The staff even refused to talk to me about my situation because simply, "there is no BA ticket office in Singapore" and told me to call them. I said the office is closed, but they are like, yeah just call them. They swept me off like a moron. Extremely arrogant, impatient, insensitive. I paid 900 SGD for nothing and a whole week of anxiety and regret. I will never take this and I will never use Cheaptickets or Kayak"
Plussat: "I was travelling alone with a baby and a toddler and found most of the staff very helpful - stowing my bags, helping to carry my buggy, helping with seat belts etc."
Miinukset: "A member of staff at the gate referred to my 2 year old daughter as "a difficult child" to another member of staff because she didn't like having her photo taken. I felt it was very rude and unfair, particularly as I had to lift her to an awkward height (whilst also holding a baby) as the camera was in a fixed position. It was clear the staff member didn't have children herself!"
Plussat: "I received an email cancelling the flight before I left home."
Miinukset: "Last minute cancellation of the flight by BA meant I was unable to attend the event I was booked on. Have found service has definitely declined on recent BA flights I've travelled on. Check in staff are good though."
Plussat: "Staff are excellent, really friendly, respectful service. Food (expensive as always on planes) but excellent quality, really good choice to use M&S as providers. Excellent communication from pilot and cabin staff on delays before takeoff."

Plussat: "Decent seat pitch on the relatively new a320 configuration. Lost my bag for a weekend trip, unapologetic ground handling staff, waited 90 mins to report it and no gesture of goodwill to remedy the situation."

Premium economy seats are very comfortable Take off was on time, landing was 10 mins late. The queue for passport control was not so nice though. It took 95 minutes!"
Miinukset: "The crew serving my section was a bit dipsy. Promised to find a cheese sandwhich as her trolley ran out and just never brought me any. As for the classic beef or chicken, she ran out of that too and just said here is your beef."

Miinukset: "The only issue we had with our travels in London had to do with the Heathrow Intl Airport. We were unaware that we would be required to go through security again. This held us up and almost made us miss our connecting flight."
Plussat: "I bought this flight last minute to surprise a family member for his 60th birthday – a very long trip to make for just a weekend. British made it much more comfortable though. The food was actually tasty, I might even say, and the flight attendants were very pleasant. Lovely to see that they're still flying the 747 – those big birds are disappearing too fast."

Miinukset: "BA's online check in let them down though; the server kept crashing. They also wanted to charge £15 to pick one's seat, even at point of check in, a tacky ploy to pad profits. Forgiven on this instance as the flight was only 50 min, but would make me think twice for any longer distances."
Plussat: "The seats were quite roomy and very comfortable. The flat bed with cozy duvet was great for actually getting some sleep during such a long flight. The amenity kit with Aromatherapy products was also really nice and I liked that they had separate kits for men and women."
Miinukset: "I was surprised that the crew didn't offer water proactively as I'm used to that on all long haul flights. I had to go ask several times for water. The meal services seemed quite slow and protracted as well."

While there were at least two other Easy Jet planes which could have taken me to London due to no-shows, the staff told me the flight lists were lost. So I got home 4 hours late, and two Easy Jet flights landed in London with empty seats. Even if the flight is fully booked, please implement a stand-by list so passengers in this common situation can fly in the place of no shows. The poor review is because of this failure and because Easy Jet got me home 4 hours late. Otherwise pleased."

The crew did not name any apologies and a woman in the row next to me pressed the assistance button to ask a question and they completely ignored her until we landed."

We were stranded in Milan for one night and had to fly to Vienna for another night before we found a flight leaving to New Delhi from Frankfurt. We endured extreme inconvenience and should be compensated for the same. We had to find a hotel for one night in Milan and one night in Vienna before we could fly to our final destination. We are very disappointed with Easyjet :("
