Plussat: "They put me on a partner airline after causing my missed connection, so I witnessed nothing good about Turkish Airlines flight at this time."
Miinukset: "After a long saga with no help in making my connecting flight on the same Turkish Airlines, they gave me the boarding pass and told me my luggage was fine to carry on board for the partner airline they put me on. At the gate, that partner airline's reps (or Istanbul airport employees -- not sure) yelled at me that I had too much to carry on board and forced me to hastily check a bag with personal items I did not plan on checking. Needless to say, that also delayed my reaching the final destination even further because I had to wait for the luggage and it was already 1:00 in the morning in an unfamiliar and rough foreign city."

Miinukset: "Too frequent delays. Both directions connection flight missed, due to delayed flight. Both delays seems happened due to landing queue load (plane rounded in air more than hour before landing)"
Plussat: "The business lounge in Istanbul, Turkey was 2 floors, full of food, drinks, place to sleep, shower and sleep. The staff was superpeb."
Miinukset: "A man in the business lounge took my home address and cell number and told me that I would get a complimentary ride home. But when I arrived at the Business counter at the Dulles International Airport, they informed that no such program is in place."
Plussat: "Overall it was ok. I enjoyed the leg space."
Miinukset: "I suppose it's just a matter of different manners"

Plussat: "The flight to Munich was really good and comfortable. But the lay over was 15 hours and I not given anywhere to sleep or rest. I was told that I would be compt a room but never revived it. Sitting in an overcrowded Airport in Turkey was so uncomfortable and miserable. Boarding was very long lines and went through so many check points. But the staff was very friendly on board. Praise God I made it home safe."
Miinukset: "The lay over from Munich Germany to The US in the Turkey Airport was So Uncomfortable and Miserable. I was told that I would be given a room but never received it. The Airport was severely overcrowded all night and day. I was going to use Turkey monthly to go back to Germany but I probably won't now."

Miinukset: "The gate from Boston to Cairo in Istanbul is too far away. My plane left Boston one hour late so I had only about 50 mn to run from gate 200 to gate 712. Also in Boston the called all the family with children from business AND from economy to board first the we the Business we started to boarded after which was one hour after boarding time. That was REDICULOUS. Turkish Airline team was so slow and unprofessional unlike the team in Istanbul. But on the plane the service and food was excellent. Mervat Ali"
Plussat: "The entertainment and accommodations were superb. I appreciate all the things they think of to make you comfortable. The seats were a bit hard but they reclined nicely."
Miinukset: "The first delay during my trip was due to an emergency but my layover was delayed again. I'm not sure if this is an outlier event or if this is a pattern."

Miinukset: "Food choices were poor. For a long flight, it would be ideal to offer things for people with allergies. As a celiac, I was unable to eat most of what they offered me and there were not a lot of options. This is difficult on such a long flight."

Miinukset: "The wait times were ridiculous and always off schedule. From the beginning of the trio to the end of the trio there was consitency in going off schedule and being forced to stand in lines for hours. I would not fly Turkish again."

Miinukset: "Had to cancel due tp safety situation in Turkey (bombings, Dept of State warning). I had flight insurance but Kayak did not refund a dime."

Plussat: "I paid for WiFi but the service didn't work perfectly, I wanted to switch device,which you have to logout first. The button didn't work"
Miinukset: "There wasa cue 100 m before the gate at Istanbul Airport. The cue became a crowd ahead 4 gates, everybody nervous, pushing, no order, late for boarding, no information. Never seen such nervous crowd."
Plussat: "The best"
Plussat: "Everything operated fairly smoothly on the flight. Service was very good."
Miinukset: "Boarding was haphazard, no use of group numbers. They ran out of one selection for dinner less than halfway through the plane. My entertainment screen froze about 2 hours into the 9 hour flight and they couldn't/didn't reset it though I asked several times, so I read a book instead. I will say this was the exception flight out of the other 3 I have had with Turkish. On those, I encountered no issues."

Plussat: "- The in-flight comfort kit with slippers, lip balm, sleep mask and socks - The complimentary wines and spirits, along with anytime snacks - Courteous and patient flight crew - Good selection of entertainment on the personal screens"
Miinukset: "- cramped seats (but probably not any smaller than any other airline) - earbud sound quality - boarding process seemed to take a while, but again, probably not any longer than any other airline"
Plussat: "Food crew movie selection"
Miinukset: "Both flights were late and I missed my connection"
Plussat: "The comfort level was good. I liked the meal in economy and I was able to watch a new movie."
Miinukset: "The flight left late from Marseille, further diminishing the 4.5 hours I had to catch a flight on another carrier. The flight circled the destination and was then diverted to the second Istanbul airport, where we refueled and waited for another hour. People from the back of the plane rushed to the front of the plane while we were still taxiing on the runway at Ataturk, all to get to the front of the line. The crew was passive the entire time. Upon exiting we were herded onto busses (thus taking away the supposed advantage of those rushing the front). When finally in the terminal, I had to go through customs, purchasing a visa (for a country I did not want to visit at the time), and reclaim checked bags. I proceeded to the other carrier's counter, to be informed that the gate for my flight onward was closed. As the ticket was "promotional" I lost that ticket and had to purchase another - on Turkish! Also had to spend a night in a Turkish hotel, also on my dime."

Plussat: "Upgrade was easy! Crew was beyond exceptionable! Can’t wait to fly again, guys!"
Plussat: "Good aircraft, good service, on time, eventless"
Miinukset: "There are two types of foot-rests, both are a nuisance for people with long legs. The one popping up from below one's seat is extremely hard to put back in place. The metallic one folding down from under the seat in front cannot be secured back and is always in the way if the passenger needs to stretch his/her legs. This seems to be a new appliance, and I jut wish they would do away with it altogether. More is not necessarily better."

Plussat: "Cops is always a good reason to flight"
Miinukset: "They always change the gates, also too many disorders in the gate previous the boarding process, the process it is not clean. They took hand baggage aleatory to send to down and do not ask if we have fragile stuffs there."
Miinukset: "I was almost forced to stow my luggage in the hold despite me telling the check-in people tjat I had my meds and cpap in the carryon. I spoke to multiple people. Not sensitive."
Plussat: "The seat was very comfortable."
Miinukset: "My boyfriend and I were required to gate check our carry-on luggage which required us to go through customs in Paris to get to our bag and re-enter security for our connecting international flight. I am unsure why this was the case as other passengers brought the same size luggage. Very upsetting."
Plussat: "Amasing crew"
Plussat: "The Delta flight service was much better than the Air France flight I took on the previous leg."
Miinukset: "CDG airport in Paris is a very inefficient and by far the slowest airport. I recommend other passengers to get to the airport at least 4 hours before their departure."

Miinukset: "Two hour delay meant we missed our connection. Then given a very late flight and had to haggle for ages to get earlier flight and told we should pay extra for it!"
Plussat: "Crew was very nice. Food was good and tasty."
Miinukset: "Plane seemed a little worn, which surprised me since it was an A380. Not that old. I had purchased an upgrade to a seat with more legroom, only to find out there was no USB plug for charging my phone. All standard seats have them. Would have been nice to be warned about that."

Miinukset: "My entire travel experience became extremely rushed and chaotic due to my flight being canceled and me being alerted -LESS THAN AN HOUR BEFORE IT TOOK OFF! This is unacceptable."
Plussat: "That I was able to sleep a bit on the flight - and that we gained an hour."
Miinukset: "It left at 6 am. Which means we had a wake up call from the airport hotel at 3:30 am to stand in line with hundreds of others. The Air France app on my phone didn't let me pre- check in."
Plussat: "Direct flight from Indy to CDG is great. The plane was not so full, so I hope business improves so we can keep it going. Very smooth flight, with good and friendly crew."

Miinukset: "The flight was a chartered flight . Air France informed us that due to cabin crew shortage they couldn't operate an air france flight and hence they hired Air Belgium. Whilst the crew were nice , the actual plane was old and creaky. It wasn't up to the standards expected of Air France. They could have done better in getting a plane up to standard. A lot of the passengers were disappointed ."
Miinukset: "Took very long from landing/ arrival until baggage could be collected. Priority luggage came out last!"
Plussat: "The crew took care with calm and kindness of a man in deep distress and erratic behavior. Impressive. More generally , the crew showed respect and attention to all passengers. Not frequent."
Plussat: "Offering a drink on such a short flight is appreciated albeit unusual these days. Crew was very professional and friendly."
Miinukset: "The room between seats is unbearable."
Miinukset: "Initially the flight from Lima was delayed for almost 1:30 and then we lost this connection then Airfrance rebooking to SAS they tell us to take all our luggage’s and check in again it’s was awful and really bad from then walk and spend time we suppose to be quite at home ... the worst was in SAS have ano system and for 1.5 kilos extras you might pay 33€ so after long day and wait, running everywhere with all my staff I see to eat a 11€ menu at the airport with not more explanation from Airfrance .. really bad and worst services.."

Miinukset: "Crew was not very responsive. It would take over 45 minutes for them to respond to a customer call. Plane landed and we were kept on runway for 1.15 hours and crew only checked in with us twice during that time. People were panicking regarding missing their connections"

Miinukset: "Computer failure rendered the check in process a total mess. Staff seemed utterly at a loss and also totally unprepared for this very early and very full flight. Most passengers seemed to have multiple bags to check. Since this is a regular flight it was hard to understand why check in staff wandered in late when time was already tight - let alone having a system failure as well to deal with. We were 50 minutes late leaving. This resulted in many of us either missing or having extremely tight (stressful) connections at CDG Paris."
