The flight was ok in general. The main problem is that Schiphol airport in Amsterdam is a mess in terms of having a smooth connection and layover. I had 2 hours to make the connection and almost missed the flight to Lisbon. I would NOT recommend at all The use of KLM and Amsterdam as a hub to any other city. Not at this time of caos.
Dear Sir, The flight was delayed for 2 hours. After 2 hours the flight was cancelled and KLM was trying to transfer us to another flights. Unfortunately there is no flight to Manchester which led us to cancel our flight booking with KLM and rebook with Qatar airways to catch the flight same day. Regards Amjad Juma

My daughter left her phone in the seat pocket on the flight from Lima to Cusco. We reported it upon reaching our hotel, by the phone was never retrieved. We were disappointed that it was not collected by the cleaning crew. Overall, the flight was nice and the disembarking pleasant.

This was a hassle and caused me a lot of stress since I had to make new plans with a new itinerary for my arrival in Chile where I was supposed to meet my elderly parents. The staff kept telling me they didn't know when we'd leave asking me to check back four times before they were able to give me a definite time. Aweful experience that caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience."

LATAM splits passengers into different groups: first class, special needs, priority because you paid, everybody else. That's fine at most airports. At Santiago's airport, however, passengers ride a bus from the gate to the plane, mixing up all the groups on the bus, so what's the point? Worse, special needs passengers were the first to get on the bus, but end up last to get off screwing over the elderly and those with small children. What a system!"

Lost language and no help to find and no updates for 24 hours, while I’m in Brussels for 3 days only
The flight was five hours delayed. The airline either told us nothing or told us lies. Then after 5 hours the flight was cancelled. We got our own hotel. The next morning we waited on a line for 3.5 hours to get our bags, and when we finally got to the front of the line they told us to come back in 4 hours.

I had to wait 5 hours in Lisbon when I shouldn’t have ever went to Lisbon. I bought a ticket from Newark to Zürich through Porto 10 hours in total. I think TAP overbooked everyone and seated us on purpose. The secondflight was delayed due to “bad weather” and it was perfectly nice outside. Shame on TAP. I’m sure other people are complaining."

Plussat: "They solved the problem of my sit. But i almost have a hurt attack"
Miinukset: "When I get to check my tickets they told me that I was in stand by. I have to fight to get my sit."
Plussat: "The name on ticket had the wrong last name for second passenger and they were not helpful. Only solution was to purchase an additional ticket. Not part of my budget. Poor service from gotogate and TAP Portugal in Barcelona. Very upset and sad."
Miinukset: "1) I tried several times while traveling but was unable to figure out how to choose a vegetarian option for the flight. When I called customer service, after a long hold time, the woman I finally spoke to told me it was too late to order vegetarian and refused to help me. I have never flown another airline (Air India, Turkish Air, United, American, China Southern, etc., etc.) that did not make this easy to choose during booking or check-in and that did not already have a standard ovo-lacto vegetarian option on the regular menu. Vegetarians practice for all sorts of reasons, including religion and health needs. It's unacceptable to make it so difficult to meet your meal needs while trapped on a plane for nine hours. 2) The check-in agent did not know the rule about all remaining seats being opened for passenger choice three hours before booking and insisted we had to pay to get aisle seats despite one of us having a health problem necessitating her standing up and walking every 45 minutes. Then another agent told us we couldn't choose seats for free for our Porto to Newark flight when we check in for our Madrid-Porto flight because it wasn't technically three hours before the Porto-Newark departure. But how were we supposed to choose seats for the Porto-Newark flight three hours in advance if we are in an airplane flying to Porto at that time? This makes no sense. Seats should be opened for every leg of a same-day journey at the same time. The agents were unhelpful and unsympathetic. 3) This was an old plane without options to choose a film or show to watch. Instead, passengers could flip through a few channels and hope to find something of interest that was already playing -- there was no way to begin a film or show from the beginning if you landed on it in the middle of its running time. I cannot recommend TAP Portugal to any of my friends, family, or colleagues after this experience."
Plussat: "The flight was uneventful."
Miinukset: "The food was edible. The entertainment display was old. Not much leg room."
Miinukset: "We missed our connection Lisbon to Venice because our plane out of Boston was delayed. We flew TAP Lisbon to Rome and then Alitalia to Venice. Our fight to Rome was delayed. We were never told the plane was delayed or how long we should expect to wait. We just stood at the gate waiting to board and time ticked further and further past the boarding time listed on our tickets."
Plussat: "People were very nice that worked on the flight. Smooth flight."
Miinukset: "Seats were hard as a rock"
Miinukset: "Need to pay extra for everything...bags, seats.Very bad practice for entire industry. Should pay $50 extra per flight and mandate that all bags, except hand luggage be checked in."
Plussat: "They were in such a bad mood!"
Miinukset: "The captain had fasten seatbelt on because of turbulence. As soon as it came off the crew insisted on doing the service instead of waiting for desperate people to use the restroom. They made everyone sit back down so they could serve sandwiches and drinks. There was plenty of time and they should have waited. The only time the crew smiled was when the flight was over"
Plussat: "Cabin staff was nice"
Miinukset: "Very cramped seating; rude baggage handlers; bad system for boarding"
Miinukset: "Their short flight from Frankfurt to Lisbon was not that comfortable. Seats were thin, close together. My knees were jammed against the seat in front of me. Glad the international flight was more comfortable. Somehow we did not get the memo that there was a 0 baggage allowance for an international flight. Most give 1 or two bags free. So when we had to pay 80 euros for each bag it started off our trip with TAP a lot disappointed. We still have to fly back and we can go online and pay before hand and get it for 45 euros each. Increased out ticket prices by 205 euros. Will make me take a second thought before I book with TAP again."
Plussat: "There was great entertainment on the first flight"
Miinukset: "The seats did not recline. It was impossible to get comfortable enough to sleep any at all, even though it was an overnight flight. It was also the first intercontinental flight I have ever taken which offered no entertainment whatsoever. I really don't understand why TAP used a plane with non-reclining seats for a five-hour overnight flight."
Miinukset: "First flight was delayed by just a half an hour and we arrived in Portugal. We had a connecting flight to AMS with also TAP and had a two hour window to make the next flight with the same company (TAP). We were in line for passport and then security and talked to several TAP employees and they said we would be have time and wouldn't have a problem catching the second flight. Well, we got through the lines with 30 min before our next flight and they wouldn't let us on. Customer service and organization of the airline is really poor. The aircraft had minimal room and no entertainment. We got on our next flight five hours later and all they gave us was a $10 food voucher. So poorly managed."

Plussat: "Late night dinner provided and morning snack"
Miinukset: "The seats are really hard to sit on (no soft at all) and seem to be made for very short people, so not enough leg support. I was glad it wasn't a 9 hour flight."

Miinukset: "This airline consistently overbooks all of their flights. I bought my ticket 3 months prior and checked in 10 hours beforehand and was put on standby along with 5 others in the same situation. When we spoke to the TAP people at the gate they proceeded to tell us that they are used to this and it happens on every flight!!!!! I cannot believe that their is an airline that is so greedy that they purposely overbook their flights! It almost ruined our entire trip because we almost missed two connection flights and they did not care at all."

Temperature on plane was a little high
Seats on the plane were too uncomfortable for a 9 hour trip, especially when the flight was completely full. Crew treated passengers as if we were cattle. Desperate rush to get food served so they could enjoy First class food at the back of the plane... I went twice to the back of the plane (no one answered the flight attendant button) to ask for coffee and was met with a very abrupt response... 'YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT'. The only thing staff could think of saying to me was 'la mascarilla senior!'.... In a way I do not blame Air Europa for getting away with this lamentable service, they are one of only two carriers flying between Spain and Venezuela so do not have any competition... I do not think they would dare offer the same service on a flight from London to Los Angeles!
The 787 is like being on the ground! great plane..

They stated because we booked through a travel agency instead of booking directly with air Europa they charged us for luggage. It was an unexpected large expense. Crew barely spoke any English."

Miinukset: "Poor information delivery during delays of more than 4 hours (JFK). Pool direction in getting English language speakers to connecting flights. MAD. Poor upgrade options. Unclear gate assignments JFK"
Plussat: "We did arrive"
Miinukset: "15 mins late...boarding...looked like a circus...got double billed for my luggage...person in charge of boarding ...total B to customers.... There are other options...take them."
Miinukset: "Flight left an hour late, cabin was very hot."

Miinukset: "My business SEAT was exactly the same as economy and was nastly narrow that i barely Fit in. How can they charge more than double the fare without even courtains and sane lousy tight baby-seats. It was shameful and i felt fooled and scammed!!"

I had to wait until the plane was boarded and hope that someone didnt show up to get in the plane. This was the first leg of other connections to go to Amsterdam and it was too close to ruin my complete itinerary."

Plussat: "In my opinion this to me was the best customer service experience ever on an aircraft. Crew was polite and attentive. Offered food and drinks which most airlines don't do anymore. A+!!"
Miinukset: "Leg room was a bit tight for a 6hr flight"

Miinukset: "It was delayed, as normally, 45 mins this time. Awful experience going through security in CDG I would avoid that airport at all cost. Randomly making you wait luggage before security, with add extra 30 mins to the security processes, not sympathy of staff even if flight people may miss their flight."
Plussat: "The plane was on time, but the boarding process was chaotic. The flight attendants were nice."
Miinukset: "The seats were so small. I am 5'2" and had no leg room. I don't know how anyone who is taller fits. The food was really poor and my entertainment system did not work. Also, the gate was not posted on the board until right before the flight boarded and the boarding process was chaotic at best."

Miinukset: "The plane is big and modern but lacks entertainment alternatives. They offer an IPad for rent for 10Euros. Not good."

Plussat: "The length of the flight. The crew was very polite."
Miinukset: "The airplane was old, the food was OK for breakfast but the dinner was bad. The check in app didn't work properly and I was not able to get the boarding pass of the seat I wanted. It isn't a direct flight, there is a 2 hours stop in Asunción and you have to take everything with you like you were changing planes. They should allow to leave stuff one the plane. Also, be aware that 50+ HK seats are reserved for the crew, I selected one of those in the outbound flight and they changed me to another seat that was near the toilet with no window. A really bad flight."
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed more than 2hours. Our flight was supposed to depart at 01:15am and until 2am pilots didn't show up. The flight finally took off around 3am....such a bad experience in the mid night"

Miinukset: "The entertainment was a little frustrating. The screens were only in the middle section so if you sat on the sides, it was really hard to see. There was also no outlets available on a 7-8 hour flight."

Plussat: "Went to Barcalona for a wedding, Air Europa was the best price by far. We didn't get delayed once and our checked luggage made the transfer in Madrid."
Plussat: "Plane was new and everything worked. TVs were nice and the automatic adjustable window tint was a nice touch. Food was pretty good and movie selection was also nice."
Miinukset: "Cannot control the temperature as they have no adjustable air vents above you - so it got pretty hot during one portion of our flight. Also our flight took off over an hour late and the communication as to what was happening was not the best."
Plussat: "It was a regular airplane."
Miinukset: "I didn't like how there was no space for such a long flight. I also didn't like how long it took to receive my bag in Madrid (almost 45mins)"
