It used to be extremely good, but now everything is banal. No attention to detail or pleasantness. The one thing that really concerns me is that Spanish stewards, more the women than the men, are becoming more rude than before. I understand that some passengers must be a hassle from time to time, but this is their one and only job, so a nice attitude is of the utmost importance."

Miinukset: "The problem was outbound from Porto to Rome. Iberia lost 2 out of 3 bags and one took 24 hours to reach our Rome hotel and one took 48 hours to reach our Rome hotel."

Did not ask people to have their seats upright during landing. No food or even water for a 7 hour flight unless you pay. Seat uncomfortable. Horrible experience."

Miinukset: "Like everyone says, you are cattle jammed in a sardine can. Barely any leg room and I’m 5’3. Other thoughts: the plane was old, my seat had a lump in it, zero entertainment, food was over priced. (3 Euro for a tiny water). This may seem petty but ultimately the appearance and function of the plane represents their company as a whole. From my first impressions, I’m thinking as a passenger is: I just hope the age and appearance of the plane isn’t reflective of their repairs and maintenance work as well."
Plussat: "Entertainment content was good and made the long trip more pleasant. I got a seat in the emergency exit and had lots of space for my legs. Alleys are quite narrow although and the crew was bumping into my arm quite often but overall seating experience was good."
Miinukset: "Boarding was very unorganized. It was difficult to understand the groups that were supposed to board. Overal check in process took too long. I arrived to the airport 3 hours in advance and finally made it to the gate when boarding started. Food can be improved as well. Had the pasta with spinach which consisted in some tortellini with very greasy cheese and way too many peppers. Second meal consisted in a sad croissant with ham and cheese."
Miinukset: "I didn't have any video for over two hours. I had to speak to 4 different crew members to get them to reset my monitor. They were not very friendly."
Plussat: "The films are a bit old but ok."
Miinukset: "Delayed flight, attendants rude, boarding not organized, the plane has too many rows, only pasta left for the last 10 rows. The touch screen in the seat is not quite nice for the one that is sit on it, looks like you have a bird hitting your head."
Plussat: "On my return flight to the United states, I got to fly with Iberia airlines. After flying my first segment with British airways, I wondered if the Spanish airline could keep up with BA's standards. Well, Iberia not only met the standards, but raised the bar! I am not sure if the fact that this was a day flight (unlike BA's red eye trip) or the fact that it took 2 more hours, but the crew served a full lunch, a snack AND a light meal, when with British i only received one full dinner and a morning snack."

Plussat: "This wa a short, one hour flight. it's hard to rate the experience with a flight this short."
Plussat: "Flight was early to Madrid (i.e. shorter duration than planned)."
Miinukset: "Not enough discipline in the boarding process. No enforcement of the carry-on luggage policy. People were bringing on 3-4 small bags and taking all of the overhead space."
Miinukset: "Airline switched to smaller plane after check-in, we were bumped off. Instead of direct flight from Madrid to Tel Aviv, we were routed through Vienna. Instead of 4.5 hours, it took us more than 12."
Plussat: "Great crew, funny and friendly. Really enjoyed my first experience on Iberia. The Economy Plus was really nice. I wasn't expecting a preflight beverage. Nice touch."

Another thing which is terribly annoying is the touch screen entertainment on the back of the seat. Who in their right mind invented this? What happens when you have a inconsiderate person playing games behind you tapping your seat back like they are playing the xylophone? Ridiculous! People have lost their ability to be respectful, so please get rid of this and put the controls someplace else. This goes for all airlines. Thanks."
Miinukset: "Flight was delayed over 2 hours. Entertainment was non-existent. They offered us pretzels which is hardly an inspiring food choice. Prior to boarding the airplane the alarm got triggered in the gate were waiting in, took over 10 min for them to deactivate it. Staff were seen just casually standing around."
Miinukset: "the flight over LAX to Madrid was horrible. An old plane, both my husband and I had broken seats, no screens, and no charging capability. The flight from MAD to LAX was much better with a newer plan. I would however, not fly with Iberia again, because the out bound flight was so awaful. So average rating is okay."

Plussat: "Quick Boarding and little waiting in the seat. Rear door was open when getting off the aircraft which made things quicker."
Miinukset: "At 6 ft, I only had enough leg room when I moved to a seat which had a spare seat next to it, allowing me to swing my legs. Otherwise, even when sat quite upright my knees would've been against the seat."

Plussat: "Smooth, simple, organized No good, no entertainment, of course Had only hand luggage, no problems"
Plussat: "Key to long haul flight is keeping everyone happy without forcing them to sleep. On a westbound flight arriving at night you want to get on the target timezone asap, this flight is the FIRST that really allowed me to do that without conflicting with people who don't know how to manage jet lag. The dimmable large windows and comfortable seat make it more comfortable. A/V with 3D map, online lunch ordering, being able to see outside without the bright sun bothering anyone, all worked well. +100 I was skeptical of the a la carte food & beverage service, without any regular service, especially on a long haul flight, but it seems to be much less hassle for stewards and frees up passengers to eat when they want. the food selection was meager and overpriced though. video system worked well, fortunately I found one good one, had all the trick play (replay, captions) so, ok, given meager selection. after 12 hour, people are tired, but few were visibly annoyed or crabby."
Miinukset: "They didn't have place to put garbage on the airplane, we tried to stuff it in the bathroom once, we just left the rest in the empty seat next to us. Spanish airports don't have good queue management, only two boarding classes, makeshift line. People crowd the gate making it seem like they'r about to get on next confusing the people who actually are next."

Miinukset: "Everything else. This was the worst plane experience ever. The flight was super super delayed (as were several other Vueling flights) and we stood in the bag drop line for over 2 hours because there was no system and everyone was confused. Then when we finally got through they updated the flight status every 10 min confusing everyone cause the time kept changing and no one knew what was going on. Then they finally posted the gate and we had to run to the other side of the airport and then they delayed the flight again so it was over 3 1/2 hours delayed In the end. Then boarding was a mess and the plane itself was pitiful for how expensive that flight was. This is never going to be a company of choice for me. Definitely a last resort."
Miinukset: "We arrived more than 2 hours too late - this on a 2 hour flight. This can happen - but flight history shows that this flight is too late every day. The seat pitch is the worst of all low-cost airlines in Europe. Also the plane needs a renovation. We are flying regularly low-cost airlines. But non of the competitors is so expensive. Vueling can’t be recommended."

Miinukset: "Very expensive but felt like budget airline. No space at all, legs were in pain bumped up to back of the front chair the whole time. Crew members very inattentive. No room for small carryon items. Would be more okay with this if tickets were cheaper, but for what I paid I expect better"

Miinukset: "wife is disabled,told she had aisle seat,staff on board had to shift her 3 times,we were booked in together but sat apart on both trips,full marks to the cabin crew who really did a great job of moving people around but we had no help from last minute.com and less from the airline when we phoned in regard to my wifes mobility scooter.sorry its back to Easy jet."

Miinukset: "Delayed over two hours both ways. Crew didn't make it down the aisle with the trolley for refreshments. Didn't have food vouchers and would not give me more than a a small glass of water even though we were stuck on a plane for over 5 hours."
Miinukset: "Seats were so small we could hardly fit. Airplane was extremely hot inside. No leg room at all for 5he middle seat and window seat passengers."
Miinukset: "The flight was unable to take off on time, which they did not communicate until after boarding. All of the passengers had to sit on the plane on the tarmac and wait an hour until we were able to take off."
Plussat: "Absolutely nothing"
Miinukset: "They overbooked the flight and would not let us on even though we had tickets because we did not check-in that morning online before our arrival to the airport. They re-booked us for another flight that had a connection but it kept getting delayed so they made us re-check our luggage 3 separate times. When we finally made it to the connecting city (Barcelona) that next flight was delayed from 9 pm departure to 11 pm to midnight and then to 2:30 AM with no confirmation that the flight would actually take-off. There was no one that could offer us help or give us answers as to what was going on, all employees were very vague and kept telling us they couldn't tell us anything. We spent 14 hours that day in the airport for a flight that should have taken 1.5 hours. They gave us 6 euros each as compensation and that was it. To put in a complaint to get your money back is very difficult. Their website is often down and they make the form very specific online so that if you type something in lowercase letters it won't go through. I will never fly them again and strongly suggest you don't either."

Miinukset: "Took no responsibility for missed flight to NYC after flight from Barcelona was delayed. It took 3 hours in Gatwick airport to get rebooked on a flight the next day. Did not agree to pay for accommodation or food or transport for the 24 hour interval between flights. Terrible."
Plussat: "I didn't take the flight so there was nothing to like"
Miinukset: "I booked the flight at noon. The flight left at 12:30, so the check-in counter was already closed because it was an international flight. I wanted to make a booking for the 29th, not the 27th... bookings shouldn't be made after the counter has already been closed. British Airways said that they didn't charge my credit card but I just checked it and it was definitely charged."
Miinukset: "No leg room! Especially in row 9 because seats moved forward to make rooom for row 10. Not Fair!!!!"
