Plussat: The crew on this flight were excellent professional and friendly. They were also very patient. The best part of the trip.
Miinukset: The food needs major improvement. What has happened to Lufthansa??? Other people on other flights with Lufthansa complain bitterly about the food. It has gone down hill. People should not be dreaming of Virgin Atlantic food while on a flight with Lufthansa!
Miinukset: This flight is apparently consistently late
Plussat: Everything went smoothly.
Miinukset: The Premium Eco seats are a catastrophe. They don't recline: the seats only slide down slightly but the upper part of your body doesn't move much. This makes for a poor experience, especially on a night flight. Except if you need the extra width, Eco has better value.
Plussat: Crew was good, Seating needs to be updated
Miinukset: seats could recline better and padding could be better.
Miinukset: When I got to the check-in desk, I was told to get out of line and check in online. It wasn't a big deal, but it would have been good to know that it was necessary to do this so I didn't wait in line for a long time.
Miinukset: The boarding bus opened its doors before we were allowed to enter the plane, leaving us in the cold before re-boarding the bus. The line operating on behalf of Norwegian had a smaller plane with less space between seats
Plussat: TAP always has great team members and crew. They are polite, professional and helpful. The flight itself is comfortable and relaxing; very enjoyable.
Miinukset: TAP does not check your bags all the way through if you are having a layover. This makes NO SENSE and requires that you retrieve your luggage from baggage claim, and then check in once more and then another trip through security once again! This never happens in the US - one of the few things we get right. Also, I have never had to board a plan from the tarmac since 1970 in the US - why do we have to always wait for and take buses from our check in gate out to the flight line? And how is this ever considered, "Premium Boarding?" It's like a cattle car. Fix these things and I will sing the praises of TAP forever.
Miinukset: Flight was delayed 40 minutes and arrived 2 hours later.
Miinukset: The extra customs in Belgrade when the flights are already late is random and ridiculous. The staff makes some people take off shoes but not others, they opened my cartoon accusing me of having a liquid when I had an empty glass container that he’d already been checked at two other checkpoints.
Miinukset: If they could be on-time. This one was half hour late
Miinukset: If I was allowed onto my flight. My previous flight on AirEuropa was overbooked, I didn’t get a seat, and they put me on the next flight out. With the delay I didn’t get to the check in window till approximately 55 minutes before departure. Norwegian wouldn’t even let me check in. They said boarding had already stopped and the flight was closed. Sent me to the sales rep where I was told my only option was to switch to the same flight the following day, but that would cost me an additional 630€. I ended up stuck in Barcelona overnight and found a cheaper flight home with British Airways/American Airlines.
Plussat: The crew on this flight were excellent. Friendly and professional. Attentive and patient.
Miinukset: The food needs major improvement. What has happened to Lufthansa??? Other people I know on different flights also have big complaints about the food.
Miinukset: When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry.
Plussat: No one bothered me.
Miinukset: That you have to pay extra for entertainment and food.
Plussat: nothing really. There were so many rude staff members at this airline. I saw people get yelled at by staff members. They were just trying to get information on the late flights and missed connections. It happened repeatedly. this company has the worst customer service I have seen probably ever.
Miinukset: They need to care about their customers and care for their customers better. They have a lot to be ashamed of.
