I fly 3 times this year with Turkish Airlines this year is just getting worse service !!!!
Business class should have Veg meal options by default.
My connected flight from Warsaw was late. We have to run to the gate in Istanbul. Our bags did not arrive to Boston with us. Three days later we still do not have them.
Older aircraft and shows visually. 2 3 2 seating in business class is not ideal not much privacy as compared to competitors
I was very disappointed about how a canceled flight was handled. The was canceled on their behalf and I had to pay a higher price coming back home.
The service from kayak should have been better

Miinukset: "Heathrow T2 Business class checkin wasn’t clearly signed from entrance. If someone was next to me I would not have enjoyed not having aisle access. Water should be served more regularly without having to ask."

Miinukset: "I was flying from Skopje to Istanbul I got only one hour between the two flights and it was difficult to convince them to let me go through the business line so I can catch my flight to LA."

Instead of beginning boarding at the time printed on my ticket, like every other airline, boarding was completed and closed fifteen minutes before my ticket said they would start, so even though I was eight minutes early I was actually seven minutes too late. Turkish Airlines service desk took the evidence (my ticket) and then refused to rebook me, forcing me to pay $600 for a new flight and for a visa to Turkey just so I could exit through security to book & pay for it. They will not be getting any more of my business in the future!"
Plussat: "The flight was great and the service was wonderful. The plane was new and clean. A huge plus was the video entertainment in every seat along with headphones and USB Charging Port. They poured me a double Glenlivet scotch on the rocks at NO CHARGE!"
Miinukset: "I booked three round-trip tickets from LAX to Athens. Our daughter did not fly with us there but we checked with ticketing in LAX and they booked her seat anyway. The issue came when we tried to leave Athens the airlines then said that I had to purchase a one-way ticket! They informed me that the flight was cancelled for my daughter because she didn't fly to Athens. The ticket was almost $1,500.00 and I intend to get my money back but it was unfortunate that they had to charge me for it in the first place."

Miinukset: "Security process for boarding is a mess, with absurd redundancy and tiresome rechecking of passports an d boarding passes, inconsistent application of carry on rules and long waits. Then we boarded and sat for two hours. The aircraft should be checked out and ready to go before boarding. Then, in Chicago, it took almost 2 hours to get our luggage."

Miinukset: "Turkish Airlines basically give minimal benefit to Star Alliance Gold members. Access to the lounge was given finally after I produced my physical Gold card even though I gave them my UA number. There are no ticketing agents in the Istanbul Airport within the secured area. I was not comfortable going outside security and then back again through security to upgrade my ticket. Agents at Turkish Airlines CIP NOT helpful."

The best part was that I could check in 2 luggages per person in addition to the carry-on!!! Yes 2 pieces! Can't forget the little pouch they give you with slippers, socks, tooth brush kit, ear plugs, and the sleep mask for your eyes. By industry standard, the head phones are better than most other. You feel like a first class traveller in economy when you compare to a similar booking with other european airlines."
Miinukset: "Because of the fact that they are a part of star alliance I thought that we would be stacked like economy cargo as done with lufthansa, swiss, sas, austrian etc., but turkish airlines completely lives up to and is the star in that alliance, something their partners can learn from."

They canceled the flight we booked several weeks ago and Lufthansa rebooked us on a very bad connection through Frankfort but never told us…the helpful United people at the airport figured out what had happened and then rebooked us on a direct United flight, like our original booking, only overnight instead of daytime. Why did Lufthansa not mention that they had rebooked us, and why did they add a stopover needlessly?
They left my checked bag in my original location even though my wife’s checked bag made it to the destination. The flight was delayed to the point that we missed our connecting flight and the automatic rebooking was for a flight way further out than was helpful for our trip. Their customer service is nearly non-existent and they don’t seem to care about when they make an egregious mistake. Avoid this airline. It’s terrible.
The flight was half an hour late, which is the new normal in Europe. Friendly crew.
I found it a little upsetting that I had a backpack and carry-on luggage and was unable to place the carry-on luggage in the overhead bin because it was full. Therefore, I had to place the carry-on luggae underneath my seat which left me virtually no space, and the gentleman sitting next to me was kind enough to place my backpack under his seat. We also departed 30 minutes late. However, the crew did apologize for the flight delay.
Boarding in Munich is so disorganized
My bag was delayed as of now by one day, maybe more. Besides, the flight was delayed by one and a half hours.
One flight attendant was amazing, 1st class although she wasn't even in business class. Somehow felt others were tired or mind somewhere else, so not really good service. Choice of food was basic, but good choice of drinks. Plane was comfortable and I think pilot was a woman, which is a nice change. Excellent that there are dividers in the middle seat in business class. Corona restriction rules, like mask wearing rules is extremely wise. Other airlines removed it, but I like better your choice better. Feels safer.
Lufthansa is like any other low cost. Rather pay less and go with EasyJet

Miinukset: "I didn’t like the passenger sitting in front of me on my return flight from Frankfurt to JFK. She had her seat reclined the whole time even during meal service. I asked the stewardess to kindly ask the lady to move her seat up so I can remove my meal tray and she said to communicate with the passenger it would make things more easier. I thought that is what the stewardess is supposed to assist me with but hat is my only complaint"

Miinukset: "I was delayed in London, and thus missed my subsequent flights to Ankara and to Erbil. Arriving in Istanbul, there was a massive crowd at the transit desk with two Pegasus agents. They spoke little English and did not attempt to create an orderly queue. Instead, they were helping random people. Given that persons on the delayed flight were losing potential time to catch other flights, it was extremely unprofessional and rude to go about managing the issue in this way. I was quite exasperated and was told to calm down by Pegasus officials. Ultimately, I was delayed for one DAY, and forced to flight out the next night at midnight. If Pegasus had been consistent in managing passengers from a delayed flight, I could potentially have gone on to my final destination without a 24 hour delay."

And then Pegasus Plus frequent flyer never recognizes my PNR number when I try to get credit for my flights. I have flown 6 segments with them and none of the flights are recognized. When I try to do live chat, it only accept Turkish language. I am very disappointed in this airline's pre and post flight services."

There was no drink served with it but sold separately. Then it took over an hour for my tray to be picked up."

Had to remain inside departure terminal by gate for 18 hours. Ended up rebooking flight with another airline and delaying my arrival into Turkey by two days."
