Plussat: "We ran into a passport problem and they sent Wilis Otieno back home to Nairobi instead of helping him resolve it. I made a dozen phone calls to no avail. Very disappointed."

Miinukset: "Altho I checked in on line in advance, i was unable to print my boarding pass . Lufthansa very little space for check in & luggage at Charles de Gaule and staff advised me to arrive at 4am for 7:45am departure so I could stand in line to get boarding pass and deposit luggage. I did so. Wait was not too long. Security was fast by comparison."

Plussat: "There's nothing much that's positive to say about this leg of our journey."
Miinukset: "Not only was the flight delayed, but there was confusion at the gate for boarding of even first or business class. We had to carry our luggage down 2 flights of stairs to get on a bus, which then transported us a very long ways away on the tarmac. Then it was an older model plane and the engine noise, even though we were up front, was extremely loud! It was somewhat worrisome. The food was terrible and by the end of the 90 minute flight our rears were sore from the poor seat cushioning. Not a good experience at all. All of this was after a terrible experience and delay just trying to connect flights within the German airport and the security delays that probably would have made us lose our flight if it wasn't delayed. There needs to be a better system if you are not staying in Germany but just connecting flights from the same airline!"

Miinukset: "The only concern I have is regarding the diet. During the shorter flight, from Budapest to Frankfurt, the stewardess informed me that she couldn't get me gluten-free meal/snack. I understand that catering to special diet needs is not easy but following a gluten-free diet is not my choice, it is something I need to deal and live with on a daily basis. I felt disappointed since I had a long trip ahead of me, and I know that I, just like all the other passengers, had paid for the flight that should include the meal as well. Thank you for reading my concern and trying to see it from me, the passenger's point of view."

Ten hours and I didn't sleep at all( never can sleep sitting up) and I think they came by with extra water and juices at least six times. Two hot meals of delicious food, superb snacks available near the galley, and comfortable seats with better than average legroom."

Later I had to get up and take it. Can write an essay on my whole journey."

When i asked to replace with vege option, the crew member replace with sea food, If this happens again, on my return flight, i am not going to let it go."

Plussat: "The cabin crew were well trained, hospitable and efficient. The young lady assigned to our section of the aircraft worked endlessly to address the needs of passengers, and remained extremely pleasant and often humorous, throughout the passage."
Miinukset: "The boarding process unnecessarily was long and hot. We stood in the jet ramp line for nearly 15 minutes before entering the aircraft. There was no ventilation and the air was tepid. The seats were smaller in Economy Class than on competitor carriers. The lavs were unattended to during the 7 hour flight and, consequently, were filthy during the last hour or two. The food was mediocre, at best, but at least the cocktails were not an upcharge. Enough alcohol can make just about any food palatable."

Plussat: "It was definitely on time, service is good and it was a very nice flight."

Plussat: "The last time I purchased a flight with them it was canceled. No previous notice . No solution . They wouldn't even answer the phone ."

Plussat: "This was a cut-price flight. Considering what we paid, the flight was amazing value for money. The plane was new. There was plenty of overhead space. The seat pitch was adequate. We took our own food. We slept for most of the flight. We arrived on time. If Norwegian can continue to keep the price low, I'll happily choose to fly with them again."

I thought the price was great until i realized that i came without a checked bag, a seat selection, a meal or even a polite check in process. FLew on some no name generic airline ont he way over, couldnt get a glass of water! WORST EXPERIENCE!"
Miinukset: "The JFK Norwegian staff at the check in desk were probably the most rude and unprofessional staff i have ever met. The line was around the corner, it took forever to get service and the check in personnel were rude, arorgant and just miserable.. Worst flying eperience EVER1"

Miinukset: "The scam website Justfly who is present on your site and BOOK THROUGH MOMONDO, cancelled our flight with Norwegian. Not the airline, justfly cancelled it. I think it’s a HUGE shame that Momondo keeps having their prices and connections on your site since the web is overflowing with negative reviews inn justfly. Stop feeding people to their shady business."

Plussat: "Free wifi was great!"

Miinukset: "Iin at newark was terrible. They apparently have no assigned checkin area for the airline. A line with hundreds of people played follow the leader through Newark Airport. On way back in Barcelona not nearly enough seats in the . waiting area or nearby. There was huge line because of this."

Plussat: "Excellent flight. Can't beat it for the price."
Miinukset: "We had to wait for 1 hour on the tarmac to get to hour gate when we landed. Not sure if that was Newark airport's fault though."

Plussat: "I paid 80 euros to reserve seats A and C. It worked. No one was in seat B so good trip."
Miinukset: "Made you pay for everything. Not even free water or coffee."

Plussat: "It’s bad — it’s really bad"

Plussat: "Disembarking from both front and back is nice and efficient. Wish more airlines did that."
Miinukset: "Both flights were delayed by more than an hour. You'd think a company called Norwegian would be ready for cold weather."

Plussat: "Flight was good. Seats were comfy and spacious on this flight. Food wasn’t included on the flight as I didn’t upgrade my tickets but I rather pay for the food then pay more for the ticket. Overall I had a great first experience flying Norwegian."

Miinukset: "I hated the wait time pre boarding. Somehow the flight kept getting delayed. The flight was delayed on my way to Barcelona and it was delayed even more so coming back to Oakland. The crew on board were not very nice and the crew pre boarding at the front desk were extremely rude and unhelpful. I paid the extra money for the on board meals and somehow I ended up getting the worst seat locations. The food is served at such disparate times. I felt like I was starving for many hours after I ate my first meal. Overall, I do not recommend flying through Norwegian and I doubt I will ever fly through Norwegian again."

Plussat: "Was not clear that you had to order dinner in advance Not clear that my luggage would only go to Paris and not all the way to Lithuania"

Miinukset: "2 hour delay before boarding and now adding more because in LA our gate isn’t ready. they sell everything, you only get a 1 glass of soft drink free. in an almost 13 hour flight this is insane, complimemtary water has to be a must. after purchasing watee bottle an cocke, 30 minutes went by and nobody came to give them, said snacks and drinks were just closed but the purchase did go through 30 minutes ago. gave 1 half full pkastic glass flass woth water wand warm falf full pepsi to make it up. no wifi no meal options to buy, just ‘snacks’ horrible ordeal to be in a plane for 13 hours"

Miinukset: "Customs at airport miserable Over 2 hrs to clear customs Airport is overwhelmed and in dostepair"

Miinukset: "The flight kept getting further delayed but remained th same after the flight took off, then when it was due to land at lax and we were there waiting it updates to an additional 45 minute delay. You couldn’t have updated that before the arrival time? Poor customer service!"

Miinukset: "They lost our bags in the transfer and did not even offer water on the flight!"

Miinukset: "We missed the flight due to last minute cancellation of our originating flight from Rochester NY to Newark with United. The cost of changing our flight through Kayak for the next day was over $750 and the travel insurance I purchased through Kayak may not cover this event. I may never use Kayak again. Here we see the high cost of low price deals."

Plussat: "When it was over!"
Miinukset: "Very poor customer service as the Norwegian staff at JFK are not employees of the airline. They have very little care or concern for any travel issues that may occur. They are there to process passengers through. If you have any questions or need help you are passed to a very uninterested person that only can tell you to go on the Norwegian website for anything you need to do with your booking. The check-in and gate agents provide no help or even attempt to try serve the customer. They are just there to perform a task. Norwegian sold premium seats and then puts the customer in Economy in the back of the plane. A bit is a bait and switch. They should refund the difference in the fare to be fair."

Plussat: "The plane seemed really nice (Dreamliner). Despite being tall, it seemed like I had a bit more leg room than in other economy class seats."
Miinukset: "I was in one of the boarding groups that got to enter the plane last. While I don't mind that, since the last group since in front of the plane, people who sit in the back sometimes put their carry on luggage close to the front of the plane so that they can get it on the walk back down the aisle rather than fussing with it when everyone is standing up. I wish there was more emphasis on making people put their carry ons above their own seats."

Plussat: "It was very good experience. 0 complaints from me."

Plussat: "I have to say, the only reason i bought this ticket was the low cost. I thought it was a bit too good to be true, and it was! The round trip cost beat other airlines hands down, and it was a direct flight, and the flight times allowed me to get picked up to/from the airport(s) with ease. Little did I know that it was "low cost" because they nickel and dimes you for everything else."
Miinukset: "I found out that to take luggage, buy a meal and reserve a seat, one way, was $45 for each thing. That would total $270 above the base fare of the ticket, which puts the ticket cost back with the rest of the options. I did not order food, since I usually don't eat much on the flight, but they would not even give me seltzer water because that was for people who ordered meals. Once on the flight, you had to pay for a blanket and headsets! it was a trans-atlantic nonstop flight! These things were not clearly identified before flying. I think that if the company was more transparent, I would have made other decisions. the stewardesses were alright. nothing special. I did feel in general that I was treated a little less than human. The whole lack of a meager snack and beverages...plus no blanket was a little odd. One woman was allowed to carry her dog in her lap the whole time, and they treated the dog really well. I guess there are always discrepancies in life, but that one irked me. That being what it is, the flight was on time, and my luggage arrived on time and in tact. Its all already in the past, which it would have been had I paid twice as much for the flight. But I paid half as much. So that is a win! Not sure if I would fly Norwegian again."

Plussat: "Great plane, though a little cramped of course"
Miinukset: "Delayed the flight once we were already boarded so that added two hours if sitting to an 11+ hour flight and WATER is not made available. That's crazy!"

Plussat: "Barcelona didn't tell us our flight was delayed until an hour after we were supposed to take off. At least have the decency to let us know in case we have to make other plans."

Plussat: "Overall good service with timely information."
Miinukset: "50 minutes delay. The message from Kayak update stated terminal B and I needed to go all the way to Terminal A with luggage. A bit of exercise!"

Plussat: "The price was awesome, the Dreamliner was shiny and new, the crew was pleasant enough. Any shortcomings of the flight were minor compared to the price and overall experience, which was fine. I was prepared for a discount flight experience and thought it was all okay."
Miinukset: "The in-seat entertainment system was busted - but then I hadn't expected anything, so didn't really miss it. The charger did work. The location information did work, including simulations of the view from the cockpit and windows. You have to pay for everything except water poured for you."

Plussat: "reasonable upgrade to business class"

Plussat: "We just flew on September 11th from NY to Paris on Norwegian. The flight was on time. The check-in was pleasant and courteous (you cannot check in online). The cabin was not quite what I would call "business class"-- they call it "premium". The seats were spacious enough, the cabin clean and well-maintained throughout the flight. The crew professional and helpful. The equipment is the best-- the new Boeing Dreamliiner. Not what you would expect from a low cost company. We landed on time. Baggage elivery was prompt. I would do it again."
Miinukset: "I travel all year internationally. I am 5'5" woman. The Premium seats must be designed for a tall Scandinavian male! I couldn't find a comfortable position. The headrest was too high and shoved my head forward, there was a hollow behind my back (and no pillows distributed). The seats do not recline to flat-- more like economy plus seats on other airlines. The foot rest tilts down, so you can't cuddle up to compensate for the discomfort, despite the ample width. Do eat before you board and carry a few snacks. But honestly, for this price, no complaints. I did notice that one or two of the passengers had drunk too much beer in the Alitalia Lounge at JFK and carried them onto the flight, were then rather loud and unpleasant. The attendants seemed to ignore them.I didn't sleep a wink, but the crossing was uneventful."

Plussat: "I watched broad city so that was ok"
Miinukset: "It was freezing cold - passengers actually huddling together, wearing all their clothes, sleeping in crouch position. No blankets offered, or available and attendants were quite grumpy when asked. Asked for veggie meal before hand. This was treated as an imposition. When it arrived, it was pretty terrible and I decided not to eat it. Gave it to a fellow passenger who had been overlooked and was hungry. We boarded 7 hours late. We were given notice, but we were also required to come to the gate or miss our flight no later than 11:00 (check in shut at 12:00) this meant all of us spent an overnight at the gate. Plane boarded very early AM. No one apologized or offered any accommodation. Pilot actually told us about how frustrated he was, asked us to go out of our way to accommodate his crew. Some merit in this, except that passengers paid for their seats, and the crew were not particularly nice to us. Long story short: I cannot recommend."

Plussat: "The Dreamliner is a great plane if you get a premium seat."
Miinukset: "I wanted to book a premium seat but they had sold out. I bought extra leg room thankfully and a very narrow middle row seat. I would never book that again. Very uncomfortable. Despite paying an elevated Flex fare I did not even get a free blanket on take off and had to pay $5 for one. What a rip off."

Miinukset: "rude staff, and ill informed and incompetent. Had to beg for water and food, even though I had ordered meal service. Unpleasant, I repeatedly complained about roudy passengers, who were occupying nearby seats that weren't theirs. these passengers were drunk and loud and hanging out in others seats and ailses NEVER FLY NORWEIGIAN AIR. The only folks who had a great trip were the flight attendants - they hung out in the large spacious kitchen eating the food that they said they didn't have for the passengers and doing little else. Worst flight experience of my life. And fancy expecting folks to carry all the food and hydration needed for an 8 hour flight. I think TSA needs to look into the this from the airport chaos - as it is clear that my experience is not isolated. DONT FLY NORWEIGIAN AIR"

Plussat: "Poor service, staring from punctuality. 3 and a half delay without any explanation until all passengers pressured the staff and we were told that it was due to aircraft malfunction. The staff were very unfriendly when asked about information regarding the cause of the delay."
Miinukset: "Change management and train staff. The Barcelona airport was in very poor state, without air conditioning and restrooms in very poor state."

Miinukset: "The flight was delayed, then we loaded onto an airport bus where we stood, sweating, for about 10 minutes before the bus left. Once we got on board it took forever for people to be seated, and some people were having their seats switched and others couldn’t find anywhere to put their luggage."

Plussat: "We made it to Barcelona."
Miinukset: "Vueling seems to be late very often. This 40 minute flight flight was over an hour late."

Miinukset: "The plane was late. The bus to the terminal was insufficient. The luggage was horribly late."

Miinukset: "I was informed upon arriving that I was on "standby" for a flight I'd booked weeks in advance, and told the reason was I had not paid the surcharge to reserve a specific seat, and Vueling oversold the flight by 10%. Not cool, Vueling. Also the flight was almost an hour late taking off."

Plussat: "Empty plane so I could switch to exit row. The other rows do not have enough room for someone 186cm tall"

Miinukset: "The seats doesn’t move forward nor backwards"

Plussat: "Quick Boarding and little waiting in the seat. Rear door was open when getting off the aircraft which made things quicker."
Miinukset: "At 6 ft, I only had enough leg room when I moved to a seat which had a spare seat next to it, allowing me to swing my legs. Otherwise, even when sat quite upright my knees would've been against the seat."

Miinukset: "A bit late getting underway but flight crew courteous, plane clean, deboarding efficient. Overall, reasonably comfortable efficient budget airline"

Miinukset: "The crew spend to much time on trying to order / heat / distribute food. The distribution of the staff seems odd - the one taking all the orders, putting stuff into the microwave and collecting it, collecting the money, whilst the other just seems to steer the trolley"

Plussat: "Boarding and check I. Went very smoothly and efficiently."
Miinukset: "The seat were very close together, and it was very difficult to hear what the captain was saying."

Plussat: "Cheap airline, results are what we thought they would be"

Plussat: "When check-in online I was given 1st row seats, as a result I was treated as an excellence customer. Great service."
Miinukset: "Delayed flight that was a connection and nearly missed my next flight"

Miinukset: "being subjected to a 15 hour travel day and missing an entire 1/3 of my 3 day vacation"

Plussat: "I like the landing by the pilot from Beirut to Barcelona. I also appreciated the one flight attendant that helped me and my family."
Miinukset: "They didn’t let me gate check any carryons. They made me pull out all my stuff to reallocate the weight in my carryons before letting me go with all of them. Why? Is the weight issue an over head storage weight limit issue or a fuel issue? Either way they eventually let me go. Ridiculous. They charged me over $110 for an extra check bag when kayak told me it would be $65-$110. Scam/stealing. Also, they told me I had to hold my kid during take off and landing instead of them being in their super secure car seat. How is that even logical? They said it was a company policy. If it was a company policy, why didn’t I have to hold my kid on the following flight? Dumb."

Miinukset: "ground staff was so trained to brush problems to the customers that never again Vueling, so bad experience compared to Ryanair..."

Plussat: "We boarded and left on time, there was room for my luggage in the overhead. This is a budget airline so I wasn't expecting any thrills and thats exactly what I got - a functional, almost comfortable experience."
Miinukset: "You can't help but stress slightly not knowing if you're going to find a spot in the overhead."

Miinukset: "An hour late to take off, then the captain didn't turn off the seat belt sign for another 45 minutes in clear skies. My friend had to use the restroom but the flight attendants locked them and yelled at her everytime she tried. Very rude."

Miinukset: "Our luggage did not arrive with the plane, we were not informed of the situation and waited for at least one hour before a passenger was told the luggage was left behind. The luggage did arrive after 90 minutes, still no explanation from the Vueling"

Miinukset: "The airline staff from check-in to dismissal were a big mess. No info, no help upon cancellation....Nothing."

Miinukset: "two adults one infant 3 piece of luggage is $140 euro. So infant bag is $70 euro where as adult is $35. We deserve $35 euro refund."

Miinukset: "Our flight was delayed over 3 hs, they kept changing the departure date with no explanation over and over again. about3 0 ppl couldnt even get on that plane. a complete disaster."

Miinukset: "I was forced to check in my carryon bag because it was over 3 kg. So I checked in my baggage two full hours before departure and the layover was three and half hours. There should be no reason why my bag didn't make it on the plane and yet it did not make it on."

Miinukset: "I was ripped off! I booked a flight for 3 passengers and paid. An email came through requiring I add additional information for my two companions within 48 hours or their flight would be cancelled and NO refund. I have the app and requested text notification, whereby nothing came through. The flights were cx and I had to book 2 new ones or fly alone. When calling to dispute, I could only email. The phone number was not international. The email rely denied a refund. I requested to escalate the dispute but Wasnt ever connected to that individual. In Paris, I attempted to reach the claims dept and was told to email them or call customer service but don't speak Spanish so got no where. Out 267$."
