2 Times gate changed than final hour my seat changed , I think someone else paid better than me

Rude flight attendants, horrible customer service, had to show the same documents 3 times after being check and cleared once. Flight attendants acted like they couldn’t hear what we are asking even though we spoke all the languages they did. It was not a pleasant flight and as a cherry on top all of our suitcases got lost.

No screen map on in front of you to track the flight like Turkish air! No food or coffee for 2h30 just a small plain water and a very small piece of chocolate🤔

Lufthansa is the worst airlines ever !! Very unprofessional I then booked another flight back to Dubai on Emirates

Miinukset: "The Soviet Union wants its airline back. This was perhaps the RUDEST airline experience I've ever experienced. I was at Frankfurt (FRA) airport waiting to board Air Moldova Flight 864 to Chisinau (KIV). Due to a delay caused by Frankfurt security (and no fault of my own), I was delayed in reaching the gate. Since it was past my boarding time, I grabbed my bags from the conveyor belt once past security without having time to repack. I arrived at the gate and the extremely rude Air Moldova gate agent on duty yelled at me and demanded that I give her my boarding pass. When I told her I needed to pack, she yelled that there was “no time for that”. When I searched for my pass, she again yelled and said “NOW!”. When I told her that it was not my fault that I arrived late since there was a delay at security, she said “Not my problem!”. After she checked my boarding pass, I tried to repack and she again yelled “There is no time. Go to the bus NOW!” I once again told her that it was not my fault I got delayed and she again yelled “NOT MY PROBLEM”. In addition to rude employees, the airline is clearly in violation of safety regulations. The safety card in the back seat pocket was written in ARMENIAN – and Armenian only, thanks to the plane having been leased and Air Moldova not appropriately changing the safety cards. How did they expect people who read Romanian or Russian (the local languages) or English to understand it! On top of that, the plane was easily 20 years old or more and dirty. If they can't even keep a plane clean or have the appropriate safety cards, what else are they not maintaining. Do not fly this terrible airline!"

Miinukset: "LH flight from Seattle was late, and I barely made it to the LH connecting flight to TA. Landed in Tel Aviv, but my one bag didn't arrive with me. Looked for the Lufthansa desk, but there is no such thing. They have farmed out the task of dealing with lost luggage and masses of confused to irate people to another firm. There were approx 40 people trying to get some information from 4 ladies, one of whom was new. They were unable to deal with many reports at a time. How about take a number and we'll call you up in turn? Instead it was like a push and shove pressure cooker just to find out the status of said missing bag and make a report. I was dealt with last. At this time, I was exhausted and angry. The ladies were very good and very kind. They informed my ride of the delay, and told me that the lost bag would come on the next flight. They took me out of the area to get a drink and a bite to eat. We waited. It came. We drove to my destination a few hours away. Never have I had to deal with such a time consuming shambles to find out the bare minimum of information. I finished the trip and will never fly with Lufthansa again."

Miinukset: "The seats in the economy class are too small. Not once did I have someone sitting next to me who could actually fit in his seat. They weren't particularly large people, just average men but their arms were in my space all the time. Also if I drop something, I cannot pick it up, there's no room. For transatlantic flights the seats should be bigger."

Great flight for a great price

Miinukset: "Business class is basically what economy is on Air France or Swiss"
Miinukset: "There is no free beverage service, let alone snacks or meals. Some tickets do not allow you to pre-book a meal and there is no way to buy a hot meal even in a 12-hour flight.leg room is a bit small and carry on restrictions are getting lower all the time."

My gateleg table was broken on Athen to Santorini flight so I ate my lunch in a hard way!!!!! On the way back after one delayed finally we arrived at Athen airport and I had two more flight to caught. when I got my luggage do the next flight I realized literally my luggage was destroyed!!!!"

Miinukset: "The flight boarded about 45 minutes late, and none of the employees at the desk at the gate bothered to tell anyone why, or when an estimated real boarding time would be. Flight was pretty warm as well, and seats were tight even for the 120 pound person I am. No entertainment, but they did show a map of where we were which was nice."
Plussat: "The service in overall was good. Since this is consider to be a low cost fare, my expectation were not high."
Miinukset: "My Luggage did not arrive. Since I have been in a motorcycle tour, I had expensive and valuable accessories and I also bought new things. For almost 48 hours, I have been very worried that I will need to go through an expensive law suite. The whole issue was cause because of overbooking. I was asked to be on a waiting list with my luggage. When I was boarding I specifically asked the local crew whether my luggage is on board as well and I was answered definitely "YES"."

I had to pay extra at the airport. Also at check in the employee made a mistake and charged me twice. Then told me I will get a refound."

Miinukset: "Norwegian Air operated its international flight like a budget airline. I have never been on a flight where no food or drink was even offered. We had to ask for water 4 times before one of the attendants brought over half a glass. We ended up buying food and drinks since no meals were served the entire way. It is very dangerous to limit the amount of water patrons drink on the flight. Nothing else was provided. Headphones, blanket, pillow were all extra. Lastly, they do not allow online check in for travelers from the USA. As a result, we were forced to pay 80 euro for each checked bag at the counter!!! We will never fly or recommend Norwegian Air ever again."

Plussat: "Flight attendant on the Madrid to JFK flight in the Premium cabin was outstanding. Quick service and just the tight amount of interaction. Food was surprisingly good too. Ordering galley items from the video console works great."
Miinukset: "Boarding process in Madrid in like a cattle drive. Probably not the airlines fault but was unpleasant. Premium class seats could use a bit mor padding and the footrests are useful for only very short people."

Since I've never had to do that before, I wasn't expecting it, and oversused an injured knee resulting in having to use a wheelchair the rest of the trip"

Miinukset: "We were staying in Oslo for 21 hours, but we thought that the checked baggage would stay at the airport. Instead it came out at baggage claim. We even asked the Norwegian staff multiple times whether we have to pick it up in Oslo; they said, 'No.' They said that it would remain at the airport. When we got back to the airport we had unnecessary stress of finding our luggage in some unclaimed baggage office. We almost missed the flight. Norwegian staff needs to be knowledgeable about how baggage is handled."

Miinukset: "I PAID for food and never got my food. I booked my ticket in February and sat at the end of the plane near the bathroom and those were not the tickets I selected. My wife wanted water and a blanket and they charged us for both and never gave her either one. The worst flight ever. I will now reconsider using this airline"

The airline neglected to offload my checked luggage, refused to do accommodate me with a change fee and now has lost my bag and has no idea where it is."

Miinukset: "I have traveled with different airlines such as Delta, France and America airline to near and far places and they have all given something to eat but this one NOTHING, not even water, you had to pay for it. This airline was the worst, first they wanted to charge me for my suitcase that I was bringing in which 50 pounds were free. Another reason was because I asked an airy one if it was possible for me to change to another seat since there were manyyyy empties seats in whixh she said/meant no; but the worst thing is that i still have one more flight with this airline. Im sorry if i am been selfish but this is how i feel."

Staff about what you'd expect given the rest. Will avoid this airline in the future despite its travel times. Worst of all was the outsourced phone customer service. The app would not work several times for basic things like adding luggage. I was treated as if I was the problem. It was surreal. Seriously, never again."
Plussat: "I recieved emails informing me of possible disruption to travel to and from airport ie road congestion & weather conditions and recommendations to avoid delays which I thought was a very helpful service."
Miinukset: "We didn't pre order food but understood snacks could be ordered during flight. The sandwiches had all sold soon after we departed New York. We were lucky enough to buy the last fruit salad. We had nothing else to eat for the entire journey. We booked hand luggage only. Obtaining a boarding pass electronically for myself and my partner was impossible. On the fourth attempt I booked myself in individually and was successfully. I then booked in my partner successfully.We tried to go through departures armed with our boarding pass but we're refused entry. We were redirected back to Norwegian main check in to obtain a happy face stamp on our boarding pass which is obtained after the weight of the luggage has been checked. Unfortunately this means that instead of going straight through departures with hand luggage only we had to go to the main Check in anyway. I agree with checking weight of hand luggage but the process could be improved greatly."
Miinukset: "On an international flight, one would expect at least a meal to be included. But you had to pay, and had to prebook. So without that knowledge I had to overpay for some very basic snacks. Also had to pay to choose a seat and for checking a bag. I've never had to pay for any of this on an international flight before. Tray tables were miserably low too, and I'm not a large person by any means. They hit my lap and left me no room to adjust. Very uncomfortable flight all around."

Miinukset: "I fly routinely for work including internationally. I have always been able to carry on 2 pieces of hand luggage -- 1 small rolling bag and a personal messenger bag. I was surprised upon my return flight to be told I had to check one of my bags because their combined weight > 10kg. There was no problem with me having both bags for carryon during my departing flight. The return flight wasn't even half full, so there was plenty of cabin space for my rolling bag. Instead, this was a ridiculous policy of Norwegian so that they could ring some money out of me. I doubt I will fly with them again."
Plussat: "Norwegian is bare bones, but this flight on the Dreamliner is very comfortable. It ‘helped’ that the delay meant lots of people cancelled and there was a lot of spare space on board."
Miinukset: "It’s a long flight with no drinks... but with Norwegian you know what you sign up for! Water is $3. The 5 hour delay left something to be desired, but Norwegian texted me early so I knew not to head to the airport."

Miinukset: "Norwegian airlines needs to tell their customers that their luggage was left behind in Stockholm. We are exhausted from the long travels & are even more pissed off when multiple customers kept waiting for their luggage. I felt even more horrible to the family that was taking a cruise the next day. Can you believe Norwegian airlines are closed on Sunday. Couldn't talk to customer service until Monday when they opened. Bad customer satisfaction;("
Plussat: "You randomly bumped many of us when your plane had trouble. Left us in Stockholms airport hotel while my non refundable Nice hotel went empty. Took hours for you guys to make a plan. Then next days flight was 2 hours delayed. Literally spent 24 hours in an airport or plane for a 3 hour flight. Miserable customer service. No human customer service at the airport. No way to get thru on phone. No way to contact online. Terrible experience. J Raj"

Miinukset: "I can never figure out if I am getting food or not. My ticket said light & tasty meal and when I tried searching for this on the Norwegian site all I could find is that I could purchase a meal on board or in advance. So of course I brought my own snacks on board and was surprised when the staff said they had prepared a meal for me. This really needs to be more clear. I'm tired of wasting money or food. I also had seen all of the movies already so I wish there was a bigger selection."
Plussat: "The food, the entertainment, the comfortable seats"
Miinukset: "Norwegian boasts of having great legroom, entertainment and food options but after a 3 hour delay for an 11pm flight, the plane that was used was an old 777 from another random European budget airline. I'm only 5'6" and my knees where touching the seat in front of me. When the person in front of me reclined I was literally trapped and had to climb onto my seat and over the armrest. There was no working entertainment system and the food was some terrible fare that didn't meet any very low standard for an international flight. The crew was clearly understaffed but they were pleasant enough. also the plane was not clean. Before wed even taken off you could smell sewage from the bathroom. Overall it was unpleasant and not all worth the "budget" price of $800."
Miinukset: "I was told that I would have to buy snacks and drinks and could not have dinner since I did not preorder it , which I have never seen on any international flight . So I bought it and ate bad pizza . After which they offered me dinner and drinks saying my dinner was ordered, too late . No pillows or blankets and the plane was freezing Even had to pay for head phones"
Plussat: "Front ticking counter (w/but one exception) and in-flight service was quite good. On our long haul flight, staff attention to detail, quality of service and support was greatly appreciated."
Miinukset: "Lack of moblile check-in"
Plussat: "I got a great deal on this flight so I guess that I shouldn't complain but I could not check in online which meant I had to go to the airport quite early (4 hours before the flight) to get a decent seat. The staff at the counter was fabulous. My seat was comfortable and the entertainment variety was great."
Miinukset: "The cabin crew was not happy. I didn't see a smile or a positive attitude from any one (one guy giving me coffee did give a little smile).. I had no idea that a transcontinental flight would not provide any meals. I had to order from their menu which was really limited of course. I would have purchased food before getting on the flight.. Norwegian needs to train their staff in friendly customer service. The app gave no info and didn't update. Did not even include the baggage carousel #."

The funny was that the plane departure at 16:20 that was freaking out and Im never gona take that airline ! Ryanair is the most Bad and i feel sad if i m writing for them as well !"

Miinukset: "i went to airport and astonished that they sent me an email ( during my vacation ) saying that I must check in online ( I didn't took my vacation to read emails especially when the email is sent the same day i will travel ) , i went to pay the check in fees ( which are very high ) , the system refused the master card , Visa card and the employee refused the 500 euro bill , i was compulsory to draw cash from ATM machine , when I came back to counter the employees refused to check me in saying ( you are late now !!!!!!!!!!!) , i was late because of your way of working and misleading customers. as a result i lost more than 1500 euro to get new tickets from Thessaloniki-Athens then Amman and getting a hotel for additional night and taxis ...etc . what made me laugh is that my refund was refused by Ryanair . this is a joke company and I'm thinking in suing them ."

Plussat: "Boarding was ridiculous from both ends of plane with people from back end squeezing past people from front end to find their seats. They list my checked backpack on a flight from Amsterdam to Spain. It took 5 days to get it back. Crazy!"
Miinukset: "Everyone had backpacks that got checked for free. Why did I pay to check my luggage? Stupid."
Miinukset: "2hr 30 minute delay with no information or vouchers"
Miinukset: "We stood in line for almost 40 minutes with no signs or help from anyone. Finally got to the desk and we were told we Needed to have boarding passes so we needed tonsee customer service. Stood in line for 30 minutes to have the customer service guy charge us to print out boarding passes and that we hadn't checked in. Then sent us back to check boarding passes only to find out we didn't pay for checked luggage. All in all, we arrived 2 hours early only to pay twice as much as our original tickets and barely make our flight. Do your selves a favor and pay the more expensive route, because the cheap tickets were not even remotely worth the hassle."

Miinukset: "seats are not comfortable at all; old rusty wreck of an aircraft; security check personell poorly trained (did not find a 1.5 l bottle of water I accidentally carried !); hence, safety not provided !!! Ryanair won't value as a customer but rather as some necessity that needs to be carried"

Plussat: "The flight was on time, clean and the staff were friendly."
Miinukset: "The seats dont have any form of head support and the seats dont recline at all... This makes for an uncomfortable nap!!"

Plussat: "The flight departed on time and the crew were welcoming on board. The aircraft was clean and tidy. The flight en-route was comfortable, but only as we were asked to move to the emergency exits due to a lack of occupancy. The aircraft arrived on time and disembarkation was efficient. Castellon is a small quiet regional airport and a pleasure to fly from and to. There are now some additional facilities being installed (food and drinks outlets) which will make the experience more comfortable."
Miinukset: "We pre-paid for speedy boarding and fasttrack. Fasttrack was good but speedy boarding was a waste of money as we were boarded via a single queue onto a bus and then transported to the aircraft. On-board service was chaotic with many passengers around us complaining about the hot food. The method of pre-ordering whilst they then serve the cold service went badly wrong and all around us passenger were complaining about not getting their food. Then it would appear they ran out of one food product which left one passenger behind us very upset and they complained. Our food arrived but it was overcooked and they attempted to overcharge us but did not argue when we pointed out their error. On arrival at Castellon whilst waiting for border entry passengers were queuing onto the tarmac prior to having access to the under-cover terminal. It had been raining but had unfortunately stopped. If it were raining this would not be an acceptable situation and one that Ryanair should address with the airport."
Plussat: "The briefness of the flight"
Miinukset: "The plane smelled a bit musty and of urine- almost like that of an old folks home. The crew wasn't that pleasant either. Glad it was a short flight."
Miinukset: "The female staff member at the gate was extremely loud and rude and tried to charge £50 to get a luggage bag put into the hold after her colleague had approached and offered this service to my friend. She was extremely embarrassed and offended as the staff member insisted that she place the item into a bag measure. The interaction was unnecessary and unwelcome as my friend had not sked for the kind gesture made by the first staff member. As we were seated in the back row, we were subjected to the raucous behaviour of two of the cabin crew members throughout the entire flight which included discussing particular passengers on the flight including their seat numbers and their personal 'differences' with other cabin crew members whom they would be flying with today! The behaviour of the male and female crew members, both of whom appeared to be American, was nothing short of embarrassing for Ryanair and utterly unprofessional, even during service the couple appeared oblivious to the passengers as they carried on in their interactions with each other. It appeared that the only person who was actually working was the attendant at the front of the plane who I believe may have been the flight manager. A fellow passenger even commented that the couple must have been smoking something before the flight to explain this behaviour. Having flown with Ryanair on many occasions and having recommended them to friends and family in the past, we were bitterly disappointed with both these issues and would suggest that they re-examine their customer care!!"
Miinukset: "The Greek ATC strike cancelled all flights for 2 days but my flight on Monday had not yet been cancelled although my flight out of Athens on American was cancelled and replaced with a much earlier flight so Monday on Ryanair would not work for me. There was no way on earth that I could get in touch with any human or even online Chat (no one available - ever). The website would not let me make a change - not even to reduce my luggage from 1 bag to zero. No refund because they show me as having flown on the flight! Tried faxing headquarters and no response. Wow what a total rip-off!!!"
Plussat: "Now that I know how to do the booking, I would certainly use your airline again as I really appreciate the low fare."
Miinukset: "Buying the ticket online for the first time was confusing so I did not reserve a seat, pay for extra luggage or print out my boarding pass until almost too late. Please list the above much more clearly for first time users."

Miinukset: "I'm a 2M miler on Delta and have flown all over the world. Won't fly Ryanair again. First, luggage has to way 10kg or a 50 pound fee to check it. Next, they dragged us out on the hot Tarmac so we could stand and wait for 20 mins before boarding the plane. Then cabin was incredibly hot-no gate AC provided. Lastly, the seats were hard like a football bleacher."
Plussat: "Low cost, flight times which met my travel needs"
Miinukset: "Check-in desk in Athens airport opened late, and I was forced to pay the luggage charge (pre-paid during on-line booking of flight) a second time. The boarding process at the gate was chaotic and unprofessional. My seat in the plane was cramped and uncomfortable. We were never offered any refreshments, but the cabin crew had time to hawk beauty products and raffle tickets for charity then stand around for the rest of the flight chatting, sharing pictures from their friends, etc. As I stated in my previous post about the outgoing (ATH to RHO) leg of this trip, I will never deal with RyanAir again."
