He was rude stating that we have to pay each carryon. We didn’t have the extra money and my wife took everything with her. If that’s how Turkish Airline treats their customers, they shouldn’t be operating. It was the last time I use this airline. No dignity or humanity, it’s all only about the money. And when I took the stroller with my son. They made me package the stroller by myself looking that I had my son on me crying and when I asked for help they said that they can’t help me... unbelievable... they see me with 2 carryons a stroller and a baby and they can’t help me."

Complaint filed with Turkish airline resulted in nothing. I made several calls for update and only repose I got was we will send an email to the complaint dept. and you will here in 24 hours. This has been going on for over 5 days with no contect, update or resolution. Once back in the US, I plane to file a formal complaint with FAA and more. DO NOT take this airline. They are worst airline I have ever used and will never use it again."

Finnair can work harder to keep customer service quality high. Hate to say it, but perhaps letting the bitter, last generation flight attendants who seem to have a grudge about the decline of the glamour and benefits of the job as flying has become commonplace with more competition (seen this on Finnair & N America’s older airlines line United)"

The tv screen does not move out far enough to view when the person in front has their seat all the way back. Selection is limited compared to the non stop flight previous from Miami to Helsinki. There isn't an option to view the flight details in flight which is interesting to some passengers. At least have the option."

Plussat: "The flight to and from Los Angeles was operated by British Airways and was on one of their Airbus fleet. Boarding was completed efficiently and with ease. I sat on the upper deck and was very comfortable in comparison to other major airlines previously used for this particular flight. The plane was very clean and the crew were outstanding. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble for crew, and they were ready with beverages, including tea and coffee, and snacks throughout the flight. In flight entertainment was good. All in all very pleasant flight to and from the U K."

BA, on the other hand, wish to be different and yet they are close to painting the planes orange and still charging a premium price."

The food was surprisingly good (I enjoyed a nice curry dish); we appreciated the portions as well as snacks on our long flight. The music and video selection also made for a much more pleasant flight. The plane was newer and offered features like USB charging ports. Would definitely fly British Airways again!"

When you sit in the main cabin, it's incredibly frustrating to have the person in from of you recline their seat. There is little room, and for the most part everyone is pretty selfish about that."

The airspace is filled with meaningless blather, including the overly long seltbelt video."

The lady was also very cold and careless in her attitude towards me. Anyways, this is a case of BA giving my seat away and then lying to me by saying I'm too late for check in. NEVER have I been told "too late to check in" an HOUR BEFORE SCHEDULED FLIGHT! I want A FULL REFUND! This is Bullshit."

Checked in 24 hours to connecting flight to London or 30 hours prior actual flight from London. Airline indicated that plane had only one middle seat. Tried to get a better seat at airport, but BA ground crew did not even check and said flight was full. Yet my one of my fellow passengers was able to get window seat without extra pay 3 hours after I was denied. Sardine city for 7 hour flight that turned 8 hours."

Miinukset: "The flight was scheduled to arrive 2 hours before our connecting BA flight departed Heathrow. Unfortunately because of loading delays on our original flight, we arrived in Heathrow 40 minutes late. The crew said that 60 minutes is the designated minimum but we used all of the 80 minutes plus, and it airport was NOT crowded. If BA is connecting to BA, then you have a responsibility ahead of time to address this problem and keep connecting passengers from getting overly distressed in a strange airport."
Plussat: "Especially when compared to other carriers, British Air has the most accommodating employees and the most commodious economy class seating. They have become, by far, our airline of choice."

We almost missed both our connections due to lack of considerations for passengers who had a short time to make their connections. It was very stressful making it to our connecting flight. I know that my complaint is mostly about the Heathrow TSA but I would hope that BA will help solve this issue."
