Who will redeem me for my 300€ broken bag. I will try never to fly easy jet unless it is the only available option."
Miinukset: "Even in low fare airlines you're allowed to have one piece of luggage and hand luggage with you. easyJet allows only one hand luggage, but they don't clarify that clearly in their rules. They are telling that first in the gate and then they charge for extra £50 for hand luggage. I'm going to avoid flying easyJet in the future."

Miinukset: "A humiliating flight experience. Even though we paid for seating on the plane, we also paid for luggage. We arrived with 2 standard trolleys and before boarding the plane they forced us to send them. It did not help that I explained that in the suitcases there were things we needed for flying, valuables, and fragile objects. The crew member was rude and forced us to pull out our belongings: a laptop, a professional camera with a big lens, two books, two porcelain items we bought and we were afraid to send in the big suitcase, two bottles of drinks and two sandwiches. Passports and wallets. I begged the crewman to let me go with at least one suitcase, but he replied rudely that he did not care !!! There was a lot of room on the plane, in the cells. The crew agreed with me. They tried to help and brought me an orange garbage bag so I could put all my belongings in it ... really humiliating !!!"

Miinukset: "It was late, no one will pay us back for our bus. Luton airport is horrible at night, nobody knew how to help us get to London and the area is not friendly. It was late again on the way back, no explanations why. After boarding, we were put in a room with no w/c for approx. an hour waiting for the plane, no clear reason why."

Plussat: "Didn't check in online before getting to the airport and could not get on my plane because they sold my seat. Agents didn't even try to help or care. Had to buy another ticket for full price so made the trip very expensive in the end. Not worth the discount!"

Miinukset: "I purchased a ticket for a day trip from LTN > AMS and was sold an overbooked ticket. While there were other options available, easyJet slightly undercut the competition to sell a ticket for a seat which they never indicated was standby. Since my trip was only for the day, taking the next flight half a day later wasn't a great option. I attempted to check in but was presented with an unhelpful error and then told me the situation at the airport checkin. Inside Luton terminal, there is no easyJet representative to speak with past the security checkpoint until you arrive at the front of the line for your flight boarding. The suspense and lack of service was unnerving. Some passengers might appreciate a small compensation for the inconvenience of taking the next flight. If you absolutely need to be somewhere, don't buy a last minute ticket on easyJet. They don't tell you if you're buying a real ticket or just a standby spot."

Miinukset: "On the return trip from London to Munich, I was fine with not knowing gate until 40 minutes before departure time, but then we entered a queue, were told the flight was delayed 9 minutes and then herded into a holding pen for over 30 minutes - possibly 45. I had a heavy backpack and did not know how much time I would be in that situation crowded by people. A plane arrived, disembarked, there was more time, and people were then let on from the front and back of the plane, with no direction which created chaos in the boarding process. The lack of communication and "herding" will significantly reduce the chance of me flying EasyJet in the future."
How long you got? Easily the worst airline there is.
Bag drop was a joke. 40 minute queue from the moment the system opened at 4.20am. 2 hrs pre flight is not enough time to get a full plane of passengers through on time before the gate closes. Only 6 of the 10 stations were open and the staff looked like they really didn't want to be there. We were lucky, other people not so much as the staff were panicking to get everybody through. Flight was its usual mediocre self. Just budget cattle moving.

Fast, good loads in and out, totally worth of price.
Ryan Air tell you to turn up two and a half hours before the flight, but the desks aren’t open. You are then left in a crowded unventilated space.

Miinukset: "Flight supposed to start at 18.55 but we didn’t take off until 9.45pm. I ended up paying extra money for a hotel because we arrived at 12.36 and the car rental were closed. A waste of money, no food, not water. Hope to claim back compensation for my hotel stay."

Miinukset: "They screwed us at every opportunity. I tried to check on online from my smart phone. I was able to acc SS my itinerary and it allowed me to do everything BUT check in. We had to wait to get to the airport, then they said we were too late (we were 90 minutes early). They raped us with 110 pound fee, which was more then we paid for the tickets. Then because we were “late” by their definition they wouldn’t let us take our carry on into the cabin. They forced us to check it. Then on the plane they wanted to charge for a diet drink. We are usually pretty laid back but by this time we were both pretty upset. Obviously."

Miinukset: "We were told we had to go to the toilets before taking off as the Toilets were not working on the plane. Also the plane was delayed in taking off."
Plussat: "The price was good, but we certainly got nothing but the absolute basics for the price."

Miinukset: "Our gate number was shown 10 minutes before the gate was supposed to close at 19.05. We were kept standing until 19.35 (when the flight was scheduled to depart) and then the door was opened, just for us to sit on the staircase waiting to be admitted into the plane for another 20 minutes. I understand delays and unforeseen events, but no rep had the courtesy of telling us why we had been kept waiting this way, on the contrary we were told to move further down the stairs so we can make more room, resulting in being crammed one next to each other. Eventually at around 8 pm we were finally allowed to get on the plane. Not a cool experience, especially when Luton is 2hrs away from London so the passengers had already spent at least 3-4 hours on the road to get to the airport."

Miinukset: "They did not have a space to add bags for the flight when booking. When we got to the airport, we had to pay an additional 40 pounds each for 4 bags to be taken on the plane, which was DOUBLE per bag than the seats cost ($20 each). When on the plane, I wanted a cup of water and they brought a bottle that cost 5 euros. This airline will nickel and dime you into oblivion."
Plussat: "A very cheap flight; we had randomly allocated seats away from each other but as there were few passengers this was not a problem. There was almost a row of seats per passenger so I can't see the benefit of paying to sit together!"

Flight was late for about an hour! 15-20min is fine but one hour plus sitting on a runway for a long time is unacceptable. Especially in my case as I had a connecting flight to Nis and two hours between them. With one hour delay it was really a challenge to catch another flight. £25 charge for a 15kg bag I too much. I'd be more encouraged and travel more often with the ckeck in bag if that would cost 15-20£ but I anymore at this price"

Miinukset: "The only problem with RyanAir was their check in process. If you don't check in online you pay 50£ My wife and I didn't have a printer and that was problematic because they didn't have mobile boarding passes. Even with their iPhone app."

Miinukset: "Check-in was a nightmare. I was on international travel with no PC, only phone and Ipad. I downloaded their ap on the phone, as they do not have an Ipad version. After tedious set up of account, I went through and completed the check-in procedure the day before the flight. However, when I attempted to download my boarding pass, the ap failed. I went to the airport 3 hours early. No attendant to be found so that problem could be resolved. less than 1.5 hours before the flight time, and after standing in line for 1 agent, I was told I could not be checked in, because I did not have a boarding pass, and I would have to purchase one from a service desk (different airline was providing service). The service agent said the Ryanair ap should have worked, and called them to request a waiver on the charge. They refused. I had to go back to the gate desk in order to check in, and very nearly missed my flight. Never again!"
Miinukset: "The staff had no idea what was going on half the time. I had to wait in 3 different lines and were told 3 different things because I didn't check in before arriving at the airport. Unfortunately, I did not have internet access nor a phone to check-in ahead of schedule. Since the airlines assumed that everyone has this luxury, it wouldn't be a problem."

Rough landings on both legs of the trip...like pilots still training on how to land. Weather was clear and beautiful, so was not condition- related."
