Mid row was empty per Covid, for flight comfort, this was somewhat a plus. Knowing air was filtered with HEPA filters every 2 minutes with fresh oxygen and outside air mix was also reassuring."

I felt so much safer than I did on a similar flight operated by American Airlines where essentially no precautions were taken."

Kind of rude and kind of uncalled for. And the lady next to me (lauren) is an ER dr that had a layover in Atlanta for 4 hours to vacation with her fiance in the Caribbean..."

Miinukset: "Timing and not providing accurate information; Phillip at Las Vegas airport was unaware of how to purchase and pay for a checkin bag via the delta app. I️ didn’t have a working card and then realized by the time I️ needed to check in that it was too late. 8 hours later I’m on a red eye flight for a guaranteed seat bc of being put on stand bye. I️ stay in Vegas for 1 night and my ankle swells the next morning and I’m unable to move my legs. Sent to the hospital and have been in Vegas since 11/20"
Plussat: "Standard Flight boarded fast everything went smooth"
Plussat: "The one good thing about this unexplained ordeal (the flight was delayed for 5 hours, causing me to miss my connection) was that, after a few hours of hearing nothing (no emails or texts from Delta), I finally saw some options for different flights pop up, so I was able to book a new flight without calling India. Also, I got an exit row seat on my new flight to MSP."
Miinukset: "They moved our gate about six times and never told us why the flight was delayed. Actually, the biggest annoyance was that Delta told us nothing. The only reason I knew about the delay and gate changes was because of Kayak! I know I am signed up to receive texts and emails from them, but I guess they forgot to notify me."

Miinukset: "The boarding process is a bit backwards. They board by zones with the front of the plane going first, so if you're in the back you get stuck in the aisles waiting for these people to sit down. They should board the back of the plane first."
Miinukset: "My roundtrip flights with delta were all delayed at least 2 hours. That's what you pay for for a cheap flight. There were no inclement weather and the staff didn't give a reason for the delay."
Plussat: "The staff was really nice and the pilot was very open and telling us the status of the "on hold" that we were experiencing."
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed but there was nothing the airline could do because it was beyond their control."
Plussat: "When I finally was assigned a seat (after my "Runaround"), I got a slight upgrade: Row 12 was a roomier seat and I got a choice of fruit for a snack."
Miinukset: "Runaround by gate agent: The gate agent was located about 15 yards from the actual gate. I waited there 20 minutes before anyone showed up, to get a seat assignment. When she showed up, she said she would not give seat assignments for another 15 minutes, so come back then. When I came back she said she wasn't giving seat assignments; go see the person checking in boarding passengers at the gate. That agent said she couldn't give me a seat, but watch the monitor for my name for seat assignments, then come back. Why couldn't the first gate agent say that instead of giving me the runaround and wasting my time???"

Miinukset: "When I was transferred to Delta's website to book, the date was reset to 6 months in the future. It happened to be the same Monday the 26th so that's why I didn't notice. Delta refused to refund my money. This was a terrible experience and I plan not to use Kayak or Delta again!"
Miinukset: "Didn't stick to zones when boarding customers. Gate agent basically let anyone board during pre boarding and priority boarding, why even offer it if you aren't going to make people adhere to the rules."

And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

Plussat: "The staff at the front desk for the check-in were extremely helpful. I had a complicated issue with my luggage and they helped me to sort it out in the best possible way. Amazing service! Furthermore, the entertainment on board is great! Nice movies, nice food, friendly flight attendants, etc. They even offered me a second sandwich =)! I truly loved my experience with KLM."

It was an overnight flight, so maybe that should have been expected, but I don't think we had those 4 years ago when traveling overseas."

Miinukset: "Entertainment screen did not work; in neighboring seat it could not be switched off when we wanted to sleep; sourly employees everywhere (re-booking counter an exception); food close not being edible and cold; I forgot my watch on when going through security in the Air France terminal; when I started to say "sorry" I was yelled at by the screener who said that she will do the talking; she sent me back through the scanner twice without my watch, then once more with the carry-on and made sure that I went to the end of a very long line to wait for another screening rather than having me just go through the scanner without my watch. Needless to say, there was nothing else suspicious about me once the watch was removed. Eager to exercise her power, the security person did not seem to consider that she slowed down a long line of people waiting to be screened. I should add that I am 73 yrs old grey haired female who has traveled a lot both for pleasure and business during my entire life, often to some difficult places and that I do not argue with or provoke those in power in a situation like this. The yelling and the sending me repeatedly through the scanner, which did not beep once the watch was removed, was beyond anything I had experienced anywhere else. The sending me to the very end of the line seemed outright spiteful. (I did miss the plane connection.)"
Miinukset: "I will not use o recommend to anyone to buy a ticket with the agency, at the airport in China we were treated like criminals because as they said we were not register in the system as passengers it was really a nightmare"
Plussat: "Direct flight from Indy to CDG is great. The plane was not so full, so I hope business improves so we can keep it going. Very smooth flight, with good and friendly crew."
Plussat: "Late leaving - no reason or apology. A bumpy flight all flight. Food almoat inedible. Seat gave bum axhe after 45 minutes. Staff friendly, but they dropped my meal"

I asked serval Air France employees for Croatia Air. None new that Air France was the CA carrier. Finally found one who bothered to look it up on her computer and low and behold, AF was the carrier!"
Miinukset: "Business Passngers have to wait in the same bus to board the flight what is the point then...."
Plussat: "I liked the way a fligh attandant treated me and another two passengers. At the end of the flight he gave us a cup of strawberries for all. The food was delicious specially that pasta, it was yummy."

It would have been nice if some would ask me before falling asleep if I wanted to be roused for snacks and desserts. After being on back to back flights of more than 10 hours each it would be considerate for the crew to be aware of my length of travel and to make sure they don't assume my resting my eyes is the same as me being asleep. Even when I was awake it appeared I was being overlooked, ignored and left out of complimentary services I saw other receiving....my bad for not asking to be noticed."

Plussat: "Sat in the upgraded seats or I would have not enjoyed it as usual. I am very tall and flying is never pleasant. The 737 on the way out was terrible and shouldn’t be used on flights more than 2-3 hours. On the way back a much more comfortable 767. But again, upgraded seats only made it bearable."
Miinukset: "Their on board entertainment wasn’t working and apparently it only works intermittently. The live tv worked, but they only offer live news channels. Otherwise. Not much different than any other airline today. None are “good” any more. All about squeezing more people in smaller and smaller seats."

Plussat: "We boarded on time and we departed on time. We got into Chicago 30 minutes early. We recently acquired a AA credit card and we got 2 checked bags free and priority boarding (Group 5). In today's world your need priority boarding of some sort on AA or you risk not being able to store you bags in the overhead and may have to get it checked free to your final destination. Also, one of our checked bags had a painting in it that we purchased and the bag and painting arrived unharmed. Good job by AA baggage handlers."

Miinukset: "Staff at the check-in counter made fun of my surname. Bad start but not noteworthy unless combined with the rest of the experience. The flight was delayed causing me to miss another AA connection by minutes. Waited in line to be told I wouldn't get on a flight til the following day, they couldn't help with accommodation and I wouldn't receive my luggage until the following day. In short, AA left me stranded in a strange city at midnight with no accommodation and no luggage. It was 18 degrees and I was in t-shirt and shorts. What a memory."

When booking a flight out of the country it would be nice if Air .com could of mention that to me. We were trying to get to a cruise we had already paid for that was going out of Spain. They would not work with me at all and cx my whole booking. When I tried to talk to them on the phone the man could not speak very good English and was not making any since at all. I let him talk to the British Airlines counter manager and the manager tried to explain that he would have to rebook us that he could not. Air.com was horrible and never helped us out at all. They should not be in business . I paid them of course months ago and I was just out the 1400.00 dollars. British Airlines was amazed that they did nothing to help us out."
Plussat: "Flight was delayed in classic AA form, ten minutes at a time, leaving you standing around the gate picking your nose with no information! An hour later we board. Our flight attendant Nicky was awesome!"
Miinukset: "The plane had no power outlets and spotty WiFi. Even though they knew we were late to Charlotte, they let our connection take off EXACTLY on time while dozens of us rand through the airport. AA does this to themselves, they are the worst!"
Plussat: "I appreciated the fact that I kept getting flight delay updates...."
Miinukset: "I purchased the earliest flight of the day from Vegas to Los Angeles so I could be in LA by 11am so I could attend the 1pm Dodger game at dodger stadium... ( I specifically flew into lax for the game that I spent $100 on tickets for) well I arrived to LAS at 5am by 515am I received my first notification that my flight wouldn't be leaving until 1030am.... I was a little annoyed but hey I'm still going to make it to my game, ( I just needed to let my ride know who's lives 3 hours away from LA that my flight was going to be 3 hours late not to rush) well about an hour later I got another notification that my flight was now being pushed back to 230pm.... at this point I have no choice but to look for another flight.... I found another flight on Southwest leaving Las at 1210pm arriving in lax at 120pm... perfect I can still make my game... That flight was boarding on time... ran into some hiccups on the runway... arrive to lax at 130pm... not a problem can still make my game... sat on the runway at lax until 335.... needless to say I missed the game... while in the air I received another text that my American airline flights was now pushed back to 530pm... mind you my day started at 5am on Las Vegas to catch a flight out at 720am.... Now had I not found that other flight I would have been sitting around Vegas airport for over 12 hours.... I was not a happy flier today, specially because the actual flight is normally no more than 45 minutes start to finish... I could have rented a car and drove... would have been cheaper and I would have made it to my game ...."
Miinukset: "My flight was pushed back and I was never notified and I had to reschedule my flight completely from Vegas to Frankfurt"
Plussat: "It got me home in one piece."
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed after some passengers began boarding. The boarding process was also all over the place. When i finally got on the plane, the seats were very uncomfortable and I felt like a sardine being crammed into a small tin. the crew was at best, mediocre and boring. The in flight snack was two crappy pieces of cookie? Or was that a cracker? I did not eat it. The entertainment was one shared screen that I did not have a headset for, nor was I offered a headset, free or for a fee. The screen in front of me was too close and the screen behind that was further away and barely able to see it. I choose not to watch it for these reasons. The landing was rough at the end, everyone jolted forward when we hit the ground."

Miinukset: "The 10:50 PM flight was delayed beyond midnight with no prior indication. The reason given was the flight from Dallas delayed due to weather. This looks childish. Why not pay for inconvenience. Is our time and hardship so invaluable?"
Plussat: "Offer to send the carry on for free at the gate."
Miinukset: "Have to pay for check in bag. Used to be free!!!"
Plussat: "The Ticket agent was very helpful and friendly. The air crew and Flight Attendants were very nice and helpful. The wheel chair attendant who initially took me to my gate in Las Vegas was very friendly, and helpful, and she did everything she could possibly have done, short of leaving another passenger to come take care of me, which wouldn't have been right. I was there when she called her supervisor and advised him/her of my location and of my needs and she received confirmation. Was not her fault."
Miinukset: "I checked in with American and a wheel chair attendant assisted me to my gate. My wheel chair needed charged and I was two hours early, so the attendant sat me at the charging station because there were no outlets in the gate area. She contacted her supervisor to advise of my location and that I would need assistance. Nobody came for me. I gathered my things the best I could and struggled to get to the gate to get attitude from the gate agent, telling me the wheel chair attendant was there looking for me. What ever happen to using a paging system when you know the passenger who is disabled checked in two hours earlier? Had someone paged, maybe I could have flagged their attention, or maybe they could have called the company in charge of handling their wheel chair attendance and would have known where I could be located. Either way, the attitude is uncalled for, especially when I apologized and stated that the wheel chair attendant was expected to help me."
Plussat: "The crew was friendly and efficient."
Miinukset: "Paying for extra legroom, delays, being told the flight may be canceled if we didn't leave by a certain time, no beverage service"
Plussat: "Treated very bad and rudely by the staff crew with disrespect and yelling around. Have to manners and respect for passengers. Do not want to mention names. Even the ground staff have no control over the hand carry on luggage, just allowing everyone on board and ended up with horrifying situation which caused the delays in take off, disrespect between the black and white AA staff. No respect for each other. My worst experience in history flying with AA."
Miinukset: "I hated that my flight got delayed for over an hour and I was not informed of this delay. I had people waiting at the airport to pick me up so it would've been beneficial for me to know of the delay."
Miinukset: "My flight was delayed almost 2 hours and when I went to ask the lady at the kiosk a question I was basically told to go sit doWn and be quiet"
Plussat: "Crew was very helpful and courteous."
Miinukset: "Nickeling and dimming by the airline -- extra fee for baggage checked -- by the way, airline broke the suitcase; very slow in Las Vegas to get the bags to the right carousel. -- took an extra 45 minutes because airline kept changing carousels. I' m frustrated wit the airline's reservations for seats -- none unless you pay extra. Flying (especially with American Airlines) used to be a pleasant experience. Now it is very hectic -- no reserved seats, cramped seats, little/ no food. I'll drive from now on."

Miinukset: "boarding is awful. People having to practically crawl over each other. Some trying to get into their seat, some have to go further, clogs if people trying to get their carry on overhead. AWFUL! WHY CANT YOU LOAD THE PLANE BACK TO FRONT!"
Plussat: "After traveling on a budget airline to Las Vegas and having a horrific experience, I couldn't have been more pleased with the comfort and cleanliness of the aircraft as well as the friendliness of the flight crew!"
Miinukset: "The plane was pretty chilly and I was FREEZING, but when I asked for a blanket they told me they only hand them out to the first-class passengers. In addition, they did forget to download our in-flight movie, but we all make mistakes :)"
Plussat: "The flight was short."
Miinukset: "Once again my flight was delayed, this time 50 minutes!! . Last time i had to stop in Vegas I got stuck there overnigh because my flight had been delayed and to mKe things worse they also managed to Miss my flights connection in Miami after they had booked me a new flight.. With a window seat that had no window. I old the flight attendant that I needed help stowing my backpack in the overhead bin, not because it was that heavy or big, but because the previous flight had been 5 hrs long and after being stuck in the middle seat my back was killing me and lifting my bag over my head would have triggered a muscle spasm. I have a back condition and they refused to help me. She would not even hear me out and insisted on me to check my bag, which I refused to because my laptop and tablet were in there without propper padding to protect them. The same flight attendant had already yelled at a passanger and was making a scene that made several other passengers uncomfortable. i understand the flight was full and they were delayed enough, but the airline clients should not have to pay for the airline's mistakes."
"This was not an Iberia Flight, this was a LEVEL flight (even if you, Kayak, sold it to me as Iberia). The ground hostess was disgraceful, and only because of her nasty behavior towards me and my family, I am planning not to fly LEVEL ever again. I am not sure I will fly through Kayak either. Because of your deceptive techniques, I thought I was buying a flight with luggge included, but I wasn’t. I had to pay 550 euros extra in luggage. Are you, Kayak, going to return this money to me? That would be elegant. And also because of your deceptive techniques, I thought I was flying Iberia, but I was not, it was Level. It turns out Iberia does take cats on board, but level does not. So once I was at the airport ready to fly with my cat, I was told cats cannot fly level. Overall, a sad and aweful experience."

Can't say enough about this Argentine rep. Also this was an international flight and they did Not hassle us about the weight of our carry on. Last year Etihad weighed our purses with a bathroom scale at the door of the aircraft. Outrageous. Slowed boarding for over an hour and cost passengers an average of $150 - $320."

Plussat: "Once again, my minor child (5 years old) was not seated with me. I don’t understand. Her birthday is listed with her ticket. Why ask the age of children under 11 if they’ll be seated with strangers? Moreover, we were loaded onto the plane from both ends, irrespective of our seats, so there was mass confusion as two sets of passengers were crossing over each other, looking for seats. Using hand signals to communicate, as it was an international flight with passengers speaking several languages. The crew stood at the entrances to the plane, watching."

Plussat: "The team in both Rome and Madrid to went above and beyond. They were polite and empathetic to our situation, which was not Iberias fault. And they went out of their way to get us home on time. They always stayed positive. My family of 6 really appreciated. They have earned our loyalty."
Plussat: "My family (four of us) flew FinnAir (Iberia) to Madrid and back and found the service outstanding. The flight crews were top notch, the takeoff and landings were smooth and even, as were both flights, the food was fine, the entertainment was great, and the seats were roomy and comfortable. Overall, a superior experience to any U.S. airline I have ever flown. I would fly them again any time. Five stars."
Miinukset: "On the return flight from Madrid, we ended up having to board the plane from the tarmac, which was interesting. I can remember decades ago when that was done, but it was a first for us. We checked our luggage, so it was no problem for us, but some passengers had to lug big carry-on suitcases up those staircases. I'm not sure what passengers with disabilities had to do to board. I don't think it was the airline's fault, but it was a little out-of-the ordinary."
