Plussat: "The check in was super easy, they attendent was lovely and the flight itself was alright. However, there was a toddler screaming for 30 mins and not member of the crew adressed the issue and talked to the mother ot tried to calm down the kid."
Miinukset: "They called us to queue up way before they started boarding. We stood there in a long line for almost 40 mins. They could've called right before they actually wanted us to start going in the plane."

Miinukset: "Stop charging extra stuff, I payed more money extra apart for my fly, the charged me for the boarding pass €110 and also €50 for the luggage of 10Kg! Such stole company I never in my love will take a flight with this people"

Miinukset: "Having all of us line up for boarding on the second floor, only to have us stand in that room for another 15-20 minutes before beginning the boarding process didn't seem to make much sense."
Miinukset: "Delayed 20 minutes and then they called us to the gate where we waited for another hour because the flight got delayed again. It sounded like the problem might have been out of Ryanair's hands but they at least could have told us that it would be an hour and that we should return later."

Miinukset: "Weight limit and fees for cabin luggage is excessive. I had to pay twice for priority bording so I could bring my carry on and then they tell me it does not fit the required size. Never again I’m flying RyanAir and ever coming to France."

Miinukset: "You have to pay twice the amount for bags at the airport but one is aware of it. Best to know how many bags you will check in and be prepared before hand."

Miinukset: "They have NO DIRECT CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER! How the hell was I to print tickets when I'm on vacation, I don't carry a printer. Checking in on-line is a joke. I got charged $165.00 at the gate plus fee's for one luggage. I won't fly Ryanair ever again and Im telling everyone I know also."

Miinukset: "The plane left a half hour late. The Ryanair staff tried to sell us stuff the entire flight. Food, drinks, alcohol, and then the “gift trolley” came out. I couldn’t even get any water on that flight. Pfffft!"

Miinukset: "They wouldn't let us check our bags, then wouldn't let us onto the flight because the bags were too big. Very disappointed."
Miinukset: "1156.64 When we arrived at the airport the clerk at the desk would not look up from her computer to help us, we went to the window and she continued to refuse to check us in. When we handed her our passports she bluntly stated that it was too late to check in because it was 10:00 and the cutoff was 9:55. We asked if she could make an exception due to our issues with transportation or if she was able to help us rebook a flight and she said no. We had already paid for this flight and had checked in baggage and paid separately for the two bags and she told us there were no Ryan air flights for our destination. We promptly rebooked with another airline at a separate airport and consequently had to pay for another form of transportation to the airport as well as a new flight and another two checked pieces of baggage. I have traveled all over Europe, the US, Canada, Central America etc. and never in my years of travel have I felt so belittled and disrespected especially considering I was a paying, respectful and loyal customer. It goes without saying I will never use this airline again and will be strongly recommending other airlines to friends and family."

Miinukset: "I swiped my card to pay for baggage. The kiosk said approved, and RyanAir said that the card was not processed. After a 45 minute delay, our bags were finally checked. I'm currently disputing the four baggage charges with my bank. The planes are small, and in Paris you fly out of Beauvais which is a 90 minute ride to the city."
Miinukset: "The workers weren’t flexible even they didn’t help us to check in and we miss the flight ! I’m very upset"

Miinukset: "The flight was delayed by 2 hours, which was a bummer because I missed the check-in window for my hotel in Italy. We also had to walk out onto the runway to board and then had to head back inside. The crew sold us on products throughout the trip."
Plussat: "Counter agent was excellent, friendly and professional, she even helped us get our carry-on properly assigned to go on the plane when the Nazi-like fellow, Ali, at the terminal insisted that unless it fit in that grossly undersized test frame the airlines like to use, we would have to pay an additional 35€, to get it checked. Our lovely counter agent came to our aid and spoke sense to Ali with a verbal slap about the head-free entertainment-, helping to put some semblance of joy into the experience that is flying Ryanair. If I have a choice, Ryanair would never be it. Crew was lovely allowing my wife and I to sit together after not being able to do so online without more stupid fees."

Miinukset: "We had a 9:15 am flight, we had bought one 15kg luggage for check in beforehand and we each had our own carry on (group of us 3) given that we had an early flight and it took us over an hour to get to our airport we had very limited time to get through check in and security to board our plane. Upon access to our boarding gate they would not let us in due to the size of 2 of our carry on. We understand it is policy for them to fit into the carry on fitment test in order for it to be free so we were then directed to pay extra for our carry on and have them checked in. By this time it was 8:40am, the person in charge for checking in luggage said it was closed and to let the boarding agents know that we can get through. Although we told them this (lots of going back and forth wasting more time) the boarding agent said it didn't matter and we needed some sort of proof that they said it was ok. We had no idea what to do then since they wouldn't let us check in our carry on nor get through the boarding gate & pretty much getting brushed off whenever we tried to ask if there were any other options. Finally by 8:50 we decided to take out some items and carried them. Through the security line we see a lady with a carry on almost twice the size of ours! Very frustrated with how things were dealt with considering they knew our plane was about to depart, our experience was a complete nightmare & will most likely not be flying with Ryanair again"

Miinukset: "When I bought the ticket, i was not clearly informed that we HAD to check in online before arriving to the airport. This was a huge issue. I held off checking in because I wasn't sure if my bag would fit in the overhead bins as I didn't have a tape measure. So I figured, like with every other airline, my wife and I would check in at the desk and pay for the extra checked bag if necessary. Well we ended up having to pay €50 EACH to the airport administrator to get a boarding pass. I went through all the documents I received from the airline, and nothing states that we had to check-in before we arrived. They said they sent me a text message to my hotel, which was the contact number I had put when we bought the ticket. That didn't do anything to help. We will be fighting this with the airlines, discussing our bad experience, and never flying with them again."
Miinukset: "They charge me for checking 50 Europe I haven't seen something like this it has to be optional it is a steal.overal everything was bad .delay in flight no food or beverage they just want to sell things and products im very sorry about this company."
Miinukset: "You have to check in way ahead of time, I actually even followed the emailed prompts to check in and add baggage but when I went to the airport they had no recollection and refused to print my boarding passes despite my 200+$ receipt for already checking in and adding baggage. I then had to pay 50$ per person for them to print boarding passes after playing tag with the attending staff. Absolutely worst airline. I could have flown first class in a premier airline for the cost."
Miinukset: "People are rude. They are hypocrites. (they charged me for carry on because it was 'too big', however, most of the other passengers got away with not paying.) They required me to print my tickets even though I had a download of tickets on my phone. Flight attendants were not pleasant as if they didn't like their job."

Miinukset: "My daughter and I were traveling together and my flight was booked a day earlier than hers due to miscommunication. When I asked to change either of our flights (so we could be on the same flight), they wanted to charge full price to change flights. I declined to pay that much and was crying prior and during flight. When I asked the flight attendant for a water to take medicine with (showed them my pill) they wanted to charge me for a water even though I was obviously upset (my nose and eyes were red)! Very disappointing experience with Ryannair!!!"

Miinukset: "First problem started when the Rynair website would not recognize my information when I tried to check-in online. I assumed that this may have been completed during the recent purchase because there website said my flight was confirmed. Arriving to the airport later than I would have liked but within more then the 40 minutes required to check-in when I arrived I was put on the incorrect line, after explaining that I wasn't able to check-in online, then when told finally I needed to go customer service. I should have been on the line to check-in instead, and after standing on long lines as a disabled passenger was told that it was to late to board. Your customer service agent didn't apologize for his staffs incompetence putting me on the incorrect lines to check-in and then did not offer to put me on the same flight schedule for the following day unless I payed an additional $100. I would have made my flight in more than enough time especially in such a small airport if the staff put me on the correct line to check-in. I was flying to Madrid on business and missed and had a small window of opportunity to meet a client who because of the delay would no longer be available because they were also soon traveling on business.This snow balled into a variety of problems; I had to pay for the apartment in Madrid I had pre-booked, and train tickets that where purchased would no longer be used, I had to go back to Paris and find another hotel to stay in."
Plussat: "Horrible . The app to make reservation it is poor designed. They charge me twice 200 euros and employees don't care with the excuse that everything is online. Never again"
