The employee at Lufthansa Senator lounge was nice enough to tell us that the crew must have felt like leaving early. She was very nonchalant about the whole issue. She also refused to assist us, and told us we needed to exit the airport and reenter through the ticketing counter. I upheld my end of the deal by reaching the gate in time. This situation needs to be rectified."

The person at the Lufthansa desk left at EWR so there was no one to talk to about vouchers for our cancelled flight. Also I never received an email update about my upgrade request contrary to the email I received saying that I would get an update. I would not fly again on Lufthansa."

Frequent offers of beverages and water throughout the flight from Munich to EWR, hot towels. Nice! I was not able to choose my seats until check-in, 24 hours before flight time. Of course if I wanted to pay extra (would have amounted to $60 for two flights for each passenger) I could have. Representatives at check in in Athens, were indifferent and not very pleasant."

Since most of these flights left within an hour of each other it was bad news. Once again another chance to stand in line for way too long."

For a flight duration of over ten hours, it was terrible to repeatedly have to negotiate space with them as they were spilling into my chair space. I also had to insist they not extend their legs into my foot well."

Plussat: "The problem was a family with 4 children who failed to parent their children which made this 7 hour flight a nightmare. Their children yelled, screamed and cried the entire flight and their parents did nothing. Their children laid in the center aisles, jumped up and down in the seats like a trampoline. They played with the trays like a toy repeatedly opening and closing them for fun. They tossed pillows at each other and the father handed them back to them to do it again and again. The parents didn't even seat their children in - the flight attendant had to do it. In our section there was no sleeping only total frustration. I love kids but sitting behind totally irresponsible parents made this return flight a nightmare while awake"

It's not like Lufthansa is a budget airline. It's a full-fledged major carrier charging full-fledged prices. Seriously, I was expecting more."

It was poorly marked and there was a point where the doors where closed and the bus was out front, we were all pounding to get through the door, then the bus drove off, we thought the my left us. 5 minutes later another bus came. We were fine, but the group of 8 did panick and had an unnecessarily stressful experience. Simple communication could fix it!"

No rushing was needed though, the flight was delayed for 1:30h and after we all boarded a further delay was announced. I will never fly with KLM."

First bag arrived a day late, second after I had left Billund and it was six days before the bag with my clothes reached me. I was told I will have 100 euro credit for clothing, but in the winter and for 6 days, this was not even close to the amount I needed for clothing and necessities, to have my time here."

Miinukset: "una valija se perdió. Eso desató el descontrol que tiene KLM para seguir el equipaje. No hay como hacer tracking. No hay un teléfono a donde hablar, la web está desactualizada y con información equivocada. Direccionan a usar canales de twitter y facebook que no responden. Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen."

Miinukset: "Without any explanation the plane I was due to go to Istanbul on at 11.30 was not available. I had to wait for a small plane coming from Edinburgh then wait for it to be emptied of passengers and cleaned. This meant we were over 2 hours late into Istanbul. No explanation or apology. I then missed my next flight in Istanbul and had to purchase another ticket. I cannot believe that air passengers are treated in this way!!! I will follow this up with KLM when I go home from my holiday."

Miinukset: "Information on KLM website and flight status said 50 minutes delay and was never updated with the true status. 3 hours before we took off. KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

Plussat: "The flight was delayed by 40 minutes initially then a further 20 making it an hour late. Sitting at the gate there was then suddenly a last call to board the flight and a mad rush for everyone to get on. I appreciate that delays happen but the lack of communication ragardinh altered boarding times didn't make the situation any easier"

Plussat: "The staff were friendly and all smiles. Seats were comfortable and we had a quick, smooth flight from Edinburgh to Amsterdam. The breakfast supplied was an egg and mayonnaise sandwich plus a drink, which seemed about right and very Dutch in character."
Miinukset: "It was rainy and necessary to walk outside to access the plane; the staff should give their customers a heads-up so that jackets can be donned. Additionally, the check-in queue seemed rather sluggish."

Plussat: "Flight crew on flight from Amsterdam to Cape Town were probably the most friendly and enthusiastic I've experienced and no, they were not all young. The plane was spotless throughout the flight. They were always coming around with water and juice and they genuinely seemed to care about all the passengers. The Flight back crew were just the opposite. More like the old lazy farts you get on the American carriers or BA or QF long haul. Whoo have been there for the long haul and should have stopped ages ago."

Plussat: "The crew was friendly. Baggage arrive safely. But the repeated commercial interruptions trying to sell things made me wonder if it was commission based - a nap was not possible from the announcements but you could buy things duty free. I am glad it was a short flight. A new plane."
Miinukset: "There are no queues. A free for all to load and unload the plane. If you are looking for Swiss order, look elsewhere. Nothing is free, not water (1.5 euro) or any other beverages or anything else. We paid double what the flight should cost to not even be offered water. The seats were lightly padded to maximize seats. There was a small amount of leg room but some. No power outlets, wifi or media. The worst aspect is I bought a flight on Baltic Air from Tallinn to Riga and had the price from Riga to Paris on the next tab on kayak. I bought the ticket from Tallin to Riga then flipped to buy Riga to Paris only to learn it was a bait price. The price was actually $200 more. Baltic would not refund the first flight (within minutes) so we were stuck to either walk away from our 2 tickets to Riga or pay the bait and switch rate. We begrudgingly paid 400 (200 each) euro MORE than the initial price shown so we could fly out of Riga back to Paris (to be back in Paris by Jan 7). A non alcoholic beverage, a small snack, and power access would be helpful. Ground crew helping with order would be helpful. I was shoved and run over trying to get onto and off the plane. It is the wild west of flying except the plane is new...oh, and it is 30 euro if you do not check in online ahead. But you will still need to stand in line to check a bag (where they can issue you a boarding pass)."

Miinukset: "Free water ! On a 2+ hours flight, it’s scandalous to have to pay for a glass of water. Also, your cabin crew was inexperienced (but trying hard, credit to them) and understaffed. And the flight was late."

Miinukset: "Not mentioned that in Munich I had to change terminal and pass again on security check. If I would have bought some bottles in Vilnius or Riga duty free, I would have had problems"

Miinukset: "Abigail in MLA (Luqa Intl Malta), one of the sassiest and unhelpful agents I have met. Ask for payment for baggage, does something with my credit card- then tells me I need to go to another desk to pay. So inefficient. This on top of her and her gate buddy screwing around at the desk throwing things at each other. Professionalism is not here. To top it off, the plane sat on the tarmac for 40 minutes and we just about missed our connection. Dirty plane too, gum stains on carpet and dirty seats. Will not fly with these clowns again."

Miinukset: "They charged me 35 dollars to check in and the reason I did not check in was because their other flight was running late and was not sure I will make to that flight. It took forever to get bags in Riga. In the empty flight the way they were seating people was crazy. I'm lifetime gold with American Airlines so I do fair share flying and can tell you it's not a good Airline."

We explained at the checkpoint that we had a few minutes, but they controlled us several times until we had to throw several liquid items. In St. Petersburg they had already controlled us, without problems. In short: a sad experience in Riga, which does not speak well of this country: Latvia."

Plussat: "We went to Tallin by taxi 5 hour Air Baltic gave for voucher We are group of 8 frends"

Miinukset: "They delayed our flight from Gatwick to Riga with no information given to passengers. Many of us had a connecting flight with Air Baltic from Riga to Helsinki- which we asked if they will wait for us, the crew member said because the flight was also with Air Baltic, they will wait for us. We got there 10 minutes before take off, and the gate has already closed. Furthermore, we got to the Air Baltic counter, we were given 5Euro meal vouchers even though we will be staying at the Riga airport for 9 hours. Also they gave us terrible customer service attitude, which we definitely do not deserve after being delayed, and causing so much trouble on their behalf. Definitely do not recommend flying with Air Baltic again. I've never been this angry with any air line."

Miinukset: "SEVERELY DELAYED"

Plussat: "On time boarding and departure. Clean plane and friendly staff."
Miinukset: "Nothing, all was good."

Plussat: "Everything was in time. Baggage I handked in the Riga airport and received it in Larnaca, no problems"

Miinukset: "An extra fee is charged if you don't check-in online."

Miinukset: "We had to pay for 3 pieces of luggage, including my hand luggage. It came to about $150 dollars. When i booked the flight, it did not indicate anything about this extra change so be ware of this. The flight itself was quite inexpensive."

Plussat: "The helpful ground person at check-in."
Miinukset: "This airline company looks a like person who is begging for money. First time in my life I paid for the luggage. 40 Euros!!! what for? Apparently Air Baltic has no clue about how to run a service business. Somebody has to teach them this naked reality: IN SERVICE BUSINESS YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE YOUR MAJOR MARKETING ASSETS! They don't even serve a glass of water, apparently they could not manage to integrate it in the ticket price. But they dare to get thirsty and unhappy customers on the plane. Anyways: This airline company is charging extra for luggage. And I could not see this anywhere when I was buying ticket online. If I knew I'd never buy the ticket from Airbaltic. "Not writing it clearly and visible at the time of ticket purchase" is certainly tricking and misleading us. This is a crime!"

Miinukset: "In Stockholm they denied my boarding to Riga and Moscow as they told me that I need Shengen visa. When I was buying ticket I wasn't informed that I need to have Visa. I always travel through Europe with layovers and never have this issue before. I had to buy another ticket straight to Moscow and wait in the airport for 8 hours. I ask to reimburse me half of the price of this ticket."

Plussat: "Enough said"

Plussat: "Boarding went well and crew was nice."
Miinukset: "The air conditioning was not working properly on the 3 hour flight which made it a bit sweaty and unfortable. The purchase of a cold beer was a must."

Plussat: "good"

Plussat: "It got me from point A to point B."
Miinukset: "Seat was uncomfortable and next to an odorous toilet."

Plussat: "Great airline with good airplanes and friendly staff. I was able to board the plane using my iPhone (e-ticket) from Copenhagen to Riga to Moscow."

Miinukset: "No fee food or beverages at all. Attendants were very pleasant. Since this is an economy airline there reallly is no complaint. Our flight was full and boarding went smoothly."

Miinukset: "Who charges for coffee, jeez"

Plussat: "I was surprised by the professionalism of air Baltic employees. They dressed well."

Plussat: "It was very easy to print boarding pass."
Miinukset: "The scanners did not accept my boarding pass. 40% of the passengers had to have boarding passes reprinted. It was chaotic."

Plussat: "The equipment used for the trip to latvia. the cs300 was superb and I enjoyed my seat. It was comfortable. The boarding was quick and efficient. spacious and quite lovely. the food was ok . i enjoyed the grilled pork."
Miinukset: "the customer service rep stopped only me, the only black man travelling from riga to russia and was scrutinizing my passport for some long agonizing minutes. My russian visa is in the passport and updated and quite visible to see on the third page of my passport and being from Grenada I am able to travel to latvia visa free for up to 90 days. I stood there whilst others walked past me and went to the aircraft. that sucked. may 09 2017 at around 9 am."

Plussat: "Quick boarding once the plane finally arrived. Planes are new."
Miinukset: "Flight was delayed approximately 45 minutes as a result of late arrival of aircraft - surprising since it was a morning flight.. I am 6ft2, leg room is VERY tight. I slept most of the flight so cannot speak to food or entertainment. Watch out for the fees! 5 euro per leg for a seat assignment 60 euro to check bags."

Miinukset: "For people who have Airbaltic as a connecting flight this might be very inconvenient. We paid 40 Eur/person each way for our luggage . That brings the price that you pay so much higher than you expect at first. Also if you don't print boarding pass ahead of time which we didn't (plus still needed to drop off checked luggage and check our passports) they want to charge you 30 Eur a person to print that drinking piece of paper. If you don't want to pay that get out of the line with all of you luggage, go to kiosk and print it, then come back to the line. But that's companies rules , employees just have to follow it. Another problem was their attitude. The guy who got our luggage was so weird. Showing off and talking to us like a boss. After giving us boarding passes he said we can go to the screen and look up the gate ourselves. I never write long reviews but man! they got me mad that day. Never say never - but I don't want to fly with this airline again"

Plussat: "Boarding was efficient."
Miinukset: "No free food or drink of any kind. That would have been okay since prices were reasonable. However, they completely skipped my row on my side of the plane, and I had to use the call button to get service."

Plussat: "The ticket was affordable"
Miinukset: "The baggage rules are dubious at best."

Plussat: "Crew was good, food and drink good"
Miinukset: "I do not like how you can’t check in online and choose seat assignment. I paid way too much for premium seating to be stuck between 2 bickering family members for 9 hours with no options."

Miinukset: "2.5 hours late, ground crew horrible."

Plussat: "Smooth flight, new plane and arrived on time."
Miinukset: "The baggage allowances are very strict and creates an antagonistic experience at check in."

Miinukset: "It would be nice if they would serve free food like every other flying company"

Plussat: "Good legroom"
Miinukset: "Flight was delayed by over an hour"

Plussat: "Nothing."
Miinukset: "Being on a flight for 11 hours and they don’t provide a meal, and have to pay for a check in. That’s absurd."

Plussat: "Not much"
Miinukset: "Check in, boarding, delays, all were a disaster. Seat was broken, crew did a poor job with cabin service."

Plussat: "Will never fly Norwegian again. They are price gaugers"
Miinukset: "A little more flexibility with luggage - I was 1.5 kilos overabv they forced me to pay $100 for a whole new checked luggage."

Plussat: "You get what you pay for. So no food or drink unless you purchase."
Miinukset: "The crew just seemed angry. Never Really smiled. If you didn’t pay for a meal plan they could care less about you"

Plussat: "Nothing to be honest. Very mediocre airline. Zero customer service from check in to in flight service. Very rude and non helpful crew. Extremely disappointing."
Miinukset: "Definitely customer service. Staff needs to know the definition of hospitality and customer service and then apply it with joy and passion for their jobs."

Miinukset: "Seats were very tight. Crew was not at all friendly. There were no free food or drinks. Even water and coffee were not free. I tried to order a muffin and were told they ran out. It was a very long 12 hours!! I am sorry I will be taking Norwegian airline home."

Miinukset: "WiFi wasn’t working and video monitor was temperamental."

Plussat: "New plane..."
Miinukset: "The check-in line was horrendous, then, once you're on the plane, water is rationed, no blanket or pillow. Just horrible. You get what you pay for...never again!"

Plussat: "Seat 6D has lots of leg room"

Plussat: "The seats were comfortable, and I like the large windows with the tinted glass."
Miinukset: "The boarding procedure could be better organized. Also, I don't like the idea that even water has to be purchased with a credit card."

Plussat: "You ought to have a NA option as Food was not served on this shorter route."

Plussat: "Boarding was fairly fast"
Miinukset: "After our initial meal, we got no more drinks or snacks for 8 hours. We were hungry and thirsty - and we were in premium seats. Perhaps they can serve the second meal sooner or at least offer some chips or snacks a few hours after the first meal. This was not an overnight flight."

Plussat: "Norwegian Air is great! Very nice plane"

Plussat: "The flight was comfortable and the condition of the cabin very good. As we landed 1.5 hours late, the captain and crew asked people who didn’t have a transfer flight to remain seated while those of us needing to make it to our next leg were allowed to deboard first. That was thoughtful and helped me make my train with 10 minutes to spare!"
Miinukset: "Flight was delayed 1.5 hours. When we finally boarded, there was no crowd control, just everyone trying to squeeze into 2 checkin lines at once. My partner and I were seated 15 rows apart, even though we bought our tickets together. I was seated in the very back row, were I could here the cabin crew in the kitchen, talking loudly and at times unprofessionally. No food or drinks unless you pay extra for it."

Plussat: "Spacious, comfortable"
Miinukset: "No pillows, breakfast not very good"

Miinukset: "Kind of a bumpy landing and the flight was delayed. Baggage check in terminals were down as well, which caused quite a bit of delay"

Plussat: "Smooth ride. Wide variety of snack options. Convenient charger for my electronics."
Miinukset: "Wish I knew I’m advance the importance of choosing a non-middle seat. The middle seat for 9+ hours was pretty miserable."

Miinukset: "Needed to provide more food/snacks. Many things ran out and it is a 10 hour flight. Also, the staff does not check on every passenger as often as they should to make sure everyone is okay."

Plussat: "The quality and amenities of the plane"
Miinukset: "Arriving to my destination 12 hours later than planned."

Miinukset: "Giving out water should be free!"

Plussat: "Nothing"
Miinukset: "I missed my flight waiting at the wrong gate( there was another flight to Stockholm, my connecting city, being conducted by another airline) I did not notice until it was too late. The airline neglected to offload my checked luggage, refused to do accommodate me with a change fee and now has lost my bag and has no idea where it is."

Plussat: "If anything, the leg from Oslo to JFK was worse than Bangkok to Oslo! Hard to believe, but true."
Miinukset: "Gate waiting area was cleared - no idea why. As a wheelchair passenger, I was simply stuck for over an hour with no clue what was going on, no way to get to restroom or anything else. Flight delayed over 2 hours & worried about my connection at JFK. GROSS INCOMPETENCE. GROSSLY UNCOMOPETITIVE ON PRICE OR SERVICE OR AMENITIES WITH OTHER AIRLINES. I'm beyond disgusted with these clowns."

Miinukset: "I flew from Milano and transferred in Oslo. We had 1,5 hrs of lay over which should be sufficient to transfer baggage to the NY flight however, my bag didn’t make it to NY. The staff at JFK couldn’t tell me where the bag is, I am still waiting to hear from them."

Plussat: "Service was top notch."

Plussat: "787 Aircraft is nice. Decent selection of in-flight entertainment options. The main reason to fly Norwegian is low cost."
Miinukset: "Boarding was delayed 30 min because Norwegian isn't very well organized. The boarding lounge at Gatwick has half the capacity of the aircraft, so people were packed in to a tiny space until boarding actually started. In-seat USB charger didn't work."

Plussat: "Love the planes (boeing 787)."
Miinukset: "A few of the crew members (one woman in particular) were very rude to people that were just asking about immigration forms etc. Her attitude sucked. The announcement volume was low as well so the crew could've been a bit nicer about the questions. Not thrilled with not even being offered water once during an 8 hour flight. I've been flying first, business and economy plus on American alot for the past few years and was u aware that this was a discount airline when I booked. Like I said, I love the new planes but I'm going to spend the money and have a nicer crew with water and a meal for international flights (I flew Stockholm to NYC)."

Plussat: "The boarding was done in organized fashion"
Miinukset: "We were seated next to a bathroom which was loud and smelled. Very difficult website to get seats."

Plussat: "Left on time or earlier. Crew very attentive. Very nice plane Excellent price. I was fed, others were not, not sure why?"
Miinukset: "No headphones or inflight food provided. Everything is for sale"

Plussat: "Beautiful new Dreamliner. Food was ok. Cabin service was attentive and friendly. LAX to LGW crew far better than return trip but overall great service. Entertainment was good but more of a selection on other carriers."
Miinukset: "Only real complaint is that the premium/business passengers don’t get luggage preference. Part of the perk of premium should be exiting passengers off the aircraft first, which they don’t do, and your luggage should come out of baggage claim first but they don’t tag it separately."

Plussat: "Friendly Crew members"
Miinukset: "Not enough food choices. Limited entertainment."

Miinukset: "It took them 3 1/2 hours for them to give us the opportunity to buy some water. I've never seen a more inept flight crew. The in-flight entertainment was broken but that's not really the fault of the flight crew. So instead of turning at them off they just left the screens flash in our eyes for the eight hour flight."

Plussat: "Simple."

Plussat: "easy boarding friendly staff clean plane"
Miinukset: "really did not like all the extra charges from what is customary on a long international flight. charge for blanket, snacks, no scheduled meal service. no wifi on flight either but had USB charge ports. this was a 12 hours flight. would not do it again, there was no discount for the fare in comparison to similar airlines that provide all this in the standard fare."

Plussat: "The engine purred like a kitten. Seats, free videos, easy access to order drinks & food w tap of your finger. Friendly, courteous greets you w a warm smile. Spacious airplane."
Miinukset: "Norwegian airlines needs to tell their customers that their luggage was left behind in Stockholm. We are exhausted from the long travels & are even more pissed off when multiple customers kept waiting for their luggage. I felt even more horrible to the family that was taking a cruise the next day. Can you believe Norwegian airlines are closed on Sunday. Couldn't talk to customer service until Monday when they opened. Bad customer satisfaction;("

Miinukset: "I had a terrible stomach ache & they would not let me use the restroom!!!"

Plussat: "The flight was smooth and easy."
Miinukset: "The longest wait I have ever seen to get passport reviewed. I am sure people missed their flight. There was no sense of urgency, no information, once I got to the gate the sign said Gate Closed. Luckily they were still boarding but bette, no any communication would have been better."

Plussat: "Very efficient crew, food was great, had wine with my meal at no extra cost! I like The aircraft configuration with the seats, it makes it easier to board the plane."
Miinukset: "Games could be expanded, missed soduko."

Miinukset: "Bad communication, no Norwegian representative, huge lines to get assistance, very bad hotel offered. In total door to door my travel took 32 hours because of Norwegian!"

Miinukset: "Did not accept American Express credit cards. In flight entertainment was old kids cartoons on shared screens. Other flights allow passengers to choose their own in flight entertainment."
