Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!
Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!
Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.
Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.
Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.
Erinomaiset ja viihdyttävät lentäjät mutta lento lähti myöhässä

Lentokentällä saimme apua kahdesta pisteestä.
Tällä lennolle kaikki sujui hienosti. Henkilökunta toimi ammattitaitoisesti ja lentäjät olivat huippu ammattilaisia, nousut ja laskut olivat hallittua. Kiitos Finnair.
Jokin ongelma saapuessa jolloin bussikuljetus ja kävely toisesta päästä kenttää… kangasmaski käskettiin vaihtaa kesken lennon vaikka osa oli ilman saapuessakin koneeseen Lentolippujen kaivaminen oli haastavaa,sitten keksin liittää finskin appiin
Minulla oli aivan kova nälkä ja halusin ostaa lentokoneessa leivän mutta valitettavasti minä olen nuori enkä omista luottokorttia ja en saanut koneesta mitään koska normaali electron maksu kortti ei kelvannut eikä käteinen kelvannut..

Miinukset: "They had hidden checked bag fees. Their website says flights from the US get a free checked bag. The checkout charged me $60 to check a bag, when I looked on my reservation it says it’s $55 and when I called customer service they said they charge $100 to check 1 bag less than 20kg for an international flight"
Plussat: "Fast boarding, fast taxiing, cabin crew was friendly."

Miinukset: "1. Ordered special meal but it didn’t come. Maybe because I took a ticket the same day. 2. Delayed in NY and as result missed my connection in Helsinki"
Plussat: "The flight and the crew was very nice, and the food was very good."

Plussat: "I was able to change my flight quickly by one phone call to Finnair customer service to this earlier flight. I got an upgrade to Business Class where they call me by my name. Food and beverages were very good and staff so friendly that I was surprised what has happened to them :)"
Miinukset: "Difficult to complain anything. In-flight entertainment is typically very minimal on these europe flights."

Miinukset: "Finnair had the worst leg room I've ever had in 50 years of traveling. It was so TIGHT that my knees were pressing up agains the seat in front of me the whole 8 hours of flight, even though I am only 5'7"! I felt really sorry for those passengers who were taller. Finnair also lost my checked in bag and delivered it 36 hours later without providing any compensation. Coming back the flight was delayed due to mechanical reasons, which caused a number of passengers miss connecting flights. This is one of the things that can happen to any airline, but only Finnair failed to provide an agent to take care of the passengers who missed their flights. So, after a 2 hour delay and 7 hours of traveling in the air, the stranded passengers had to find an agent in JFK who would rebook their flights. One of the worst traveling experiences. Will never travel Finnair again!"

Plussat: "The crew was friendly and accomodating but we received wrong information about our rebooking arrangemenets. Because we missed our connecting flight we had to spend 1 night in London without our bags and belongins for a change of clothes. We were given some toiletries and t-shirt and dinner."
Miinukset: "We were told to pick up our luggage at the carousel but in fact, our luggage was placed in storage, near the terminal we would fly out of the next morning. We waited a long time to pick up luggage that never came out because of lack of communication."
Plussat: "Warm welcome, on time and comfortable"
Plussat: "Nothing. The fact that I booked my ticket via British Airways, but operated by Iberia made my situation very confusing. Iberia didn't offer me a connection flight from MAD to VLC when there was a 6 hours delay from JFK to MAD."
Miinukset: "Partner airline should have a better process to help customers when the help is needed the most! There was neither ownership nor responsibility held accountable by Iberia to help me find a connection flight between MAD to VLC. I had to pay for a Renfe ticket on my own to get to VLC - Nightmare!"

Miinukset: "The seat and entertainment were terrible. The TV worked only in the last hour and the seat was not comfortable. No leg room, and the passenger in front of me wasn't considerate -- I couldn't move in my chain when his chair was down)."
Miinukset: "I somehow made my 35 minute layover, however I can’t say the same for my luggage. Totally unacceptable."
Plussat: "Staff was kind and curteous"
Miinukset: "Very crowded, sat 2.5 hours on the tarmac. Air was not functioning in back two sections, bathroom overcrowded. Went to the forward bathroom and airconditioning running strong and bathrooms not in use. I think that in an emergency situation, all passengers should be treated with respect. Letting customers use the bathrooms in business class and receiving the same airconditioning would have been humane."

Miinukset: "Seats have a headrest that cramps the head. These could be removed from the particular Airbus, as they are on SAS planes. It is unbelievable that such physical discomfort is standard practice on BA. Crew is officious, as are the verbose announcements. This not the fault of the crew but of the management. The airspace is filled with meaningless blather, including the overly long seltbelt video."

Miinukset: "I’m not a fan of the constant PA’s during the descent. Playing a video about arrival procedures for an airport is extremely superfluous. Nobody pays attention and you just have to follow the signs when you get there."
Miinukset: "Rude staff at the airport. Short overlay did not have enough time to get our bags and checkin again that was ridiculous to have to check in again!"
Plussat: "Airline accommodated the delay with free room and meal voucher."
Miinukset: "Flight was delayed 24 hours. Text message was sent on route that the flight was on time. Mechanical problems."
Plussat: "Me and my husband were upgraded from world traveler plus to business class, which we are thankful for"
Miinukset: "We were unable to order special meal online and were told to contact onboard crew for meals. When we contacted them inflight, they said they don’t have meals!!! And we were left to starve the whole night, while food was served for all around us. The really shocking thing is none of the crew had the courtesy to offer some snacks or bread. These especially when we were seated in business class!"
Miinukset: "There was a new born next to me and actually it was difficult to sleep."

Plussat: "Excellent service on both British Airways flights. Wonderful people! Comfortable seats, timely boarding process, and good communication from our captain"
Miinukset: "We lost our in-flight entertainment just a couple hours into the flight... the staff did all they could to try to fix it to no avail, and collected blue cards from all passengers affected. They were very nice. There was nothing they could do."
Plussat: "The crew at the airport in Innsbruck and on the flight were very nice and accommodating."
Miinukset: "The seats are worn and uncomfortable. They will not check your bag through if you made your flight bookings separately. Had to leave the airport to pick up my bag, re-check it and come back through security. Would not have made it if the flight crew hadn't let me exit the airplane first!"
Miinukset: "The male crew in the bag is not try to help people put on the carry on language to the top of cabin. He stood there and look at us. When I directed to him and asked for help, he just stood there for few sec. and decieded to help me but with an attitude. Same as the other lady need their help to put the backpack in, both male crests stood there and wasn't planning to help, and the passenger stood up and assisted her."
Plussat: "We didn't have the chance to like anything. But, they did find us another flight that took 8 hours longer to get home."
Miinukset: "They cancelled our flight AFTER we checked in!!! We felt stranded in Barcelóna."

Miinukset: "Late boarding. Taxied out. Held is on runway for 2 hrs and taxied back in. Made us wait in terminal for 3 hours before boarding a seprrste plane. Arrived in nyc 130am instead of 8pm. No apologies from ba. As usual."
Plussat: "Our flight attendant was very helpful when we were faced with dietary restriction issues."
Miinukset: "We had problems with the food. My son is allergic to tomatoes and mangoes while I am gluten intolerant. The options did not work for us. There was nowhere in the reservation that asked about this. The plane was about 80 degrees for the entire 9 hrs. My clothing was soaked with sweat. The legroom was less than on the domestic flight (AA carrier) which led my son to bother the person in the seat in front of us more. There was a male flight attendant that kept coming by to tell my son to get in his seat, which was not helpful. He is only 3."

Miinukset: "Boarding was chaotic Seats were uncomfortable and very dirty Cabin crew was short staffed Food was the worst I've ever had on BA and they ran out of chicken before getting half the plane fed. Cabin crew that was there was rude to passengers to the point some just ignored the cabin crew. Only served drinks 3 times on a 9 hour flight I've flown BA multiple times and this was by far the worst flight I've ever had with BA. Very disappointed they have gone downhill so much"
