JAL cancelled one of my return connecting flight as such has put untoward stress and terrible inconvenience on me. Ive reached out to priceline more than 4 times and said that JAL is yet to approve the request for change in flight details. JAL only approved of it nearly 2 weeks away from my actual revised flight. I was in contact with priceline two to three months away from my cancelled flight from JAL but JAL has delayed the approval of my request for a revised travel plan. All my succeeding plans and schedules were terribly affected by this poor JAL service. JAL did not even tell why they cancelled one of my connecting flights. This delay in their practice is terrible and is a poor reflection of their company values.
The seat, crew and food for this flight were excellent. I particularly like the arrangement in business class for the window seat, which offers both very good privacy and aisle access. The only improvement needed is the entertainment; the entertainment choices were limited and the hand-held control was difficult to navigate. But overall a very good product

Plussat: "The crew is outstanding. A girl two seats away from me barfed and two attendants were there immediately with a bag, cleaning wipes, etc. They are very friendly and patient with passengers. The next best part was the comfort. I got a good amount of sleep on my nine-hour flight."

Plussat: "The ANA crew at Haneda airport were very polite, professional, and very patient with me. However due to an online error between the ANA US website and the ANA JP website my confirmed seat on my flight was given to another passenger so I was kicked off. How this happened I dont know."

Plussat: "Everything about this flight was awesome. The food, the people, the seats in economy felt like first class. VERY polite and happy attendants compared to American Airlines who seemed to be annoyed by those on the flight."

Miinukset: "We almost missed our flight to Kona, due to a malfunction in the plane from Chitose to Narita where we were disembarked. We were not aware or made aware of the distance from the domestic to international gate. We were told to take the 1830 pm flight to connect. We almost got a heart attack from running to our very far gate. I wish we were made aware that a shuttle bus would have been available to go to the international gate."
Plussat: "The business class layout was very good. Seats comfortable with excellent cabin staff and the food and its presentation was A+"

Plussat: "Boarding procedure was the most efficient I have ever seen for a 777. Very quick and efficient, back to front. Great food. Very polite and efficient crew. Plenty of leg room in coach. Comfortable seat configuration, with only three seats in center section. JAL is a great airline!"
Plussat: "The crews were polite and reliable. No bossy or mean like other airlines. they moved prompt, no running or fast walk on aisles, so that passengers can ask things easily. Food was much better comparing with any other companies. The boarding time was delayed one hour, however we landed japan 2, 3 mins later than the estimated arrival time. Landing technique was beautiful. American, United, ANA which I flew caused me have a deep Earache. I didn't get any pain from this flight. I am already scared of returning flight with American airplines."

Miinukset: "My brother and his wife had to wait 12 hrs for plane delay,just to hear that AA canceled all flight for that date. The crew told my brother and his wife to wait for another12 hours which is the next morning, for next flight. My brother decided to just take a rental car to KZO, and was going to just take their luggage from the airline, but the AA crew would not let them did so, and was really rude. It was very traumatic experience for the both of them and other passangers of how bad they treated this plane delay/cancellation issue. One passenger with baby was having a panic attack, but nothing was done. So far, no compensation, or apology email has been sent. Will never take this airline anymore. We are done."

The cabin was extremely hot. Pressed the assistance button and waited for more than 30 mins for one of the crew members showed up. Told him about the cabin temperature said he’ll check and lower it. 30 minutes later called saw him and asked if he lowered it. He said he’ll check again. Until we arrived to our final destination the temperature never got lowered. One of the passengers passed out during the flight. Pretty sure it was due to the heat. The leather seats didn’t help at all

Check in was easy and pretty fast. Flight was great, they even offered a small meal. There was no entertainment, since the flight was pretty short. Staff was nice and happy to be there. Overall excellent experience in this flight with Air Albania
Turkish Airlines have done well for us. I like the little art history lectures in the available videos! Also like the food, and the Turkish wine.
The flight didn’t even happen.

Plussat: "Once we boarded, staff were attentive and service was good in business class. Food was high quality but in their effort to serve an elaborate 4-5 course meal, there was less attention on making sure people had drinks to pair with their meals."
Miinukset: "We were delayed for 3 hours. We were held in a the boarding area behind security for 2 hours with no seats, no water, no space, and no information. Turkish Airline representatives looked clueless and did not provide information or even look concerned. That was the worst handled delay in my over 30 years of flying all over the world on any many carriers. Once we boarded, the flight went well from there."

Miinukset: "There was no boarding announcement. I was given a boarding zone for no reason; boarding was a free for all. Our flight was delayed by almost an hour. We sat on the plane, by the gate, while the crew called the Istanbul Flight Control to figure out when our plane could arrive. This flight had been scheduled for weeks; I would think they could plan the arrival time to be the ACTUAL arrival time."

Miinukset: "Ground support (desk, etc.) in Istanbul was not convenient - the communications were crossed often, and on a long layover we were told incorrect directions and missed an opportunity to sleep in the airport in their resting room (seems to always be full)."

Plussat: "Trip from Istanbul was On Time. As a Disabled Person, I was picked up at the baggage ticket counter and expedited through. It was excellent service in Istanbul for me. The plane experience was smooth, with wonderful entertainment on your personal screen with excellent movie, news and music offerings. The crew was wonderful, friendly, smiling and accommodating. No charge on alcoholic drinks! Food was great. Flight was good. At Houston, the assistants for Disabled Persons was wonderful, accompanying me up until I was dropped at Shuttle service to my car. Turkish airlines really impressed me and would use them anytime."
Miinukset: "In Istanbul, I had to walk from the gate entrance to the plane. Took me 10 minutes to walk the plank, struggling, but no one offered me a wheelchair or assistance. In Istanbul, there was a considerable amount of people waiting to check bags but there were no agents at 2 counters and it really bothered the people waiting and waiting for them to show up. Then the baggage loading track stopped and it stopped all the traffic for a while. Inconveniences but, nevertheless, it affected the travelers anxiety."

Instead of beginning boarding at the time printed on my ticket, like every other airline, boarding was completed and closed fifteen minutes before my ticket said they would start, so even though I was eight minutes early I was actually seven minutes too late. Turkish Airlines service desk took the evidence (my ticket) and then refused to rebook me, forcing me to pay $600 for a new flight and for a visa to Turkey just so I could exit through security to book & pay for it. They will not be getting any more of my business in the future!"

She got very scared and very upset for what you guys did . She is an old lady and it was one of her worst experiences of her life"

Miinukset: "This flight was a standard deviation below the usual quality. The crew seemed inexperienced, and the service was slow. The business-class cabin was only about 40% occupied, and yet the crew seemed unable to provide quick service. As I say, this is not normally the case, but it was a little disappointing."
Miinukset: "I have bought two sides ticket from Turkish Airlines. And i miss my first flight, when i came to airport for return flight Turkish Airlines cancel my return flight whitout update by email or massage by phon!!"

Miinukset: "I don't like the fact that I'm stuck in a hotel in turkey without an inkling of when my flight will take off or if it will even take off. I was sent from desk to desk and everyone I spoke with said the same thing, "I don't know" , To every singlee question I had. I slept In the airport like a homeless person just to be shuttled around turkey afterwards in search of a hotel, and I say search because the shuttle that was provided went to 2 different hotels before we got to the one I'm in now. I'm disgusted, and afraid I won't even get a flight out of here."
Plussat: "No personal entertainment screen. No USB jack. These alone are unacceptable esp for an international flight. Food was terrible - vegetarian option was plain pasta!. Seats cramped and too close together. Crew didn't manage passengers putting luggage away so passengers did it very badly taking up overhead room with jackets and small bags. Gate was overcrowded and hot without enough seats. Staff was pleasant though and friendly and courteous and efficient."
Plussat: "That was the only problem, it was a long flight. Also had to store my carry on further back from my seat due to the crowd. Made exiting awkward."

Miinukset: "It was blazing hot on every flight. Several guests complained yet the staff kept saying it was cool enough and would not turn it cooler. Although the menu said cheese sandwiches were available at any time, we were told there weren't any when we asked for one. The guest next to me would push the attendant button and the staff would walk by several times without even making eye contact with her."
Plussat: "I paid for WiFi but the service didn't work perfectly, I wanted to switch device,which you have to logout first. The button didn't work"
Miinukset: "They lost one of my bags but I got it in the afternoon the next day."
