Miinukset: "Delay again... seems to be pretty frequent on KLM flights at least on the ones I flew with in the past 4 years... this time it was 3hours wait due to a technical issue... no alternative flight option and we ended up getting a very old plane as a replacement. In addition people at info terminals are disorganized and not kind at all.."

Plussat: "I can't even count the number of times I have flown KLM in the last 4 years. They are my airline of choice when I fly back and forth from the U.S. thru Amsterdam to Nairobi. This last flight I boarded and then 90 very exuberant girls from London board in all the rows in front of me. I was concerned it was going to be a less than restful flight. Just the opposite. As always the KLM crew took extra ordinary care of all of use. The service was wonderful and I scooted off the flight ahead of the girls to make my very short connection. The crew is what always make the experience delightful! Thank you again KLM."
Miinukset: "It would be so nice if the arm rests came up all the way. When you have empty space on your row it would be nice to move the arm rests all the way and stretch out. Also there were not as many New Release Movies to choose from as usual, it seemed."

Contact to executing airline KLM very difficult, because the case-nr. on the "lost-luggage-form" was unreadable. but without this number, you can do nothing, because it almost impossible to get someone on the phone at KLM. Mostly you talk to computers. Obviously the phone is oldfashioned and you need twitter and facebook. Poor service, KLM So you can have a pleasant flight, but if you need service, you are lost."

Miinukset: "50 Euro charge for one checked bag, and they placed me on a locked standby list (at initial check-in the were unable to assign me a seat despite staff efforts) for the second leg of my return journey after I had paid extra for checked baggage and reserved my flight well in advance. My impression is that they may be deliberately overbooking flights. I was given a seat assignment at the gate, however I didn't like the uncertainty of not knowing wether or not I would be boarding until the last minute."

Actually, they could have waited for us for say 10 mins and we would have made it. But they didn't and we had to stay a night in Amsterdam, arriving in Rome the next morning."

Miinukset: "They left us inside the plane for more than 30 minutes waiting to depart. Then when we were close to FRA they tell us they cannot areive because of the weather and got more delayed. When we finally get to FRA, there’s no machinery to get us out of the plane because it was broken. We had to wait for them to find some stairs and then take a shuttle while raining to the airport inside."

Miinukset: "The flight attendant at the check in said our luggage was too big and needed to be checked. We got a ticket from her but when we got to the plane nobody said anything and we simply did what we had done all the previous flights we have ever taken, we stowed them in the overhead bins. The flight wasn't full and in fact some overhead bins were completely empty, but I guess she had her job to do and thought it wouldn't fit, but maybe she could have asked if we had used it before. I don't know why they say it's too big when we had been traveling throughout Europe for almost a month and had taken it on 4-5 flights and many other trips. It all worked out. Footnote Air France never made a issue of the exact same baggage that Alitalia said was to big. The bags fit fine on all airlines we have traveled. The flight was delayed 45 minutes which made my connection a bit tight. I was connecting to Air France which is part of The SkyTeam alliance comprises with Alitalia but my luggage could not be moved to the Flight to LAX so I had to get the bag I did check and go through the process all over again."

Miinukset: "I tried to talk with the service desk to change my flight before the flight and the service team could not help me out because only the service desk outside security could look up other fights. I find this hard to believe and a little ridiculous that AirItalia would make their customers run around inside and outside security to switch flights. We live in a day of technology and have computers for a reason. There shouldn't be an issue why other flights can be looked up from only one computer. In addition, we boarded the plane and then we waited on the tarmac for 2 hours waiting to leave. The air was turned off and it was hot and stuffy inside the plane."

Miinukset: "Staff needs to learn English to help tourists I asked for directions and 2 out of 3 airport from Alitalia did not understood English "no english solo italiano . Also inspector from customs very rude , yelling at my wife in Italian , my wife didn't know what was happening . And up to this moment we still don know My suggestion Train your staff in politeness and learning English"

They just changed it for Austrian Airlines but I don't like Austrian Airlines and i had also an Insurance for this ticket. After a long conversation I could fly by Lufthansa with stopover in Frankfurt."

Miinukset: "The plane never arrive on time, Talked with customer service and was told that I can carry 60 pound of luggage and when I arrived with 59 pound luggage to check in I had to pay overweight. The flight was late again so I missed the connection flight."

Miinukset: "AZ 316 FCO-CDG, Feb. 1, 2017, Economy. On its Airbus A320 Alitalia has a new section with "Premium Seats". This was done at the cost of the non-premium economy seats. Pitch is unacceptable. When the food cart came I had the back of the seat in front of me 15 cm (5 in) from my forehead. I told the attendants "even cattle could not be handled like that". They commiserated and said "with the changes the we are truly going through rough times." They reseated me to an exit row. Getting a boarding pass online is also a new, unfortunate experience. I have a Platinum Card of AF/KL, which means Elite Plus in Skyteam parlance. My ticket, sold by KL, had an AF flight number. Alitalia pretends now to sell piece by piece all the advantages that are attached to the status (e.g; €8 for early boarding...). The airport personnel confirmed that the system does not allow to print the words "Skyteam Priority" or '"ELP" (for Elite Plus) on the boarding pass. They encouraged me to write to the Powers-that-be that decided to make these user-unfriendly changes. I think that Alitalia, as a Skyteam member, had signed the agreements; they have not rescinded their membership, why don't they just apply the rules? Food: a tiny portion of pop-corn! I couldn't believe it. I will avoid henceforth to fy Alitalia."

Miinukset: "The boarding was chaos in both Munich and Rome. Apparently Al Italia had instituted a new computer system and the workers did not know how to use it. I spent hours on line getting a boarding pass in Munich, and then again another in Rome (in Munich no one was given boarding passes for connecting flights). I spend hours again in lines to get a boarding pass for a flight to Palermo, missing my connection and only getting a much later flight to Palermo. It was utter confusion. Shame on Al Italia."

I nearly missed my next flight. The variety of movies was poor. Half of them were Italian movies (I respect that, but I don't speak the language), I wish there were more movies and newer ones it's not easy when you have 11 hours flight also the chairs were really small, even compared to alitalias smaller planes in which the chair is larger and much more comfortable"

Miinukset: "I get that it is a budget airline, but water. Come on. It's water. I'm not asking for food or there to be an entertainment system for the 7hour flight, there's not, or USB chargers, there aren't, but the least you could do is offer people some free water when you come up and down the aisle weaving"

Miinukset: "Multiple delays; even after boarding. Disembarking was a mess because everyone simply wanted off the plane. Delay resulted in an unexpected influx of travelers into immigration which was an additional delay. Premium seats may be ok for sitting and watching the limited entertainment selections but not designed for sleeping on an overnight flight. Upon landing water fell to the floor in the galley. Once on the ground no flight attendants bothered to dry it up; despite them all giggling when it happened. Seemed quite unprofessional. Can’t say I’d be inclined to book with Norwegian again. The price may be enticing; but you get what you pay for."

It caused some panic that we would be stranded as there was not another flight (from Paris to LA) with this airline for 2 days! It was hard to believe that the airline staff would tell us nothing, as somebody knew what caused the delay and if it was likely that the flight would go, right??!"

Plussat: "I flew from BNA ago JFK and when I landed i found out my flight was canceled. they just booked me on the next earliest flight and when I tried to ask about alternatives they were of no help. they also told me my accommodations in NYC for 2.5 days may not be covered."
Miinukset: "Rude customer service. No help with getting me to my destination earlier. Unclear on providing necessary information."

Plussat: "When it was over!"
Miinukset: "Very poor customer service as the Norwegian staff at JFK are not employees of the airline. They have very little care or concern for any travel issues that may occur. They are there to process passengers through. If you have any questions or need help you are passed to a very uninterested person that only can tell you to go on the Norwegian website for anything you need to do with your booking. The check-in and gate agents provide no help or even attempt to try serve the customer. They are just there to perform a task. Norwegian sold premium seats and then puts the customer in Economy in the back of the plane. A bit is a bait and switch. They should refund the difference in the fare to be fair."

Plussat: "Flight on time"
Miinukset: "No food or pillow.comforter even long flight and everything is on sell"

Plussat: "Nothing"
Miinukset: "I missed my flight waiting at the wrong gate( there was another flight to Stockholm, my connecting city, being conducted by another airline) I did not notice until it was too late. The airline neglected to offload my checked luggage, refused to do accommodate me with a change fee and now has lost my bag and has no idea where it is."

Plussat: "Better food + Netflix + Free WiFi"
Miinukset: "Food,"

Plussat: "The cost of the ticket was perfect, very affordable. I didn’t have a meal included, but was surprised that I was never even offered water worth the other passengers as attendants went down the aisle. I was completely looked over."
Miinukset: "I was VERY surprised to witness such unfriendly, mannered attendants. No smiles. No excuse mes or sorry when bumping in to someone or needing to get by. I felt like I would’ve put them out too much to ask for ANYTHING."

Plussat: "Nothing"
Miinukset: "After four hours on the tarmac at JFK we had to wait three hours to get our luggage. That’s 7 hours wasted and loved ones waiting to provide rides."

Plussat: "Great aircraft. Little tight however. Great service from crew. Timely departure."
Miinukset: "No terminal was used. Upon arrival in Seattle they brought a bus to take passengers from the tarmac into the building. It took them almost 30 min to deliver bags upon arrival in Seattle."

Miinukset: "Must try and update your service, staff, rules."

Miinukset: "took 1 hr to get bags"

Miinukset: "I wouldn’t fly Norwegian again! Poor service!!!!"

Plussat: "Direct flight"
Miinukset: "I was thought that when i purchased/booked my flight in Norwegian Air that the food"

Plussat: "I had a window seat..."
Miinukset: "Very confused as to why I was wasn’t told that I needed to pre order my meal.. On my way to London I got a meal included and on the way back I didn’t even get a bottle of water! Awful awful experience and will never be flying Norwegian again. , no matter what the price is!"

Miinukset: "They didn't dim the lights as much as previous flights, which would have helped to sleep. However, none of the tv's for entertainment were working for the entire flight. I know that the flight attendants attempted to reset it a couple times, and that it was out of their hands, but it made the flight very disappointing."

Plussat: "Good plane, nice crew"

Miinukset: "really did not like all the extra charges from what is customary on a long international flight. charge for blanket, snacks, no scheduled meal service. no wifi on flight either but had USB charge ports. this was a 12 hours flight. would not do it again, there was no discount for the fare in comparison to similar airlines that provide all this in the standard fare."

Plussat: "Most everything was stellar! Except two things: limited free water, and very bad headphones."
Miinukset: "Everything was excellent except one thing. The headphones I purchased from Norwegian wete TERRIBLE. The sound was just awful, you couldn't barely make out the voices and there was no way to remedy it. Please fix that issue this has never happened to me before on other airlines their headphones worked fine. Also for long haul flights they should provide as much water as you need and not be forced to buy water - it is a necessity for good health and not getting dehydrated!"

Plussat: "Overhead bins for luggage are large and easy to access. Staff was mostly helpful. TV in headrest."
Miinukset: "Small seats. Low on board luggage weight limits. Flight was delayed and boarding took a LONG time- not organized properly. Poor movie & TV show selection for an 8 hour international flight."

Plussat: "The engine purred like a kitten. Seats, free videos, easy access to order drinks & food w tap of your finger. Friendly, courteous greets you w a warm smile. Spacious airplane."
Miinukset: "Norwegian airlines needs to tell their customers that their luggage was left behind in Stockholm. We are exhausted from the long travels & are even more pissed off when multiple customers kept waiting for their luggage. I felt even more horrible to the family that was taking a cruise the next day. Can you believe Norwegian airlines are closed on Sunday. Couldn't talk to customer service until Monday when they opened. Bad customer satisfaction;("

Miinukset: "Excruciatingly slow loading, taxi and flight."

Plussat: "The plane was clean and there was a lot of space for luggage. At baggage claim the bags came quickly."
Miinukset: "The crew seemed like it was their first day on the job. I understand they were probably trying to provide quick service, but they were running around chaotically and were not very friendly. They seemed cold. Also on a long flight charging for water seems ridiculous."

Miinukset: "Well, due to a delay from Bergen to Copenhagen, I barely made my Copenhagen to Boston connector flight. The crew did their part to make sure I didn't miss my connecting flight which was terrific, but my check-in baggage did not make it (I hope it is still in Copenhagen). Normally I wouldn't grade so hard, but my check-in luggage was also mishandled on my connecting flight two weeks ago from Copenhagen to Oslo, causing me to miss my initial Oslo to Tromsø flight and settle for a later one. So two mishandled check-in bags out of six flights over a three-week period is not a good ratio. To be honest, if my baggage appears tomorrow I will be annoyed but not too angry. If not and it's lost, well, I love Norway and Norwegian patience, but conscientiousness is a good thing, and Norwegian or not, carelessness is a bad thing. I hope my luggage arrives tomorrow so I can forgive and forget."

Plussat: "nothing"
Miinukset: "rude staff, and ill informed and incompetent. Had to beg for water and food, even though I had ordered meal service. Unpleasant, I repeatedly complained about roudy passengers, who were occupying nearby seats that weren't theirs. these passengers were drunk and loud and hanging out in others seats and ailses NEVER FLY NORWEIGIAN AIR. The only folks who had a great trip were the flight attendants - they hung out in the large spacious kitchen eating the food that they said they didn't have for the passengers and doing little else. Worst flight experience of my life. And fancy expecting folks to carry all the food and hydration needed for an 8 hour flight. I think TSA needs to look into the this from the airport chaos - as it is clear that my experience is not isolated. DONT FLY NORWEIGIAN AIR"

Plussat: "It was an easy flight from check in to landing. I always find Norwegian a great value and flight. I think the meals are definitely over priced at $45 but other than that a fabulous experience. Trust that if there is a delay in your flight they will take excellent care of you as well."

Miinukset: "They lost our bags and wwe had to wait an hour on the tarmac because of an AC issue so we had no air in a hot plane. It was terrible. The have us nothing for all of our misery and said we had to go online to complain. Useless staff."

Miinukset: "Lines at check-in were long. Odd feeling that most passengers did not get even cup of water on long oversee flights, unless they do not pay outrageous meal prices in advance or in flight. I gave up my meal to my young neighbors, because I could not eat while they were hungry. Norwegian went way over board with their frugality."

Plussat: "787s are great planes!"
Miinukset: "Surprised the wear and tear of the seats overall, given how 'young' the fleet of Norwegian is!"

Plussat: "Delay of 1/2 hour which is the shortes imate delay on 3 Norwegian flights in 3 weeks."
Miinukset: "No leg room on plane. No boarding process. Food at a fee including water. Furthest gate from terminal. No connection information. No ground staff to address delay of next plane."

Plussat: "Free wifi, greats snacks and amazing service!"

Plussat: "All above"
Miinukset: "Plane is clean and comfortable, enough bathrooms that area always clean. Decent entertainment"

Plussat: "Space between the rows."
