Miinukset: "This was the worst airline I have flown with. I booked my tickets last minute, it was for me and my 4 month old son. I had 3 suitcases a stroller and 2 carryons. I had paid for the suitcases, but because I was traveling alone I went there with my husband and he politely asked if they could please take the carryons on the plane because she can’t carry everything by herself. The manager came out and said that we have to pay. I said I already paid extra for my suitcases please help us because my wife is carrying our son, the diaper bag and 2 carryons. He was rude stating that we have to pay each carryon. We didn’t have the extra money and my wife took everything with her. If that’s how Turkish Airline treats their customers, they shouldn’t be operating. It was the last time I use this airline. No dignity or humanity, it’s all only about the money. And when I took the stroller with my son. They made me package the stroller by myself looking that I had my son on me crying and when I asked for help they said that they can’t help me... unbelievable... they see me with 2 carryons a stroller and a baby and they can’t help me."

Miinukset: "While seated in the plane we saw our second suit case. We called the stewerd and advised him of our observation and he promised to check with his supervisors; he came back and confirmed that all is under control. Arrived Bordeaux and the luggage didn’t. It took two days to get the suitcase and it took hours of follow up and the airport agent kept giving false excuses. At the end we drove to the airport and picked it up ourselves. Of course at the airport we listened to more trash."

Miinukset: "The boarding procedure is chaotic and the boarding crew were rude and yelling at passengers. No organization skills and poor communication as we were delayed over 90 minutes at the boarding gate to add salt to injury"

Plussat: "Earlier the dinner was served early in the flight and light breakfast before landing in a 5 hour flight. They are miser now as just serve one late dinner after 2 hours in flight."

Miinukset: "There was a delay with boarding. Then there was a delay with leaving off, maybe an hr late and then we arrived there was a delay getting off. I did not get off the plane until 630 even though plane arrived at 549 exactly."

Miinukset: "I'm 2.05m tall, and had no leg room or an exit seat. These seats should be saved for these specific occassions, which made the flight uncomfortable."
Plussat: "Once on the plane everything was fine."
Miinukset: "My first flight was changed. Only one email was send about that change. It got lost in some other emails so I didn't see it. But I did not receive any other update or reminder. So I had figure out how to change all of my flights from there to Kansas in the States. All with bad internet service and unhelpful costomer service. And having to deal with two unexpected long layovers. All that to say, sending periodic emails is important especially if the flight had been changed."
Plussat: "The entertainment choice and availability of USB port for charging was excellent."
Miinukset: "This leg of both of our flights (going and return) was quite cramped. Due to an unfortunate delay on our return flight, our overall day was extended from ~8 hours to 16 hours, and had us flying through the night--very unexpected and tiring. Additionally, although we requested kosher meals well in advance, the delay/cancellation of our flights and rebooking effectively cancelled our kosher meals and there was nothing for us to eat. This was very frustrating."
Plussat: "Great food; plenty of room to stretch out (we flew business class)."
Miinukset: "The service on the flight from Houston to Turkey was much better than it was from Turkey to Houston. For one thing, the flight attendant never made up our beds on the way back to Houston. For another, the sound did not work at my seat, so I was unable to use any of the entertainment. The flight attendant kept trying to give me different headphones...it wasn't the headphones that were the problem!! He never really addressed the issue or coordinated a possible seat change (even though there were empty seats in business class)."

Plussat: "Boarding was tedious with like 6 checks of your passport but being safe is never a bad thing. No cost alcohol is always a plus and the food was good. Staff was super nice and accommodating."
Miinukset: "I intentionally chose an empty row but people kept shuffling. so many folks were standing blocking aisles. I think staff could do a better job to prevent that."
Plussat: "I had two short flights with Turkish Airlines and on both flights I received good meals and entertainment. Young children in the seats around mine received shrink wrapped comic books and stuffed animals. Headphones were provided to those who needed them. I definitely did not expect such good treatment on such short flights. I really got the impression that they are trying hard to keep the quality of their services as high as possible. I really recommend these guys."

Plussat: "The service was outstanding, this is one of the best airlines I have ever flewn. Considering its elegancy and exquisite service. My twelve hours from Miami to Istanbul turned out to be less because of the amazing service I recieved. Very happy that this airline exist and cannot wait to go back and experience this great airline again."

Miinukset: "40 min delay of the first flight got me into a waiting loop of 5 hours at Istanbul. Boarding included waiting time in the cold bus for passengers who arrived delayed. Security check was extremely slow - one xray machine for all passengers arriving from Dar. All in all had already better flights with Turkish"
Plussat: "The food and service, generally, were all quite good, as I have come to expect from Turkish Airlines. Turkish Airlines remains my preferred airline for all travel."
Miinukset: "The server handling my section of the aircraft seemed slower and less experienced, but this did not have a significant impact on my experience. The temperature in the cabin seemed to fluctuate quite a bit and my entertainment screen froze and seemed to shut down halfway through the flight."
