The boarding was disorganized, which led to a couple Neanderthal men bullying others upon entry. We had a sick man refuse to wear a mask and thus infected the entire plane. I had old stinky lady next to me because she refused to sit in her assigned seat. So, organize loading and provide ropes so there is no competition to get on board. If someone is obviously sick, pass them a mask. Offer a small snack, a cookie, a piece of cheese, etc. And most of all, treat people with a smile. We love greece.
Clean airplane and very efficient and courteous flight attendants. Traveled with a ageist adult and there assistance was excellent

Miinukset: "Boarded plane from front of plane back. I paid €18 extra for my seat and I was the last to board. My bag was taken from me because there wasn’t room and it was lost during my layover. Crew members were all scowling and not helpful."

Miinukset: "We had a delayed flight from Mykonos to Athens and the airflight company did nothing to help us."
Miinukset: "Better organization during boarding would be good. People all stand around in a mass blocking others access to the boat ding pass control terminals."
Plussat: "The food was probably the best meal I’ve ever had in Economy."
Miinukset: "The seat pitch was really poor. I’m only 5’ 11” and my knees were rubbing against the seat in front of me the whole time. The seats weren’t particularly comfortable either."

Miinukset: "That my bags had to be checked for an outrageous price of 50 euros per bag."
Miinukset: "They locked the bathrooms whenever the staff were passing around drinks, food, or collecting garbage. They claimed it was due to "safety" but every staff was easily walking around passing around drinks. There was no turbulence. Even when multiple people tried to get up to go to the restroom, they sent them away. Finally, when they unlocked the bathrooms after a good 30 mins, there were HUGE lines. They did this multiple times. It doesn't make sense to lock the bathrooms that long. People need to use the restroom and then they create larger lines which is more dangerous because even more people are standing up at the same time. Doesn't make sense. Will probably not use this airline again if this occurs again."

Miinukset: "The trip were As per flight schedule on ticket without further delay. I enjoy on Greece Athens little bit then I moved to Budapest."

Miinukset: "There was a slight delay with the boarding process. We were bussed from the terminal to the plane on the tarmac and were held on the bus for several minutes while maintenance workers sorted things out with the crew. We were finally allowed to board the plane after the maintenance crew had left. The entire plane from front to back had a terrible smell, as if the sewage pipe had burst and liquid/waste flowed everywhere. The smell may or may not have anything to do with the maintenance crew on board and delayed our boarding. No explanation of the smell. Good thing it was a short flight from Athens to Naples"

Miinukset: "30 minutes delay on boarding. Flight attendants did not pay any attention to me when i pressed the assistance button. No one ever came to ask what i needed, they passed by me more than 10 times while the attendance light was on but they never saw it. Very disappointing."

Miinukset: "Bag fees for 2 20KG bags were about as much as the ticket, not worth the cramped seats and lack of services."
Miinukset: "My flight was cancelled and I wasn't notified. I found out when I tried to check in on line. I could not check in and could not buy an extra piece of luggage. I had to pay extra at the airport. Also at check in the employee made a mistake and charged me twice. Then told me I will get a refound."

Miinukset: "The fact the passenger behind me needed me to sit up straight so he could eat mad me feel bad. I suppose entertainment is not a big thing nowadays with all the choices we have with smart phone's and tablets, so not so much a big deal. But with space itn is a big deaI. I reclined my seat and Icould feel my seat on top of someone's knees. So i sat up and struggled to sleep. I suppose in a sleepy haste I reclined my seat. I was awaken to a gentleman asking me to sit my chair up so he could put his tray down to eat his dinner. I felt horrible."

What should have been a 2.5 hour trip ended up taking us 10 hours and we spent an entire day of our vacation waiting around in airports. Needless to say, this was the lowest point of our trip. In addition, there was virtually no information or updates provided at Mykonos airport. The flight information on the monitors was incorrect and there were no announcements made. We had to exit the security area and walk over to Aegean Air desk in order to find out what was going on. This lack of information caused us additional delays as we sat in the airport waiting for an update. Aegean Air handed us a sheet saying that their service fell below the standard and that we were entitled to free flights, but we won't be able to use them as we were only in Greece for a limited time (on our honeymoon). It would be terrific if Kayak could get our flights refunded by Aegean Air. Thank you."

Plussat: "Need to change flight to later date. Employee was rude and resold me wrong ticket and I lost my flight. Stuck in airport all day was forced to pay for a second flight from another airline to go home. No ticket was given to me."

Plussat: "The overweight woman who checked me in was aweful. As soon as I told her I was helping refugees in Greece, her attitude completely changed towards me. She was on my case until I boarded the plane. I will never again fly with Aegean!"

Plussat: "Luggage took over 2 days to get to my house from Newark to Cleveland. Lufthansa was great and most of the problems were with United with the lost luggage and delayed flight on the last leg of the trip."
