I add extra baggage in TKL Airport : my original bag is 23 kg I have until 32kg, The extra baggage was 20kg, So I pay 247 Euro each extra kg 19 Euro. 4. In Istanbul airport they said your next flight tomorrow at 20pm. 5. I have important meeting in morning and my jop in the evening. 6. They changed my teket from turkish airline to Saudi airline 4.00pm, That's mean no different. 7. I ask about my baggage in turkish airline deck they said don't worry every thing will be okay. 8. I ask for hotel they said you have to make visa cost 60 dollars and you know I have to pay taxi and Chang money... Pla Pla, Actually this is not respecting and very bad organization. 9. I didn't make visa and stay from that time until 3.pm in primum lungs. 10. I went to Saudi airline deck to take my boarding. 11. They said you have extra baggage, I explain them that I payed already to turkish airline. 12. They said you have to go back to turkish airline deck about this extra kg's. 13. I did going back to them they said we cannot do anything, leave one bag here and we send the other one later. Actually this stupid airline and this stupid employee's dealing with me like a stupid, all my time I walk every where in that stupid airport, they just gives me orders and I have to follow like it was my mistake. 14. I showed my alfursan membership to Saudi airline deck and they helped me. 15. When I arrived to Riyadh my baggage wasn't there, this is mean that this stupid turkish people that the have to work on barbcue and haircut, but airports jop needs professional people. That's was my first and last flight with them."

Miinukset: "i took four flights - LHR - IST and ISt - Riyadh. every flight was a minimum of one hour late! there is no semblance of order in the boarding process, it is the largest and most effective bully who gets on first. even children and frazzled parents we not accommodated to help settle the children, which would improve the flight for everyone"

Miinukset: "Service was terrible, crew was rude. Flight was delayed 2 hours leaving Tel Aviv and my luggage was not here when we arrived. They let us wait two hours for luggage before telling us it wasn't going to make it in. Frustrated and disappointed! Ground security in Turkey was rude and took my sons skate board which we had flown to Israel with and back to turkey, then they told us it couldn't come with us to miami although we flew Turkish both directions with no problem. In the end gate staff went and rescued his skate board from security as he got to the flight crying his little eyes out. Communication was terrible and staff was rude!"
Miinukset: "The flight left early, without me. Instead of beginning boarding at the time printed on my ticket, like every other airline, boarding was completed and closed fifteen minutes before my ticket said they would start, so even though I was eight minutes early I was actually seven minutes too late. Turkish Airlines service desk took the evidence (my ticket) and then refused to rebook me, forcing me to pay $600 for a new flight and for a visa to Turkey just so I could exit through security to book & pay for it. They will not be getting any more of my business in the future!"
Plussat: "Having every single person I spoke with pass me on to another party. Apparently customer complaints is really no one's job. They're extremely motivated to have you find someone else to correct your problem. Rest assured it is "your problem" I was told quite explicitly that my missed connection flight and lost luggage was not their problem."
Miinukset: "They lost my luggage. Couldn't even tell me when my bag was checked despite the scan tag they attached to my boarding pass when they weighed it and checked it in back in New York. They legitimately had no idea if my bag ever left the United States. It took 3 days to locate my baggage while I was trying to celebrate my anniversary with my wife in Athens. being without your luggage for half a week in a foreign country is not even remotely fun. I had to wait around missing tours and reservations trying to find our luggage most of our first 48 hours in Greece. After giving up on getting our stuff we had to waste a chunk of time shopping to replace our clothing and toiletries. Despite having purchased the travel insurance I'm still fighting a month after our trip ended to be reimbursed for the clothes we had to buy just to begin our vacation. Again they continue to stonewall by transferring our complaint calls endlessly and forwarding our emails with "new" case numbers each time. Basically what this accomplishes is they can't ever find the case number they updated it to and insist that the prior case number is listed as resolved. Since they say it's resolved there is nothing anyone can do to help. Not sure if I'll ever get any satisfaction out of this debacle."

Great layover at Istanbul Airport with lots of selection for food and drink. Far better than any direct airline that flies new york to tel aviv so if you don't mind a layover choose Turkish."
Miinukset: "Free WiFi at Istanbul Airport requires sms authentication which makes no sense on an international trip."
Plussat: "The entire inflight experience was great from start to finish."
Miinukset: "I approached the Transfer Desk when there was no line and asked the person working if it was possible to switch to an exit row seat because of my height. The man helping me lied to my face and told me that he could not make the change because the flight was full. when I got on the plane, there were over two dozen empty seats. It was very clear that he just did not want to invest the few seconds it would take to address my concern, or give me a credible reason why he could not make the change."
Miinukset: "My mother has immobility issues.. the website did not have a section for handycap I had to tell the airlines we got to the gate.. all other websites like Expedia has this option.. disappointed"

The boarding was again late --it is becoming a theme with this airline and of course, we were late taking off and arriving,"

Plussat: "The very dirty plane was cleaned at Dar-es-salaam and became less dirty. The pilot kept us updated periodically through the flight. The flight attendants were very pleasant."
Miinukset: "The plane was very dirty when we landed in Dar-es-salaam. The plane did get cleaned a little bit in Dar-es-salaam however I was still missing a pillow and blanket which I had to actively seek out. Seating was not very comfortable as there was a box attached to the leg of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to keep my feet at an uncomfortable angle through the long flight. I did not enjoy the food."

Sitting at the gate there was then suddenly a last call to board the flight and a mad rush for everyone to get on. I appreciate that delays happen but the lack of communication ragardinh altered boarding times didn't make the situation any easier"

Poor customer service at the flight checkin desk in Kathmandu who are, apparently, limited in what they can assist with."

Miinukset: "The seats were minuscule...the depth was narrower than when Id previously used different airlines. The space between rows was also compromised. I think that the Dreamliner is even more streamlined with less space so they can put more passengers on! The toilet kept flushing when seated on it! The food was repetitive - ordered Asian Veg and got almost the same food for 3 meals. The dessert was exactly the same 1 piece of melon and 2 cubes pineapple. The male crew member did not want to be there. He grunted at the passengers. He was annoyed and when clearing food trays dropped it and aI wore custard all over me and the armrest of my seat. Fortunately I had a blanket covering me so it all landed on that. He was more upset that it also splattered him."

We got stuck with $350 in baggage fees, because a clause stating that we were not allowed a check-in bag was buried in the fine print for our ticket purchase. The website was not working prior to our return flight, and if it had worked, we would have been able to get at least a discount on this outrageous fee. But , despite this, (we took a screenshot) the counter staff in Abu Dhabi would not give us the discount. A baggage fee for $350 dollars for one bag? There is word for this. Thievery."

Miinukset: "Was stuck next to an overweight lady who was sitting partially in my seat and crowding me. My gate was changed and we were redirected to a ghetto looking area for the gate. My luggage was not delivered along with my flight and I had to file complaint to get it delivered. It caused lots of hardship as I had no way of contacting my family to let them know I had arrived and was safe. They were all worried when I didn't come out of the airport at Hyderabad in a timely manner since I traveled alone due to an emergency."
Miinukset: "My son was sleeping during the meal service, so the crew said that they will put his meal aside. After he woke up we went to the crew and was asking some food then they said that we don't have any option except some bread. The bread is very cold and the food was not at all good. After 3 hours my son was hungry and I went ahead to the crew and was asking some food. But the crews answer was we cannot provide food since we have only some boxes and if we give it to you then we may not have sufficient food left for everyone else. I asked them when is the next meal. They said in few minutes but it took one hour and that meal was also just bread. What kind of airline doesn't provide food for kids when they are hungry. I am very disappointed and I would not recommend Etihad airlines for anyone traveling with children as they won't provide you food when your kid is hungry. Our seat lights were not working and when you press assistance button the crew came after 15minutes."

Miinukset: "Etihad overbooked me along with more than a dozen other passengers on a 14-hour international flight. Apparently Etihad decides on who gets left behind. Etihad's "Transit Travelers" service is one of the WORST customer service desks I've ever been to. I waited in line for 2 hours. Passengers were urging to be served so they can make it to their connecting flights not knowing they have been already selected not to board those plains. Voices were raised and demands were made to speak to the supervisor. It was chaos. I made it to the agent shortly after the gate to my flight had opened. I was shocked by how the agent lacked empathy when he informed me I won't make it to the connecting flight because it had been overbooked. Not an apology or even sir! I was forced to be rerouted which stretches my 25-hour trip to 33 hours. Then the connecting flight gets delayed more than an hour resulting in missing the second connecting flight. Now my trip has become a 41-hour trip, I missed a day of work that's worth more than double the value of the voucher Etihad gave me and lost one day of unscheduled vacation. Etihad even damages my bag that had servived more than 10 flights. I will never fly Etihad and strongly recommend against flying with Etihad."

Miinukset: "Flydibai changed the flight hours. The new layover in Dubai was 11 hours instead of 4. They refused to provide free hotel. It was disappointing."

Miinukset: "That kayak redirected me to Flight Network to purchase this ticket. They used an alternate credit card - not mine- to pay Fly Dubai which precluded me from getting a boarding pass, forcing me to purchase another ticket. My Visa card was billed by Flight Network , but they paid Fly Dubai with a MasterCard that is not mine. BIG PROBLEM!!!!!!"

Miinukset: "While boarding a woman was in my window seat and her children were seated beside her. The host asked if i wouldnt mind letting the family sit together.I accepted the request where upon the host suggested a middle seat which i rejeceted and notified him that he just passed by 8 empty seats in business class and since the doors were closed I knew were available. He denied the request, had me stand awkwardly while he checked other peoples tickets for 3 minutes to find a single person who was not seated in their middle seat and was forced to move whereupon i recieved dirty looks for the remainder of the flight and right through baggage claim at our destination. I did Flydubai a favor and gave up my seat for the woman and her family. A hassle free otherwise empty business class seat would have been the appropriate response."

Miinukset: "As family we tend to buy luggage based on need with Credit card. They seem to block online checkin always for credit card payment. So even if you go 3 hours before flight the family cant get seats together. Than you go through drama of convincing people in flight to adjust."

Miinukset: "Charter behaviour on a long distance flight? Well that is a new low in airlines. Well maybe except from Delta. I guess i can be happy that the crew did not drag people out and i managed to travel safely. That being said, having to pay for everything including water, snack (let alone food) or entertainment on a long distance flight is at least, excuse my French, a dick move. Not pleasant in any way."

Plussat: "The flight, crew members, pilots were amazing. Take off and landing couldn't be any smoother."
Miinukset: "This is second time I land in zone B, terminals F. The worst terminals and airport treatment by the staff ever. You can never get a complete answer or help, staff most don't care about your concern. No help can be assisted in any way possible. Few of the staff are professionals and know what their job is, others not at all. Bathrooms are disgusting, I have 12 hour layover, to sit in a lounge I need to pay 120$ , just to sit on a proper chair. In short you have money they welcome you, you don't , too bad find your way they don't care. Very over rated airport. Should be considered one of the worst, or maybe this terminal is made for unnecessary people, when their entrance phrase clearly states Dubai connecting the world. Connecting nothing. Simple money transfer isn't available, in case of emergency you need money, too bad sit yourself down and do nothing. Once again very over rated, and I will publish my review in all travel guides."

This is the 2nd time that delay happened and airline failed to manage the passenger at boarding gate or airport screens. people were shouting and looking for one person to communicate with, but there was no one to talk to. So - bad management - no hot drinks onboard the flight - lake of ethics - terminal at dubai airport was crowded and lake of services and seates to stay on!"
