If there was a sign saying which terminal the shuttle was going to, it was not clear."

I don't believe such an early morning flight, which should be the origination flight, should be held/delayed so long...it made my connection in Frankfurt very tight and others missed theirs altogether."
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed 1.5 hrs and then completely canceled. They never gave us a reason as to why it as canceled and when they canceled it, they directed the entire group of the people on the plane to 4 different gates before getting a gate agent to tell us that we had to leave the gate and go back to the ticket counter and start over again. The security in Israel is very intense, so this was a big hassle. Then they only had 3-4 gate agents to rebook all 300+ people on the flight so we waited in like for 3 hours."

Miinukset: "crowded smelly gate, horrible seats, overcrowded bus out to the plane, which was late. to be fair, this is probably not Lufthansa's fault, unless their arrangement with Tel-Aviv airport always results in these awful gate assignments. we then stood outside on the tarmac on those external roll-up stairways. for a good 15 minutes. waiting to get inside the plane. Full sun exposure in the middle of summer. no sign of the crew. WHY."
Miinukset: "Not enough leg room in Economy. God reason to fly other airline"
Miinukset: "The seats were so close together that it was extremely uncomfortable. I was charged 80 Euros extra for my bag which them claim was overweight, it was the exact same 10 Kilo weight as leaving Chicago. No service for water or food food unless you pay for it."
Plussat: "Seats were okay. Nothing else was. This is by far the worst premium economy cabin I've encountered."
Miinukset: "Most airlines provide more and better amenities in coach than Norwegian did in premium economy. No pillow. Amenity kit. No food, other than two small boxed lunches with tiny portions. Lousy movie selection. Oh, and customer service sucks."

Miinukset: "Iin at newark was terrible. They apparently have no assigned checkin area for the airline. A line with hundreds of people played follow the leader through Newark Airport. On way back in Barcelona not nearly enough seats in the . waiting area or nearby. There was huge line because of this."

Miinukset: "Wheelchair assistance was not available. Waited over an hour to have someone assist us, but no one came. Once getting to security, assistance was still nowhere to be found."
Plussat: "Service was fine but nothing stood out in particular. We liked the newer Dreamliner."
Miinukset: "Seat (economy) not comfortable. Less room that most other aircrafts in the same class. Seats seemed narrow. With all the extra charges, I would not consider Norwegian to be a ‘budget’ or low cost airline. In the end we paid the same, if not more, for a comparable ‘non-low cost’ airline."
Miinukset: "We didn't prepay for the flight meals, but that meant that if we wanted literally anything, a water/coffee/etc it was extra and had to be ordered from our touchscreen, even if a crew member was outside our row with the beverage cart serving other passengers, so it's not just paying for a meal."
Plussat: "The crew was rude. If my boarding pass was checked at gate why I need to show it again when I’m at the door of the plane. I told them my seat."

Miinukset: "I had a long flight from LAX-Los to Barcelona and it was very uncomfortable, crew needs to be trained to service passengers. Your airplane was dirty, trash between seats. My husband had bug bites on his feet. I ordered a sandwich from online monitor and received a very different sandwich, when I asked flight attendant he said, the picture its just an illusion. Very unprofessional and misleading information to passengers."

The flight was delayed but they never posted it and I have no idea why they have boarding groups since they allow everyone on at the same time. All the magazine says they have charging ports-they don’t and the WiFi is spotty at best.."
Miinukset: "If the crew could have made sure at boarding that passengers uses the right doors to enter the aircraft , that could have avoided passengers walking over each other"
Plussat: "plane was nice, crew was only ok. but the baggage thing is totally unacceptable!"
Miinukset: "We booked a trip from Stockholm to NY. Got to the airport and the baggage fee was quite high, but i was ok paying it since i didn't prepay online- my mistake. BUT then i was told since the plane was stopping at Oslo we had to pay ANOTHER SET OF LUGGAGE FEES !!!! I said, no you must be mistaken, there is no way you can charge me for two trips just because your plane is making a stop! They insisted and rather than fight and get thrown out of the airport i am disputing with my credit card company, but it can't possibly be legal. $690.00 fees !"
Plussat: "Food was actually provided with our ticket... not just ONE meal, but also a snack for before the arrival and the meals tasted good! Also, Oslo is a new and beautiful airport with great options for meals and stores to wander around. Also, the airplane had huge windows to look out of with new dimmer technology as opposed to just a shade. Very cool! With a couple of small downsides, we would STILL definitely fly Norwegian."
Miinukset: "We gate checked a stroller but were unable to pick it up to use in Oslo which was a surprise as it went straight through from gate check to full check in through the layover... with a 3hr 45min layover, it could have been useful to have it for our infant to sleep. Leg room is tight. Small selection of new movies for entertainment when compared to other airlines and it would have been nice to know we could get complimentary drinks anytime during the flight, but they were only available for free during meal service unless you purchased additionally."
Plussat: "For a low cost airline its ok"

Miinukset: "Norwegian doesn't provide food or drinks and it wasn't clear at the time of purchasing a ticket. Norwegian airlines call center customer service rep wasn't able to provide a price of 1st checked-in bag and refered to the entity that sold a ticket."
Plussat: "I did not like the fact that there are so many hidden fees. Customer service is also the worst. It took a flight attendant 20 minutes to attend a request, and another 20 minutes to give you what you requested/orderd. Also, once they attend you, they make you feel like you are the worst customer for requesting/ordering something. They give you the nastiest side eye, all of them!!! They also kept getting the orders wrong. The old gentleman I sat next to was vegetarian, and they gave his meal to someone else, so they gave him a sandwich with meat in it."
Plussat: "Fact that I eventually made it home a day later"
Miinukset: "The airline company and if I can avoid it in the future, I will not take this airline again!"

Miinukset: "Took us 2 hours just to drop bags off and check in. Almost missed flight. The guy who was managing the check in staff was one of the most rude aggressive people I've ever met. Could not check in online prior to flight. Check in machines at airport don't work. Got to London and had to wait half an hour standing on the tarmac while they found a tunnel to take passengers off the flight. Worst flying experience I've had for years. Never again with this clown show."
Plussat: "I have to say, the only reason i bought this ticket was the low cost. I thought it was a bit too good to be true, and it was! The round trip cost beat other airlines hands down, and it was a direct flight, and the flight times allowed me to get picked up to/from the airport(s) with ease. Little did I know that it was "low cost" because they nickel and dimes you for everything else."
Miinukset: "I found out that to take luggage, buy a meal and reserve a seat, one way, was $45 for each thing. That would total $270 above the base fare of the ticket, which puts the ticket cost back with the rest of the options. I did not order food, since I usually don't eat much on the flight, but they would not even give me seltzer water because that was for people who ordered meals. Once on the flight, you had to pay for a blanket and headsets! it was a trans-atlantic nonstop flight! These things were not clearly identified before flying. I think that if the company was more transparent, I would have made other decisions. the stewardesses were alright. nothing special. I did feel in general that I was treated a little less than human. The whole lack of a meager snack and beverages...plus no blanket was a little odd. One woman was allowed to carry her dog in her lap the whole time, and they treated the dog really well. I guess there are always discrepancies in life, but that one irked me. That being what it is, the flight was on time, and my luggage arrived on time and in tact. Its all already in the past, which it would have been had I paid twice as much for the flight. But I paid half as much. So that is a win! Not sure if I would fly Norwegian again."

Miinukset: "Each Norwegian Air flights play loud pop music during boarding. Neutral low volume music is preferable. Having been traveling for hours, loud pop music is a stressor."
Plussat: "I flew round trip from Oakland, CA to London. This is a budget airline. You pay for anything extra. That said, the airplane was new, spotless and comfortable. The toilets were clean and well stocked with paper products. ( I have experienced quite the opposite on more expensive flights.) The crew was efficient and responsive. The plane was on time and the flight was great. Given the $700 price reduction, I don't mind paying to check luggage or bringing my own food, water, blanket, pillow, ear phones, music, sleep mask and earplugs. If you want a snack, drink, coffee or water, it can be ordered for airport prices. The snacks looked better than the food they served."

Miinukset: "Seriously poor leg-room for a transatlantic flight. If you're going to sell food on board. Make the most of the opportunity and ensure it's decent quality?! Options are limited and quality is noooot good."

Miinukset: "Much less space than other airlines. You have to pay for everything extra so it likely doesn't end up cheaper overall if you need to check a bag and buy food. Even on an 11+ hour flight they only give you water. Also sat for 3 hours before taking off due to mechanical problems and still only gave us water."

Plussat: "The staff was really nice, and when my husband's tv screen wasn't working they made sure to reboot it several times, until it did."
Miinukset: "I have never been on an international flight where they made you pay for food and water. They, in fact, won't stop the beverage cart for you unless you've paid for a meal package. When I booked my flight there was no option to opt in nor out of any meal package. I called the airlines 48 hours in advance, and they told me that, in order to pay for a meal package I would have to have called at least 72 hours in advance. Also the flight had no vegetarian hot meal options, which sucked for me. I was appalled that you had to pay for, even, water!!!!"

Miinukset: "I understand there is construction but your NY terminal is dirty, uncomfortable, no modern conveniences nor decent restaurants. And boarding was a cluster duck."
Plussat: "The entertainment was good and the staff was friendly. The captain was communicative and gave us frequent updates on why it took so long to take off/leave the gate. I'd fly Norwegian again."
Miinukset: "We were on the airplane at the gate for well over an hour waiting for "mandatory screenings" of passengers to take place. It was long and uncomfortable. While this was not the airline's fault, it would have been nice to have had the in-flight entertainment activated or beverages offered while we waited."

Miinukset: "Dreamliner nice. I sat in the center seat in the center section. I exited to my right because the guy got up for a minute. Needed to get to my luggage on the left. So I crossed the isle in the emergency exit row. The people sitting there had personal items (shoes, etc) in front of them including a red rolling carry on suitcase. Since this is an emergency exit area, why didn't one of the staff tell these people to move the suitcase. The lady was using the suitcase as an ottoman. I told the stewardess and she did nothing about it. Safety violation?"
Plussat: "The 787 is a great plane to be on for long trips. It is comfortable and high tech. Checkin kiosks are easy to use and the app makes checking the details easy."
Plussat: "The plan was on time both ways. They came around with water several times."
Miinukset: "The plane was old. The inflight entertainment didn't work and for a 7 hour flight that wasn't great. There was food served but the chicken & beef fished were terrible."

Miinukset: "On the 7 hour international flight from Oslo to NYC, there were no blankets or pillows, you had to pay for them! Again, this is really out of line. While I generally sleep well and am adaptable on international flights, I can't imagine how miserable the flight must have been for the average traveler. Whatever happened to hospitality? I was one of the few passengers offered meal on the Oslow to NYC flight, must because I had a connection from Athens, but it is pretty unreasonable to charge the basic amenities for international flight across the Atlantic. The entertainment options were mediocre. Lastly, the captain lacked a bit of finesse in his announcement, saying " please only use the bathroom in your ...class". How about use the word "section" or other phrases that come off a bit more polite. Further, the plane landed with a huge thud in JFK. I travel a lot and this was one of the worst landings."

The plane was filthy again
Flight boarded very late and then flight took off over 2hrs late. No food and drinks provided at airport despite law. Then before landing in Berlin, crew announced that the flight was so delayed that the airport was closed for landings and flight was diverted to Hanover. Flight crew stated over the PA that buses would be waiting at airport to take passengers to Berlin. In fact, no buses or help was provided and passengers were left looking for their own way to Berlin at 1am, when there were very few options Bad bad bad conduct
Fast, good loads in and out, totally worth of price.

They purposely split family members in the hope that people will pay extra to sit together. We did it on the first leg, but then managed to switch seats without extra cost in the second leg. It just required several people switching around."

Miinukset: "-we paid extra for priority boarding and did go through the line first to board the shuttle to the plane but then they had everyone else from the overbooked plane crowded like sardines into the same shuttle. It was a waste of money. -traveling to Rome on Ryanair we took samsonite carry on luggage onto the plane with no problems. Leaving Rome we were told to recheck our luggage size. The wheels stick out a little and they made us pay 100 Euros to check our bags. Once on the plane we saw many passengers with luggage and bags much larger than our own and did not have to pay to have them checked. We were the only Americans on the plane. -The seats do not recline and are at a 90 degree angle which is very uncomfortable for a 3 hour flight. -the crew traveling to Rome was very rude. -the seats were dirty with food and crumbs before I sat down and there was trash and food on the floor. It is as if the plane is not cleaned routinely."

Miinukset: "1156.64 When we arrived at the airport the clerk at the desk would not look up from her computer to help us, we went to the window and she continued to refuse to check us in. When we handed her our passports she bluntly stated that it was too late to check in because it was 10:00 and the cutoff was 9:55. We asked if she could make an exception due to our issues with transportation or if she was able to help us rebook a flight and she said no. We had already paid for this flight and had checked in baggage and paid separately for the two bags and she told us there were no Ryan air flights for our destination. We promptly rebooked with another airline at a separate airport and consequently had to pay for another form of transportation to the airport as well as a new flight and another two checked pieces of baggage. I have traveled all over Europe, the US, Canada, Central America etc. and never in my years of travel have I felt so belittled and disrespected especially considering I was a paying, respectful and loyal customer. It goes without saying I will never use this airline again and will be strongly recommending other airlines to friends and family."
Miinukset: "1. Flight expensive....and ontop you pay 40€ for 20kg 2. Flight was at 13:35, when booking online, it says u can check in online 2 hrs before flight. If u dont you pay 50€ fee to checkin at airport ( absolutely rediculous to start with!!!!!) However, i tried to checkin online at 09:40 and payed for my suitcase, once i payed for my case, not only it didnt send me confirmation of payment or receipt, it asked for my passport details and date of birth which i entered... and then it told me the flight has already departed and wouldnt let me checkin. after 4 attempts trying.... my father called ryanair to ask for advise on what to do with this situation, and was told that we can checkin at the airport. We go to Pafos airport, where staff of ryanair at checkin were extremely rude.... and after explaining the situation... told us we must pay €50 to check in and get on my flight... told us to go to the other side of the airport to pay. We tried to explain the situation to another extreeeemely rude member of staff called Evi... who says she needs proof that i couldnt check in... so i showed her the emails i had received from ryanair.... and she said she could see it on her screen that i was in the ryanair site... but said she needed a print screen to prove it.... how pathetic!!! Then when questioning why emails from ryanair were not sufficient proof she said she is just doing her job and she doesnt care because she doesnt work for ryanair. Ironicaly told us to pay and have a nice day. We paid. And will make a huge complaint... and advertise how pathetic this airline is... not only the rules, they even ignore their own rules, as they have the rudest staff both ground and on board im sure they need the extra money to understandably employ better staff or maybe get better planes... or hopefully follow monarch so bad airlines get out and leave the good ones to do their job professionally. The way they service ob is another story. Staff look exhausted... unmotivated and very unhappy. I work for the crewing dept of an international shipping company... where we arrange travel for officers and crew hourly 24/7 , 365 days a year.....and will make sure that under no circumstances do we use ryanair as it will reflect badly on our company. I paid €250.00 for the ticket + €40.00 20kg + €50.00 because they wouldnt let me check in. = €340.00 €340.00 i could have gone with a better airline... had a happier flight.... not feel ripped off...and not been spoken to so rudely. I never complain. But this experience was continuously awful. And i will make sure this is expressed world wide. Cheating people is unacceptable. If i was late to try check in, or i did something wrong, or i was rude, or if the flight cost was rediculously low. i would understand.. but i paid good money for a ticket, too much money for a 14kg bag and ontop extra for the fault of the airlines webpage & acepted attitude!!Lesson learned!! For sure they will lose alot more than 1 customer!!!!"

I used two Flights both of them suffered from a delay of 90 minutes . I the second segment we waited 99 minutes in lthe queue and even water was not offered . The crew provided disinformation in both flights and finally no entertainment was suggested

Miinukset: "I came four hours before my flight, about 4 a.m.. two and a half was spent sending me back and forth because they couldn't agree on what was an appropriate price to charge me for extra baggage. The girl at the baggage counter called Pegasus and they told her the amount. When I got back to the baggage counter, the man there started checking my bags then the supervisor started yelling at me and him, because of a "miscommunication" between the other girl and Pegasus. I heard the other girl explain, and it was no communication. The supervisor as she called herself was extremely rude and short tempered with EVERYONE. Plus, they wanted to charge me 215 dollars for one extra bag. Really? I finally took a few things out and got away with under 90 dollars from the 20 dollars they were going to charge me before. I would have been happy to book with another airline that would have easily come under that price, and I barely got to my gate on time. I booked with Turkish air prior and it was 200 dollars round trip and I was very happy. My bags and food were free. When I got to Turkey to change flights, we had to get off the plane we were on and get on another, and my flight was over two hours delayed. We had to stay at the gate, and so I couldn't buy food at the airport. I would have gotten to Frankfurt at two so the small breakfast I had would have been ok, and now I had to buy food on the plane because I had planned also to meet a friend for dinner outside of Frankfurt before another flight (actually the entire reason I was flying with Pegasus in the first place) and now I wouldn't make it. Can you imagine spending all that money plus a hotel and the entire reason you went is just gone and you have to deal with all of this? So I go to buy food on the plane and I'm told my credit card doesn't work. The funny thing is, previously I checked my bags with the same credit card, and afterwards I rented a car and hotel with the same card. I knew my credit card worked. I made her try it again and nothing. So I just had to live on the small amount of yogurt I had had that morning. There was no apologies or anything for everything we went through except when my credit card wouldn't work the flight attendant gave me some coffee for free. I'm not a complainer and actually travel quite a bit (I've been traveling for 3.5 months straight all over europe and the middle east). This has been the only negative experience I've had. I truly believe that Pegasus does not care about keeping customers. I really feel like I've been treated like dirt, and that I was tricked into booking with them. I've always booked with Kayak and will continue to, but I would reconsider working with Pegasus if I were you. The other discounters like Ryanair are just fine. But this experience made me extremely angry and I will never book with Pegasus again."
