Liettualaiskaupunki on mitä parhain kaupunkilomakohde budjettimatkalle, sillä kaupunkiin on tarjolla halpoja lentoja lähes vuoden jokaisena kuukautena. Kaupunkiin on saatavilla edulliseen hintaan Finnairin suoria lentoja, ja yhden vaihtokentän kaupunkiin lentää tiiviin yhteyksin esimerkiksi latvialainen low cost -lentoyhtiö airBaltic. Paikan päällä Vilnassakaan matkabudjetti ei joudu koetukselle, sillä Liettuassa voit lomailla Suomen hintoja selvästi edullisemmin. Erityisen halpoja lennot kaupunkiin ovat talvisin, mutta kesälomamatkailijakin voi helposti löytää todella edullisen lennon Vilnaan. Liettua on Suomen tapaan euromaa, eli valuutanvaihto ei ole Vilnaan lennettäessä tarpeen. Et tarvitse matkalle passia, jos mukanasi on virallinen henkilökortti.
  • Työmatkailijaa odottaa Vilnan lentokentällä ilmainen wifi-yhteys, ja matkustajat voivat surffailla netissä lentokenttä-wifin avulla halutessaan jopa kuusi tuntia. Vilnan lentokentän palveluita parannetaan muutenkin jatkuvasti matkustajien mukavuutta silmällä pitäen, ja lentokentältä löytyy esimerkiksi VIP-terminaali. Lapsille on kentällä omat leikkialueensa, ja kahviloita ja ravintoloita on tarjolla lentomatkustajille useita.
  • Vilnan kansainvälinen lentokenttä (Tarptautinis Vilniaus oro uostas) sijaitsee vain noin seitsemän kilometriä kaupungista etelään. Lentokentältä keskustaan pääset noin 10 minuutissa kätevällä Vilnius-Airport-lentokenttäjunalla. Junamatka maksaa noin 0,70 euroa. Juna kulkee keskustan ja lentokentän väliä noin 16 kertaa päivässä, ja liput voi ostaa netistä, juna-asemalta tai suoraan junasta. Juna-asema sijaitsee saapuvien lentojen terminaalin tuntumassa. Mikäli matkustat mieluummin bussilla, nappaa Toks-yhtiön minibussi keskustaan. Bussimatkan hinta on noin 2 euroa, ja bussipysäkin löydät C-tuloaulan tuntumasta. (Tiedot tarkistettu 28.6.2018.)
  • Vilnan taksihinnat ovat melko edullisia, ja jos haluat päästä taksilla suoraan lentokentältä hotellisi oven eteen, ei sekään tule kalliiksi. Miinukset: "The passenger sitting next to me smelled REALLY bad. Like he hadn't washed himself in weeks. Other passengers around me got a whiff too and also reacted the same. I asked the main crew member from my aisle for a seat change but he came back 10 mins later saying there was nothing else available. Later when I was walking around to stretch my legs, I saw there were AT LEAST 10 seats open in the next cabin. Why lie? The entertainment system touch-screen was not working properly and the headphones kept falling out of my ear."

Miinukset: "Seat in front of me was mostly lowered in a position that caused an uncomfortable force against my knees. My neighbor had to place his knees in my sitting area for the very same reason. Otherwise everything was great."

Miinukset: "The food was filling, but not particularly tasty. For those seated toward the back, there was no choice. Although maybe there was no choice to begin with. Normally, on international flights, for the first (bigger) meal at least, you are given two choices, such as meat or vegetarian, beef or chicken. The food itself wasn't great. The salad was below average on both flight, from and to Chicago. So was the desert. Drinks are offered once with each meal in very small glasses. Although there is a bottle of water from the start."

Miinukset: "The flight from Helsinki arrived 2 hours late to JFK due to mechanical reasons causing some passengers miss their connectiing flights, which is quite normal in airline practice. What was not normal and supper aggravating was the fact that nobody met us at the gate to help us rebook our missed flights. We had to find an AA agent in the departure area and stand in line with other passengers who were checking in to their flight to Jordan. There was no customer service what so ever provided by Finnair."

I know that it could get chilly at the board and do take warm clothes with me just in case, but this was way too cold. Neither blanket nor my stuff helped. Another thing - I was sitting in the raw 50, and at the 49th raw crew ran out of chicken with only pasta left. ))) This happens, I get it. I've had it actually happened to me before on British Airways flights too couple of times. So it's not too big of a deal. I just wish that pasta tasted better)))"

Miinukset: "Plane was late leaving Helsinki due to broken latch, which made us late getting into Chicago. After landing we waited at least 45 minutes to get to a gate. It took at least 30 minutes to get off the plane and then getting through customs was a nightmare. Arrival board at O'Hare said plane was on time, but listed gate as 0, which of course doesn't exist so our ride home had no idea what was going on or what was taking so long and ended up waiting over three hours for us to get through everything to meet them."

Plussat: "The shorter flight to Zurich was on a smaller plane than the overseas one, but I'm not sure what model. It seemed about average for comfort; overhead bins held my backpack easily, while I find many older planes do not. Coffee or soda was free, everything else was for sale. Attendants on this flight were very busy and very friendly. Check-in was run very efficiently. My check-through luggage arrived intact. Overall a good experience on a two-hour journey. Plane arrived about 10 minutes ahead of schedule, which is always a plus."
Miinukset: "No real issues with this flight. it accomplished my objective - to get to Switzerland intact, with a minimum of fuss."

Plussat: "Brand new A350 business class was excellent - far better than tired old BA planes. Great IFE and food and beverage service. Excellent cabin crew aervice. Overall, thoroughly good from start to finish (Finnish?)."

Miinukset: "We had to sit on the runway for a very long time after landing and I missed my connecting flight. It also took a very long time to get a hotel assignment because I was stuck in Chicago overnight. The finnair air agents at ohare were not very understanding or helpful. I was sent from their line to American Airlines and then back again. They were slow. We waited in the line for a long time for someone to come and help us. overall they were not very apologetic regarding the fact that I was stuck there overnight. It took soooo long to get to the hotel. I arrived there well after midnight. Overall it was a very unpleasant experience. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY FLIGHTS ARE BOOKED SO CLOSE TOGETHER. NO LAYOVER TIME IN BETWEEN MEANS MISSED CONNECTIONS! THIS HAPPENED BOTH WAYS ON MY TRIP. VERY ANNOYING"

Plussat: "Finnair lost my luggage on my way to Sweden. However, they upgraded my seat to Business class during my flight home from Helsinki. It was great!"

Miinukset: "Experience was totally let down by the airport; nothing to blame the aircraft staff though. Avoid Helsinki airport like the plague for stopovers: bad signage, woeful information how to get to the city efficiently in English. HORRIBLE experience when trying to get lost property: you got to PAY for your initial email or pay top dollar just for a stupid and aggravating phone call!!! The number of exclamation marks is not exaggerated here. You can't even ask if they even have the item in their possession. Rarely had such a bad experience at an airport, and I travel a lot for work. This alone makes me think thrice about EVER getting Finnair again. Same company that manages the airport, so I'm giving this flight a bad review."

They said it “might “ to big even though they didn’t know what measurements would be too big. We’ve flown for the last 3 years with this stroller but different airlines and never heard of such thing. (Since it’s the smallest city mini double stroller there is and folds flat- super small!) first time we flew SAS all. We didn’t sign anything and gate checked it and all was fine but some incompetent crew at check in. Not very helpful finding seats with all four of us. Put us in different rows. Could work on their customer service for sure."

Miinukset: "Was overlooked by the pursor a couple times - he probably had a lot on his plate. Also, the "snack" at the end of the trip was sorely lacking! Especially for a 7 hour flight. The bathrooms were gross & out of toilet paper. And it seemed like one was locked constantly...?"

Plussat: "Plane was fine and it arrived on time."
Miinukset: "Main meal was awful. Crew was hard to find. Also water or juice was not served on flight after the meal (for hydration)."

Plussat: "No comment since very short flight."
Miinukset: "My husband was unable to check in on line. SAS when contacted by phone which was difficult to do because it is hard to locate their number had no explanation other than maybe due to security. We missed a tour due to the time spent (unsuccessfully) trying to solve this problem."

Plussat: "Price and destination was convenient"
Miinukset: "They said coffee and tea was complimentary but they didn't serve a number of people for some reason"

Miinukset: "The crew passed by me TWICE while serving food and I was not sleeping at that time. I had to go and ask for food myself. Also there was a delay about 40 minutes when taking off in CPH (CPH-EWR) because of a fuel-screen malfunction or smth. The pilot was very nice and kept us informed all the time. I still didn't make my connection flight due to the delay and SAS rebooked me which made my already long trip 8 hrs longer."

Miinukset: "Food was really, really bad. Only one very bad choice ignoring health conditions of different passengers."

Plussat: "Everything about the flight was fine. Boarding, flying and retrieving luggage were all standard and went smoothly."
Miinukset: "I was upset that neither Kayak nor SAS provided any information about our ticket being a basic, basic ticket, by which I mean, did not include any checked luggage allowance in the price of the flight. I ended up paying 140 additional Euros for two bags. It appears that SAS's pricing is gaming the system when searching for flights or that Kayak is not being up-front about the type of fare they are advertising."

Plussat: "Quick flight"
Miinukset: "1 hour delays and 70 euro bag fee"

Miinukset: "When I checked in I was told I had no bag allowance and had to pay 70 euro to check my bag. I feel like this was very sketchy on kyaak's part since it must have been on the fine print. I will be more cautious next time. Sas was otherwise fine."

Plussat: "This was one of the best airlines we've flown. Great food, plenty of room, friendly stewardesses and good service overall. We will definitely try to book with SAS again."
Miinukset: "Nothing. There was nothing to not like. In fact they fed us too much!"

Plussat: "Front of the plane was business level service - back more like low cost. But the same staff numbers as low cost."

Plussat: "The plane was full and coming out of a very busy airport but the crew managed to make a good and stress-free atmosphere"

Miinukset: "When purchasing the ticket there was no mentione that bagage was NOT included something which I assume when flying with an All Star airline. Ended up paying an extra 70 € for my luggage - not happy."

Plussat: "The standout moment for me was how the crew treated my son who realized, as the door was closing, that he had forgotten his bag with all his schoolbooks. They were very kind and responsive and helped him find the bag with no fuss and without making him feel bad."

Plussat: "We got to sit in the emergency aisle so I can't complain about comfort. The staff was really friendly (although they were really rude on the way over 10 days earlier, so I guess we just got lucky with a nice crew for this one)."
Miinukset: "You only get one free non-alcoholic drink on this flight and that's really stingy for a 7+ hour a long haul. Drinks should be free on a long haul, especially non-alcoholic ones. There aren't any free small snacks like chips or peanuts. You have to pay for everything and the menu is exorbitantly over priced. It's a cheap and insulting customer strategy. They can save a few bucks in overhead on each customer this way, but they are losing money in the long run because I'll never book with them again due to their tawdry actions. I doubt I am alone."

Plussat: "Great friendly staff. The delay we had going up in the air was caught up before we landed."
Miinukset: "The slight delay due to something not being able to lock."

Plussat: "The flight was good : excellent pilot and crew. Good takeoff and landing. Short but sweet flight."
Miinukset: "Leg room is a nit short for tall people. Everything else was great."

Miinukset: "The (transatlantic) flight was delayed 8 hours and the only compensation received was 175DKK for lunch. Had to stay in the airport over 11 hours due to this delay and had already had a 16 hour layover from the day before. I realize that unexpected delays may occur, particularly in cases where passenger safety is in question, but delays of more than 5 hours cause major inconvenience and I felt stuck in the airport with my bags and having checked out of my hotel room already. Just compensating for lunch is not enough. In the future a partial reimbursement for the flight, access to the priority lounge or a more comfortable facility such as a hotel would provide the passengers with compensation proportional to the inconvenience."

Miinukset: "I’ll say the same thing about almost every flight I have, and this is mostly for the airlines. People might fly more and pay a bit more if you give us more room. Being crammed into a tiny seat with a bunch of strangers is never pleasant. Same in this flight. Nothing terrible, just the usual. Also, to the other passengers, sit down until it’s your turn to exit. What is wrong with you that you can’t sit five more minutes? Be polite and let the people in front of you go first, let them have room to grab their bags instead of having your elbows in their face."

There was no info while booking, no info while buying the ticket, no email after buying, no email from the airline, nothing. I’ve never even heard of a transatlantic flight without a meal included."

Miinukset: "Flying with the same company from Vilnius, only on Riga they decided to weight the cabin bags. I understand the police, the limit weight, but they should apply it from the first flight, not just half way"

After informing Male Airport, a message was sent to Condor. No news all day. Next day lodged complaint replied they're investigating. Holiday ruined"

Plussat: "Crew were efficient and friendly."
Miinukset: "Coffee creamer sachets are insufficient in quantity for the coffee. Even with two sachets the coffee was still nearly black. The flight was full and the cost of checked in luggage ensured everyone used their carry on allowance. As a consequence, overhead bins were full. I left one bag at the front of the plane and had another at my feet. However, it was a short flight, so not too unbearable."

Miinukset: "airBaltic has a terrible luggage policy for musicians. They make you pay extra if you want to bring a musical instrument on board, even a violin which fits easily into the overhead bin. It is honestly discriminatory. Will not be flying with them again."

I'm lifetime gold with American Airlines so I do fair share flying and can tell you it's not a good Airline."

Miinukset: "They delayed our flight from Gatwick to Riga with no information given to passengers. Many of us had a connecting flight with Air Baltic from Riga to Helsinki- which we asked if they will wait for us, the crew member said because the flight was also with Air Baltic, they will wait for us. We got there 10 minutes before take off, and the gate has already closed. Furthermore, we got to the Air Baltic counter, we were given 5Euro meal vouchers even though we will be staying at the Riga airport for 9 hours. Also they gave us terrible customer service attitude, which we definitely do not deserve after being delayed, and causing so much trouble on their behalf. Definitely do not recommend flying with Air Baltic again. I've never been this angry with any air line."

Miinukset: "on the website i ordered and payed for a meal, and automatically it went to the last and the shortest leg of the flight. it did not ask which leg i was interested in. so i phoned their customer service to get this fixed, they said they cannot fix it and closed the phone on me. on the website is said that from israel you cannot do advance internet checkin, and when i arrived at the checkin they said that i should have done this advanced check in, and since i didn't i need to go to their ticket office and pay a penalty of 35$ per passenger. there also was no warning on the website of any such penalty. i will never fly with them again if i can help it."

Miinukset: "The seats are worn and creek with every movement. There is very limited leg room even for someone who is short. When the person in front of you leans back it is impossible to reach your hand baggage or do anything but lay back in your seat. The landing was safe but not at all comfortable."

Plussat: "The helpful ground person at check-in."
Miinukset: "This airline company looks a like person who is begging for money. First time in my life I paid for the luggage. 40 Euros!!! what for? Apparently Air Baltic has no clue about how to run a service business. Somebody has to teach them this naked reality: IN SERVICE BUSINESS YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE YOUR MAJOR MARKETING ASSETS! They don't even serve a glass of water, apparently they could not manage to integrate it in the ticket price. But they dare to get thirsty and unhappy customers on the plane. Anyways: This airline company is charging extra for luggage. And I could not see this anywhere when I was buying ticket online. If I knew I'd never buy the ticket from Airbaltic. "Not writing it clearly and visible at the time of ticket purchase" is certainly tricking and misleading us. This is a crime!"

Miinukset: "The flight was cancelled, so I did not make to the my connection flight with different carrier. I had to reschedule the flight and stay in the hotel overnight. AirBaltic refused to compensate for my looses due to thair fault, castomer service is very poor, they took refusal position right away. Air Baltic planes are very old and no air conditioning, avoid air Baltic."

Miinukset: "In Stockholm they denied my boarding to Riga and Moscow as they told me that I need Shengen visa. When I was buying ticket I wasn't informed that I need to have Visa. I always travel through Europe with layovers and never have this issue before. I had to buy another ticket straight to Moscow and wait in the airport for 8 hours. I ask to reimburse me half of the price of this ticket."

Miinukset: "I was flying transit, but I had to go through the check-in in Paris. At the check-in they started to make problems about my carry-on luggage. I had just two flights from the United States behind me and no problems at all and suddenly I can't fly with my carry-on luggage? I didn't like the AirBaltic check-in service."

Miinukset: "My flight was delayed, and I missed my connecting flight. Next flight was 8 hours later. They did put me on this flight but didn't give any assistance to help me with another connecting flight because it was a different company. Voucher for a cup of coffee didn't cover all the troubles I had to go through."

Miinukset: "paying for water!"

Miinukset: "No fee food or beverages at all. Attendants were very pleasant. Since this is an economy airline there reallly is no complaint. Our flight was full and boarding went smoothly."

Plussat: "They did provide a 6 euro food voucher once it was clear the flight was going to be over 2 hours late. The flight and land crew did their best to keep everyone calm under bad circumstances."
Miinukset: "Flight was just under 3 hours late (long enough to kill most of the day, but just under what is needed to pay compensation). First they said it was problems in Amsterdam, then problems with the plane, then traffic in Amsterdam. It was hard to tell what was true and what was avoiding penalties (it is possible that equipment issues caused them to lose their spot, and get caught in traffic delays). I hate that they charge 2.5 euros for water on the flight. Their carryon rules only allow us to take the smallest of bags (smaller than other airlines) but when I got on the plane, lots of people had medium sized carryons."

Miinukset: "Check in staff at Riga airport were rude. Check in Maine issued the same boarding pass twice, so one of us had no boarding pass. Security line was insanely long--30+ minutes! On board you pay for everything, even a glass of water. Tiny seats and the person behind me kept pushing on the back of my seat. Very uncomfortable! Will never fly airbaltic again."

Plussat: "Quick boarding once the plane finally arrived. Planes are new."
Miinukset: "Flight was delayed approximately 45 minutes as a result of late arrival of aircraft - surprising since it was a morning flight.. I am 6ft2, leg room is VERY tight. I slept most of the flight so cannot speak to food or entertainment. Watch out for the fees! 5 euro per leg for a seat assignment 60 euro to check bags."

Plussat: "Friendly crew, tons of meal options, good price."
Miinukset: "Checked in luggage is only 20kg, there's no entertainment in flight."

Plussat: "Modern aircraft. Quick flight. Quick delivery of baggage at terminal. Relieved that baggage from BKK-KBP-RIX was not lost nor delayed."
Miinukset: "It was cold and I was not dressed for the bus to the aircraft, but instead for the tropics where I had been. The toilet was not centered for stand - up use for men. Thus had to kneel in order to use. This booked by UIA, but the carrier was Air Baltic, which led to some confusion as to which airline to go to for boarding."

Miinukset: "Mediocre crew Pricing policy makes you feel like a fool. Ex : if you book not directly from their website, you won't receive a email asking to check online and will end up paying a 30e fee at the counter."

Miinukset: "After barely making too tight a connection, all food and beverage needed Euros or European credit card. My Visa wouldn't work. Finally after I broke down (blood sugar way too high) the stewardess gave me a glass of water. Never will I use the money grubbing airline again"

Plussat: "Superfast checkin, easy boarding process although it seemed a bit chaotic."
Miinukset: "The crew really didn't follow protocols and manage the guests. The family next to me all had large duffle bags in their laps which should have been stowed. There was a large group of teenage girls on board constantly roaming around and congregating in the aisles. Just a number of little things that added up to make a quick 2 hour trip seem longer."

Miinukset: "Not much was good about this flight. I had to pay an extra €55 because I couldn’t check in online 2 hours prior and had to do it at the airport. The flight itself was a sales pitch with every few moments the flight attendants offering things to sell. I’ll try not to take Ryanair again."

Plussat: "Seats don't recline. Flights are always late."

Plussat: "It was alright, nothing specific to be mentioned here."
Miinukset: "Flight was delayed 50mins. No explanation was given!"

Miinukset: "Boarding is always late and take long time. Maybe come with some better system to make it quicker. I'm not happy with prices for suitcases but that kinda doable."

Plussat: "Crew were good considering the difficult situation they found themselves in"
Miinukset: "Once everyone had boarded we were told we would be on the tarmac for 2 hours before we leave. While we sat there we were told they could not serve us anything while on the ground...even water! When we finally were airborne the crew were overwhelmed with customer orders and not all people got served"

Plussat: "The flight crew"
Miinukset: "Checking in had insufficient staff to deal with the new baggage policy. This is purely another money making scheme and not anything to do with the customer experience. Not only are there additional costs to baggage but also because of queues was insufficient time in duty free had to purchase food on the flight, no doubt part of Ryanair profit makeing scheme. Flight was still delay 30mins"

Plussat: "Friendly stuff, good price."
Miinukset: "Delay at the airport, also didn't take off anytime soon. We were sitting for over half and hour in the plane. Seats are very cramped too. People over 1.80m / 6 foot have to book an extra seat with more space, otherwise you won't have an convenient flight."

Miinukset: "25 minute wait in hot stairwell."

Plussat: "Price is right. No frills flight got us where we were going."
Miinukset: "Checked Bag check in procedure was confusing (had to go find the place to purchase a checked bag and then start the check in procedure over). Could have saved a lot of time standing in lines if we had known."

Plussat: "Literally nothing. Awful experience and to make matters worse we weren't even served peanuts."
Miinukset: "Didn't like how they charged me a fee that was more than the price of my ticket because I didn't check in before arriving at the airport. At no point was I warned about this penalty. They told me they sent my phone a text message but I never received anything. I use kayak to book all of my flights and it sucks that you guys work with a company who basically tricks people who book with them by providing cheap tickets and then charging bogus fees. I'm disappointed."

Plussat: "Nothing, except we did not crash."
Miinukset: "They made me check a bag. I had measured it art home, but they didn't like it. The seats were cramped. There was no complementary coffee or soft drink or even a bag of peanuts."

Miinukset: "As usual with ryan air it's all about the cash. Missed my flight because of lip balm and a baggage check and then when I asked for help. They basically did nothing. I will never fly with you again. Luckily managed to get a B.A flight for £95.00 the same day and Ryan air wanted £413.00"

Plussat: "Comfortable seats and cabin for a short flight and friendly crew"

Plussat: "Crew was friendly! Aircraft was very clean and the flight was on time!"

Plussat: "Accessibility guys in both Bergamo and Manchester were brilliant."
Miinukset: "Delayed for 2 hours the first hour was on the departure boards - fair enough but almost all of the second hour was on the plane with hardly any information at all."

Plussat: "Bought priority because of their new carry-on policy, so boarding was quick. Cramped seats but average compared to many other airlines. Crew was amicable. Soft landing."
Miinukset: "Cramped seats, I’m 6’3” or 191cm and am now used to that. Very little cushion on them, so for flights >2hrs it’s going to be uncomfortable but tolerable. Hate their new carry-on policy; moneygrabbers. No snacks nor beverages for free, even in a 3:30hr flight. No entertainment system. No magazine pocket in seats. No reclinable seats. You et what you pay for."

Plussat: "Nothing"
Miinukset: "I absolutely hated this trip. In order to check in i had to have my tickets on my phone. Even though I knew my confirmation number. We were told to go to a terminal to get our ticket printed out. I checked in early online so that was weird. We went to the terminal and couldn't figure out how to print it out. After about 20 minutes we got upset and left the terminal to get help. A guy told us he could print off our tickets 37€ to get a flight ticket printed off. He worked for Ryanair. He said if I pull it up off my phone I could get it with an email. Unfortunately I'm a tourist and don't have signal in that country and the wifi was conveniently not operational. I was to to try a local cafe to use wifi. I went to the cafe used their WiFi and then pulled my ticket online. I brought it to the guy who needed my ticket. I asked to check my luggage on. She said I couldn't because my luggage was broken because on my flight to Athens it came back to me broken. Frustrated I walked off to security in Athens. I went to go to my gate and looked at the ticket. The ticket didn't even have my gate on there. I searched on the board for my flight to come on in English but everything was moving too fast so it took 10 minutes to do. I finally found the gate I needed to go to and left. By this time 1hr and 30 minutes we're expended before I got to even security. I got to security and through my backpack containing my camera equipment onto the scanner taking my laptop out. They kicked the back back saying I had to take all my gear out of the back so they can scan it. ( I mean what's the point of a scanner anyways) they they told me to open up my lenses to see inside.... Like what?! I did that so he could look into my lenses. Then he asked me to open up my laptop so he could see inside the laptop.... Again... Seriously?? You have a scanner. Then they told to take all my hygiene products including my expensive calone I put in my bag that was intended for check luggage and throw it away. Because my luggage was broken and wasn't able to go on the plane I lost about $100 of hygiene products. Let me tell you I also work in Africa.... I can't get hygiene products anymore. We began boarding the plane. The ticket on my phone wasn't able to be scanned and see had to put the number in manually. Then we got to the plane and told us to leave my luggage at the bottom of the stairs to be put into the plane with the checked luggage. My broken luggage that wasn't accepted for check luggage was now checked luggage just without all the important items I needed -_- worst airline and airport ever. Never fly with them."

Miinukset: "Only two toilets were working. Big queues. Flight delayed by a passenger vomiting with chest pains as we left the standing. She refused to disembark until the captain insisted! Not Ryanair fault."

Miinukset: "The Lithuanian crew team was far too casual. Service as well. Informal."

Plussat: "Automatic checkin done by kiwi, with boarding tickets sent to email."
Miinukset: "Separate seating. Two of us flew under one booking. We got seats at opposite sides of the airplane, although there were seats available to sit together"

Plussat: "Only good thing the middle seat was empty"
Miinukset: "Small and cramped, tired and old. At least it was a quick flight."

Plussat: "You get what you pay for. Nothing less and definitely nothing more."

Plussat: "Fly was moved from 18.00 to 22.00 After that 30 minutes delay. They tooks my 2 bags because of leak of space Inside a plane. So I spent anothet 30 minutes with my 2 kids awaiting for collection of my lagguge after arriving. Horrible experience!"

Plussat: "Crew tried their best but their capacity were stretched to the max to accommodate us."
Miinukset: "In Malta airport they only had use of ONE wheelchair/passenger lift vehicle for all flights and we almost missed our flight because the airport team couldn't locate the lift vehicle (PRM). In Edinburgh airport, the lift vehicle got us off the plane ok but didn't have enough wheelchairs or assistants for all those who booked. In the end we were just dumped off by the luggage caramel and had to have the slightly better disabled push the severely disabled out whilst I pushed the luggages. The holiday was fine but the traveling was just terrible due to clear lack of resources and capacity of airport teams"

Plussat: "Staff"
Miinukset: "Everything else. Delayed hrs. Filthy. Very shaky and unstable and my checked bag came out soaking wet!"

Plussat: "Price was right. Very short flight so it was okay. Price was good."
Miinukset: "Called to gate BEFORE plane even arrived. Left to stand like cattle for over half an hour. Not a seat in sight. Way too much for my elderly husband."

Plussat: "Smooth flight, uneventful"
Miinukset: "Waiting in the rain for boarding- Not very good planning and organized"

Plussat: "Great Price if you fly with only a carry on."
Miinukset: "Nothing extra, but worth it to keep costs down. Boarding was late starting, and a little disorganized."

Plussat: "It made it there"
Miinukset: "It was a half an hour late. My fourth Ryanair flight that was at least a half hour late. I thought they were known for arriving on time."

Miinukset: "Worst experience. Multiple charges. Made it one of the most expensive trips. Terrible!"

Plussat: "Chose Priority Boarding. It was easy getting on and off. I was a little worried about my over rstuffed carryons but wasn't hassled. Just had to rearrange some stuff to fit in overhead."
Miinukset: "Flight was late but not Ryanair's fault. BCN was stacking up flights due to crowding"

Plussat: "Flight was delayed, but got time back when we departure to Rome. Fast and quiet flight !"
Miinukset: "Attending staff before aboard confuse with wrong info !!! Crazy and adding the lack of Aire condition"

Miinukset: "Our Ryanair flight was delayed due to engine trouble. However no one ever made formal announcement or updates about the progress. Every 2 hrs we heard through word of mouth that the plane was still not ready. After waiting 8 hrs in the airport terminal, they finally brought a new plane for us. Many people missed connecting flights and the airlines was no help. It was an extremely frustrating situation. By far the worst flying experience I've had."

Miinukset: "Terrible customer service. Rude people working."

Plussat: "On time"
Miinukset: "Had to pay for the garment bag. Not too friendly flight attendants."

Miinukset: "Printing my boarding pass at home to make sure I didn't have to pay a 50 euro fee. It's hard enough to do it right before you leave, but we couldn't print anything for the flight back to Brussels."

Miinukset: "The dark-haired cabin crew lady was behaving like in a market: shouting, running around, not being corteous at all. Even though I didnt have to deal with her personally, the fact that she was behaving like this with other customers did leave a negative mark on my overall comfort."

Plussat: "although the crew had to make an unscheduled flight, they were very nice"
Miinukset: "the airplane had a technical issue (they told us it had a flat tire during landing) but they didn't manage to change the wheel and we had more than 4 hours delay. We had to wait for another plane to land in Timisoara (from London) and they scheduled that plane to take us to Bucharest. They should be honest from the beginning instead of telling a lot of lies - it may avoid a lot of conflicts between passengers and crew."

Plussat: "i enjoyed nothing"
Miinukset: "The staff completely skipped over me when offering drinks and snacks. They offered the other two people in my row food but not me. I literally had my credit out and they just skipped me. The people at the check in desk didn't have any sort of protection for my bag. (Big camping backpack with lots of straps) but the people in CGN did. I don't understand the inconsistencies. And then to top it off nobody informed me the process of customs. I was unprepared because of this and ended up waiting for 1.5 hours. Completely unprofessional in all aspects. I will not be flying Ryanair again."

Plussat: "Nice plane, competent crew, overall exceeded expectations. Don't expect food or entertainment on a very short flight."
