I liked that flight attendants always make sure people have masks on and properly covering their mouths and noses. I dislike that when the plane lands people are not maintaining social distancing in the aisle. Attendants should make a way to ask people out of their seats systematically.

We left the departure gate 30 minutes later than scheduled, after arriving at 0445 am. then we loaded a bus full of people packed together, the bus went 50 meters and stopped. We then sat there, with no air conditioning, no information, for 45 additional minutes. It was extremely uncomfortable. Finally drove another 50 meters to the airplane, and waited some more before finally boarding. Once on board there was another delay of some 20 minutes before we could taxi. All of this meant we arrived quite late in Istanbul and missed all connections."

Everyone around us realized this and tried to help as we asked the flight attendant to help us and she said that I should ask other people to move around not her. We had to go around the plane begging people who were sitting with a bassinet and no baby to trade seats with us. It was an absolutely horrible experience. It was the airline's mistake, and we were the ones forced to try to fix it. Yes, we got a bassinet eventually, but not before we saw how mean and selfish other passengers could be pretending not to hear us and ignoring us. And no help from the crew."

It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Baggage drop Tukholmassa oli vaikeaa löytää. Terminaali 5 on sekava remontin takia, siksi ohjeistus/kyltitys pitäisi selkeyttää. Lyhyellä lennolla on typerää tarjoilla mitään. Finnairin mustikkamehuinnostus on outo: se on roiskuessaan tahraavaa nestettä, jonka jakaminen ahtaasti istuville matkustajille on täysin turhaa. Vesi riittää, jos sitä on erikseen tarjottava 45 minuutin matkalla.

Koneen tarjoilun hinnat olivat kalliita

Sopiva lämpötila, tilava economy ja leffojen lisäksi myös sarjoja. Ruoka oli ihan ok, eikä tietysti voi miellyttää kaikkia.

Ihan hyvin toimi kaikki, paitsi jalkatilaa oli melko vähän pitkälle pohjoismaalaiselle.

Tuntui kuin lentokenttävirkailijat olisi olleet TET-harjoittelussa. Ongelma ei tietty ole Finnairin henkilökunnassa vaan Münchenin kentän virkailijoissa. Oli kuin kaikki olisivat ensimmäistä päivää töissä. Todella heikkoa toimintaa.

We checked in online, but still had to stand in line for a very long time to drop off our luggage. We were also getting contradicting information from different agencies. Leaving Rome was quite nightmarish to be honest. The whole process seemed very inefficient

Finnair was great - superior to BA in all respects

Kone lähti myöhässä ja henkilökunnalla turha puheripuli kovaäänisiin

Ostettiin lentolippu yhdessä, ei siis pitänyt olla epäselvää, että ollaan pariskunta. Meidät kuitenkin sijoitettiin istumaan koneessa kauas toisistamme. Pärjäämme toki itsenäisesti, mutta moinen homma vaikuttaa lähinnä kiusanteolta. Eikä suinkaan asiakaspalvelulta. Terveiset siis Finnairille tai muille, jotka olivat järkkäilleet istumapaikat.

The check in was delayed by 20min as the lady could not see that I had already paid for the checked in luggage, and wanted to charge me! I showed her the receipts of the payment and she made a long phone conversation to another staff member and finally accepted my receipt. When she realised that I had booked with kiwi.com her comment was ’dont ever book with them again, we have so much trouble getting the information we need’ Thats not good advertisement for your organisation!!

Finnairilla hyvä henkilökunta, kaikki sujui tosi hienosti lennolla.

lentoemännät hoiti tehtävänsä hyvin. Koneen ilmastoinnissa oli vikaa, tuli vilu.

Lento 3h myöhässä. Informaation kulku hidasta ja sekavaa.

Lähtöselvityksessä oli vain yksi henkilö, mikä ei vastannut lainkaan tarvetta, koska hän oli ERITTÄIN HIDAS - ja hieman tyly (?). Passeja hän pyöritteli todella kauan ja tavasi hitaasti kirjain kirjaimelta nimemme niistä ja vertaili kuvia meihin. Tuntui todella oudolta. Lisäksi tarranauhat taisivat loppua kesken ja hän joutui hakemaan niitä muualta. Meillä (kolmen hlön perhe) oli ainoastaan yksi laukku menossa ruumaan, mutta virkailija yllätti meidät vaatimalla myös käsimatkatavaramme ruumaan, koska tilaa olisi kuulemma liian vähän. Luonnollisesti olimme pakanneet kaiken säännösten mukaan ja tässä hässäkässä ruumaan joutui myös elektroniikka, jotka olimme jättäneet käsimatkatavaroihin. Virkailija ei huomannut kysyä asiasta, emmekä me kiireessä muistaneet sitä. Lisäksi jouduin todella vaatimalla vaatimaan, että sain yhden laukun käsimatkatavaroihin, koska sairastan diabetesta ja astmaa ja olin pakannut matkalla mahdollisesti tarvitsemani lääkkeet ko. laukkuun. Ehdin jo hieman hätääntyä asiasta, kunnes virkailija "armollisesti" tuli sen verran vastaan, että antoi minun valita yhden kolmesta laukustamme matkustamoon. Ymmärrän tilantarpeen, mutta olisi ollut todella järkevää kertoa jonossa odottaville etukäteen, että tällaista vaaditaan, jotta muutenkin todella tiukalla ollut ollut aika ei olisi kulunut turhaan säätämiseen turhautuneitten jonottajien odottaessa selän takana. Yllättävää kyllä kone pääsi kuitenkin lähtemään matkustajien puolesta ajallaan, vaikka jonottavat pitivät sitä mahdottomana. Lento sujui muuten hyvin, paitsi jalkatilat olivat todella surkeat verrattuna menomatkamme koneeseen.

Lento myöhässä 9h ja lähtö seuraavan vuorokauden puolella. Ei mitään tietoa finnairilta kuinka toimitaan, miten yöpyminen hoidetaan, mitä korvataan jne. Surkea suoritus.

Asiakkaita suositellaan menemään kentälle hyvissä,ajoin, mutta finskin lähtöselvitys ja bag drop portit avautuvat, aina, liian myöhään. (munchen)

Tämä nykyajan "turvatarkastusteatteri" on aivan absurdia matkustajien kiusaamista. EI voi mitenkään olla perusteltua että joutuu jonottamaan yli 2 tuntia sitä että käsimatkatavarat tutkitaan. Matkustajista 99.99999% on rehellisiä asiallisia ihmisiä eikä heidän kiusaamisensa moisella teatterilla edistä mitenkään lentoturvallisuutta. Parannusehdotus turvallisuuspäällikölle potkut tehtäviensä hoidon täydellisestä epäonnistumisesta. Esim lennollani 2 oli vain läpivalaisulaitetta käytössä ja jonossa tuhansia ihmisiä. Ilman lennon myöhästymistä olisimme missanneet lentomme tämän pelleilyn johdosta! Kyllä moiset tarkastukset pitää pystyä järjestämään siten ettei matkustajan tarvitse seisoskella jonossa tuntikausia. ( tämä jonottaminen tarkoittaa myös sitä ettei kukaan voinut käyttää kentän palveluita, eli myös heidän business kärsii tästä typeryydestä)

Edelleen toivoisin edes kahvia maksutta, Air France osaltaan tarjoaa jopa pientä syötävää ja muuta juotavaa.

Tarjoilu

Koneen kapteeni ei kertonut mitään muuta lennosta kuin lähtiessä lennon kesto. Olisin halunnut tietoa esim lentoreitistä.

Järjestelyt toimi oikein hyvin matkakumppanin boarding pass dokumentti katosi turvatarkastuksen jälkeen puhelimesta jokin spammi yritti latautua , mutta passilla koneeseen 😊 Kone ilmeisesti hiukan kovassa käytössä, istuin muhkurainen. Henkilökunta oikein palvelualtista ja ammattitaitoista ☺

The crew was rude and lazy. Ran out of food and water. One crew member did not follow mask protocols.

Check-in jonoa oli aamulennolla, mikä on pienellä lennolla ymmärrettävää. Kaikki muu toimi mainiosti.

Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli hyvää, mutta pienille reittilennoille Suomen sisällä olisi mukavaa saada pikku suolaista.

Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!

Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.

Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.

Erinomaiset ja viihdyttävät lentäjät mutta lento lähti myöhässä

Kaikki oli OK. Ei parannusehdotuksia.

Tällä lennolle kaikki sujui hienosti. Henkilökunta toimi ammattitaitoisesti ja lentäjät olivat huippu ammattilaisia, nousut ja laskut olivat hallittua. Kiitos Finnair.

Miinukset: "I was catching a flight in Paris to Aberdeen after arriving from Malaga. The time between flights was not enough 55 mins as the gate closed 20 mins before departure and it takes at least 15 minutes from arrival to taxi to the terminal and then get off the plane. I had to change from terminal F to E which was well sign posted but I only made it with 4 minutes to spare"

Miinukset: "This was one of the worst flights I’ve been on. Both planes were downright filthy. The flight from Dallas to Barcelona had several broken toilets. Flight from Paris to Barcelona boarded and once everyone was on board, they told us that we would be sitting there for 2 hours before leaving."

Miinukset: "The flight was delayed. We were told that it was just a half an hour delay by the man that was informing us of the delay and then we were then told by a woman that it was going to be over an hour. We weren’t told any specifics of why the plane was delayed, other than: “ the engineers are looking at the issue now”. We received messages saying that the flight was cancelled but then we were told to ignore that. We were told that we would have an update every 10-15 minutes but by the time we had the next update was 1 hours later, we were told that the plane will depart at 15:50- which we did. But we also sat on the plane for an extra 2 hours or maybe even more (couldn’t bare watching the time at this point) because the man that was supposed to push the plane backwards in order to reverse the plane didn’t turn up so we then had to wait for all of the other planes to take off before we could. Eventually the plane set off at 18:20 and I got in France 19:30-20:00 ish?"
Plussat: "The cabin crew were excellent"
Miinukset: "We were transported to the plane which was quite some distance to the plane via bus after climbing down steep stairs from the departure gate area. Then we had to climb steep steps in extremely hot weather. We were then delayed for a hour in the plane in very hot conditions as the plane had its air conditioning off and the ground air conditioning was not put on. We were swearing in the heat for an hour!! We arrived at our destination and hour and half late!!"
Plussat: "The crew was super friendly and always gave the feeling that they want the customers to feel comfortable and enjoy the flight. One of the crew members even offered me to move to an emergency exit seat (without me asking to move) because I am tall. Amazing!"

Miinukset: "The flight was a chartered flight . Air France informed us that due to cabin crew shortage they couldn't operate an air france flight and hence they hired Air Belgium. Whilst the crew were nice , the actual plane was old and creaky. It wasn't up to the standards expected of Air France. They could have done better in getting a plane up to standard. A lot of the passengers were disappointed ."

Plussat: "I had a choice of movies, games and music that was very appealing. My concerns about not receiving the correct meal was handled professionally and promptly during the flight. I was surprised they couldn't discover I only ordered it for the second leg of my flight."
Miinukset: "Being placed into a window seat at 6' 5". Although I opted for general seating rather than paying for a extra leg room which is out of my budget. Not getting an aisle seat was disturbing at my height. Then there was the guy in front of me not willing to forego putting his seat back on my knees for over half the flight. It would be nice if the seat assignments for general boarding considered the height of the person being assigned."

Miinukset: "Boarding area at CDG had almost nothing in the way of food and drink. Only one small Illy. Unbelievable in a major international airport."

Miinukset: "Food - two meals, one "hot pocket" item in each. Was not good. Noise level in the back of the plane from engines, very loud. Difficult to hear with headphones, volume very very high. Tray table was difficult to latch, recline feature of seat did not hold in place, bounced."

Connection was too tight and the on board entertainment screen did not work on my daughter's seat.

Miinukset: "We cancelled this trip months ago, and I didn't book it through Kayak. I don't understand why I've been getting these communications!"
Miinukset: "I Couldn’t pre book a bag with BA prior to arriving at the airport. Faced an extra charge because of this. I tried to call. Apparently because I booked through a third party. So I went to the aorbitz website and tried to book an extra bag but just redirected me to BA! Disgraceful. So many other problems such as 2 hour flight delay then another 2 hours for the bags to come out."

Seat comfort way beyond a joke and they call themselves a premium airline. Food was out in row 4!!!! Seriously!!! Arrival at Heathrow, jetty broken and more delay."

Plussat: "I had purchased an upgrade to economy plus --- it was great--- much more expensive than I had thought, but I was tired and wanted to try to rest. There I was greeted with champagne, a warm wash cloth and fabulous service by the two male crew members!!! Truly the best! I am almost 70 and I wear hearing aids--- one helped me with my chair and answered my questions .... I felt VERY taken care of/- I was just one row after the business class with the wall ahead on right side of plane, nice leg room and a nice seat mate I am happy for the chance to respond as I was happy I had decided for the upgrade------------even though I had purchased an upgrade for my flight over to Barcelona only to find out on the day of check in that my flight was cancelled----- but that is when I called British Air and a lovely representative named Beth Duncan spent over 2 hours on the phone with me---- finally getting me on Iberia in order to get to my family reunion------ So....... on two occasions during this trip to my sister's house British Air was just wonderful and I thank you very much------- at the end of our flight one of the men made arrangements for me to get to go upstairs and look at the upper deck as I had never done that before------- as as retired teacher that was fun to see Thank you so much!!!"
Miinukset: "Flight was operated by Qatar Airways due to strike of some BA union. Aircraft was old and seats not very comfortable. Boarding process was a bit haphazard. (No row-by-row boarding). Even though it was an international flight, there was just a plain sandwich for food."

They changed the plane and I understand that happens but they denied our refund request with 7 days deadline to re-request. So now we have to spend valuable vacation time dealing with their incompetency"
Plussat: "I loved everything about the trip. From the aircraft to the crew. Jaime (flight attendant) became like a friend on that trip. I will use British Airways for every flight to Europe going forward."

Miinukset: "Massively cramped seating. BA needs to work out if it is the national carrier or a budget airline. The seat back of the passenger in front, when reclined, basically trapped me in my seat and made the entertainment screen very hard to see.The crew were efficient but quite rude to the passenger next to me when she hesitated over a meal choice. I will go quite a long way out of my way to avoid traveling on BA in the future, based on this experience."

Miinukset: "-Food was mostly bland (e.g. vegetarian lasagna), overly seasoned (e.g. caramel/chocolate pudding dessert) or just not quite good (e.g. cole slaw). Lots of room for improvement here. Thank goodness I'd packed some snacks while we were still in Barcelona. -The earbuds wasn't very good in comparison to other in-flight earbuds I've used from other airlines. Sometimes staticky, noise cancellation was low, and wasn't as comfortable to wear."
Plussat: "On time takeoff and landing. Assistance was great and the crew was polite and friendly."
Miinukset: "Cramped seating. There really are people who should be required to purchase two seats. Suggest a section for parents too stupid to know how to control their children."
Miinukset: "When flying British Airways through Heathrow, one hour is not sufficient time to connect even if both flights are in Terminal 5. I missed my connection, and the next flight was 9 hours later!"
Plussat: "I liked the on-board entertainment, food and enough legroom."

Miinukset: "PLANE LEFT (ALMOST) 2 HOURS LATE...ONLY ONE AGENT CHECKING IN PEOPLE AT TERMINAL"
Miinukset: "They lost all of our luggage from our group traveling together. 8 bags didn't make it. Very frustrating."
Miinukset: "The food was not that good. The crew wasn't smiling at all."
Miinukset: "I couldn't check in on line. That was a problem for us because we were traveling with 3 children and the flight was full. At the end we were not able to get sits together. I don't know if this was a problem only with my booking, because we did it through Iberia."
