Sopiva lämpötila, tilava economy ja leffojen lisäksi myös sarjoja. Ruoka oli ihan ok, eikä tietysti voi miellyttää kaikkia.
Matkustamohenkilökunnan käytös ja toiminta ala-arvoista
Oli kylmä. Aika moni aivasteli tai niiskutti 12 tunnin lennon päättyessä.
Ihan hyvin toimi kaikki, paitsi jalkatilaa oli melko vähän pitkälle pohjoismaalaiselle.

Worst flight ever, narrow seats and space and delay of 6h , 1h and 20min trapped on lnd inside the plane without any offer of food or drinks
Koneeseen pakkautumista voisi järkevöittää, esim. rivi tai muutama kerrallaan, jottei syntyisi ryntäylyä ja hässäkkää.
We checked in online, but still had to stand in line for a very long time to drop off our luggage. We were also getting contradicting information from different agencies. Leaving Rome was quite nightmarish to be honest. The whole process seemed very inefficient
Check in Pariisissa oli vanhanaikasta. Jos on matkatavara menossa rumaan, tai haluaa boardingpassi paperiversiona joutuu odottamaan että check in avautuu.
Dinner was very salty, chicken with broccoli. Quinoa salad? The dinner on my flight JFK-Helsinki was excellent, kind of a roasted chicken with sauce and potatoes. Other than that, I love having wine with dinner, blueberry juice, coffee. I'll fly Finnair again.
Henkilökunta oli ihan ystävällistä. Koneeseennousu oli hidas. Tarjottavat ovat nolla-arvoisia, vain lasi vettä ilmaiseksi, ei ole toimiva konsepti ollenkaan.
Kone lähti myöhässä ja henkilökunnalla turha puheripuli kovaäänisiin
Ostettiin lentolippu yhdessä, ei siis pitänyt olla epäselvää, että ollaan pariskunta. Meidät kuitenkin sijoitettiin istumaan koneessa kauas toisistamme. Pärjäämme toki itsenäisesti, mutta moinen homma vaikuttaa lähinnä kiusanteolta. Eikä suinkaan asiakaspalvelulta. Terveiset siis Finnairille tai muille, jotka olivat järkkäilleet istumapaikat.
Finnair siirsi lentomme vuorokaudella eteenpäin. Ilmoitus tuli tuntia ennen koneen lähtöä kun oli jo toimitettu matkalaukut koneeseen ja tultu turvatarkastuksesta läpi ja odoteltiin koneeseen nousua lähtöportilla. Hyvä, nopea lento, Hki lentoasemalla hyvä palvelu
Finnairilla hyvä henkilökunta, kaikki sujui tosi hienosti lennolla.
lentoemännät hoiti tehtävänsä hyvin. Koneen ilmastoinnissa oli vikaa, tuli vilu.
Lento aivan täynnä ja bourdauksessa ei mitään järjestystä. Tuntuu siltä, että Finnair sijoittaa pariskunnat erilleen ilman erillistä maksettua paikkavalintaa.
Premiere economy -luokkaan voisi kuulua ruoka

Kone oli kolme tuntia myöhässä.... Meitä pompoteltiin portilta toiselle. Ilmastointi oli olematon.
Finnair on lentoyhtiönä nykyään aivan perseestä! Siirtävät esim lentoja 2 päivällä eteenpäin eivätkä kerro matkustajille edes syytä! Laitoin kyselyä asiakaspalveluun jo maaliskuussa 2022 ja lentomme oli 27.5 ja en ole vieläkään saanut vastausta miksi lentoa siirrettiin.
Asiakkaita suositellaan menemään kentälle hyvissä,ajoin, mutta finskin lähtöselvitys ja bag drop portit avautuvat, aina, liian myöhään. (munchen)

Edelleen toivoisin edes kahvia maksutta, Air France osaltaan tarjoaa jopa pientä syötävää ja muuta juotavaa.
Koneen kapteeni ei kertonut mitään muuta lennosta kuin lähtiessä lennon kesto. Olisin halunnut tietoa esim lentoreitistä.
Lento oli lähes 3 tuntia myöhässä emmekä saaneet mitään tietoa mistään. Emme saaneet myöskään vouchereita.
Finnair arpoi edellisenä iltana check-in:ssä mieheni riville 29 ja minut riville 16 eikä näitä voinut muuttaa. Finnair rahastaa kaikesta, vaikka ei tietääkseni ole ’halpalentoyhtiö’. Mustikkamehumukillinen on ainut, mikä kuuluu hintaan. Menolennolla KLM tarjosi suolaisen ja makean välipalan kaikkine juomineen (kahvi, mehu, virvoitusjuoma, olut, viini). Kännykän voi ladata. For free.
Järjestelyt toimi oikein hyvin matkakumppanin boarding pass dokumentti katosi turvatarkastuksen jälkeen puhelimesta jokin spammi yritti latautua , mutta passilla koneeseen 😊 Kone ilmeisesti hiukan kovassa käytössä, istuin muhkurainen. Henkilökunta oikein palvelualtista ja ammattitaitoista ☺

Check-in jonoa oli aamulennolla, mikä on pienellä lennolla ymmärrettävää. Kaikki muu toimi mainiosti.
Teneriffan matkaselvitys tosi hidas ja ruuhkainen
Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli hyvää, mutta pienille reittilennoille Suomen sisällä olisi mukavaa saada pikku suolaista.
Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!
Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!
Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.

Air France lost my luggage again Its the second time in a week
A really excellent and comfortable experience. No wifi in my section of business class though - would have made it perfect.
The de-planing process could have been better in Buenos Aires - it took a long time before the aero bridge was connected - not the fault of Air France..
Could not hear announcements from staff. Luggage in hold was delayed on both legs of trip.

Miinukset: "The cabin on the 777-200 was far too hot (about 25c) and with no individual air vent I found this unbearable on a 12 hour flight. And despite the flight taking place entirely during daylight hours and leaving at 10:30 am, inexplicably we were made to all pull our blinds down and the lights went off after a couple of hours - in the middle of the day and for about 8 hours! So although I had paid for a window seat there was nothing to see apart from the window shade. As it was the middle of the day I could not go to sleep, the person in front of me reclined fully so for me the flight was a hot, claustropobic, dark hell. An utterly miserable experience. I felt like I was going mad, trapped in my own little cell."

But when we tried to sleep, our fellow passengers came and stood at our feet and talked so loudly that we could not possibly sleep. They stayed there for more than an hour. Would have loved for the staff to maybe ask them to tone it down, if not move."

2 hours delay, no catering, not even some water during the waiting time
It was ok but the captain didn't say a word and didn't explain where we are, how long it still takes, the temperature and so on. Too bad as we know from the flight to Fuerteventura that we go over some bigger cities and we would have enjoyed knowing more about where we are.
They made us pay 100 EUR For hand luggage for disappointed with the service and I will try to get the money back from them since our hand luggage did fit under the seat and actually measured the correct size.

Miinukset: "Lack of communication. Lack of sympathy. Lack of knowledge. From the beginning, I wasn’t given the boarding pass to my connecting flight nor was I informed as to why. When I finally made it to my connecting flight with NO time to spare (very small window of approximately 45 minutes to make it to my connecting flight) my husband, my son and I were turned away from our flight due to over booking. The Eurowings manager guarantees we would be able to make another flight if we went to the ticket counter right away. At the ticket counter, (different airline) the ticket agent explained we’d have to transfer our booking over from Eurowings to the new airline. This left us NO time to make that flight the Eurowings manager guaranteed us we would make. We also waited 3 hours at the baggage claim office only for them to tell us they lost all our bags. Only 2 out of our 5 bags made it onto the flight and will be waiting at lost and found of our final destination and the other 3 bags are unknown of their whereabouts. The Eurowings ticket agent took ALL of our bags including my husbands and I carry ons, so we were left with no clothing and had to stay at the airport over night. This airline really sucks. We were never informed in advance of this over booking issue or I would have certainly made my own accommodations before hand. Will never fly Eurowings again. Definitely the worst airline I’ve traveled with. And I lost 5 bags in the process."

Miinukset: "Flight was cancelled; waited in the Rome airport for over 8 hours waiting for assistance and for a new flight for tomorrow and then another 2 hours we had to wait for a shuttle to take us to the hotel. By far worst airport/airline experience by far. Will never book with Austrian/Eurowings ever again."

Plussat: "Once we were all aboard the completely booked out flight, it didn’t take long to take off. The captain apologised for the delay and kept us up to date with our progress during the short flight. Staff were efficient and friendly."
Miinukset: "Lack of communication at the boarding gate. It wouldn’t take much to let people know the reason for the delay. And, while I understand that it isn’t possible to cater for all allergies on a short flight, there are enough people with food intolerances to have a few options other than wheat based snacks."

Miinukset: "Flight members were very rude, one didn't smile once. She also yelled at me when I was standing in an empty row stretching and waiting for the bathroom. She told me I was not allowed to stand up, even though I was in no one's way and we we're free to move about the cabin. Horribly rude during drink and food service as well."

Miinukset: "I could not check in online the evening prior as there were no more standard seats to select, and therefore could not purchase an extra check-in bag with online prices. I called Eurowings and they advised to just go to the airport and check-in. Was forced to pay a much higher price at the check-in counter at the airport. Either the online system has been set up to rip off the consumer or this is a farce."

Miinukset: "EW lost my suitcase in transit in Duesseldorf. Suitcase arrived in Berlin on next flight but then didn't get delivered until 24+ hours later. Hard to reach both EW and delivery service. Due to the delay and further travel plans the next day, I had to buy new clothes in Berlin to have something to wear."

Miinukset: "The last minute gate change where I imagine may be necessary, there were no announcements or follow up info, save the alert I received from the kayak.com app on my phone. This could've presented a big problem had my mobile not been charged."

Miinukset: "I travelled with my two children and they have given us three completely separate seats. I tried to ask the crew to help but they refused, both ground crew and in flight crew. We have flown with both Wizz Air and Easyjet this summer and those airlines have always assigned us seats together. Lufthansa did also. No idea why it was not possible for Eurowings. Also, crew were completely unhelpful, did not want to lift a finger for us. Luckily, a kind lady switched seats with me so I could sit next to my youngest son. Would definitely think twice about flying Eurowings again..."

Miinukset: "Making and being offered a solution that wasn’t two days later. When our plan had to emergency land due to engine surge there was no one working at the Norwegian desk. You had to wait in line for an hour and a half for a person to give you a slip of paper to call. They should have just told everyone"
Plussat: "I liked Landing and leaving off the flight."
Miinukset: "They provided no drinks or food for a 12hr flight. I was Charged $100 for my luggage when the check in process didn’t give me the option to pay at the kiosk. We were delayed by 2hrs and missed all connecting trains to my final destination."

Miinukset: "Neither the website nor subsequent communication let me know I could buy dinner or snacks. Nor did I know that blankets and headsets were not provided. It was actually better than having carts blocking the aisles for so long. There was just insufficient information ahead of time"

Miinukset: "I changed seats with another passenger and I had preordered food. After telling this to 4 crew members, they still kept delivering my food to the wrong seat. I ordered vegetarian, so I got my food before everyone and then they kept forgetting to serve me drinks and coffee and so many other things."

Miinukset: "Perhaps offering water to passengers who didn’t select in flight meal option. Eight hour flight with no water is horrible. There is an option for buy bottled water for 4 Euros but I think basic customer service should include water. Terrible... I’ve never seen this before!!!!"

No online boarding pass meant reentering security line with no fewer than 500 people in front of us; 3 hour delay departing newark; filthy, crowded, standing room only lounge in Newark; no sight of flight attendants until 2 hours after take off (by that time it was 4am and no beverage)."

Then it took a full 50 minutes to get checked luggage at destination (Barcelona). Staff was rude and simply did not care. After paying for seat assignment and checked bag, it is not a bargain airline. This was first and last time on Norwegian."

The cost of changing our flight through Kayak for the next day was over $750 and the travel insurance I purchased through Kayak may not cover this event. I may never use Kayak again. Miinukset: "I have traveled with different airlines such as Delta, France and America airline to near and far places and they have all given something to eat but this one NOTHING, not even water, you had to pay for it. This airline was the worst, first they wanted to charge me for my suitcase that I was bringing in which 50 pounds were free. Another reason was because I asked an airy one if it was possible for me to change to another seat since there were manyyyy empties seats in whixh she said/meant no; but the worst thing is that i still have one more flight with this airline. Im sorry if i am been selfish but this is how i feel."

Miinukset: "On Tuesday, November 1st, 2017, a girlfriend and I flew from Newark, NJ to Barcelona, Spain on an Economy flight. I have flown both internationally and economy before, but I have never been on a flight, especially a 7 hour international flight, where I wasn't even offered water! The crew didn't even make eye contact if you didn't purchase an upgraded flight. I didn't expect a meal flying overnight, but I've received pretzels and a soft drink on 45 minute flights! How is that we received meals and drinks, and the proper hospitality on the return flight, also without purchasing the upgrade? Maybe it was because the return flight was operated by Hi Fly. Norwegian needs a lesson from Hi Fly on how to treat their customers! I will never fly with Norwegian again, and will share my experience with anyone contemplating flying with this carrier. Shame on you, Norwegian!!!"

My boarding pass was scanned on time but had to wait to get in the plane for about 45 minutes. We all sat in the pathway entrance. When we finally boarded the plane did not leave until an hour later. Crew members were nice. EasyJet charged for everything. No snacks for free.
we had a real problem at the check-in because EASY JET didn't have received the information that we had contracted and paid for 1 cabin luggage each one, my boss and I , and they charged us again for our small suitcase !!! So we paid twice for the same service!! We came back last thursday evening and we still haven't received the invoice to be able to claim . we are very angry with kayak... next time we won't buy our flight ticket by you . Miinukset: "Even in low fare airlines you're allowed to have one piece of luggage and hand luggage with you. easyJet allows only one hand luggage, but they don't clarify that clearly in their rules. They are telling that first in the gate and then they charge for extra £50 for hand luggage. I'm going to avoid flying easyJet in the future."

So basically one of the boarding workers went through the line and ask how many luggage do we have. My dad said she already checked once while we were waiting by the gate. Anyway we made the line and basically the 2 nd time that she checked our loggage and I said we r 4 ppl and each one carry on and she said that besides carry on we had 2 back pack which we fit laptops . She checked and left and when we start boarding the said oh wait here you have 2 back pack so we need to pay for each carry on €60. She not only pulled us out of the line but also asked too many customers to go out of the line and fit even their small purse inside carry on. I was so mad cuz she already asked 2 times Before boarding and she didn't say anything. And during boarding she made us to leave the line and got the back packes inside the carry on . We travelled 3 countries in Europe w one back pack and one carry on. This was my first time ever experiencing this . I would never ever take any flight w easy jet again."
