Miinukset: "Due to the delays, we missed our jumper flight and American refused to compensate. Also, only had two cookies all day from 8:05am until 3:45 pm! No sandwiches as promised. We were delayed approximately 4 hours total. Had to take a taxi ($85) to Fajardo to HOPEFULLY catch last ferry to Culebra. Guess AmericansAirlines doesn’t care if you have to sleep at the dock!"
Plussat: "Considerate flight attendants. Turned lights down for evening flight, so we could get some rest."
Miinukset: "Flight was not on time. Time was changed a day prior with no reason explained. No in flight entertainment on this flight."
Plussat: "We missed this flight."
Miinukset: "Background info: we flew from Dublin to Toronto (Aer Lingus) and we were supposed to fly Toronto to Los Angeles on American Airlines; however, we had a British Airways flight number for both of these flights. We missed our connecting flight in Toronto with American Airlines (we had a 2 hour layover) despite landing on-time (de-boarded a few minutes late). I suggest avoiding the Toronto airport ALWAYS as every passenger must pick up his/her luggage even if you have a connecting flight, and then re-check the baggage with the next flight. Apparently the baggage handlers were on strike and some of the customs agents as well which added to the delays. Well, after going through Canadian customs and picking up our luggage (which took quite awhile) we arrived at the American Airlines ticketing kiosk about 45 minutes before our flight. The computer told us we were too late for this flight and to see a representative. We proceeded to wait in line for an American Airlines representative only to be told this was Aer Lingus' fault (we had just flown with them); even though we had a BA flight number.. After searching for an Aer Lingus representative we were finally told they were probably all on the Aer Lingus flight that was currently about to leave. An Aer Lingus representative was paged to the ticketing counter (took well over 30 minutes for anyone to show up) and what proceeded was an argument (for well over an hour) between British Airways and Aer Lingus representatives about whose responsibility it was to re-book us. After an hour at least of poor customer service, we were finally rebooked by British Airways on the last flight to LAX (on Air Canada). Moral of the story: avoid Toronto and fly direct."
Plussat: "The onboard entertainment has definitely improved. Nice to see how organize is the boarding process when compare to other local airlines."
Miinukset: "I was seating in the front of the plane were the seating should be better. The seat reclined minimum. Also, had the had luck to travel next to an amazing mother who was traveling with two small kinds and a dog. Brave woman but nasty flight for me. Need to improve the meals on the international flights. Too mediocre."
Plussat: "What did you like? The crew was extremely polite and greeted us when we entered the cabin. Willing to assist us if we needed assistance. they got us seated straight away, and we were off, they brought the beverage cart out straight away, offered us a snack of pretzels and a drink. it was pretty quiet on the flight a lot of tired people who just came from an international flight and just wanting to get home. both flights were on time. I haven't one bad thing to say about American Airlines"
Plussat: "The air stewardesses were extremely cordial and continuously asked if the passengers needed anything many times during the flight. It's a small gesture but I appreciated it very much. Free wifi (for movies/in-flight entertainment) was also a plus."

Miinukset: "It was an awful ride. The food was horrendous. The plane was ancient. No outlets, no personal TVs. The plane looks like it was from the 1990s."

Miinukset: "My ticket was cancelled because of a misrepresentation made by an agent when I had to rebook the outgoing leg of this trip. I had to pay $670 for new ticket at the airport with no other options and very little help from the LatAm agents. I'll never book another ticket with this airline."
Plussat: "It was an ok airplane, entertainment system worked"
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed 2.15 hours and didn't even offered water or anything, after a while they said if we wanted we could go out of the plane... really bad!"

Miinukset: "I never experienced the flight because I wasn't given a seat. The airline oversold the flight and I never got to go. I missed my once in a lifetime experience because the airline is greedy at my (and other people's) expense. I missed out on a priceless experience. Not only that, the bag that I checked did not make it off the flight so I remained in DC while my bag went to Medellin. I had to purchase new toiletries and had to make arrangements to get back to the airport. As of now, I do not plan on choosing American Airline nor LATAM for my future flights."

Miinukset: "Me cambiaron de asiento arbitrariamente, yo hice check in 24 horas antes para escoger los asientos que me acomodaban a mí y mi acompañante de 12 años ( los primeros) y resulta que por un cambio de avión me dieron los últimos al lado del baño. Lo que fue horrible, el olor, los pasajeros haciendo fila al lado de mi asiento todo el tiempo, sin poder descansar o estar tranquila. Comprendo que pueden haber descompuestos en el avión y cambiarlo por otro pero al menos al re asignar asientos deberían ver los lugares iniciales que tenía cada uno y no dejar a quienes habían solicitado con anticipación los primeros en el último, literalmente en los últimos puestos. Además la comida es bastante mala."
Miinukset: "The flights were delayed multiple times. No communication at your gates. Oh and I think my favorite was changing terminals and gates 5 TIMES within 1 hour at DFW! RIDICULOUS AND UNACCEPTABLE. NEVER AGAIN!"
Miinukset: "We were delayed for 4 hours, due to a mechanical issue. We were not given any forms of reimbursement. I would like a 500.00 voucher."
Plussat: "The flight attendants were nice and the plane was on time."
Miinukset: "I tried to switch my flight to an earlier time. First, they charge $75 (Southwest is always free). Second, the gate agent charged me and let me board, but her boss came on the plane and pulled me off because I wasn't Executive Platinum status! The plane took off with an empty seat and I had to wait two more hours for the first flight. When I complained to AA about it, they sent me a $50 voucher. I don't plan on giving any business to AA for the rest of my life."
Plussat: "Gate was changed no one notified us and my family missedthe flight . one hou rextra wait. No apologies was extended."
Plussat: "The lay over wasn't bad at all had enough time to make it to my gate and get something to eat"
Miinukset: "Was scheduled to leave at 3:15pm didn't leave until 4:17pm"
Plussat: "The entertainment selection was nice, and it was nice that we were served lunch."
Miinukset: "On my flight from Medellin to Miami, the stewardess did not offer my row a drink. Then when I asked for one, I was told I can only have water or juice, of which I wanted neither. The plane rides were both extremely hot and uncomfortable. I was sweating profusely on both flights."
Plussat: "The tablet selection was very variety."
Miinukset: "The announcement was hard to hear the volume was loud but something not quiet understandable"

Miinukset: "charged me 2x what they would have online for a checked bag 60 euros which i thought was egregious. they were late & no beverages"

Plussat: "Flight took off on time. Plane is big and seats are good for people up to 6 feet tall and comfortable fior people up to 220 lbs. Crew was excellent from checking in til landing. I will travel again with Air Europa but I will take a sandwich or two with me just in case pasta is being served. Flight was from Madrid to Miami. On my flight from Miami to Madrid the food (chicken) and everything was excellent. Oct 14 2018"
Miinukset: "My United flight was five hours delayed and I was going to miss my Air Europa flight. I called to see if I could switch flights but that was absolutely not an option and I had to buy a new one way ticket. I would’ve paid the difference, if there was one, but that wasn’t an option."

Miinukset: "Seats were very close in front of you. Then my seat did not recline so for the 8 hour flight I had lady in front of me basically in my lap. Flight attendant said I could walk around and look for other seat....didn't offer to see if other seats were available, didn't appear so. Also had teenage son with me did not want to leave him."
Miinukset: "They said my fare was “lite” and charged 60 eur per bag. That is too expensive. Although a short fight not even water was given. Flight delayed."

Miinukset: "Some of the crew lacks interpersonal relations and after some time they stoped their rounds. The flight office said there are 3 meals and we have been served barely 2. One hot meal and one piece of brad after. They gave others snacks but didnt offered to all the same."

Miinukset: "Aggressive, offensive, regimented staff almost strip searched people to assure no one violated their carry on ( one item, no purse) rule. We fortunately complied, but they humiliated an entire family for minor violations"

Miinukset: "There are plenty of air bridges to use at Porto airport, but AirEuropa chooses to use a stand that requires busing passengers from the terminal and back. No IFE."

(personally - i left with no food at the flight from Madrid to Fortaleza) in the way back, from fortaleza to madrid, it took hour and a half, from the time i finished eating to the time the crew took the tray. it was very inconveniet"

Miinukset: "Scam of taking enormous amount of money from passengers for check in baggage. At the time of making the booking,your website didn't show how & where to pay for Che k in baggage but when I checked in at the airport I had to pay 60 euros each for check in baggage when I had paid only $50 for the airfare. I think it's highway robbery to charge so much for checkbin baggage by deceiving passengers of not providing the option to pay half the price at the time of purchasing the ticket. I would never book another ticket through your site & will make sure I tell everyone to do the same. I had worse experience ever."

Plussat: "Everything was fine! I slept most of the trip as I was lucky enough to get a window seat. The food was okay and I actually quite liked the red wine I had."
Miinukset: "Can't complain! As I said for the way there, I would prefer not to have to pay to pre-pick my seats, but we choose the random option and I still got to sit next to my cousin (who I was traveling with) for all 4 flights of our trip."

Plussat: "It is always a pleasure to flight in Air Europe. How can I get discounts on Air Europe, I am travelling many times a year to Spain or Rumania. I also like to know if you have facilities to bring my baby dog (7 months) from Rumania. thank you Delia"

Miinukset: "The time allotted at the MAD airport for connection was tight ... a LONG way to walk with a carry on bag and through lines of people. Need to make flyers over 65 aware of that ...."

Miinukset: "Seats. They tend to get very uncomfortable after the fourth hour."

Miinukset: "I got "upgraded" to first class. Where the spacing between seats was smaller than USA economy seating. After jamming my knees in I was told being upgraded didn't entitle me to free food or drinks. Yup wanted to charge for a bag of peanuts. Adding insult to injury takes about an hour to get your bag when you finally get off."
Plussat: "Nothing good to say about Air Europa"
Miinukset: "They canceled our flight and made us stay in JFK for 30 hours. Promised a plane out at 3pm the next day which never happened. Flew at 10:30pm and missed a full day of our honeymoon. No compensation or apologies. The flight was terrible very cramped seats, no entertainment, and horrible food. I suggest to never ever fly with this airline."
Plussat: "I was surprised by the food, and the crew was always kind, warm, and welcoming. I liked that we got two meals for our trip and that the flight was smooth. We weren't delayed at all and everything was incredibly efficient. I was really impressed for a low-cost flight."
Miinukset: "My partner was really uncomfortable, as the distance between seats is pretty insufficient. I was only comfortable because I am a particularly short person. Also, it was a little disappointing that the TVs on our first flight didn't work and that there were only two TVs for the whole back cabin during the second flight. That is not the end of the world, though, and I think that even on a budget airline, seat sizes are unfortunate. Also, the timing of the movies was really strange. They couldn't fit in two movies for an 8 hour flight because they were timed poorly."
