It was fine. No food nor entertainment since flight was short
They did not let me get on the plane because to enter Korea I had to have the K-eta which I did not have, I did and it arrived 45 minutes after the plane took off. Because you cannot check in through the web page nor do you notify me of the document. If they had let me get to Munich. I would have been able to complete my trip and not have missed the flight to South Korea
The trip was very good..I loved that I received notifications all thru the trip.
It was the screen on this flight that was bad. It would randomly turn off and change. It was unresponsive. This was the 12 hour flight that the screen annoyed me
Lufthansa personel and cre were proffesional. They try to help as much as they can.
The flight was half an hour late, which is the new normal in Europe. Friendly crew.
The seats were slightly banged up. Legroom was a bit tight. No food or drinks served No entertainment whatsoever.
Food was the most mediocre I have experienced on a transatlantic flight. Crew and staff were superb. Comfort was OK. For the first time ever, my luggage was misplaced between Lufthansa change of flight number and a replacement United flight.
This was a United flight. Seats were way too small. Zero space for bags. My toddler and I were crammed in the middle back of tnr plan with no option to upgrade. Food was awful. Crew was late getting to the plane - it was just pure hell.
My bag was delayed as of now by one day, maybe more. Besides, the flight was delayed by one and a half hours.
Great leg room in economy and the entertainment system has lots of options, I watched a few docs with David Attenborough. the flight crew were wonderful and helpful. I was really impressed with the food, both the main meal and the snack prior to landing. Some of the best food I have had on a flight! Great job Air Canada!
One flight attendant was amazing, 1st class although she wasn't even in business class. Somehow felt others were tired or mind somewhere else, so not really good service. Choice of food was basic, but good choice of drinks. Plane was comfortable and I think pilot was a woman, which is a nice change. Excellent that there are dividers in the middle seat in business class. Corona restriction rules, like mask wearing rules is extremely wise. Other airlines removed it, but I like better your choice better. Feels safer.
All luggages got lost, one of them had my dad’s 3 month supply of medicine (hence we had to check), and none of the Lufthansa nor United customer service have been helpful. This is outright horrible… Will always try to avoid Lufthansa whenever I can from this point on

Very slow boarding and a huge arrival delay resulted in many missed connecting flights. Luckily we were not one of those. Barely made it to our transfer.

This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

Miinukset: "I paid almost $400 for upgraded seats. When I got to the airport-- no seats-- both ways!! i didn't even have regular seat assignments. I had to choose from the last few seats available. The ticket agent, the gate agent and the cabin crew all did nothing to make up for the fact that their system screwed up and stuck me in a cramped coach seat in the back of the plane for 11 hours-- TWICE! Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again."

The plane did get cleaned a little bit in Dar-es-salaam however I was still missing a pillow and blanket which I had to actively seek out. Seating was not very comfortable as there was a box attached to the leg of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to keep my feet at an uncomfortable angle through the long flight. I did not enjoy the food."

Customs at CDG airport was soooo slow we nearly missed our connection with maybe 3 minutes to spare.
Air France service was superb. The airline did their best to expedite the boarding process even with the constant changes of Covid19 guidelines

Flight attendant could have not treated my son as he way he did. I was unaware that the usb cord being inputted during taxiing As was my son. He was horrible to him!!"

This was a great inconvenience for us. Never again on Air Canada. I suggest you explore the baggage process used by Delta."

Since I had selected lacto-ovo vegetarian, it seems I was not allowed to select the standard vegetarian option. Hard not to have cheese on an Air France flight - just saying :-)"
Plussat: "Boeing 777 had a lot of space. Good legroom. Timely departure and arrival, hassle free, safe trip all the way. Enjoyed the red wine; very delicious!"
Miinukset: "Seat didn't recline. The entertainment unit was very difficult to dislodge and raise to use (We were in the front). Movies were kind of older ones but I had reading to do so entertainment wasn't that important."

The crew was friendly and food was good but I felt not enough was done to accommodate the extra hours we had to wait on the plane."

Everything was perfect… plane, personnel, services. Definitely a 10 star trip
entire crew smiled at us and told us we were on time. plane landed half an hour late. missed our connection despite all TAP employees assuring us the connecting flight was guaranteed. took 3 hours to rebook us for the next day. next day’s flight is also delayed. Rinse and repeat

Miinukset: "Paying extra for business class so you can sleep just isn't worth it with TAP. We had an older plane, showing its age, and the seats did not go completely flat. So, I kept slipping down and my feet jammed into the seat in front of me."
Miinukset: "The service was worse than poor. The planes seay table had hair and dandruff all over it. The air hostesses handed me the food two isles away and I had to hand it to my whole row. I would never pay this price for business class for this airline or ever trust Kayak to give good options."
Plussat: "Left on time, arrived on time."
Miinukset: "I was not informed my flight was cancelled until the day of the flight. I was able to get in touch with someone to pay for another flight but the communication was lacking."
Miinukset: "Inbound flight - flight got canceled from Budapest - after calling the airline and waiting in the line the 2 first lady I was talking to put me on hold and never got back to me, the 3rd lady had no idea why the flight got canceled except it was for emergency. She said next flight would be 2 days later - after calling the insurance I booked for the flight, they didn't want to reimburse for the interruption because the airline could not explain why it got canceled and i should prove that the flight was canceled - after being 6h on the phone with airline and insurance and waiting line had to hang of without solution. I had to purchase a new ticket from another airline to be able to fly on the same day back to Miami. - after arriving at the airport next morning for the other flight it turns out that Tap Portugal booked me to British Airways but they have not send me a notification email about it, so if I do not ask at the counter for Tap Portugal for the paperwork for the insurance I would never find out that i got a new flight and i would have miss it and the insurance would have never pay for it. With the new ticket i had to purchase, my travel with Tap Portugal cost me on the end around $3000, and I do not have that much money for a ticket at all, now I have a financial trouble. Thanks, never again."
Plussat: "Customer Service was excellent."
Miinukset: "Viewing options in 38E where i sat, were terribly uncomfortable. The screen i had to look at was off to the left and i had to sit sideways to see the screen."
Plussat: "The plan was clean, newer, and comfortable. If you sit towards the front of the plane you end up sitting in economy plus for the economy price."
Miinukset: "No entertainment, but the flight were short enough it wasn't really a problem. With downloadable Netflix and Prime, that isn't a problem anymore."
Miinukset: "Flight was late on way back. Also no food optipn for vegetarians"
Plussat: "The check in was smooth and boarding was quick"
Miinukset: "We had problems with TAP up front related to baggage fares and them keeping the $85 I paid for my son who is 2 meters tall to be in an exit row and then assigned to a different seat. He was miserable for almost seven hours."
Plussat: "Crew on board efficient and polite. In flight entertainment on a rolling programme of videos played an an user-friendly player and all in 2 languages. Meols - two of them- stable and standard airline fare served quickly and efficiently by crew. Comfy seat with recline and tilt. Blankets and pillows provided as standard."
Miinukset: "The wait for check in was almost an hour longer tha. Expected and nowhere comfortable to wait. Executive lounge overpriced and meagre without any reclining seats. May as well have saved the money and used the terminal facilities No in flight magazine available to my seat for on board purchases and very little choice off goods on offer."
Plussat: "I got to Rio de Janeiro on time"
Miinukset: "cramped seats, minimal water offered by crew on 9.5 hour flight. I also found the extra charge to reserve a seat on this flight a serious affront to economic sensibility"
Plussat: "Flight attendants were reponsive. Plane was comfortable enough. Good entertainment options."

Miinukset: "They cancelled the flight, losted the baggage and couldn't help to resolve the problem. They also lied about the flight they wanted to replace to solve the problem which even didn't exist in their company. So, I will never ever take the flight from this compound again."

Miinukset: "They ran out of diet coke and coke zero literally right after takeoff which is a joke!"
Miinukset: "attendant kept waking me up to put my seat belt on while i was sleeping"
Plussat: "The plane was clean. The blanket was unusually large, for a plane blanket, so u could be nice and warm. The food was good and varied. The staff was friendly and every time they spoke to you had a smile on their face, as if happy to see you:)"
Miinukset: "I cant think of anything. It's a long trip that can be tiresome. So you can tell the airline tries to make it as pleasant as possible ."
Plussat: "Pretty decent food for a plane, reminded me of old United jet"

Miinukset: "The seats are really hard to sit on (no soft at all) and seem to be made for very short people, so not enough leg support. I was glad it wasn't a 9 hour flight."
Plussat: "I only liked the price of the fare....everything else matched the price of the fare. Cheap and bad."
Miinukset: "First of all I fly all the time at least once a week. This is my first time experiencing roaches on an aircraft!. I tried calling someone but I was looked at and ignored because I wanted to ask top change seats. I didnt want to cause a scene and affect the airlines reputation with people freaking out or feeling uncomfortable so I just moved to another aisle. Service very mediocre and plane was old."

Miinukset: "The pitch between seats was extremely narrow! It was impossible to pick up things that fall down on the floor when the next seat was reclined. The screen in the back of next seat row (my entertainment screen) does not have an adjustment making it difficult to view when the front passenger leans the back of his seat"
Plussat: "The crew was absolutely great which jump started the flight. The food and all the available movies and games were great too."
Plussat: "New airplane, spacious legroom, usb and power outlet"
Miinukset: "The 8 hour flight took forever. From boarding taking over an hour (I admit it was a full flight), the TV sets didn't work. They finally got most of the TV sets to work but we could only watch one movie that has several glitches (restating the movie after 15 minutes and volumes had to constantly be adjusted). The good options were limited for a pregnant women (sordfish - high in Mercury, turkey sandwich - not supposed to ear cold cuts, and meatballs (I unfortunately dint eat beef). I should have opted for the vegetarian meal but I wasn't pregnant when I booked my flight and the crew could not accommodate me. Also I think the should have servered one more round of drinks for a ver long flight)."

Miinukset: "Strike in Portugal at security but nothing to do with airline"
The delays were brutal. The Covid rules traveling through Canada was a mistake. Never flying to or through Canada ever again.

Miinukset: "Three hour delay. Shifted all our plans and reservations. Upsetting. Made short seven hour flight a ten hour flight with sitting and waiting for three hours. We were hungry and tired and stuck. Kept getting mixed signals: to wait longer."
Plussat: "Brussels Airlines is the the step-child of Lufthansa basically. But on the transatlantic flights they do a very good job."
Miinukset: "extra taxi in DC"
Miinukset: "1) They left our luggage at Brussels, the lost and found desk in Venice that handles Brussels airlines was unmanned. Took 40 minutes to talk to a person. 2) Although promised to bring the luggage on the next day, only brought 2 days after! We had to buy some cloth and still waiting for response from them. 3) We almost missed the connection flight (we had almost hour and a half) because the line for connection flight security was enormous and only 1 person worked in the security. Not only that we were rushed by the crew to RUN (!!!) for the bus, that was ridiculous ! We could fall and hurt ourselves."
Plussat: "Pleasant staff. Comfortable plane. Second leg from Brussels to Frankfurt was great."
Miinukset: "Check in at Manchester was a joke. No signage for Brussels Airlines to start with and no one to help. Long queue, over 1½ hours to drop a bag after checking in on line. Every other airline was way faster. Thankfully, security was relatively quick."
Plussat: "Food was better than average."

Miinukset: "The boarding system blocked all twenty U.S. passport holders from boarding the plane. I argued with the gate agent who was defiantly stupid. Never again for this airline for any of us."

Plussat: "Brussels Air was on time, attendants were courteous, plane was clean and in great condition. For a discount flight, it was great!"
Plussat: "One positive point. The boarding went well. The flight took off before schedule and arrived ahead of schedule."
Miinukset: "Cramped seating. Flight attendants hardly seen (they are busy trying to sell stuff). Not a glass of water, if you get thirsty it's 3 euros for a small bottle. You get what you pay for..."
Plussat: "Not much. Flight was pleasant and smooth."
Miinukset: "They called us for boarding before anyone was at the gate and we all had to wait on a stairwell until they opened. It made no sense and seemed dangerous to have so many people waiting on the stairs. Nothing was served on an hour flight, not even water unless you paid for it. Never encountered that before on any other airlines."
Miinukset: "Everything : two hoiurs late, no info, unhelpful crew, terrible food,3 toilets for 200 people... The worst experience in flying"
Miinukset: "They change my flight, and I had no kosher food in the other one"
Plussat: "Food was fair, and the boarding process involved multiple checks by the same people, of the same documents. Seems redundant, and there are probably more productive ways to check. Seats very uncomfortable for such a new plane. Ugh, can’t wait to get off. Movie selection mediocre."

Miinukset: "I travel often with Brussels Airlines and often run out of movies I want to watch during my trips. Air France has a selection of movies that is 2-3 times the number of movies offered by Brussels."
Miinukset: "No service - not even a glass of water!"
Plussat: "Due to horrendous traffic we got to the airport after check-in but before the plane took off, but they would not let us board and would not allow us to transfer tickets for even any fee. They will not let us use our return tickets either. Is this how you do business? I'm totally disheartened and disgusted by the lack of customer service or even care."
Miinukset: "We missed.our flight and no one would work with us to reschedule or refund even a partial refund. We missed out flight due to terrible traffic and now we are out $2500 this is terrible."
Plussat: "Quick flight, on time."
Miinukset: "Boarding at Brussels airport had to go through a gate, a bus, then out across the airport to the tarmac. Not really a problem, but should be aware if travelling this way. Warning to travellers using this short flight: food/drink only available with payment."
Miinukset: "Late departure in Brussels with confusing and inaccurate information. The food was tasteless, my kids and I hardly ate anything because of it. The in-flight entertainment options were pretty limited. Once again, the flight crew was not very friendly or service minded."
Miinukset: "Called and made a reservation directly with Air Brussels to make sure we got a bassinet seat for our infant and that did not happen. Old airplane and very bad customer service all around. Took over 2 hours to check in at 4am in the morning."

Plussat: "I was able to get home the next day rerouted with Lufthansa and they did provide a hotel and gave us a 15$ voucher."
Miinukset: "Missed an important day of work. Sat in the airport for 5 hours with little to no comunication from staff. They would constantly tell us they will make an announcement in 5 minutes but never had. JFK Terminal 1 is very unconfortable so that made the stay worse. The problem I had was with the fact that they could not tell us straight we are not going to fly."

Miinukset: "The flight was delayed 4.5 hrs. The check-in process was not smooth. After additional security screening at the gate everyone was left on the jetway until everyone had their tickets scanned. They were late loading cargo and food."

Miinukset: "Horrible food if you opt for Halal. Imagine having to eat the same thing from start to end in an international flight. Major turbulence, got sick to the stomach when I got home. I have to admit my overall experience was very very poor."

Plussat: "Great l! The food was good, landing was smooth and seats comfortable. Entertainment options were ok but could be better. Overall I enjoyed my experience and would love to fly with Brussels airlines again."

Miinukset: "Travelling out to Budapest our flight was delayed about 40 minutes. We had a connection in Brussels and had to run from B terminal to A to reach on time. We reached the flight, however bags did not make the connection. We received bags next day at hotel. Travelling home, the flight was delayed 1h30m, the gates were shifted 3 times for departure, we had to sprint this time for conmection again B to A terminals. On the flight we were told Edinburgh connection would be rebooked so go to desk, however we made the flight just and so did the luggage, if we had waitied as told to rebook our luggage would have landed in Edinburgh with us stuck in Brussels. Won't be using again."
