The flight was half an hour late, which is the new normal in Europe. Friendly crew.
My bag was delayed as of now by one day, maybe more. Besides, the flight was delayed by one and a half hours.
Better options for food, friendlier staff and better inflight entertainment
6 hour delay, cancelled connection flights, a 14 hour trip turned into 32 hours.
Charges for simple things like blankets and headphones, Wi-Fi was double other flights, crew was passive aggressive, only served one meal on 11 hour flight, very bad quality meal and very small. Will not be flying with again.
Terrible seats terrible food terrible everything
One flight attendant was amazing, 1st class although she wasn't even in business class. Somehow felt others were tired or mind somewhere else, so not really good service. Choice of food was basic, but good choice of drinks. Plane was comfortable and I think pilot was a woman, which is a nice change. Excellent that there are dividers in the middle seat in business class. Corona restriction rules, like mask wearing rules is extremely wise. Other airlines removed it, but I like better your choice better. Feels safer.

Miinukset: "I would say that other passengers had their kids behind us and they kept screaming and kicking our chairs. We told the woman to tell her kids to stop but all she said was “they are a child” when all they needed to do was just tell their kid to stop. Flight attendants saw and knew but I don’t know what they could do to help when they can’t help with bad parenting. I wish there was a clear way to upgrade to first class on a trip as it was difficult to find out how."
Plussat: "Our flight from BLR to FRA got cancelled because of bad weather. The agent at the check in desk immediately put us on an alternate AIr France flight via CDG to LAX, which left an hour before our FRA flight. The service on the flight was excellent. But we are most thankful for the quick re-booking on a different alternative, ensuring no hiccup. We will only be flying Lufthansa from now on, and recommending Lufthansa to all friends and colleagues."

The entertainment choices were OK but the equipment was a bit ancient, my husband's screen ( we sat in the front where screen pulled out of the seat) was broken and was held by a duct tape(???!!!) The seats are small, I have flown with other companies on transatlantic flights and their seats are bigger and more comfortable in economy class."

Overall, the flight was OK, even though I felt a little crammed in my seat and the need to fish for a flight attendant just to get water was a hassle."

They brought us an "unclaimed" vegetarian meal, but it wasn't, it was Asian halal meal with lamb! After I let crew member know wmy husband was served meat instead, she denied it and said "its not possible" as the wrapper says "vegetarian". I informed her it actually said "Asian halal", she the proceeded to say, well, "i am sorry if it's wrong, but I gave you vegetarian". That said crew member collected my husband's plates while I was in the bathroom and came back later with a "vegan" plate that they now have available."

In the end I was left not be able to buy a ticket for three days after being quoted a specific price and charged about triple the rate originally quoted it initially quoted I wasted valuable time into my vacation along with an amazing amount of stress ."

The flight was ok in general. The main problem is that Schiphol airport in Amsterdam is a mess in terms of having a smooth connection and layover. I had 2 hours to make the connection and almost missed the flight to Lisbon. I would NOT recommend at all The use of KLM and Amsterdam as a hub to any other city. Not at this time of caos.

Delay and change of terminal last minute
The flight that you gave us, JQ7 from Melbourne did not exist. Therefore we had to stay in Melbourne for another 24 hours and find another new route and flights to return to Heathrow. All a strain and stress. Your service to us for the return journey useless. So far, I have not found that you have corrected any of your failings and therefore it could also happen again to others tomorrow, next week, or next month. The return journey was a total disaster.

Plussat: "The crew was fantastic! Our needs were constantly being met and just about the time you thought you might want a snack or a meal, the attendants were already heading down the aisle. Because of an allergic reaction, I asked for ice a number of times and the attendants were more than happy to meet my needs."
Miinukset: "The seats were very close together. The trip from New York to Amsterdam seemed a lot more comfortable than the return flight. The food from NYC JFK was better than the food from Amsterdam. The movie selection on both flights was a little disappointing."

So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."

Ground staff in Marseiile great but gate crew didn't control carry on baggage and many of us could not use overhead bins because of passengers who stowed more than one and often oversized suitcases above, so we and many others had to place carry on suitcases under seat. Attendant on plane totally unhelpful and could have rearranged a few bags to make room but preferred to stay in back of plane and talk. To be fair, rest of flight was pleasant although late due in part to boarding issues."

Miinukset: "Flight delayed ... Myself and three other colleagues didn't have our luggage show up from KLM flight from Amsterdam to Brussels...even though all of our luggage was labeled "priority". Once in customer service line, we looked and saw that many of the other passengers on our flight also never received their luggage. We estimated that 20-25% of the people on that flight did not receive their luggage as they were in line with us for the same problem. Hard to understand how so many pieces of luggage could have been overlooked and not loaded on our flight. Obviously there is a huge gap in their quality system to ensure mistakes like this are prevented."

Miinukset: "The plane had no power outlets and spotty WiFi. Even though they knew we were late to Charlotte, they let our connection take off EXACTLY on time while dozens of us rand through the airport. AA does this to themselves, they are the worst!"

Plussat: "The crew was friendly and helpful. The flight itself was uneventful and arrived 19 minutes early. The follow flight to Toronto was about equally late, but construction and heavy traffic made it unavoidable. I saved a lot of money with the Hopper app. Flying used to be nicer, but this is what cost cutting (anywhere) results in - less service and less comfort. We get what we demand - whether we really want it or not."

Miinukset: "The 10:50 PM flight was delayed beyond midnight with no prior indication. The reason given was the flight from Dallas delayed due to weather. This looks childish. Why not pay for inconvenience. Is our time and hardship so invaluable?"
Plussat: "Our flight was delayed overnight in Las Vegas, which was hassle but unavoidable due to weather and pilot flight hours restrictions. But the ground crew and American Airlines worked very hard to compensate all the passengers: gave us each a voucher for hotel, 2 meals, round trip shuttle ride for hotel and airport. Good work to make up for a bad situation."

Plussat: "After traveling on a budget airline to Las Vegas and having a horrific experience, I couldn't have been more pleased with the comfort and cleanliness of the aircraft as well as the friendliness of the flight crew!"
Miinukset: "The plane was pretty chilly and I was FREEZING, but when I asked for a blanket they told me they only hand them out to the first-class passengers. In addition, they did forget to download our in-flight movie, but we all make mistakes :)"

Spend 10HOURS on the phone to get on scheduled plane. BA made wrong date and was send in circles. 11houts before flight I bought different tickets to get back on time to LAX. No help from Finnair, British Airways and Kayak. Had so much stress and insanity from representatives about my flight. Kayak MUST have 24 hours live person. Was calling from Vilnius and getting machine from noon until 6pm, Vilnius time. Does Kayak knows calling rates!!! This was WORST experience ever!!!

Flight was delayed and they didn’t have any vegetarian meal options. You had to reserve online for a vegetarian meal. On other airlines you don’t have to reserve your meal restrictions. I was left starving the whole flight because they only had one meal option which was meat.
The seats in the Airbus flight from JFK to HEL were a bit uncomfortable. The layover in Helsinki airport was boring because there were no stores open in the terminal and there was almost nothing to do for 3 hours.
Nothing! everything could have been better. again, the tsa workers were horrible. They had bad attitudes, cursing passengers and a general LACK of professionalism. In my future travels, I will not be transitioning through london, and none of my future travel plans will include london. If there agenda was to prevent Americans from visiting there, they succeded.

Miinukset: "Old plane. Poor seat entertainment - TV was terribly old and outdated. No plugins at the seats. Seats were smaller than most economy seats. Food was pretty poor, and drinks were very small and not enough for a 10hour flight. Expected A LOT more from British Airways. This flight was poorer standard than many low cost flights. We have done a lot of traveling overseas and this was one of the worse flights."
Plussat: "The flight was great. Business class is the way to go if it’s in your budget. However, the British Airways photos of business class does not quite reflect reality. It’s just a regular seat with more leg room."

Miinukset: "The aircraft was unbearably hot - crew member in rear economy member said it was 42 degrees at one point. Took almost 2 hours to get the back of the plane (where I was sitting) down to 27 degrees. Understand that temperature can only be reduced in small increments but why was the temperature on board allowed to get to 42 degrees prior to boarding?? The crew were brilliant, and hats off to them for working in such difficult conditions."

Miinukset: "The plane is not comfortable. Especially the number of toilets is very small: only 1 (ONE) on each side in the touristic part. And it is on the flight London-Las Vegas (10 hours)! One has to go for taking some drink himself. Not enough drinking was suggested during the flight. The screen is very bad. No real choice of movies."

Plussat: "This flight did not have much enjoyment due to the extreme delay overseas."
Miinukset: "There was an ill passenger onboard as we were flying mid Atlantic - instead of flying the aircraft onward we turned around to St.Johns (understandable) however once we arrived we roughly sat on the plane for three hours after the passenger walked off the aircraft conscious. There was paperwork delaying the craft to fly, the re-fueling took over an 1 hour due to not knowing how much fuel to put into this larger plane. There were also difficulties on the plane other then a passenger being ill, the craft had some engine issues after landing in St.Johns - the pilot tried to keep crowd control by lying to the passengers. As we finally got up into the air, knowing that we missed our connecting flight to Budapest from london already- it was stressful. Then as we approached Europe we were told we have to land in Dublin due to the crew working too many hours... Which the pilot had to of known as we departed from St. John's yet he told us we were on our way to London. We waited in the airport in Dublin Ireland for at least 3-4 hours we were told another crew would bring us to London at 3pm yet we didn't even board until 5-6pm. We finally got to London 12 hours after we were suppose to arrive. And to our final destination 14 hours after we were suppose to arrive. I expect a complete refund from this flight from JFK- Budapest. It was the worst experience ever."
