Finnair counter, Hannele politely double-checked all's well, handed me boarding pass. Hannele told to buy extra baggage online being cheaper. This promise, not accurate. Absurd!"

Miinukset: "My pregnant wife was downgraded from business to economy 20 minutes before departure because the airline made a mistake with the reservation for our puppy traveling in the cabin with us. If this were not enough, the airline also lost one of our bags so this week we have to file for compensation for both begin downgraded and for the contents of our 30 kilo bag which never made it to Ho Chi Minh. Air France was a complete and total disaster and I would strongly recommend all friends and colleagues to find alternative airlines for travel"
Miinukset: "Crew not only lacked sensibility to understand the purpose of an emotional support dog but kept harassing me about the dog being tied to my seat. At some point a flight attendant even tried to touch my dog, invading my personal space. When the dog rightfully acted defensive trying to protect me, the crew member started threatening me that he would have the dog sent to cargo, the last thing a person with an emotional support pet wants to hear. Extreme lack of professionalism."

Miinukset: "Initially the flight from Lima was delayed for almost 1:30 and then we lost this connection then Airfrance rebooking to SAS they tell us to take all our luggage’s and check in again it’s was awful and really bad from then walk and spend time we suppose to be quite at home ... the worst was in SAS have ano system and for 1.5 kilos extras you might pay 33€ so after long day and wait, running everywhere with all my staff I see to eat a 11€ menu at the airport with not more explanation from Airfrance .. really bad and worst services.."

Miinukset: "The chairs, for whatever reason, after just not that comfortable. Too squishy and they make noise when you adjust your position. I fidget a lot on flights so I felt like I was making a lot of noise. Also the plane didn't have cold air, do you get toasty pretty quick."

Plussat: "The food was great. Very filling and hot foods were hot and cooked thoroughly. For our 8 hour flight we were served 2 meals and snacks and plenty of hot drinks which was nice.The entertainment was great got to watch movies and play games and also learn language through games."
Miinukset: "It was very hot in there probably hotter than it should be. Not much air flow I was sweating the whole flight. Because of this I couldn't sleep it was kinda miserable not gonna lie."

Miinukset: "I missed the flight from Vancouver to London and had to purchase a ticket from Air Canada in order to carry on with my trip. The rest of the flight went well."

Plussat: "Because of the fire to the Notre Dame Cathedral, trains were not stopping on the route we needed to get to to the airport. We left with plenty of time to spare, and because no one at the airline mentioned that delays could be a possibility due to this, we ended up missing our flight."
Miinukset: "I'm not usually one to complain, but this situation was very difficult and even dangerous. There was zero communication from the airline about this, and we'd appreciate if the airline could pay for our new airfare and our Uber ride from the train station to the airport."

They are telling that first in the gate and then they charge for extra £50 for hand luggage. I'm going to avoid flying easyJet in the future."

Miinukset: "Liverpool airport. No direct train link! Expensive to drop off £3.00 No staff to help navigate round. Signage poor. Forced through stupid duty free shops. No obvious way to avoid crowds and winding shop stuff! Despite being forced miles through the airport we still had to get a bus to the plane. No costa!"

Miinukset: "Two of us were booked on the same seat on a full flight. The staff never apologized or explained what was happening. Luckily, we both managed to get to Vienna due to some passengers missing their flight. Howeveer, abysmal service, no explanation and overall terrible experience."
Miinukset: "Landing didn't succeed in the first time, we had to fly around for 20 minutes and try again, pilot didn't say anything about it, it was a bit frightening. 40 minutes delay. The flight was operated by smartlynx Estonia."

Miinukset: "A 7am flight with a two hour delay so we got up at 4am for nothing. The email woke us at 4am and said we must still check in at the same time. Once boarded we had a further delay of half an hour. The queues were quick at Basel but dreadful at passport control at Gatwick. Presumably because were were so late. Meant we had to run and stress ourselves to get next transport. We are too old for all that. If not for all that I would have been saying what a great flight"

Miinukset: "Children on the flight were irritating. Nothing to do with the staff or easyJet. But that was my only gripe but that can’t be helped."
Miinukset: "Using buses rather than gates to to enter the airport. Is it some kind of saving money with out considering passengers comfort"

Miinukset: "Staff was rude. No food was provided. Charging extra money for no reason. It’s all about money money money with shitty service."
Miinukset: "The seat space was so narrow and little leg room. Much worse than any other easy jet flight I have been on."

Miinukset: "The boarding experience was a bit rough, the chairs no comfortable at all, no snacks or drinks provided and the SURPRISE SURPRISE ...YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR BAG!"
Plussat: "In general i'm a big fan of Easy jet, nothing to claim in general"
Miinukset: "with the cancellation i had minimal services from airline. Very very poor hotel, transport to be organised on my own, same with food but all covert by easyjet at the end..... i was really badly impress, being a frequent traveller, about the quality of hotel, the worst since years ..."
Plussat: "Flight crew was kind and helpful"
Miinukset: "I booked a front row seat as I had to get another flight and thought I would be able to get off the plane quickly. This was not to be as I got on the plane and had to put my bag back in an overhead locker in row 10. I was not impressed. When I eventually got off the plane I realised that some people had 3 carry on bags. 2 wheelie bags and a big rucksack. How can that be allowed. I did catch my flight but was not impressed with the baggage storage. the air crew were not helpful either."
Plussat: "The flight attendants were very classy and attractive."
Miinukset: "the size of the plane and the spacing between seats."
Miinukset: "The delay and the fact I didn't have a seat because of overbook!"
Miinukset: "I booked a 4:35 pm flight on kayak.com I was added on a different flight because that flight is full. I'm forced to purchase another flight to get back to Lisbon"
Plussat: "Quick check in, comfortable seats and on time"
Miinukset: "Nothing really..."
Miinukset: "Poor customer service. Three people flying together. One person had accidentally booked a flight that left 2 hours later. We tried to change her flight but we're told this could not be done. The only option was to purchase a new ticket which we did. Went to check the luggage and it seems the had given her a second ticket on the original flight. Back to customer service. Third ticket issued. We go upstairs to find our flight is now delayed but her original flight was leaving on schedule. This was never mentioned at customer service. It would have worked fine for her to fly and wait at the airport fo our delayed flight and we would have saved the cost of a new ticket. We did not have that option because the first ticket was cancelled"
Miinukset: "Flight delayed, gate changes twice. By the time I get to the new gate, doors are closed. Asked the desk staff for assistance given the gate change. Claimed they had no information and couldn't help. Said flight was already in the air. Flight actually departed an additonal 30 minutes after the original delay time. Cheap flights justify poor customer service according to easyjet!"
Plussat: "As usual, a good experience in every way with easyJet."
Miinukset: "Boarding area at Naples airport was a bit crowded."
