And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

In addition people at info terminals are disorganized and not kind at all.."

Miinukset: "checkin process at cusco airport was very bad. there was a line 1hr long to checkin suticases and there was no one at the payment counter to accept payment for suitcases."
Miinukset: "I could have been warned that you need to get a pass to go to Hanga Roa before you can board. I had checked because I had heard there was a fee but upon investigation, it was said that this requirement had been eliminated. Wrong!! You still need the pass but you don’t get charged a fee. The extra time required for this tedious meant we missed our chance to check bags and do incurred hundreds of dollars more to get on the same flight the next day. No Bueno!!! This should be highlighted up front!!"

Miinukset: "If the passenger name was changed as requested and I would not lose the money."

Miinukset: "Disaster started at noon of the day of flight. Got notification flight delayed by 2 hours. That means I miss my coonection. Options for changes meant getting to destination 24 hours a later or with extra stop. I managed to buy a much better direct flight same day from different airline. And cheaper. I was so lucky. Getting refund for this disaster itinerary. But it worked out in the end."

Miinukset: "Apparently you need to be at the airport 2hrs before your flight leaves otherwise you cant print your ticket and have to wait in a 1-2hr line to have them tell you you have now missed your flight and charge you $30USD to change to another flight. When it only takes literally 3min to get through security and to the gates. not sure why they couldn't give us our tickets when we were then an hr early. Then they said we were at gate 5. We went and waited there. About 20min before departure we noticed the flight info had changed and wasnt ours. No announcement. Nothing. We had to run upstairs to our new gate and barely made that flight. Extremely dissatisfied with customer service and lack of communication. Basically a company looking to get money wherever they can at the expense of foreign travelers."

Plussat: "I LOVE that LATAM does not book its flights solid: I love that they leave some empty seats and breathing room-- it makes all the difference in the world. I love that the bathrooms have full length mirrors, hand towelettes, and are well maintained. Most of all, I love how compassionate,patient, and accomodating the flight attendants are."
Miinukset: "I would have liked for there to be more vegetarian choices-- healthier foods, more veggies, more fruits, rice, less meat. It would be nice to have real milk or cream instead of powder for the coffee; and honey instead of sugar."

Miinukset: "Flight was cancelled. Main leg of flight which was to take me to Lima from the United States in the first place, was cancelled. Refund should have occurred, yet still charged. Please issue refund."

Plussat: "They lost our bags in the way there due to their own fault. Really unhelpful throughout the recovery process which luckily did not take long."
Plussat: "The attention was good. The air attendants were quite nice. For booking my meals I had a problem with the Call center and they left me waiting for 15 minutes until I had to hang. But then I contacted the Facebook page and I received an immediate response so everything was Ok."
Miinukset: "The plane on the first flight was quite old and the entertainment console was obsolete. The plane for the return flight was a new one, vey nice but the seats were hard and very uncomfortable."
Plussat: "The service onboard is really excelent. No complaints at all."
Miinukset: "The online and telephone system is the worst. They never are able to confirm your seats or preferent seats . You can not use an american credit card if you are in south america. They give you a confirmation number to pay your flight ticket in "Plaza Vea" (Peru) and when you get there they told me that at only in a few "plaza veas" you can pay your ticket. I had to spend like 100 soles (30 dollars) to pay my upgrade seat. There is more Horrible experience to tell about it . Avoid LATAM"
Miinukset: "The flight at first had a 3 HOUR delay do to a "mechanical breakdown". We were told that they were going to bring another airplane from Rio de Janeiro. After the 3 hours passed they were only announcing in Portuguese to board the original plane. They never changed planes or provided a clear explanation to the passengers. Many of us refused to board. This was one of the worse experiences I have ever had. The staff was disrespectful and would not help us. We ended up taking another flight until the following night!!"

Miinukset: "The food was poor. At least three middle rows did not have any entertainment. We reported the problem, the chief/supervisor flight attendant said that she was going to assign us new seats, she then disappear and did nothing to solve the problem. I spoke with another flight attendant requesting to speak with this supervisor again, she said that I rather voice my complaint through latam.com and the mentioned supervisor, not only lied to us, but never showed up. It appears that latam needs to reinforce their staff training or perhaps to renew their staff supervisors and train them to avoid unnecessary lies to their passengers."
Plussat: "The staff at the airport was very helpful. I got in the wrong line (domestic instead of international) but they still checked me in and my luggage. I had to go over to the international line to drop my luggage and didn't have to get in line once again. The crew was very nice and I was impressed that we received a meal for a 4 hour flight. Although I understand it was considered an international flight, I wasn't expecting a full blown meal. SUPER GREAT!"

Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us."
Miinukset: "There was no amenities pack given in Premium economy. The food was ok. It would have been nice to have been offered another bread roll. Seat comfort was fine, but I kept getting hit by the separating curtain as the flight attendants went back and forth from economy."
Miinukset: "They forced me to ceck my trolley because i had a suit with me!!! And the airplane wasn’t even full. Even worst they allowed some pieces of “hand luggage” that were double the maximum allowed size"
Plussat: "Good selection of movies."
Miinukset: "Had to use a shoe horn to get into and out of my seat and I'm not a large guy. But really my harsh criticism comes from the loss of my girlfriends luggage. It was left behind in Paris on our way to Casablanca causing us to waste a day in Casablanca traveling back to the airport the grab the bag the next day. And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag."
Plussat: "I've never been on a flight with such narrow seat and thin cushion. There was no entertainment offered for the almost 4 hour flight. There was no means of charging any electronic gears. The airplane seems to be 30 years behind time. Crew was unfriendly and smiling faces are not part of the uniform."

Miinukset: "TSA was sketchy and gave a FULL search, part down, etc. I kept asking and the excuse kept changing. Final excuse ridiculous! Flight attendant could have not treated my son as he way he did. I was unaware that the usb cord being inputted during taxiing As was my son. He was horrible to him!!"

Miinukset: "The food was not heat correctly it was cold and I felt that the crew rush to give out the food. The seats are terrible, if the person in front of you reclines you won’t be able to see the screen if your watching a movie and you will see the top of the persons head."
Miinukset: "Separated me and my wife for the whole flight! Could not accommodate us together. This reservation was made over 6 weeks ago !!!"

Plussat: "The free glass of red wine when the plane finally took off."
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed. We were told that it was just a half an hour delay by the man that was informing us of the delay and then we were then told by a woman that it was going to be over an hour. We weren’t told any specifics of why the plane was delayed, other than: “ the engineers are looking at the issue now”. We received messages saying that the flight was cancelled but then we were told to ignore that. We were told that we would have an update every 10-15 minutes but by the time we had the next update was 1 hours later, we were told that the plane will depart at 15:50- which we did. But we also sat on the plane for an extra 2 hours or maybe even more (couldn’t bare watching the time at this point) because the man that was supposed to push the plane backwards in order to reverse the plane didn’t turn up so we then had to wait for all of the other planes to take off before we could. Eventually the plane set off at 18:20 and I got in France 19:30-20:00 ish?"

Plussat: "The airplane was modern, and the crew very good. Nice, service oriented and in general trying to make the flight experience as good as possible."
Miinukset: "The flight was very late. I lost my connection. My bag was lost and unable to recover it so far (after more than 24 hours). About to initiate the next leg of the trip with no clothes or any idea if my luggage will be recovered."

Miinukset: "We paid for Business Class from JFK to TLV. The flight to Tel Aviv was in a small plane with 3 across seats that hardly reclined. We are most unhappy and will complain to American Express Platinum Card."

Miinukset: "I did not understand special with covid why half the plane was empty they keep us all together. Would have been nice to be able to spread out and have more room. Seats and leg room are small."

Miinukset: "Customer service, the man on the counter was very rude especially with an older person like me, he was arrogant and couldn’t answer my questions, I had to put my daughter on the phone so she can talk to him and he wanted to be rude with her but she didn’t let him."
Plussat: "Confortable seats"
Plussat: "Left right on time and arrived at early. Relatively efficient boarding. Seats ok."
Miinukset: "Nice to have inflight entertainment to own devices. Would have been helpful to have emails in advance letting you know what browser/app requirements are! Bathrooms are at a premium on a full flight!"
Plussat: "They got me home eventually"
Miinukset: "Timeliness was awful. Late crew delayed the flight 50 min. Then ripped cargo net resulted in cargo shift."
Miinukset: "Boarding process including changing terminals, going thru security is awful. This time I had ample of time to go Thru that long waiting process but last time I almost missed the flight. Heard from others the same issue. London Heathrow airport needs to come up with better solution before losing the"
Plussat: "Coach seating is quite cramped."

Plussat: "The crew was awesome"
Miinukset: "AMERICAN IS THE WORST. Never flying with them again. My flight was cancelled, &they would NOT rebook me until 2 days later. REFUSED to compensate for the hotel I booked for the night. Held my baggage hostage & would not return it for a whole day. And their customer service is non-existent."
Miinukset: "Unable to connect to the new AA so-fi"
Miinukset: "We were not able to board on this plane because we were late. We were not able to board the BA because the plane was late; taking off we have to wait for at least 30-45 minutes"
Plussat: "Flight attendants incredible!!!!"
Miinukset: "Seats were very uncomfortable and that must have been the decision of the airline. We landed early and taxied and waited for a long time, more than 30 min until we actually pulled up at gate, also the airlines fault."
Plussat: "Fast and easy service"
Miinukset: "We were told that our flight could not leave due to the absence of the pilot who was flying in from Detroit. Not sure why there was not a pilot available when there was a plane available."
Miinukset: "I believe there should be two staff to serve as for one it looks like too much."
Miinukset: "Poor service by air hostess in the flight. Didn’t give the right food. Ignored when I asked for orange juice."
Plussat: "Take-off and landing were smooth. Food quality was decent, could have been better though."
Miinukset: "One of customers was rude. One of hostesses kept on bumping into my arm, waking me up twice and hit me on accident with the food cart without apologizing. Did not provide enough snacks."
Plussat: "Travel time"
Miinukset: "No snacks on flight. The charging stations come in between legs space and very uncomfortable they got to be re adjusted. Make sure these are taken care in upcoming flights."
Plussat: "AA people are better to talk to and are trying to locate bags but still not successful"
Miinukset: "Whole experience is nerve racking"
Miinukset: "Delays, not helpful staff, not even a meal for a 5+ hr flight. No headphones available. All of this after American Airlines delayed flights and caused us to miss connecting. A whole night delay with no luggage because not one American Airlines staff could step up and help us. It was easier for them to be lazy and say “I know how you feel”. Never Again American Airlines"
Plussat: "Very nice and genuinely friendly flight attendants and ground personnel. Flight arrived early, perfect landing and take off."
Miinukset: "Kayak/webjet sent me the wrong check in code for the wrong airline operating my flight. I inserted it on the online form multiple times until I was blocked from doing so, and there was no link to communicate online in real time with anyone who could solve the problem. This was extremely stressful and unnecessary, as well as time consuming. It was not how I wanted to spend my final night in Italy. Furthermore, I had to wake up at 4 am to get a very early bus to the airport in order to check in early enough in person. NOT cool. The food was mediocre. The entertainment options were about the worst I've ever seen. My seat hardly went back at all."
Miinukset: "I miss my flight because my plane left “early.” The person who attended me wasn’t understandable at all, she responded with so much rudeness. Was very upset!"
Miinukset: "Flight delay"
Plussat: "Flight attendants were nice trip was uneventful."

Plussat: "New and Updated plane, great service, great crew."
Plussat: "We know it's high season, we got to Milan save. That's the main part, overnight flight so that was good we slept a little."
Miinukset: "Boarding was a little complicated, somehow they couldn't pull or flights up. But the staff was very helpful. Sorry but the plain seating was very uncomfortable, food was so so! We didn't really the kids movie on the main screen ."
Plussat: "Entertainment was great. I really liked the touch screens on the chairbacks. Food was fine for airplane food. It came more than I expected. Get sandwiches over the meals, they are better quality. A vegetarian guy had a hard time but the crew tried to help him out. Comfort was ok for a 13 hour trip. The chairs are not really the best and my back hurt after a while. Make sure you stretch! Crew was nice except for one lady. But she wasent rude just... non responsive. Other members were fantastic though. Boarding was very painless."
Miinukset: "Allergic to cat/dog dander. Had dog with no kennel in window seat of my row. I was on aisle seat. As we all got up to let the owner go to the bathroom a dog followed walking on my seat. For the last hour and a half of the flight the dog Sat on the owners lap. My allergies and asthma begin to flare up prior to landing . Not a pleasant flight ."

Miinukset: "Has anyone at AA ever watched the insane boarding process? No running water on the plane, not hot anything (coffee, tea, food). Generally terrible experience, like most of the airlines."

Plussat: "Sears had more room than as medal, service and hospitality much improved over as. Dinner and breakfast were scrumptious and drink choices were abundant."

Miinukset: "Paying extra money to pick seats before 24 hours check in. I have 2 children and cannot risk them sitting separated from their parents. I'm sure other travelers would not want a 6 year old aline next to them either."
Miinukset: "Surprisingly long wait for bags to be unloaded from the flight. When everyone has cleared immigration long before bags make it to the carousel, something seems strange."
Plussat: "Crew was nice, plane had power and good entertainment."
Miinukset: "Boarding was a mess - I couldn't distinguish the line and elbow my way to the front before the gate agent called the two boarding groups behind me."

Plussat: "Nothing, got food poisoning from the sub standard meal that apparently wasn't no fit for human consumption."
Miinukset: "Terrible good, overly surly service and broken luggage that made it across the Atlantic but couldn't make it from JFK to SFO without being thrown in assuming a 12 plus times. Worst trip I have flown in my lifetime."
Miinukset: "Food was bad even for airline standards. Seats uncomfortable. There were 2 female crew members who seemed like they didn't want to be there or cared. Movie selection was limited with not many new releases. One of the worst international flights I've been on for a long time."
Plussat: "once I made it on it was smooth"
Miinukset: "plane in cos had to refuel so we were 20 late leaving and I bearly made it to next flight in dallas they were closing doors, young people ran but im old so could not move as fast, it was a challenge to not miss flight"
