Miinukset: "We were traveling with our 1 year old. On any other flight, we've been given seats with extra legroom and a bassinet when available. Turkish airlines put us crammed in a window and middle seat for a 9 hour flight. It was absolutely un-doable. Everyone around us realized this and tried to help as we asked the flight attendant to help us and she said that I should ask other people to move around not her. We had to go around the plane begging people who were sitting with a bassinet and no baby to trade seats with us. It was an absolutely horrible experience. It was the airline's mistake, and we were the ones forced to try to fix it. Yes, we got a bassinet eventually, but not before we saw how mean and selfish other passengers could be pretending not to hear us and ignoring us. And no help from the crew."

How does an airline not put a tag on a bag and give a bagage tag to a customer. ?? And after going on a cruise with one Carry on and everything Lost they don't even give us an allowance or a normal kit for toiletries and no one answers our questions. All the calls go to the call center that has no idea about how to track a bag. There are no managers to help and the customer service stinks"

I was supposed to fly on May 18,2017 with Turkish Airlines and my flight was rescheduled for May 19 without prior notice,call or a text message.I was driving to Miami on the 18 th just to find out my dilghtbwas cancelled.No one have me an option or asked me to reschedule.I had to fly on the 18 May and I picked this day for a reason.No one from Turkish airlines was present at the airport on the 18 May."

There are snacks like muffin available "anytime" On our long flight from Atlanta to Paris I pressed the button 3 times to see if I could get a muffin, but the attendant alert was turned off remotely and no one came to check on me. Thank God it wasn't some sort of emergency."

When I boarded the overhead luggage was full could not find space to secure my bags. The flight attendant was very rude did not assist me and made me wait. Other people traveling without luggage pushed me to pass by. I was told not very nice things. The flight was overbooked and overall horible experience."

(Note: same suitcase accepted by Lufthansa without extra charge. Security check also excessive and bureaucratic without giving sense of better safety."

The only way to talk to them is to find them at the end of the plane ( where they been chating with each other ) Secondly . The amount of snacks was limited where’s in Turkish airlines it’s unlimited and you can choose different sandwiches whereas in Austrian airilines can offer biscuits and Cookies ;( Thirdly . We are living in 21 century and most transatlantic airlines have WiFi ! Where’s Austrian did not have it!"

Miinukset: "Aircraft was older 777 and lavatories weren't very clean. Upon landing in Vienna, my mobility walker (tagged to be brought up to me at jetway) was sent to my connecting flight to Sophia. The flight crew refused to intercept it and have it brought up to me at the aircraft. To make matters much, much worse, the flight crew eventually gave up and left, leaving me LOCKED inside the jetway for over 30 minutes after calling for a wheelchair. The replentishment crew refused to let me out of the locked jetway. Only after the wheelchair arrived was I let out of the locked jetway. I was taken to the Austrian Airlines service center where I lodged a formal complaint. Supervisor/Rene refused to upgrade my seat in any fashion to compensate for my distress. He did, however, arrange for me to given access to the VIP lounge and then taken to my VIE-SOF gate. Had I had a shorter layover, I would have missed my connecting flight."

Miinukset: "Austrian cancelled my flight from berlin and rebooked me 2 :/6: later without even letting me know, like if I don't have anything else to do than wait in berlin for 2 days!"

Miinukset: "Flight cancelled morning of the flight and our direct flight on Austrian Air turned into a flight on Lufthansa with a layover in Munich. Not pleased with their handling of the situation and their very blasé customer service"

Miinukset: "First fight was canceled to Vienna diverted to Turkish air to flight into Turkey. In the US was diverted to Milwaukee for 2 hours after already being on a 12 hour flight. Then missing our landing time in Chicago by 5 hours."

Miinukset: "it's the 21st century but the aircraft has no audio/video system. Not even a USB port to charge devices or allow using my own entertainment device."

There was someone who was using the skype in ipad long after we were requested to turn off all electronic devices. She was talking really loudly. They went back and forth without saying anything. I finally had to remind the lady. It is odd for passengers to ask someone to comply with rules. I think it was United flight."

Miinukset: "I am vegeterian and they served me meat twice. At the first time they forgot to serve me food while I was at the restroom. It took me a while to reach their attention and I started my meal when everyone finished."

Plussat: "Getting off the plane! Never to return!!"
Miinukset: "Not enough leg room for an over seas flight. Cramped and uncomfortable . Had to literally climb over the seat to get out of a seated position."

Miinukset: "Miles and more didn't register my points for the brussels to Vienna leg!"

Plussat: "The only thing I liked is the fact I could get on a flight and get home the same day."
Miinukset: "Because of a delay on a previous flight, I missed my original flight and while I was waiting to board, I called Austrian on the phone to advise them of the delay, so they can protect me on the last flight for the day. The agent refused to do so and advised me to take care of it in Vienna as I was flying on an award ticket and there was no more availability. When I got to the airport in Vienna, I was told the flight was overbooked and they can only guarantee flights the following morning, which wouldn't have worked for me due to other engagements. I was put on a standby list and was told I was #1. When I inquired why they weren't proactive in rebooking people instead of waiting to be told the obvious, I was countered that even if they were to do that, there would be no seats, which was false as I was told over the phone there were still a few seats left at that time. Overall, a horrible way to handle things by Austrian, especially given my Star Alliance Gold status."

Miinukset: "Ground staff in Detroit and Vienna: - sent us to hotel that didn’t have rooms for us (although they had hours to verify which hotels had rooms available in the area). - They showed up late the next morning. - Austrian Airlines staff in Vienna apparently were unavailable for at least 2 hours to arrange our flight. - The local staff were unwilling to give me a car rental voucher (under the false pretense that the roads were unsafe)."

Miinukset: "They check for everything in the counter as if it was a low cost airline. If you go a kilo more over your baggage allowance you have to pay 100 eur. And for your cabin luggage you only have 12 kg that they check you twice and they have security staff at the airport specifically check in this."

Miinukset: "This was the most narrow airplane seat I’ve ever experienced. So uncomfortable."

Miinukset: "I called for a crew member 5 times and waited 25 minutes for anyone to help me with just some water. I had to get up and go to the very back of the plane to ask for some water. The plane was hot and no air to be found. This was all after we had to get back off the plane before takeoff. It was terrib"

Plussat: "My seat at the window was great and the staff really friendly and courteous!"

Plussat: "Very pleased with KLM - efficiency all round and especially the baggage handling at Schipol swhere I had 20 minutes to transfer and my baggage came back with me to the UK which is no mean feat given the hustle and bustle of such a large airport"

Miinukset: "There was a Force Majeur delay in Helsinki due to wings freezing that caused 20 minute delay to Amsterdam and made the interchange stressful."

Plussat: "Seat 39A did not recline. The gentleman next to me spread his arms out a bit as he typed on his computer the entire way. So I did not get ANY sleep. Plus he got up at least four times."

Miinukset: "KLM lost my luggage during the layover. My luggage didn't arrive even after the next flight to Prague. Customer service wouldn't give me any idea what flight my luggage would arrive on, nor would they tell me what time my luggage might be delivered to me."

Miinukset: "The movie selection did not seem extremely varied."

Miinukset: "Our total flight time was about 17 hours - MAD- AMS-LAX. My husband and I both have an internationally approved carry on luggages with us. When we checked in - they asked us to both check in our carry on luggage. The reason why is because they said they don’t think they have enough space for our carry ons. I told the crew member checking us in that other people that was checking in with the same hand carry size luggage with us had no problems taking it with them. For being about to be on a 17 HOUR FLIGHT we should be ALLOWED to have our carry ons with us! We take carry ons for that reason! I had to argue and prove my case to the crew member to atleast keep 1 carry on with us. I thought that was an UNACCEPTABLE reason for us to check in a carry on luggage when we had a 17 hour travel time ahead of us. Not a happy costumer here."

Plussat: "He missed it due to having a 32 minute layover, which he ran all the way to board."
Miinukset: "he had no choice but to look at the closed door of his flight, and wait an additional 7 hours and they didn't even give him a voucher for food. I'm his mother, I'm currently visiting family in Scotland, so couldn't help him much. I'm pretty disgusting and disappointed by the whole experience."

Miinukset: "2 hours on the tarmac delayed with no explanation. Uncomfortable seats, no leg room. Poor management of seating, there was enough empty seats to have groups together but they were split up. Drinks served from a communal bottle in a polystyrene cup."

Plussat: "Pretty basic one hour flight so there's not much to complain about or praise about. I got some sleep which was good."
Miinukset: "The crew had their general Dutch aloofness on form. Chatted to one of the stewardesses in Dutch up until she saw I had a British passport then she decided she could only speak English to me."

Miinukset: "KLM crews look unhappy with their work. Everything they do is a favor not duty."

Plussat: "The cabin crew were pretty good. That's about all that was good."
Miinukset: "I paid almost $400 for upgraded seats. When I got to the airport-- no seats-- both ways!! i didn't even have regular seat assignments. I had to choose from the last few seats available. The ticket agent, the gate agent and the cabin crew all did nothing to make up for the fact that their system screwed up and stuck me in a cramped coach seat in the back of the plane for 11 hours-- TWICE! Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again."

Miinukset: "Per usual, KLM can't seem to figure out the order of boarding the plane. Should be business - priority - everyone else. Instead they do priority first, and that's usually two-thirds of the passengers. Strange choice of in-flight movies; no accounting for taste, I guess."

Miinukset: "Being delayed and missing my connecting flight. No entertainment onboard (for hours and hours)."

Miinukset: "One of the senior stewardesses we're very rude. Whether it's her personal opinion or KLM's policy, it's unreasonable to think that a 3 years old child could or should hold her pipi over 20 minutes, while they slowly and inefficiently trying to give out food. Several parents were there with the request to let us through to the toilet with small children and she smiled in our face and said "no, we will finish first and than you can go". She might be not fit for the job anymore, but KLM can't afford this kind of treatment."

Plussat: "Good flight, we got a nice snack despite it being a short flight, the staff was great."

Plussat: "No entertainment or food needed on a half hour flight. Otherwise excellent."

Miinukset: "Because of slow boarding process flight was delayed by 15 minutes. I had short connection in Amsterdam."

Miinukset: "Turbulence, with all our technology we still cannot avoid this?"

Miinukset: "The flight was very delayed. We sat on the floor because there was not enough seating. We eventually had to squeeze into buses and drive around the tarmac to find a plane. We lost 5 bags in the process but eventually got them 2 days after arrival. the bags did not show up when we originally were told they would."

Plussat: "Overall, good flight"

Miinukset: "The flight was delayed for more then an hour and there was a last minute gate change to the other side of the terminal."

Plussat: "During my first flight from East Midlands England to Amsterdam I lost my baggage by another airlines and the KLM crew was very dedicated and supportive until they found it and check in for me... Many thanks and I wouldn't forget it."

Miinukset: "Luggage lost and not found. Contact to executing airline KLM very difficult, because the case-nr. on the "lost-luggage-form" was unreadable. but without this number, you can do nothing, because it almost impossible to get someone on the phone at KLM. Mostly you talk to computers. Obviously the phone is oldfashioned and you need twitter and facebook. Poor service, KLM So you can have a pleasant flight, but if you need service, you are lost."

Plussat: "the hostess was nice"
Miinukset: "i was givven a poor seat at the end of the airplane, 2 people slept next to me and for 9 hours i couldnt leve my seat untill the hostess asked me if i needed help"

Plussat: "The interface of shows and movies,"
Miinukset: "They dont have subtitules in spanish"

Plussat: "Loved the crew and the food and the best in flight entertainment to date. Also was super comfortable. Super recommend for long haul!"

Plussat: "Crew was very good. On time, luggage arrived on time too. Glad fhat the movies and music worked this time--first time in last few flights. Anytime there are no hitches, its a good flight (most do have hitches)."
Miinukset: "Simply uncomfortable--no way around it. Food is 'meh'. Boarding in Schipol was a challenge--it was hard to find out what gate to go to, i had to investigate to get hints. Entertainment system worked on this flight, but that's the first time in my last 3 cross-Atlantic trips."
