Crew said, she will get back to me and I did not hear from her for another 10 mins, then there was repeat serve of drinks and I was asked if i needed any thing and asked the same drink, but then I was asked to wait. After I had finished off my meal and ready to go to sleep, someone was bringing my drink out and I then respectfully say no to it as it was bit late after the meal and asked for water instead and did not like the look on the face of the crew member. I saw it happening with other passengers as well and was under the impression, the whole crew performance was pretty poor and SIA was not up to its high-standards as I always like to fly with them. I will look for different option next time"

Miinukset: "Old plane, cramped seats, wrong tissue paper (unusabke) in bathrooms, instead of paper towels, unremarkable food, served almost cold, rushed staff which spilled water on me (offered S$75 voucher as compensation), however did not take thebtime to listen to requests from passengers who spoke poor English, etc."
Plussat: "The service and the flight to and from Narita Airport."

Plussat: "The trend to offer more comfort in Economy Plus and similar leads, of course to less comfort in normal Economy class. The ticket price was certainly attractive but it is doubtful that it was good value. Economy Plus might not be good value either."

If Hong Kong makes you do that switch over to another airport, better yet make no halt. I have flown direct from SF to Singapore before so not sure why this halt."

What bothered me even more is that when the woman asked the flight attendant to tell me to put my seat up, the flight attendant complied instead of telling the woman it was my seat to do as I wished. Why make the seats recline if they are going to bother the people behind? Why tell me to put my seat up if it was not a requirement for all (ie during take off or landing)? I did not appreciate this and it made my flight extremely uncomfortable."

Moreover, the flight attendants left the food in front of us for nearly An hour after service. I ultimately, in order to use the bathroom, had to remove my own tray."

Miinukset: "The food was the worst long haul food I've ever had - a hot sandwich in a box. Really? For a 12 hour flight?! Entertainment was basic - not bad, but minimal. Seat recline was basic/minimal. If you're a budget flyer, pick a different airline. If you're a premium flyer, Quantas is fine."

Finnair on lentoyhtiönä nykyään aivan perseestä! Siirtävät esim lentoja 2 päivällä eteenpäin eivätkä kerro matkustajille edes syytä! Laitoin kyselyä asiakaspalveluun jo maaliskuussa 2022 ja lentomme oli 27.5 ja en ole vieläkään saanut vastausta miksi lentoa siirrettiin.
Lento myöhässä 9h ja lähtö seuraavan vuorokauden puolella. Ei mitään tietoa finnairilta kuinka toimitaan, miten yöpyminen hoidetaan, mitä korvataan jne. Surkea suoritus.
Asiakkaita suositellaan menemään kentälle hyvissä,ajoin, mutta finskin lähtöselvitys ja bag drop portit avautuvat, aina, liian myöhään. (munchen)
Tämä nykyajan "turvatarkastusteatteri" on aivan absurdia matkustajien kiusaamista. EI voi mitenkään olla perusteltua että joutuu jonottamaan yli 2 tuntia sitä että käsimatkatavarat tutkitaan. Matkustajista 99.99999% on rehellisiä asiallisia ihmisiä eikä heidän kiusaamisensa moisella teatterilla edistä mitenkään lentoturvallisuutta. Parannusehdotus turvallisuuspäällikölle potkut tehtäviensä hoidon täydellisestä epäonnistumisesta. Esim lennollani 2 oli vain läpivalaisulaitetta käytössä ja jonossa tuhansia ihmisiä. Ilman lennon myöhästymistä olisimme missanneet lentomme tämän pelleilyn johdosta! Kyllä moiset tarkastukset pitää pystyä järjestämään siten ettei matkustajan tarvitse seisoskella jonossa tuntikausia. ( tämä jonottaminen tarkoittaa myös sitä ettei kukaan voinut käyttää kentän palveluita, eli myös heidän business kärsii tästä typeryydestä)
Lento oli tunnin myöhässä.
Edelleen toivoisin edes kahvia maksutta, Air France osaltaan tarjoaa jopa pientä syötävää ja muuta juotavaa.
Koneen kapteeni ei kertonut mitään muuta lennosta kuin lähtiessä lennon kesto. Olisin halunnut tietoa esim lentoreitistä.
Lento oli lähes 3 tuntia myöhässä emmekä saaneet mitään tietoa mistään. Emme saaneet myöskään vouchereita.
Finnair arpoi edellisenä iltana check-in:ssä mieheni riville 29 ja minut riville 16 eikä näitä voinut muuttaa. Finnair rahastaa kaikesta, vaikka ei tietääkseni ole ’halpalentoyhtiö’. Mustikkamehumukillinen on ainut, mikä kuuluu hintaan. Menolennolla KLM tarjosi suolaisen ja makean välipalan kaikkine juomineen (kahvi, mehu, virvoitusjuoma, olut, viini). Kännykän voi ladata. For free.
Nopeaa toimintaa, kaikki sujui hyvin.
Matkatavaratietomme puuttuivat järjestelmästä. Turhaa vaivaa moisesta asiasta. Valitin suoraan Finnairille.
Kaikki toimii suunnitellusti, ruokaa tai viihettä en käyttänyt.
Järjestelyt toimi oikein hyvin matkakumppanin boarding pass dokumentti katosi turvatarkastuksen jälkeen puhelimesta jokin spammi yritti latautua , mutta passilla koneeseen 😊 Kone ilmeisesti hiukan kovassa käytössä, istuin muhkurainen. Henkilökunta oikein palvelualtista ja ammattitaitoista ☺

Check-in jonoa oli aamulennolla, mikä on pienellä lennolla ymmärrettävää. Kaikki muu toimi mainiosti.
Teneriffan matkaselvitys tosi hidas ja ruuhkainen
Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli hyvää, mutta pienille reittilennoille Suomen sisällä olisi mukavaa saada pikku suolaista.
Friendly and professional crew
Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!
Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!
Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.
Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.
Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.
Erinomaiset ja viihdyttävät lentäjät mutta lento lähti myöhässä

Tällä lennolle kaikki sujui hienosti. Henkilökunta toimi ammattitaitoisesti ja lentäjät olivat huippu ammattilaisia, nousut ja laskut olivat hallittua. Kiitos Finnair.
Jokin ongelma saapuessa jolloin bussikuljetus ja kävely toisesta päästä kenttää… kangasmaski käskettiin vaihtaa kesken lennon vaikka osa oli ilman saapuessakin koneeseen Lentolippujen kaivaminen oli haastavaa,sitten keksin liittää finskin appiin
Minulla oli aivan kova nälkä ja halusin ostaa lentokoneessa leivän mutta valitettavasti minä olen nuori enkä omista luottokorttia ja en saanut koneesta mitään koska normaali electron maksu kortti ei kelvannut eikä käteinen kelvannut..
