Lentojen peruuttaminen ja siirto aiheutti ylimääräistä tressiä ja lisäsi matkakustannuksia mm. Ylimääräisten hotellikulujen muodossa. Momondon käyttämä Tripmonster on nimensä mukainen hirviösysteemi, jonka tiedoittaminen ja etenkin tavoitettavuus on aivan luokatonta tasoa. En enää suostu ikinä ostamaan matkaa Momondon kautta jos he käyttävät Tripmonsteria.

The service from flight attendants was excellent the food was good , the coffee taste yummy!
Plane was packed. Lots of screaming babies. No leg room. Very uncomfortable for such a long flight. Could not change seats during check in. Too many unmasked people. Seats were too close together. The staff was great though.

To sart with, we were told by Turkish Airline staff to go to the gate more than 1 hour EARLIER than the flight to Houston. Once we arrived at the gate, we were told "I cannot help you with anything about your flight. That is another department" and we to wait our turn and wait for someone to take us down the jetway. We waited for 75 minutes (1.25 hours) until after EVERY OTHER PASSENGER was on board. The flight attendant was unresponsive to us, talked down to my husband and me in a way that was insulting, rude, demeaning and very nasty. When another passenger complained that he did not get the seat that the attendant just changed for him, FOUR flight attendants helped him - one person got on the phone with someone (I don't know who), another went down to his seat to see where he was sitting. Yet another came and tried to explain why they couldn't help and finally a fourth tried to speak with another attendant on board. Whether or not his problem was solved, I don't know, but this was in the middle of our conversation (with only one attendant, I will add), and so his attention was taken away from us and put on him. Our seats were changed from seats closest to the bathroom to the middle of the plane. My husband cannot walk so 14 rows walking was not possible. I will say that finally, it took three volunteers who offered their seats to us to sit near the much needed bathroom. Regarding being seated near the bathrooms, when we asked for an aisle chair (that they told us they had on board) we were told to "stand there. we will get one in around 10 minutes). And, the wheelchair was sent all the way to the BAGGAGE CLAIM and NOT GATE CHECKED, when we arrived in Houston, we can clearly see the frame is bent, the wheels are out of alignment and the brake is also bent out of shape. The wheelchair is a custom made chair just for my husband. We will be sending Turkish Airlines the bill for a new chair if it cannot be repaired. I hope you can see to address these problems. I am not hopeful it is not normally like this for Jews who wear their head coverings. Turkish Airlines service desk took the evidence (my ticket) and then refused to rebook me, forcing me to pay $600 for a new flight and for a visa to Turkey just so I could exit through security to book & pay for it. They will not be getting any more of my business in the future!"

Miinukset: "Flight was over an hour late boarding and spent nearly 45 aboard the plane waiting to depart. No updates from the staff about our departure status or boarding status throughout the almost 2 hour delay. Got an email from Turkish airlines about this issue and they claim the flight was only 25 minutes late departing. Exaggerations occur sometimes when people are inconvenienced so I checked my call logs and social media accounts and found I completed multiple phone calls and status updates from New York over and hour after Turkish airlines tells me I left. One of us is lying and at this point I'm inclined to agree with facebook that I was still in JFK airport an hour after my flight was scheduled to leave when I updated my status to gripe about the delays."

Plussat: "The price can't be beat for a quality, national carrier. The next highest price for my series of flights was $600 more and would have taken twice as long. Good food, good alcoholic beverages, great movies, and a nice crew too."

The actual flight was ok. But was a mess before departing AMS. My previous flight was late, so missed my connection in AMS. Then I spent over two hours getting things settled to get another flight. I was unable to complete my request online, and no one at KLM in AMS wanted to help. They kept giving me the run-around until I finally convinced them K was stuck without their personal help. It added a lot of stress (and about 5 more hours of transit time) to my overall journey.
Almost the only airline that offers free coffee and bread even in short 1 hour flights

We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."

Tuntui kuin lentokenttävirkailijat olisi olleet TET-harjoittelussa. Ongelma ei tietty ole Finnairin henkilökunnassa vaan Münchenin kentän virkailijoissa. Oli kuin kaikki olisivat ensimmäistä päivää töissä. Todella heikkoa toimintaa.
Check in Pariisissa oli vanhanaikasta. Jos on matkatavara menossa rumaan, tai haluaa boardingpassi paperiversiona joutuu odottamaan että check in avautuu.
Kone lähti myöhässä ja henkilökunnalla turha puheripuli kovaäänisiin
Finnair siirsi lentomme vuorokaudella eteenpäin. Ilmoitus tuli tuntia ennen koneen lähtöä kun oli jo toimitettu matkalaukut koneeseen ja tultu turvatarkastuksesta läpi ja odoteltiin koneeseen nousua lähtöportilla. Käsittämätöntä, tieto ylibuukkauksesta oli varmasti tiedossa paljon aikaisemmin. Kari ja Marja Alatyppö
Palvelu oli erinomaista, kone oli siisti ja aikataulut pitivät hyvin. Ihan pieni suma syntyi koneeseen noustessa kun eri boarding-ryhmät sumppuuntuivat putkeen. Pieni tauko boarding-ryhmien välissä olisi tehnyt siirtymästä vielä asteen sujuvamman.
Finnairilla hyvä henkilökunta, kaikki sujui tosi hienosti lennolla.
lentoemännät hoiti tehtävänsä hyvin. Koneen ilmastoinnissa oli vikaa, tuli vilu.
Lento aivan täynnä ja bourdauksessa ei mitään järjestystä. Tuntuu siltä, että Finnair sijoittaa pariskunnat erilleen ilman erillistä maksettua paikkavalintaa.
Lento 3h myöhässä. Informaation kulku hidasta ja sekavaa.
Lähtöselvityksessä oli vain yksi henkilö, mikä ei vastannut lainkaan tarvetta, koska hän oli ERITTÄIN HIDAS - ja hieman tyly (?). Passeja hän pyöritteli todella kauan ja tavasi hitaasti kirjain kirjaimelta nimemme niistä ja vertaili kuvia meihin. Tuntui todella oudolta. Lisäksi tarranauhat taisivat loppua kesken ja hän joutui hakemaan niitä muualta. Meillä (kolmen hlön perhe) oli ainoastaan yksi laukku menossa ruumaan, mutta virkailija yllätti meidät vaatimalla myös käsimatkatavaramme ruumaan, koska tilaa olisi kuulemma liian vähän. Luonnollisesti olimme pakanneet kaiken säännösten mukaan ja tässä hässäkässä ruumaan joutui myös elektroniikka, jotka olimme jättäneet käsimatkatavaroihin. Virkailija ei huomannut kysyä asiasta, emmekä me kiireessä muistaneet sitä. Lisäksi jouduin todella vaatimalla vaatimaan, että sain yhden laukun käsimatkatavaroihin, koska sairastan diabetesta ja astmaa ja olin pakannut matkalla mahdollisesti tarvitsemani lääkkeet ko. laukkuun. Ehdin jo hieman hätääntyä asiasta, kunnes virkailija "armollisesti" tuli sen verran vastaan, että antoi minun valita yhden kolmesta laukustamme matkustamoon. Ymmärrän tilantarpeen, mutta olisi ollut todella järkevää kertoa jonossa odottaville etukäteen, että tällaista vaaditaan, jotta muutenkin todella tiukalla ollut ollut aika ei olisi kulunut turhaan säätämiseen turhautuneitten jonottajien odottaessa selän takana. Asian olisi mielestäni voinut myös hoitaa hieman kohteliaammin. Lisäksi huomasin koneessa, että hyvin harvan kohdalla oli vaadittu jättämään matkustamoon tarkoitettuja laukkuja ruumaan - ainakin lähes kaikilla oli yksi laukku/hlö mukana. Hämmentävää. Yllättävää kyllä kone pääsi kuitenkin lähtemään matkustajien puolesta ajallaan, vaikka jonottavat pitivät sitä mahdottomana. Lento sujui muuten hyvin, paitsi jalkatilat olivat todella surkeat verrattuna menomatkamme koneeseen.
Kone oli kolme tuntia myöhässä.... Meitä pompoteltiin portilta toiselle. Ilmastointi oli olematon.
Finnair on lentoyhtiönä nykyään aivan perseestä! Siirtävät esim lentoja 2 päivällä eteenpäin eivätkä kerro matkustajille edes syytä! Laitoin kyselyä asiakaspalveluun jo maaliskuussa 2022 ja lentomme oli 27.5 ja en ole vieläkään saanut vastausta miksi lentoa siirrettiin.
Lento myöhässä 9h ja lähtö seuraavan vuorokauden puolella. Ei mitään tietoa finnairilta kuinka toimitaan, miten yöpyminen hoidetaan, mitä korvataan jne. Surkea suoritus.
Asiakkaita suositellaan menemään kentälle hyvissä,ajoin, mutta finskin lähtöselvitys ja bag drop portit avautuvat, aina, liian myöhään. (munchen)
Tämä nykyajan "turvatarkastusteatteri" on aivan absurdia matkustajien kiusaamista. EI voi mitenkään olla perusteltua että joutuu jonottamaan yli 2 tuntia sitä että käsimatkatavarat tutkitaan. Matkustajista 99.99999% on rehellisiä asiallisia ihmisiä eikä heidän kiusaamisensa moisella teatterilla edistä mitenkään lentoturvallisuutta. Parannusehdotus turvallisuuspäällikölle potkut tehtäviensä hoidon täydellisestä epäonnistumisesta. Esim lennollani 2 oli vain läpivalaisulaitetta käytössä ja jonossa tuhansia ihmisiä. Ilman lennon myöhästymistä olisimme missanneet lentomme tämän pelleilyn johdosta! Kyllä moiset tarkastukset pitää pystyä järjestämään siten ettei matkustajan tarvitse seisoskella jonossa tuntikausia. ( tämä jonottaminen tarkoittaa myös sitä ettei kukaan voinut käyttää kentän palveluita, eli myös heidän business kärsii tästä typeryydestä)

Koneen kapteeni ei kertonut mitään muuta lennosta kuin lähtiessä lennon kesto. Olisin halunnut tietoa esim lentoreitistä.
Lento oli lähes 3 tuntia myöhässä emmekä saaneet mitään tietoa mistään. Emme saaneet myöskään vouchereita.
Finnair arpoi edellisenä iltana check-in:ssä mieheni riville 29 ja minut riville 16 eikä näitä voinut muuttaa. Finnair rahastaa kaikesta, vaikka ei tietääkseni ole ’halpalentoyhtiö’. Mustikkamehumukillinen on ainut, mikä kuuluu hintaan. Menolennolla KLM tarjosi suolaisen ja makean välipalan kaikkine juomineen (kahvi, mehu, virvoitusjuoma, olut, viini). Kännykän voi ladata. For free.
Matkatavaratietomme puuttuivat järjestelmästä. Turhaa vaivaa moisesta asiasta. Valitin suoraan Finnairille.
Järjestelyt toimi oikein hyvin matkakumppanin boarding pass dokumentti katosi turvatarkastuksen jälkeen puhelimesta jokin spammi yritti latautua , mutta passilla koneeseen 😊 Kone ilmeisesti hiukan kovassa käytössä, istuin muhkurainen. Henkilökunta oikein palvelualtista ja ammattitaitoista ☺

Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli hyvää, mutta pienille reittilennoille Suomen sisällä olisi mukavaa saada pikku suolaista.

Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!
Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!
Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.
Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.
Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.

Minulla oli aivan kova nälkä ja halusin ostaa lentokoneessa leivän mutta valitettavasti minä olen nuori enkä omista luottokorttia ja en saanut koneesta mitään koska normaali electron maksu kortti ei kelvannut eikä käteinen kelvannut..

Flight was delayed three hours sitting on the plane. This happens almost every time I fly with American. There is always problems

It was three hours delayed. If they knew people were delayed from other planes they shouldn’t have boarded us yet. We spent two hours just waiting on the plane

Miinukset: "When we arrived at the Aspen airport, American Airlines was having a complete breakdown checking-in passengers for our flight. Some waited 2.5 hours to check a bag -- at an airport with very few flights and small planes. Clearly there was no management onsite – or that management was completely inept. AA agents on the ground simply did not prioritize passengers trying to make flights, nor did they ask flyers without urgent issues if they could step aside. Even worse, they spent 1.5 hours helping one customer – when that customer simply could have gone online or called reservations to get the appropriate assistance. Honestly, I personally stepped in to do what your personnel should have been trained to do: show empathy to calm passengers, ask one irate man to have some sympathy for those behind him in line, and finally, prioritize the people trying to check bags for the 2pm flight ahead of others. AA personnel only engaged the irate customer and threatened to call security when he pulled out his camera phone – it simply inflamed an already bad situation."

Plussat: "The onboard entertainment has definitely improved. Nice to see how organize is the boarding process when compare to other local airlines."
Miinukset: "I was seating in the front of the plane were the seating should be better. The seat reclined minimum. Also, had the had luck to travel next to an amazing mother who was traveling with two small kinds and a dog. Brave woman but nasty flight for me. Need to improve the meals on the international flights. Too mediocre."

Miinukset: "This was almost a six hour flight there were no televisions available the flight was oversold and there were people on standby there was very little Lego room we were only offered snacks and drinks the crew was stressed we left late because we were instructed to check our carry-ons but that was not enforced until people were already on the plane getting on the plane and getting off the plane took a very long time there was very little leg room it was difficult to move around the plane because it was such a small plane the crew was very stressed out. I am very upset about this flight and will not fly with American ever again."
Plussat: "The seat pockets were decent, though I like when the magazines have their own designated slot behind the tray in addition to a pocket. Also good there were power outlets. I liked that they didn't skip row numbers, including 13. So if you're in row 22, for example, you know that's literally how many rows back you are."
Miinukset: "It took 25 minutes from when plane landed until it reached the gate. There was also apparently an issue with the auxiliary power -- the lights went out in back half of plane when we arrived at gate. I prefer having a screen behind each seat, rather than those attached to ceiling on this flight, so that the entertainment can be customized."
Miinukset: "My ticket was cancelled because of a misrepresentation made by an agent when I had to rebook the outgoing leg of this trip. I had to pay $670 for new ticket at the airport with no other options and very little help from the LatAm agents. I'll never book another ticket with this airline."
Plussat: "Seats were very roomy, both in with and legroom. The whole flight experience was good."
Miinukset: "Headphones on a short-haul flight were used and we're clearly dirty with dust. Drinks on the flight are quite particular. There were people who asked for beer and got a can, others who asked for the same got just half of the can."
Miinukset: "they were keeping delay, delay, and delay when I was on the aircraft. My flight was from BOS to PHL on June 13,2017 was delayed and cancel then they pushed me back. They pushed my flight back on the next morning and without any apologize or responsibilities for me and I have been sleeping in the AIRPORT all night! never go to this airline again! bad and worst airlines ever!!!"
Plussat: "We boarded fast and the flight was smooth. The crew was very friendly."
Miinukset: "The sears were a little uncomfortable. They went terrible but my back started to go out on my 2 hour plans ride."

As I was walking to the gate, one of the flight attendants that would be working this flight advised someone that was hurrying through the airport that they dropped something. While others may not have noticed or said something, she went out of her way to make sure the item got to its owner. It is little things like this that make life a little better."
Miinukset: "The thirty minute wait for luggage (which sometimes is quick for American at DFW)."
Miinukset: "I never experienced the flight because I wasn't given a seat. The airline oversold the flight and I never got to go. I missed my once in a lifetime experience because the airline is greedy at my (and other people's) expense. I missed out on a priceless experience. Not only that, the bag that I checked did not make it off the flight so I remained in DC while my bag went to Medellin. I had to purchase new toiletries and had to make arrangements to get back to the airport. As of now, I do not plan on choosing American Airline nor LATAM for my future flights."

My first flight was so delayed that I missed my second flight and this flight and arrived 3 hours late. I would not have chosen Air Canada if I knew it was going to be this bad.
1. Was forced by gate attendant to check my carry on bag while boarding along with person behind me. The flight was half full and there would have been plenty of room for the bag. She was rushed and must have made a mistake and both of our bags were lost and not delivered for 30 hours after landing, forcing me to wear same clothes 2 days in a row at a business conference. Baggage people for Air Canada also would not take a report of the missing bag until it had been missing for over an hour, causing me to miss soonest train into downtown. 2. The posted boarding time was 9:00 AM for the 9:30 flight but they started boarding around 8:30 to try to finish early and get us there faster. In the hurry didn't get the chance to use the restroom beforehand, but once boarded we sat on the runway waiting for takeoff for over an hour and did not actually depart until around 10:00AM. Was unable to use restroom or anything else while just sitting in a line on the runway. 3. Email communications prior to flight said there would be wi-fi available but there was most certainly no wifi to use, had planned the time to be able to catch up on work but was not able to accomplish anything
My bad was delayed a week. My flight was delayed an hour. The US customs in Toronto doesn’t have the capacity to process baggage or people in a timely manner allowing travelers common courtesy of making their flights or arriving to their destination with their baggage. I had no time to eat between two very long flights. Canadá air only provides snacks for sale from Toronto to SLC so you can either pay $10 for a $2 chicken wrap or go hungry for a full Day then arrive without your bags that will be delayed a week before they are delivered to my home. It took two hours to get the the SLC airport from the time I landed until I reached my vehicle in long term parking due to excessive distance from gates to baggage claim and time to fill out lost baggage claim. Overall a very poor experience, I will not fly Canadá air again and will avoid Toronto international airport.
Maple Leaf Lounge morning food could be more carried and substantial. All AC portion well managed, clean and on schedule
Lower your prices and don't charge extra to sit in a seat you paid for.
Nothing was good - flight was late/delayed/no communication from crew/had to sit in economy seat although we booked business classs
The plane was grubby looking which may have e been due to its age! Windows were sold they were beay opaque & difficult to see thriugh. Impossible to rate food & entertainment as very short flight & none available
The staff were friendly and the plane was on time. The jack in seat 25A for sound needs to be fixed.

Plussat: "The flight itself was very good The plane was quite new. Very comfortable seats and plenty of leg room with nothing obstructing the foot space. Good inflight entertainment and complimentary earbuds. Flight attendents were capable and friendly, food service better than average."
Miinukset: "Check-in at the Air Canada counter was chaotic, a long lineup with only one agent available to direct the crowd. She coped well considering there were multiple people asking questions at the same time. There was a small sign instructing persons who had obtained boarding passes and luggage tags to go to baggage drop but no signs or separate lanes to indicate where that was. Very disorganized. At the gate it was the same scenario. Agents at adjacent desks were calling boarding instructions for multiple flights at the same time. Our Vancouver flight was never actually announced but passengers all started lining up because the stated boarding time had passed. It was impossible to tell which flight was calling for which boarding zones and everyone was wondering out loud "what is going on here?" Once finally aboard we sat on the runway, our flight left an hour late and we missed our connecting flight in Vancouver which, I realize happens. However..."
Plussat: "Around $700 air fair for round trip flight to Asia is a good deal."
Miinukset: "The flights between Vancouver and Dallas are small and tight, very uncomfortable. Normal carry on csn not fit into overhead bins."
Plussat: "Friendly crew."
Miinukset: "Terrible food and entertainment on the flight to and from Santiago. Felt squizzed like a sardine in the can in the middle row. I will never choose Boening 777 for overnight flights. Transfer in Toronto was confusing. Delayed arrival caused problems in retrieving luggage and made a stressful experience getting to Chicago flight on time - not mentioning sluggish US border check in Toronto. For my next trip, I would rather pick another airline and transfer airport."

Plussat: "They seemed like a good airline. It was my first time flying with them, and I got upgraded to business class on the very first flight of my trip. What a great first impression! They're quite service oriented, with attendants speaking multiple languages. The in-flight magazine was good but not available on every plane. The food was usually pretty good, and the live map was convenient."
Miinukset: "All of the flights were late (I had 6 of them on this trip, all thru Air Canada, and not a single one departed on time). All of my layovers were long, except one, which was planned to be about an hour but ended up being less than 30min. That one was a pain: had to go through Canadian customs and then run across the Toronto airport, but thankfully my next flight was still boarding - and ended up running late because they had to de-ice the plane. One of the flights ran late, and as we were reaching the gate a passenger felt the need to yell racist/ignorant comments at a fellow passenger who wouldn't sit down, and then the flight attendant - overall that was a real shame."

Plussat: "Air Canada has one of the best buy on board menu's of any North American carrier. They even allow you to purchase Business Class meals (subject to availability of course). Flying on the older 767-300ER also has more shoulder and leg room than some of Air Canada's newer configurations for the 787 and 777."
Miinukset: "Air Canada's boarding process is a bit frustrating. On American Airlines and United Flight attendants make announcements over the PA to (a) step out of the aisle to let people pass, and (b) place larger suitcases in the overhead and smaller bags under the seat. That way they try to ensure there is enough bin space to accommodate everyone. Passengers on Air Canada stuff everything in to the overhead bin and nothing under their seat, leaving little for those boarding after and delaying the flight because flight attendants are looking for bin space. If they were more pro-active, it would speed things up."

For a 6:40 flight I got to the airport at 3:40, as instructed, and checkin wasn't even open. Per Air Canada's website "You should arrive at the airport three (3) hours before your flight's scheduled departure time. Pre-board security screening for departures to the U.S. opens at 3:00 AM. Exception: 20 minutes for flights departing from Toronto City Airport (YTZ)." Check in staff told me I should have gotten there 2 hours ahead. This is very conflicting. Considering I was heading to a 10 hour trade show, believe me that hour of sleep I lost between 2:30 when I had to get up for this flight and 3:30 when I could have gotten up sure was missed. Correct and consistent instructions to passengers go a long way."

Miinukset: "This is not an Air Canada flight, is a Rouge flight, meaning there is no service, no screens, not even blankets on board. I didn't know that until after confirming my reservation, and it makes all the difference. For a low cost flight, the service is ok, but it shouldn't be advertised as Air Canada at all."
Plussat: "The crew tried to be nice."
Miinukset: "Boarding was completely disorganized. The flight was meant to depart at 3:30, we didn't start boarding until 4 and we didn't take off until 6. The flight was too full and the plane too heavy so extra fuel needed to get be left behind, which meant we had to land in Jamaica refuel and then head to Toronto. Arrival time was meant to Be 10:30pm and we arrived around 1:30am."

Miinukset: "Check in process was slow and messy. Check in clerk I felt with was borderline rude. May want to consider a check in kiosk to speed things up. I stood in line for almost 40 minutes waiting to check in before I pulled out my phone and checked in online at that point I was only half way through the line. If the flight hadn't been delayed I might have missed it. Additionally once boarded the cabin door was closed the second the last person entered the plane. An announcement was made that we couldn't leave till everyone was in their seats. But enough time had not been given to the passengers to even get down the aisle before such a snippy comment about needing everybody seated was made."
Plussat: "All around enjoyed the trip. Courteous and professional. There was a medical emergency on the flight back. It was handled incredibly well by all of the flight attendants. Would use Air Canada again and certainly Kayak as a booking system. Thanks."

Plussat: "Nothing fantastic but it was a good flight even after being delayed a while. Our plane had something wrong so they took us off the plane and we had to wait until they found a new plane for us, thank goodness we were in Canada at the hub where there must've been extra planes."
