Miinukset: "The scrambled eggs for breakfast appeared to be powered eggs, or overcooked eggs. The storage bins for the luggage were very small for the middle seats (aircraft was an Airbus A330-200). After several hours of flying, there was trash in the aisles and on the toilet floor. The toilets were dirty and not cleaned. Finally, the toilets ran out of paper towels and tissues with 3 hours to go in the flight, and they were never refilled. The flight attendants put a roll of toilet paper next the sink to use for your hands."

Plussat: "Having a very difficult time thinking of something I like about the whole service. Maybe the checking in process was a little bit smoother at San Diego compared to other airports."
Miinukset: "As many of you know, Frankfurt/San Diego is a new service offered by Lufthansa. It touts direct flights to and from Europe. It’s main advertising draw was connection to the east. Many of their connecting flights at Frankfurt are scheduled within an hour of arrival. This possess a high risk of missing your connecting flight. I experienced this personally as a major number of my fellow travelers missed their connecting flights. Though Frankfurt has good directions, transfers take a long time due to multiple security checks and due to the size of the Airport. LAYOVER OF AT LEAST TWO HOURS WOULD BE BEST. Anything less, you risk missing your flight. I was personally selected TWICE for ‘random check’ for the same flight! Not sure how that can happen! The flight itself is long and arduous. the economy seats are small, cramped and don’t recline much at all. The entertainment selection was very limited. The TV touch screen barely worked. The food was tasteless and service was not much better. I have a hard time sleeping on flights with such bad seats but we had air hostess who kept talking the whole flight and that did not help with resting my eyes. I highly suggest taking a different airline through LAX. I personally feel like driving to LA and taking a flight there would be the wise move."

The crew has a tough job at all hours of the day, but passengers as clients are just people cramped for 8 hrs and trying to enjoy their time as well,and this crew from Munich to US seemed to get that."

Miinukset: "There was supposed to be a meal and a snack on this flight. There was a good meal but the "snack" was a pack of pretzels. I think Lufthansa's partner AC could do a little better. I think the drinks cart should precede the food cart. I did not receive my drink until 3/4 of the way through my meal."

Miinukset: "Lines for boarding not clear. Some were asked to go in the front and there was some confusion. Worst part - 3 family members were seated at different places and it was very difficult to make sure senior citizen travelling with me was alright, got food on time, took her medicines, etc. At the desk when I asked to be seated together, we were told to ask in the flight and in the flight they were unable to help."

Miinukset: "Broken chair would not stay reclined. TV screens need to be updated. The touch feature only works half the time. You have to keep tapping it. Temperature on the plane goes from freezing to hot. Very uncomfortable."
Plussat: "Great entertainment package. IFE was great, large screen, with a variety of choices. Lavatories are very spacious on A340-600 (lower deck)"
Miinukset: "The amount of space at the rear of the aircraft is incredibly limited. I was sitting in row 57 and due to the narrowing of the fuselage toward the back, the seats are narrower, some without arm rests and people going to the back of the aircraft keep bumping into seated passengers. Leg room as incredibly limited. This is not acceptable for a major airline. The terminal at Newark is rather old and not the cleanest. Due to the lack of clear communication, most passenger were confused at to the order of boarding."
Plussat: "Entertainment had great variety, flight progress software showed great detail of surroundings and progress. 4 bathrooms provided for our area allowed good availability. Hot towels, metal silverware nice, and not available on competing airlines. Overhead compartments were roomy."

When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."
Miinukset: "I’ve traveled a lot internationally and this was the WORST flight I’ve ever had to endure. I felt like I was being tortured and didn’t sleep at all and so slept when getting into Amsterdam rather than being able to explore the city. I was out $200 for the Airbnb (could’ve stayed in the airport cheaper) and $200 for a dinner cruise I slept through. NEVER AGAIN"

Miinukset: "Inexplicably, our preassigned seats were changed at checkin and we were put in bulkhead. This particular Boeing aircraft is pretty poorly designed. Especially the bulkhead in premium economy."

Whether it's her personal opinion or KLM's policy, it's unreasonable to think that a 3 years old child could or should hold her pipi over 20 minutes, while they slowly and inefficiently trying to give out food. Several parents were there with the request to let us through to the toilet with small children and she smiled in our face and said "no, we will finish first and than you can go". She might be not fit for the job anymore, but KLM can't afford this kind of treatment."

Attendant on plane totally unhelpful and could have rearranged a few bags to make room but preferred to stay in back of plane and talk. To be fair, rest of flight was pleasant although late due in part to boarding issues."

Ruined entire trip as I was not able to move much or stretch my injured leg. Am still in pain as I type this review. Complained to AA. Agent was so nasty! Should not be allowed to work with passengers. Fire her!"

Miinukset: "Your booking does not automatically reserve our 2 seats together so I find out at the last minute and have to pay for an upgrade to fix it. Not thrilled! Plus I booked with BA for a reason so it would be nice to know at booking that they will contract with AA."
Plussat: "Boarding staff helped me change to a seat that was suited better for my child and I- I was SO grateful. During the flight, flight staff made sure my child was happy/comfortable which meant a lot to me."
Miinukset: "The normal things- better cushioned seats with some lumbar for those of us with back/nerve issues; a little wider seat options in economy for heavier people or those with lap infants; Honestly I’m reaching because I was just really happy with my flight/plane/crew service."

Miinukset: "There was an issue where someone had boarded and somehow taken my seat. I was asked to wait until the very end and then allowed in my seat once the passenger in my designated seat was asked to deboard the plane. I don't know how that could have happened."

Secondly, the air was turned down, I guess to conserve fuel, and the plane was unbearably hot, And at no time was food offered for purchase or even a beverage service. I have flow AA for 20+ years and this was the FURST flight I have ever experienced. Sadly I believe it will be my last!!!!"

AA did not successfully change our reservation when the initial leg of our trip was delayed by an hour due to a fuel issue, which caused us to miss your connection in Chicago. Since American partners with Alaskan Airlines, American should have changed my reservations with regards to Alaska Airlines, but they failed to do that. I stood at the Alaskan Airlines counter as the plane left the gate with our empty seats because there was not a ticket. American Airlines did not change a reservation successfully and so although we had boarding passes with our names and seats and the flight number, the plane left without us. I was stranded and Seattle airport at midnight with a child and an infant with one diaper and one bottle left and it was a terrible experience with American Airlines. I do not recommend flying American they cannot get it together when problems happen with delays."

American should have had an English speaking greater to tell me about the Aer LIngus switch. Took me 3 hours to figure it out on my own, go through security twice and barely make the flight to Dublin."
Plussat: "Plenty of food and drink on the flight. Having your own choice of movies and TVs to watch helped pass the time."
Miinukset: "Entertainment. None. Horrible movies on common shared screen. Really sucks on long flights. Would not fly American again until they update enetertainment."

AA had a ticket counter agent that was on a mission because she had a roll away cart parked by the jet way door to collect all the luggage she wouldn't allow on the plane. Very customer unfriendly!"

In Mexico City Airport I had missed a flight three days earlier as I'd been observing the departure screens and they'd failed to update the status of my aircraft: this time I was informed of the gate at check-in. Flight was on time and didn't do anything scary. I was lucky as my neighbour found another free seat so left me with more room."
Miinukset: "I've found Iberia to be uncaring. This flight was much the same. The food and drink service was cheap, and I felt the attendants didn't feel like they had to try to give good service. The new entertainment screens kept coming on, and I kept turning them off as I wished to sleep. Eventually I discovered they were being triggered by the electrostatic charge on the pillows that I was rearranging."
Plussat: "Too long to check in not enough counter open , I was at the airport at 0500 for 0745 flight almost missed my flight when you don’t have the choice to do it online. Nothing is offered on the flight not even water spacialy after running around to find the gate, not on time made international connections difficult"

Miinukset: "This was the 3rd time I had to take Iberia coach in Europe in 4 week. As horrible as the first 2 times. The rows are too close to each other. I can not sit straight. My knees hit the seat in front of me. I was not the only one measuring more than 6 feet. Other men equally were obliged to sit sort of diagonally. It a real torture. Horrible. Never again."

When I discovered my passport was missing at my connection in London, John, the rep made calls to track it down where I left it in the tub at the security check point! He then walked with me to get it and then to re-book my flight since I had missed my scheduled flight......and there was no charge for the new flight! Unheard of in this day and age."

Plussat: "The entertainment is great, I always appreciate a good movie selection for long haul flights. The space is ok and the seats recline well. The blankets and pillows were warm and comfortable too. Food was remarkably edible."
Miinukset: "The beverage services should come around more often. Two cups of water during a 9 hour flight just aren't adequate."
Plussat: "My flight went smooth and on time. I think we were early. The service is impeccable. Most in-flight meals are pretty crummy if you get one at all. The flight I took wasn't packed somthere was plenty of room. Even if it was there was still a fair amount of space. The entertainment was way better than the ole " everyone get to watch the same thing. Wi-Fi, new releases, even some classic 80's. if you get bored on this flight you really don't deserve to fly internationally."

Miinukset: "Honestly my only complaint would be that I was not given both of my boarding passes when I first checked in in Munich and instead I had to go out and stand in a line for an hour to get my boarding pass for Las Angeles which made me just barely get to my gate on time."

Miinukset: "My only complaint is that the seats were very tight in the economy class. We were packed like cattle. I know these were the "cheap" seats but for almost $1500 I would hope for a bit more comfort."
Plussat: "The team in both Rome and Madrid to went above and beyond. They were polite and empathetic to our situation, which was not Iberias fault. And they went out of their way to get us home on time. They always stayed positive. My family of 6 really appreciated. They have earned our loyalty."

I don’t like the feeling of having to always pay. If you want people to not carry on so much stop charging (especially on international flights) to check bags."

It's not the first time I flew with them, but it will be the last!"

It was imposible to accept, so I've cancelled and bouhgt another ticket from other airline and ask for refund. Three months later I still waiting for the money. Not recommend at all TAP."

Miinukset: "Cabin crew were far from welcoming when dealing with the African passengers (including me though I'm Spanish) the food was a disgrace On a 5 hour flight to Accra there was no entrainment, the chairs were incredibly uncomfortable and you could not even charge your devices... The food arrive way too early. I believe the airline has put less of an effort on these planes due to the nature of the passengers... I have been traveling for 20 years and I never felt so disappointed by an airline... I will not use this airline ever again"

Miinukset: "There was a strike in Lisbon. Thousands of people trying to go through security and four people working the booths. Plus NO information. Just chaos, bad feelings and HOURS of standing in lines. Stressful. Will NEVER go to Lisbon again."

Miinukset: "Flight left Toronto at midnight, the crew served a meal and it was about 2 hours after departure that the cabin lights were finally turned off. On an overnight, overseas flight, turn off the lights and service breakfast with a noon arrival like all the flights I've taken to London do."

Boarding began 20 min late and then we had to stand on the boarding ramp for another 20 min while the crew finished "cleaning" the aircraft."
