Staff is always friendly and happy...they really seem to absolutely love their job! Free toiletries in the bathrooms are an extra plus. Whenever there was a change in schedule / plans the captain informed the passengers immediately about what was going on and what would happen next."
Miinukset: "The only thing that did and probably always will be AWFUL is going thru security at JFK. The T S A officials there are unfriendly, sometimes rude, never smiling and often yelling at you or even little kids or elderly people. We are travelling a lot and no other security staff at any given airport is so unfriendly and harsh. Worst thing about going on a journey."

Miinukset: "Waiting on line to check in was more than a half hour although there were probably only 10 people ahead of me. Got a hard time on the weight of my carry-on being more than 7kg although I had to point out that my ticket allowed me two bags that were 23kg each - I had nothing to check. Eventually, when I pointed out that I could wear enough of the clothes from the carry on, they agreed to let me take it on. On board, the service was cold, bland and infrequent. The entertainment system lost sound perhaps 20 minutes into the flight."
Plussat: "The crew of ladies and men where so very gracious and courtly, both to the passengers and each other. My wife and I both took note that the flight attendants were "First Class" with emphasis on class. Exceptionally well groomed, but also conveyed genuine concern and helpfulness and at the same time, real workers, energetic and perky. We are bragging to all our friends about the uplifting cultural demeanor of Singapore Airlines. They should all get a pay raise. I will always remember their wonderful service when thinking about our trip to Frankfurt, Germany. Robert"

At any time I was supported by the staff and even if it was busy they constantly had a kindness and smile in their face. I don't fly with any other airline on long distance flights! It was clean and neat on top at any time. I love flying with Singapore airlines. I feel safe and in good hands all around. This is how service should be at any airline! Miinukset: "It was an 8 our overnight flight to another time zone where we had a full day ahead of us so we needed all the sleep we could get but instead we were fed around midnight. Lights went out for about two hours, it seemed, before we were told to put our chairs upright for the person behind us so they could serve another meal. We arrived about 10am completely shattered."
Plussat: "On my flight back I got to sit in premier economy and that was amazing !! I want to fly like that all the time! The leg room and space was perfect. The comfort of the chairs recline and foot rest that raised up was great. The big tray table that tucked away was nice. And side pockets for your stuff was great. The comfort of the bigger seats was just excellent and they looked newer. On my flight back from Frankfurt to NYC that was the best flight I ever have taken."

The weakest part of their offering is in the entertainment area where the movies are out of date and the TV series haphazard."

This caused over 3.5 hour late arrival into Istanbul. This caused me to miss onnnection flight. There was very poor information or guidance by staff once we arrived into airport. I had to walk long long distances from the gate without assistance. I had requested wheelchair assistance considering I just had spinal cord surgery and In need of assistance. I was forced to stay over night in Istanbul and waited over 12 hours next day in airport for next available flight to Thessaloniki. I missed my brothers wedding night and could not be his best man for wedding from ordeal which was not fair! I also payed a premium price close to 1000k USA dollars for flight I could of booked many tickets with such a long layover and extra expenses buying a visa and food for half the fare I payed. This was not fair especially when a plane is diverted for medical emergency! To top it all off being a medical doctor I loaned and assisted staff with passenger and offered my consultation. services to emergency medical physician whom was called by crew for help and finally which reccomended to divert flight to Manchester to assist the passenger In crisis! Miinukset: "Turkish Airline’s needs to improve their online experience. Please just pay someone to fix it - you don’t have the city of Los Angeles as a option for home address. In case TA’s web developers are reading this, Los Angeles is the city with LAX in it. I guess you don’t have to know every city, but maybe download a complete list of cities and use that? There are lots of open source options and I can help you, if it gets confusing. Or, alternatively, allow users to type their city with a keyboard. Scrolling through every city in the state of California is not easier than typing Los Angeles. Especially when arriving at Los Gatos and thinking “wait... did I miss it?” That’s not the only thing wrong with your website, but start here. Look Turkish airlines is wonderful, I’m just saying that it was hell actually buying a ticket and signing up for your rewards program."

Miinukset: "However, unfortunately I have noticed a decline in their service. The food was not as great as it usually is. I had salmon and it was very dry. With the amount of money given to the flight they could have paid attention to it more. It also happened to be my birthday on the flight and my friend who was flying with me called the airlines to ask if there was anything special that can be done. Happily they said that they did do celebrate birthdays and anniversarys. Sadly though nothing was done. Overall was it horrible I would say no but they are starting to loose quality"

Miinukset: "Flight from JFK was delayed, and as a result we've lost our luggage. Unfortunately, Turkish airlines has no delivery service at Kharkiv, which is absolutely inconvenient."

Instead of beginning boarding at the time printed on my ticket, like every other airline, boarding was completed and closed fifteen minutes before my ticket said they would start, so even though I was eight minutes early I was actually seven minutes too late. Turkish Airlines service desk took the evidence (my ticket) and then refused to rebook me, forcing me to pay $600 for a new flight and for a visa to Turkey just so I could exit through security to book & pay for it. They will not be getting any more of my business in the future!"

Miinukset: "Don't sit in row 27. You will be the last people on the plane served...unfortunately that means that the row behind gets food about 45 min before you do. And overall - it took about 4 hours to get our first meal."
Plussat: "I have to say that I flew with different companies in my life, Turkish surprised me with the extra luggage and the quantity of food ( I am vegan and they gave me 2 yummy vegan meals). Also the sear were more comfortable than I expected"
Miinukset: "First of all the staff needs to work on their customers service. The flight was 1 hour and 45 min late and I had another flight to get in Istanbul to get to my final destination. I almost did not make it. The staff never gave us an explanation about what happened at the JFK I flew for 10 hours scared and stressed out. I asked the staff if it was possible at the time of landing to get out with the business class or somehow to get out before everybody else, but they were completely useless. Also in the middle of the flight a woman started feeling very bad. She had an intense migraine because of the high pressure, clearly the woman was not used to fly very often. The poor woman was ill and the entire crew was surrounding her. 7 ppl standing in the way of customers, a male attendant touched my shoulder with his private parts at least 5 times. Also every time they passed by the would hurt my shoulder or my arm with out even apologize. What kind of customer service is this? Forgetting about all the other passengers? Creating a situation of panick just because of how unprofessional they are? You can be the most comfortable or cheapest airline company and add all the luggage and food you want but if your crew doesn't know anything in customer service the customer will fly with a different company next time!"
Plussat: "Ozan was a perfect attendant. Always asked us how we were and helped us when we needed anything."
Plussat: "I really enjoyed having all of my concerns over delayed flights and possible missed connections rudely dismissed or outright ignored."
Miinukset: "Flight was over an hour late boarding and spent nearly 45 aboard the plane waiting to depart. No updates from the staff about our departure status or boarding status throughout the almost 2 hour delay. Got an email from Turkish airlines about this issue and they claim the flight was only 25 minutes late departing. Exaggerations occur sometimes when people are inconvenienced so I checked my call logs and social media accounts and found I completed multiple phone calls and status updates from New York over and hour after Turkish airlines tells me I left. One of us is lying and at this point I'm inclined to agree with facebook that I was still in JFK airport an hour after my flight was scheduled to leave when I updated my status to gripe about the delays."

Plussat: "Almost everything but the checkin process at JFK with Turkish Air agent speaking poor English and casting doubt that everything is going to be fine with my trip. Instead she was reacting "the rules are changing every day" and didn't not weather I should need visa for my native country (?!) although I have showed I was born in that country (Macedonia) and the holders of US passports (which I am) -- do not need entry visa to that country. Everything else was good or excellent -- especially food and airplane crew."

The flight from JFK got delayed and for unknown reason when arriving to the gate in Istanbul my seat was given to other passengers - though I came to the gate before the boarding was closed. I have never in my life received such a poor service. I was lied/misled/attacked by Turkish airline employees in the gate and in the transfer desk. I would never recommend taking Turkish airlines to anyone"

Miinukset: "Rediculous chaotic check in at JFK. Standing in line an hour for a 40 minute delayed departure with virtually no communication from staff. As I had connection to make, was very unnerving."

Miinukset: "As our first flight got delayed, me and 28 other pallengers flying to israel told the airline agents that we would miss our connection flightfrom turkey to israel. The supervisor assured us that we have nothing to worry about, as the second plane would wait as we are many passengers.however when we landed in turkey the connection flight had already left without us. When trying to speak to turkish airline representatives about getting a new flight, they were super UNhelpful, we waited in very long lines and were required so go to a few different parts of the airport to get a new ticket, a process that was not friendly at all and very frustrating. After about 2 hours of waiting on lines, i got a flight that required me to wait 7 hours in the airport and measley voucher for a very small fast food meal. When i asked to be admitted to the lounge (as i waited 7 hours in the airport due to the airlines mistake), they did not agree to grant me access. When i asked to at least get the wifi code from the lounge so i can tell my familly that i am stuck on turkey, this was also rejected. While waiting in the airport, i spoke to many other people on other flights who had been stuck in the airport under very simillar circumstances, some even worse than mine. I also have many friends who have experiences simillar experiences with turkish airlines. If you are looking for a reliable flight, that will get you to your destination on time and will help you out when a problem occurs, Turkish airlines is deffinetelly NOT the flight for you. I personally will never fly with them again after the way i was treated."

Plussat: "The food and staff were great. The seats were rather comfortable and the flight was very pleasant."
Miinukset: "The entertainment system was of an older style wherein we had a choice of 3 movies and 7 "radio stations" across 15 or so "TV channels" rather than the fuller suite of entertainment options I'm used to on a Turkish Airlines flight."

I've flown the following for reference: Lufthansa Air Swiss Delta Air France Air Arabia Saudi Airlines Egypt Air and a couple more I can't think of right now. I'm a very medium sized build and really short (5' 6") and I was so uncomfortable I wanted to (and probably will) cancel my return flight with them. My wife's back is still hurting from that flight. The staff are just plain awful save for 2 flight attendants. Out of 2 flights so far. I was told afterwards that this is commonplace when flying Turkish Airlines. For fairness sake I should mention that both Egypt Air and Saudi Airlines were worse. Whatever money you think you're saving by flying this atrocity you're gonna be spending on fixing your neck and back. Spend the extra and go with Swiss or even Delta. Avoid this rubbish"

We even got charged for one piece of checked luggage 46lb on a international flight. That was a first!!!"

Known traveler numbers (Glibal Entry) were not askrd at the time of online check in and ad a result, TSA Pre didnt show up on out boarding passes. Agent at the counter coulsnt dix it euther. Surprisingly, very disappointing breakfast."
Plussat: "I'm so happy I did not book Austrian Airlines for the way back to Zurich."
Miinukset: "My checked in baggage did not arrive with me, the staff told me it'll arrive the same day in the evening but it did not and nobody informed me, I only found out after calling them 5 times (which 2 times they hung up on me after putting me on hold). My bag only arrived almost 35 hours after i already landed Hong Kong, without being able to tell me when exactly and made me sit and wait for them to deliver it at mid-night."

This has not improved since my last flight with Austrian in March 2018. The one reponsible for ordering such junk should be punished by having to eat the muffin himself. Sorry!"

Miinukset: "I specifically selected three seats for my Wife and two children ages 7 and 5. I did not fly back with them and at check in the three seats were confirmed on a boarding pass printed at their departure location. Upon checking in on the connecting flight in Vienna, the seat assignment had been completely disregarded and three seats located 10+ aisles apart were given to a family traveling together??????? This makes no sense and must be due to booking through a third party. Unacceptable and not worth the $40 per ticket savings."
Plussat: "My wife And infant son we're flying out and when I got them there ticket I asked if they had any available seats with leg room and he said there was nothing available but the best he could do was aisle. When my wife n son went to board on the Stewart or stewardess told them that they are not sitting there and that they will be flying first class today. When my wife landed n told me I was extremely happy that they saw her with a baby and gave my wife n son that option to sit in first class then be tied up in economy and no so comfortable. I greatly appreciate the hospitality you have given my wife n son. Thank you Filip"

I was running with a cane, and getting very upset when an airport employee with a cart asked if he could help. He took me to the gate I thought was for my flight, but it was for a DIFFERENT flight to Zurich. He calmed me down and drove me to the correct gate, talking the agent there to make sure it was the right one before he left me there. I wish I had time to get his name because he was very kind and helpful and I don't know what I would have done without him - wouldn't have made the flight, that's for sure. (He was in vicinity of gates F 3 - 13 on Sunday June 11 approximately 5:15 - 5:30pm Vienna time, if anyone wants to know)"
Miinukset: "Our flight was delayed almost one hour. Even though I had only one hour between flights, I was told (in Split) that all flights would be delayed, so no worries. On the plane, they gave information for some flights; for the rest of us they just said, go to your gate (for connecting flight) as quickly as possible. Flight landed at 5:05pm. When I walked out of plane (I was using a cane; recovering from broken ankle so have some trouble walking distances), there was no board with flight info, just immigration. Finally I saw a flight board, and had 10-15 minutes walk still. Also, signage wasn't great. I called after an Austrian Airline flight attendant who was also leaving, but she never heard me. Finally I found the right direction, still had security to go through. I was running with the cane (not good for my ankle). Essentially there was no help. Until a man driiving one of those carts helped me - I write about him above in what I liked about the flight."

Miinukset: "We boarded the plane at the time the flight was supposed to depart without explanation as to why there was a delay. Then we sat on the plane for two hours without explanation again. Landed 45 minutes after the originally planned time. Our connecting flight to athens was going to depart in 15 minutes, but left us and 58 other passengers. Poor communication to the passengers and then poor communication or help from the airline. If they would’ve waited 15 minutes, 60 people could’ve made their connection. Instead we have to wait 6-7 hours to board another flight. The customer service at the Moscow airport was sad... only two people at the desk for 60+ customers needing new flights because of their unexplained late departure."

Miinukset: "The flight attendants were slow and unprofessional. It took 3 hours to get dinner. Other airlines manage to feed passengers in Economy within an hour on the similar flight. But the worst part was that my luggage went missing. After it was found nobody let me know so it was just sitting there for three days before I could get a hold of someone. And then after multiple calls they finally said it would take another 5 days to be delivered 200 miles. So I ended up having to go get it myself. Not as much as an apology from them. Aeroflot is absolute garbage. Stay away from them."

Miinukset: "Boarding process was not well-organized. Specifically, there was no announcement of the boarding starting or continuing. You just had to know when it's supposed to start and show up at the gate. Boarding is general, without any division by rows or groups, which means people in row 6 and in row 20 board at the same time, creating a long line. This slows down the boarding process and causes frustration in less patient people."

Plussat: "Everything about this direct flight from JFK to Moscow was excellent. Boarding went very smoothly as they were strict about loading from the back to the front of the plane. Anyone who tried to circumvent this was sent back to their line. The food was not memorable but perfectly fine and we got 2 full meals— dinner and breakfast— plus several beverage services and a snack. The entertainment interface works well, although they could offer more movies and tv series for sure. The seats are very comfortable and have decent leg room—although I am only 5’2. The crew was exceptionally professional and pleasant. The bathrooms are larger than standard and they offer disposable toothbrushes. Some of my friends made jokes about our flying Aeroflot, but their perceptions are clearly outdated. This is a very good airline from this flight experience. I hope it holds up on our return."

Most of JFK phone numbers listed at aeroflot.ru are not working, there was answering machine working on one and I left a message, still waiting for call back (it's Monday now); 4. Had to call Moscow office, after 56 minutes waiting on the phone I was re-scheduled to Wednesday."

Miinukset: "The security clearance took more than an hour and I missed the next flight from Moscow to New Delhi. Despite repeated request from the staff, I received no expedited clearance. The line moved at a very slow pace. This where the problems started. I was blamed for the delay and was told that my ticket has been cancelled and was asked to buy a new ticket at an excessive price. The staff at Moscow airport was really rude and worked at a such a slow pace. I was fourth in the line and yet it took me more than three hours to talk to the person. He simply took 2-3 minutes and faulted me for the missed flight. I was told to come up with money or simply live on the terminal. After a grueling arguments for more than 5-6 hours, finally I was given another flight. I did not waste even a minute in reaching to the terminal. I did not even use restroom. I felt repeatedly insulted by the Moscow Airport staff of Aeroflot. They kept on talking about the rules and faulted me for being late."

Sheremetievo changed it to the gate #2 and call my last name with completely wrong pronunciation. When I realized that my plane is leaving I had to run more than 1 mile to the gate #2 for the 3 min. You have to be a world champion to do it in time so I was 2 min late. The company forced me to buy a new ticket for $100 from Moscow to St Petersburg and said that they never recognize that that is their fault. Several other people were late to that plane."
Miinukset: "We boarded our flight in a timely manner. We sat in our very uncomfortable seats and were unpleased to discover that we did not have any in flight entertainment due to a major glitch in the in the screen systems. The flight attenders offered to scatter us around the airplane to no avail. More than half of the airplane was without entertainment and no options for alternatives. No one should be stuck on an crowded airplane fo 9 hours with nothing to do."

Miinukset: "The parents request for me to move my seat to the upright position despite the family having the entire row of seats available for them to rearrange their positions within. The crew initially asked me to upright my seat, but upon realizing I was out of space they asked the family to respect my allotted space as well. There was no in-flight entertainment - boo! The food... Interesting at best. And my assigned crew for food service purposefully did not offer refills on my water and it was impossible to get his attention!"
Plussat: "awesome - planes, staff, food, all great - smooth, courteous and friendly. The best airline!"

Miinukset: "I paid Kayak and it's intermediary justfly.com extra money to sit in a window seat. I wound up sitting in the last row, middle seat, with a broken TV that was "rebooting" the whole flight. I couldn't recline my chair because I was up against the back wall. When I politely said that I paid more for a window seat, and asked to look for an empty seat, the flight attendant brought over a security guard, and warned me that if I continued to "complain", that I would be asked to leave the plane. I kept my mouth shut, and demanded my upgrade fee back from Just Fly after the flight returned. Very rude crew."
Miinukset: "Crew member named Alexander was very very rude with us and other family. When we asked for his full name to file the complaint he refused to give his last name I believe crewmembers should be trained well and know how to communicate with the customers .very very disappointed"
Miinukset: "The plane is narrow. They want to get as many people as possible on the expense of the comfort. Everyone is literally sitting on each other's lap. For the whole 9 hours there were no entertainment on board. The monitors on the left side of the plane didn't work. My kids went nuts! The flight attendant offered me to catch the technician who inspected the plane instead of complaining to the crew. Really??? I wanted to read a book, but didn't have a light over my head. Also the technician's fault. I don't think I'll ever fly this company again. I'd rather pay more and have a good experience."

Miinukset: "Never saw any alcohol on flight except wine with dinner. Did I miss something? Also - boarding bus to take passengers to second leg of trip to Warsaw was an ordeal. We stood 20-30 minutes before the 10-15 bus trip on a bumpy road to the plane. Thought I was headed to the gulag!"
Plussat: "Food was pretty well portioned. Good selection of music and movies, including some good Russian/Soviet classics. Much smoother ride than Aeroflot's other widebody products. Ice cream for breakfast."
Miinukset: "Flight attendants were smiley robots. Drinks and meals served at absurd intervals from each other - never at the same time. Exactly one alcoholic beverage service all flight, and no choice but to go and ask in the galley for anything else - including water. Thin seats that slide forward in addition to reclining. The literal worst boarding and replacing procedures - almost an hour of standing and waiting first in the terminal, then in the aisles. Better hope you speak Russian if you need anything."

Класс самолета Боинг 777 нравится. В целом очень хорошее впечатление от полета, гораздо лучше, чем от полета на Дельта и Юнайтед в США."

Miinukset: "There were a group of people next to me talking and laughing loudly through out the whole night. I asked one of the stewardesses if she could speak to them but should wait 20 minutes so that its not obvious that it was me who was complaining. She repeated what I said and assured me she will take care of it. Instead she came over to them 2 minutes later and then turned to me and said everything will be ok. Of course they continued being rowdy the whole night. The flight was ruined as I could get no sleep. Will think twice before going with Aeroflot again"
Plussat: "Finnair was generally comfortable with good service and food provided. When we landed in NYC our flight was late and looked like we may not make our connection. An agent met us with our boarding passes printed and gave us an expedited slip that allowed us to get through the lines faster. Because of that we made it to our connecting flight."
Miinukset: "The airlines lost our luggage at the end of the flight. Because of this we had to stand in line and subsequently missed our bus home. The next one came an 90 minutes later. The luggage has been gone more than 24 hours already and still not returned."
Plussat: "Every attendant was very kind and willing to help with my lack of Russian language skills"
Miinukset: "My luggage was lost due to a delayed connecting flight, also serviced from Aeroflot. It took more than 72 hours for Aeroflot to finally locate my bags and get them to me. The communication with them in the process was pathetic and practically non-existent. The office I had to speak with every day was only open for 2 hours in the evening, and they typically didn't answer the phone, and even hung up on me once. They had very little visibility to where my bags were and for 48 hours kept a lie going that the bags were with a courier service when they actually were not. I had to actively badger both Aeroflot and ONC Express courier for 72 hours to get my bags back. I'm certain I would not have received by the end of my trip if I didn't stay on top of them as much as I did. They had no interest or concern in getting the bags returned to me until they were hearing from me every day."
Miinukset: "Our flight left late causing us to miss our connection in Moscow. Because of the missed connection, we also missed at least a half day of being able to tour and enjoy Barcelona. Additionally, the flight attendants were not very friendly. The one person who seemed helpful was the woman at the Moscow airport who allowed us to use the phone to contact our hotel in Barcelona to let them know we would be arriving extremely late."

Miinukset: "people standing for over one hour waiting to embark; when I told them about it, I was told that those people asked for it,; a kind of answer that was insulting to people's inteligence. I don't think people should stand for that kind of time, waiting to be called to embark. There was a lot of older people in that line but nobody did care. I definitely needed more space for my legs. The space offered was an insult to my body, it was almost a 21th century torture, specially when it was such a long flight."

Food on the plane to Helsinki looked like vomit Never again. Afraid that on a way back the plane will be late again"
Plussat: "I got an extra blanket."
Miinukset: "We waited on the runaway for 3 hours without any service, not a sip of water. When I finally arrived in Helsinki, I missed my connection to Riga and was rescheduled for a flight 6 hours later even though there were two flights leaving before then. Also I requested vegetarian meal online, but was not served vegetarian. They did not have any extras."
Plussat: "Flight was good with no turbulence. Crew was professional and courteous."
Miinukset: "Problems with monitor, went down a couple of times. Would like a better movie selection. Food used to be better. Even the dessert was not what I used to get before. Felt like the legroom got tighter too."
Plussat: "Personal finnair were very unpleasant and offered me for 30 min flight to Tallinn wait 8.5 hours flight to Stockholm and coming next day afternoon. Everything was too bad. I had to get taxi and boat and coming in Tallinn. I lost time and money. I never going to use finnair and kayak again."

Miinukset: "They had hidden checked bag fees. Their website says flights from the US get a free checked bag. The checkout charged me $60 to check a bag, when I looked on my reservation it says it’s $55 and when I called customer service they said they charge $100 to check 1 bag less than 20kg for an international flight"
Plussat: "Fast boarding, fast taxiing, cabin crew was friendly."
Miinukset: "In flight services are naturally really limited during the short distance domestic flights."
Miinukset: "1. Ordered special meal but it didn’t come. Maybe because I took a ticket the same day. 2. Delayed in NY and as result missed my connection in Helsinki"
Plussat: "The flight and the crew was very nice, and the food was very good."
Miinukset: "Some phone people were very nice, some were not."
Plussat: "I was able to change my flight quickly by one phone call to Finnair customer service to this earlier flight. I got an upgrade to Business Class where they call me by my name. Food and beverages were very good and staff so friendly that I was surprised what has happened to them :)"
Miinukset: "Difficult to complain anything. In-flight entertainment is typically very minimal on these europe flights."

Miinukset: "Finnair had the worst leg room I've ever had in 50 years of traveling. It was so TIGHT that my knees were pressing up agains the seat in front of me the whole 8 hours of flight, even though I am only 5'7"! I felt really sorry for those passengers who were taller. Finnair also lost my checked in bag and delivered it 36 hours later without providing any compensation. Coming back the flight was delayed due to mechanical reasons, which caused a number of passengers miss connecting flights. This is one of the things that can happen to any airline, but only Finnair failed to provide an agent to take care of the passengers who missed their flights. So, after a 2 hour delay and 7 hours of traveling in the air, the stranded passengers had to find an agent in JFK who would rebook their flights. One of the worst traveling experiences. Will never travel Finnair again!"

Miinukset: "on the flight to new york i got a game sandwich. i like that. brining finnish culture to us. but on the way from new york to helsinki i got a boring bagel."
Miinukset: "The plane landed much later than expected, and I missed my connecting flight to Moscow. While I was given another boarding pass, I had to have another layover in St. Petersburg, and fly to Moscow from there. The flight turned out to be much longer, and much more exhausting. My overall experience was unpleasant."

Plussat: ".My flight left on time ,smooth landing and the cabin temperature seemed more normal than the usual cold interior. Cabin crew were friendly and helpful from JFK to Helsinki and Helsinki back to JFK . Overall a good airline but far from premium."

Plussat: "The shortest flight time between NYC and St. Petersburg Russia. Good connecting time, smooth transition in Helsinki."
Miinukset: "I have never used this airline before and as it was highly rated, I was glad to give it a try. The seats were crammed together very tightly, even for me, a short person! So, the flight was uncomfortable. Then the food was poor. The selection of films was uninspired. The service was indifferent, disinterested, ungenerous. There was something meager, miserly in the whole experience. They are obviously maximizing profits at the expense of the customer, who seems totally disregarded. I would not choose this airline again!"

Miinukset: "I paid $90 for economy comfort for my flight and did not get an economy comfort seat. I am very disappointed with Finnair in this. They will not refund my money at the airport and now I need to go through their home office for a refund. It was bad enough not having any extra leg room on a red eye when you are over 6 feet tall but now I have to jump through hoops to get my money back."

Miinukset: "good morning aircraft flew late 1 hour. arrived in Finland late. our aircraft departed. now sit 3 hours and waiting for other aircraft. plane crashes in 12.45 the bottom and arrives in Riga in 2.00 days."

Miinukset: "Babies under 1yr need bassinet by regulation, pls implement. Tough to hold kid for 8 hrs, even with baby bjorn - can injure baby's neck!"

Miinukset: "Low level service, quarrel at the check in about size of the hand luggage (fits all standards, excepts self imposed Finnair rule <8 kg). Poor to no service."
Miinukset: "Late change gate number. Automatic info-terminal can't read my boarding pass. Not possibility enter flight number ( AY6 - only digits, no letters) Please make WiFi low speed free. Please be atention: more than half passengers russian - there no any muvy russian audio or subtitle on TV Don't show fly with short (30min) transfering"
