Very slow boarding and a huge arrival delay resulted in many missed connecting flights. Luckily we were not one of those. Barely made it to our transfer.

Thumbs up for KLM crew, planes and Schiphol Airport, though short on staff and a little late everything went smooth, including the flight.

Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

Got passed over during the first drink service. Second service was more agreeable. Passengers are allowed to prop their feet up on the backs of the seats in front of them and to play their devices without headphones so everyone has to listen to it?For 4 hours. Why does this go unchecked? Is the comfort of a single passenger more important than all the others? I normally have nothing but good things to say about Air France but they missed the mark today by a wide margin.

If this were not enough, the airline also lost one of our bags so this week we have to file for compensation for both begin downgraded and for the contents of our 30 kilo bag which never made it to Ho Chi Minh. Air France was a complete and total disaster and I would strongly recommend all friends and colleagues to find alternative airlines for travel"

At some point a flight attendant even tried to touch my dog, invading my personal space. When the dog rightfully acted defensive trying to protect me, the crew member started threatening me that he would have the dog sent to cargo, the last thing a person with an emotional support pet wants to hear. Extreme lack of professionalism."

As such wr couldnt go to our final destination in Morocco and had to get our luggage off the plane. The staff at the AF counter were very helpful in that aspect. And when one of the luggages was completely damaged, it was replaced it with a brand new one which was fantastic. On the way back, we had some issues with the ticket because we didnt go to Morocco as planned which resulted in some trouble checking in. But the staff at the counter were quite helpful."

I was left absolutely none the wiser and it left a bad taste in my mouth."
Everything was fine except the meal we ordered was not available which made no sense since they asked me ahead of time to order a meal.
Seats were comfortable. Crew helped an I’ll passenger in the nicest way.

This caused a significant proportion of the passengers to miss their connecting flights. American didn't do anything to help other than offer a "discount" of about $10 off of over $100/night hotel rooms in the Philadelphia area to sleep overnight in Philadelphia. This was absolutely lousy customer service by American, and will definitely make me avoid American Airlines in the future."

Then they tried to rush us on so that everyone was standing on the HOT jetway for 10 min waiting to get on the plane. Plane didn't take off til 5:35 PM. Over all on this trip I had three flights that were delayed. I'll think twice before taking American Air again."

Gate staff lied about the status of the plane, updating the boarding time to 10 minutes and then announcing that the plane was still in the hangar. Passengers would have been much happier to hear the truth of a 2h delay so that we could get food/drink. Instead we had 2h worth of promises that the plane was leaving in 10 mins. No effort was made at being nice--no free snacks or whatever would be nice to make people feel cared for. But what's worse was the flight attendants. I don't even feel like getting into it--just suffice to say these are people who should not be working in the service industry. I saw them being rude to a number of people and it made an already bad experience (with the 2h delay) that much worse. It's not that hard to be polite to people. AA should do more to hire caring, kind staff who create happy vibes even through stressful times."

It's all in the attitude.... hopefully my attitude is not as bad :-) But maybe the gate agent was so tired for it was the last flight from ONT, at 1 AM. Bless her heart! Thank you though for your help to get the plane leave on time.!"

Loved business class. Unfortunately I was travel sick on the flight as a little bumpy. The crew could have been better as asked for water and it never came. I waited until the breakfast was served and was able to ask again.
Spend 10HOURS on the phone to get on scheduled plane. BA made wrong date and was send in circles. 11houts before flight I bought different tickets to get back on time to LAX. No help from Finnair, British Airways and Kayak. Had so much stress and insanity from representatives about my flight. Kayak MUST have 24 hours live person. Was calling from Vilnius and getting machine from noon until 6pm, Vilnius time. Does Kayak knows calling rates!!! This was WORST experience ever!!!

Flight was delayed and they didn’t have any vegetarian meal options. You had to reserve online for a vegetarian meal. On other airlines you don’t have to reserve your meal restrictions. I was left starving the whole flight because they only had one meal option which was meat.
The seats were comfortable in the extra legroom over wing seats, but after being told that BA are bringing back food and drink on short haul I thought we would get a better option than a nutrigrain bar and small water bottle. Crew we’re very good though and professional.
BA is just Ryanair with better livery.
The seats in the Airbus flight from JFK to HEL were a bit uncomfortable. The layover in Helsinki airport was boring because there were no stores open in the terminal and there was almost nothing to do for 3 hours.

Miinukset: "Plane was very old. Seat rock hard. When I pulled the foot rest down the fabric was coming off to reveal years worth of food crumbs. Disgusting. TV screen was tiny. Seemed sort of staff, took them ages to bring food around, toilet was unclean with no toilet roll towards the end of flight."
Plussat: "Easy trip to Helsinki."

Plussat: "Waitied.. in the okanevdir 40 minutes! Because couldn’t get the jolly to work for the steps Had to walk steps with my elderly mother with our carry on in the pouring rain.. then miss our flight to Milan had to wait 3 hours for the next flight ... which was also delayed."

Plussat: "I thought the staff were helpful and professional. I had enough legroom and there was room for my wedding dress to be hung, although it was slightly small."
Miinukset: "There was a lot of turbulence but I know this is not the fault of the airline. Additionally, the in-flight entertainment was not working properly and this had to be reset on request. There were no wet towels/wipes to wipe our hands."

Miinukset: "Online check-in was not possible, neither on ba.com nor on aer lingus (flight was operated by aer lingus). I had not possibility to choose a seat. I called are lingus consumers services who said this was due to the fact, that I had a BA booking. At the airport I was told most seat were pre-reservered. There was no indication during the booking process that this might be the case. The plane was rather small, with litte space. I am rather small person and had difficulties."
Plussat: "Service onboard is always pleasant."
Miinukset: "Not a fan of British Airways business seats. It feels narrow, crowded (i counted 8 people per row?) and not private. You get much better seats on other airlines without having to pay first prices. Boarding was confusing for people that don't know that Club World means business. And food was bland."
Miinukset: "Checkin staff , who don't appear tombs BA but from another airline working on behalf of BA, apparently punted a problem they knew would take much effort to resolve to the BA agents at Heathrow"
Plussat: "Staff are excellent, really friendly, respectful service. Food (expensive as always on planes) but excellent quality, really good choice to use M&S as providers. Excellent communication from pilot and cabin staff on delays before takeoff."
Miinukset: "System for paying by food with Avios points did not work. Plane left almost an hour late due to delays (landed 30 mins late)."
Miinukset: "Taking out the middle seat in economy by sticking a tray in it and calling it business class is BS. Who does BA think they are kidding? cr*p class with cr*p service is what it is."
Plussat: "We were in coach. They would not allow us to take any water on board the plane unless we were in business or first class. Really wierd. This was a night flight, so we slept most of the way.."

Miinukset: "My flight was supposed to leave at 12, and all that Kept happening was me receiving text messages about delays pushing my departure time back to 5:35pm. I missed a big birthday event I was throwing for my class that I teach, lost out on money spent for the event and missed out on all the memories made that night. I never got to leave, ended up cancelling my flight. What a waste of time. Seems to always happen when I fly through United."

Miinukset: "i was delayed in ONT, making my flight an almost 24 hour trip from vONT to my destination. not fun had to reschedule car rental. luckily, they did not charge extra"
Miinukset: "Air Canada flight from Ontario to SFO was operated by United. Our flight was delayed by 2 hours and we ended up missing our connection. The customer service on the phone from both Air Canada and United would not take responsibility and continued to advise to call the other company to reschedule the flight. Not only did we miss our connection but our checked bag was rerouted onto another flight with no formal notification."

Miinukset: "I hated that my first flight was delayed a whole day and I had to fly out of a different airport to get to eugene. To add coming home I tried to upgrade my flight to Ontario to an earlier time and they refused to do so and said it would cost $75. I felt the least the airline could do was let me fly home an hour earlier since they delayed my flight a whole day but that didn't happen."
Plussat: "I liked how quick and easy the flight was; from boarding to exiting the plane in SFO."

Plussat: "Upon arrival at my gate departing to Durham with a 2 year old handful. I was excited to hear the attendant call for travelers with small children to board first. The thought of boarding at the same time as everyone else was giving me anxiety."
Miinukset: "Once I shuffled through tons disgruntled travelers because of my "child privilege" the attendant rolled her eyes and took a deep breath at the amount of time it took me to get to my ticket. Mind you, it makes sense I would have it somewhere convenient, but like I said single traveller, 2 year old handful. She scanned my ticket and flogged her hair in the air telling me take my stuff to the front of the plane. While the other attendant tagged all my items."
Plussat: "Nice crew"
Miinukset: "Long wait for the flight delay, Long wait for take off, long wait pulling into gate. No outlet for rechargING phone, same on flight."
Miinukset: "Very Rude while talking to me at the airport. Was not happy to assist me and other passengers even though it was the air-line mistake for cancelling the flight and delaying the flight. Will never fly with this airline ever again."
Plussat: "I didn't fly.I bought the ticket for my son. He had no complaints. You should ask in your questionnaire if the booked flight was for self or someone else."
Plussat: "What did I like like that the pilot let us know what was going on on every moment and the stewardess was very friendly"
Miinukset: "Seats very uncomfortable last flight 30 minute flight took an hour if not more and not knowing what gate my next flight is until I get there"
Plussat: "This was a short flight. The only issue was the boarding. Took a while for me to get to my seat."
Miinukset: "The plane landed to San Francisco earlier than scheduled, but we could not get off the plane due to the gate not available. We were stuck on plane for about half an hour and I really worried about making my connection. I hope such arrangements are conducted more smoothly."

Miinukset: "TSA took forever, other than that. My flight boards at 0540 and I got there exactly at 0545. The plane already made its way to the runway and wouldn't wait an extra 10 mins for passengers to enter."
Plussat: "Three hours late. No in flight snack since the weather was too bad for the flight attendant to bring a cart down the aisles. Pretty old plane, so kind of uncomfortable. But the staff was really nice and friendly for it being the holiday season, so they get all two stars."

Miinukset: "The flight was expensive and they wouldn't let us or anyone place carry ons in the over head bin. It was an expensive ticket and didn't include checked bags ($25 more). Carry-ons wound up being "stowed". It would have been nice to know before I bought the tickets that I needed a smaller carry on."

Miinukset: "I paid good money to be back by 6am however I was delayed and had flights cancelled which made me get home 10 hours later than I should have. This was an overnight flight, so all the places to buy food were closed- United didn't offer snacks or blankets or really anything for the troubles. There were kids also stranded."
Miinukset: "The cramped conditions. By the way, please add a "N/A" or "not relevant" or "not interested" option to your rating selections. Or allow categories to be left not rated. There was no entertainment on my flight and even if there was I probably wouldn't use it. I don't want to leave a rating at all for that but there's no way not to."

Miinukset: "They over booked my flight, so I would have missed it had someone not gave up their seat for me. This was extremely disappointing begin that I had booked months in advance. I even picked my seats!"
Plussat: "Once on the plane, the crew were great."
