Liked: Video entertainment options were generally good (sufficient choice of good, recent films). Could Have Been Better: 1. Both the SFO-Frankfurt and Frankfurt-Milan flights were significantly delayed. 2. Dinner was ok, although included no choice other than pasta (no meat). Quality of breakfast seemed very below average (just an unpalatable, bread-heavy vegetarian sandwich that many passengers seemed to discard after only a bite or two) 3. Crew performed their duties perfunctorily, but seemed a little stiff/impersonal. 4. Space between seat and seatback of the passenger in front a bit cramped.
The flight was half an hour late, which is the new normal in Europe. Friendly crew.
The seats were slightly banged up. Legroom was a bit tight. No food or drinks served No entertainment whatsoever.
The flight from Houston to Frankfurt was atrocious. Our seats were in Coach; these rows provided no leg room, and if you needed to exit your row, you had to ask the passenger in front of you to straighten their seat, so you had a bit more room to go to the restroom. For our return flight, we decided to upgrade our seats. Lufthansa refused to give us credit for the seats we had already selected and paid for when we initially booked our flight ($60) and charged us $125 each to sit on a row with more leg room. In addition, we missed our Lufthansa connecting flight in Frankfurt because the flight from Houston left late. We walked the Frankfurt airport for hours, looking for someone to assist us. Terrible experience! Needless to say, we will never fly Lufthansa again.
My bag was delayed as of now by one day, maybe more. Besides, the flight was delayed by one and a half hours.
Psychotic boarding personnel shouting at customers to board faster even though they were not to blame for the delays. Everyone with a phone already knew the flight would be delayed but personnel and displays kept insisting everything was on time till we were almost past departure time. This industry needs a massive attitude change.
The crew was very nice, 👍 We had it one food option.
Mobility service needs to be better managed.
One flight attendant was amazing, 1st class although she wasn't even in business class. Somehow felt others were tired or mind somewhere else, so not really good service. Choice of food was basic, but good choice of drinks. Plane was comfortable and I think pilot was a woman, which is a nice change. Excellent that there are dividers in the middle seat in business class. Corona restriction rules, like mask wearing rules is extremely wise. Other airlines removed it, but I like better your choice better. Feels safer.

Crowd of people, huge lines, all disorganized. Horrible experience and I almost missed my flight because of this mess."

Miinukset: "Having to change my seat to accommodate a rude belligerent passenger, who had taken my seat, refused to move until spoken to by steward. She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"

Plussat: "Of the multiple international airlines I recently flew with, I would have to say KLM was by far the best. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

Miinukset: "I have a dairy allergy but had no option to prepurchase a dairy free meal. It made for a very unenjoyable flight as I couldn't eat anything they had. Tuntui kuin lentokenttävirkailijat olisi olleet TET-harjoittelussa. Ongelma ei tietty ole Finnairin henkilökunnassa vaan Münchenin kentän virkailijoissa. Oli kuin kaikki olisivat ensimmäistä päivää töissä. Todella heikkoa toimintaa.
Check in Pariisissa oli vanhanaikasta. Jos on matkatavara menossa rumaan, tai haluaa boardingpassi paperiversiona joutuu odottamaan että check in avautuu.
Kone lähti myöhässä ja henkilökunnalla turha puheripuli kovaäänisiin
Finnair siirsi lentomme vuorokaudella eteenpäin. Ilmoitus tuli tuntia ennen koneen lähtöä kun oli jo toimitettu matkalaukut koneeseen ja tultu turvatarkastuksesta läpi ja odoteltiin koneeseen nousua lähtöportilla. Käsittämätöntä, tieto ylibuukkauksesta oli varmasti tiedossa paljon aikaisemmin. Kari ja Marja Alatyppö
Palvelu oli erinomaista, kone oli siisti ja aikataulut pitivät hyvin. Ihan pieni suma syntyi koneeseen noustessa kun eri boarding-ryhmät sumppuuntuivat putkeen. Pieni tauko boarding-ryhmien välissä olisi tehnyt siirtymästä vielä asteen sujuvamman.
Finnairilla hyvä henkilökunta, kaikki sujui tosi hienosti lennolla.
lentoemännät hoiti tehtävänsä hyvin. Koneen ilmastoinnissa oli vikaa, tuli vilu.
Lento aivan täynnä ja bourdauksessa ei mitään järjestystä. Tuntuu siltä, että Finnair sijoittaa pariskunnat erilleen ilman erillistä maksettua paikkavalintaa.
Lento 3h myöhässä. Informaation kulku hidasta ja sekavaa.
Lähtöselvityksessä oli vain yksi henkilö, mikä ei vastannut lainkaan tarvetta, koska hän oli ERITTÄIN HIDAS - ja hieman tyly (?). Passeja hän pyöritteli todella kauan ja tavasi hitaasti kirjain kirjaimelta nimemme niistä ja vertaili kuvia meihin. Tuntui todella oudolta. Lisäksi tarranauhat taisivat loppua kesken ja hän joutui hakemaan niitä muualta. Meillä (kolmen hlön perhe) oli ainoastaan yksi laukku menossa ruumaan, mutta virkailija yllätti meidät vaatimalla myös käsimatkatavaramme ruumaan, koska tilaa olisi kuulemma liian vähän. Luonnollisesti olimme pakanneet kaiken säännösten mukaan ja tässä hässäkässä ruumaan joutui myös elektroniikka, jotka olimme jättäneet käsimatkatavaroihin. Virkailija ei huomannut kysyä asiasta, emmekä me kiireessä muistaneet sitä. Lisäksi jouduin todella vaatimalla vaatimaan, että sain yhden laukun käsimatkatavaroihin, koska sairastan diabetesta ja astmaa ja olin pakannut matkalla mahdollisesti tarvitsemani lääkkeet ko. laukkuun. Ehdin jo hieman hätääntyä asiasta, kunnes virkailija "armollisesti" tuli sen verran vastaan, että antoi minun valita yhden kolmesta laukustamme matkustamoon. Ymmärrän tilantarpeen, mutta olisi ollut todella järkevää kertoa jonossa odottaville etukäteen, että tällaista vaaditaan, jotta muutenkin todella tiukalla ollut ollut aika ei olisi kulunut turhaan säätämiseen turhautuneitten jonottajien odottaessa selän takana. Asian olisi mielestäni voinut myös hoitaa hieman kohteliaammin. Lisäksi huomasin koneessa, että hyvin harvan kohdalla oli vaadittu jättämään matkustamoon tarkoitettuja laukkuja ruumaan - ainakin lähes kaikilla oli yksi laukku/hlö mukana. Hämmentävää. Yllättävää kyllä kone pääsi kuitenkin lähtemään matkustajien puolesta ajallaan, vaikka jonottavat pitivät sitä mahdottomana. Lento sujui muuten hyvin, paitsi jalkatilat olivat todella surkeat verrattuna menomatkamme koneeseen.
Kone oli kolme tuntia myöhässä.... Meitä pompoteltiin portilta toiselle. Ilmastointi oli olematon.
Finnair on lentoyhtiönä nykyään aivan perseestä! Siirtävät esim lentoja 2 päivällä eteenpäin eivätkä kerro matkustajille edes syytä! Laitoin kyselyä asiakaspalveluun jo maaliskuussa 2022 ja lentomme oli 27.5 ja en ole vieläkään saanut vastausta miksi lentoa siirrettiin.
Lento myöhässä 9h ja lähtö seuraavan vuorokauden puolella. Ei mitään tietoa finnairilta kuinka toimitaan, miten yöpyminen hoidetaan, mitä korvataan jne. Surkea suoritus.
Asiakkaita suositellaan menemään kentälle hyvissä,ajoin, mutta finskin lähtöselvitys ja bag drop portit avautuvat, aina, liian myöhään. (munchen)
Tämä nykyajan "turvatarkastusteatteri" on aivan absurdia matkustajien kiusaamista. EI voi mitenkään olla perusteltua että joutuu jonottamaan yli 2 tuntia sitä että käsimatkatavarat tutkitaan. Matkustajista 99.99999% on rehellisiä asiallisia ihmisiä eikä heidän kiusaamisensa moisella teatterilla edistä mitenkään lentoturvallisuutta. Parannusehdotus turvallisuuspäällikölle potkut tehtäviensä hoidon täydellisestä epäonnistumisesta. Esim lennollani 2 oli vain läpivalaisulaitetta käytössä ja jonossa tuhansia ihmisiä. Ilman lennon myöhästymistä olisimme missanneet lentomme tämän pelleilyn johdosta! Kyllä moiset tarkastukset pitää pystyä järjestämään siten ettei matkustajan tarvitse seisoskella jonossa tuntikausia. ( tämä jonottaminen tarkoittaa myös sitä ettei kukaan voinut käyttää kentän palveluita, eli myös heidän business kärsii tästä typeryydestä)
Lento oli tunnin myöhässä.
Koneen kapteeni ei kertonut mitään muuta lennosta kuin lähtiessä lennon kesto. Olisin halunnut tietoa esim lentoreitistä.
Lento oli lähes 3 tuntia myöhässä emmekä saaneet mitään tietoa mistään. Emme saaneet myöskään vouchereita.
Finnair arpoi edellisenä iltana check-in:ssä mieheni riville 29 ja minut riville 16 eikä näitä voinut muuttaa. Finnair rahastaa kaikesta, vaikka ei tietääkseni ole ’halpalentoyhtiö’. Mustikkamehumukillinen on ainut, mikä kuuluu hintaan. Menolennolla KLM tarjosi suolaisen ja makean välipalan kaikkine juomineen (kahvi, mehu, virvoitusjuoma, olut, viini). Kännykän voi ladata. For free.
Matkatavaratietomme puuttuivat järjestelmästä. Turhaa vaivaa moisesta asiasta. Valitin suoraan Finnairille.
Järjestelyt toimi oikein hyvin matkakumppanin boarding pass dokumentti katosi turvatarkastuksen jälkeen puhelimesta jokin spammi yritti latautua , mutta passilla koneeseen 😊 Kone ilmeisesti hiukan kovassa käytössä, istuin muhkurainen. Henkilökunta oikein palvelualtista ja ammattitaitoista ☺

Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli hyvää, mutta pienille reittilennoille Suomen sisällä olisi mukavaa saada pikku suolaista.

Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!
Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!
Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.
Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.
Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.

Jokin ongelma saapuessa jolloin bussikuljetus ja kävely toisesta päästä kenttää… kangasmaski käskettiin vaihtaa kesken lennon vaikka osa oli ilman saapuessakin koneeseen Lentolippujen kaivaminen oli haastavaa,sitten keksin liittää finskin appiin
Minulla oli aivan kova nälkä ja halusin ostaa lentokoneessa leivän mutta valitettavasti minä olen nuori enkä omista luottokorttia ja en saanut koneesta mitään koska normaali electron maksu kortti ei kelvannut eikä käteinen kelvannut..

The plane was filthy again
Horrible flight. Scanned boarding passes to have us line up an hour super crowded with no messages. Then we sat on the aircraft for 1.5 hours without leaving. This was a flight scheduled to arrive at midnight, so the delays really hurt. Then when we landed, we sat in Manchester airport runway in our seats on the plane for another hour. 3 hours late. Arrived at 3am! Horrendous terrible experience even for Ryanair.
I had to pay 71 euros for my hand luggage. When booking the flight, I could only choose checked baggage. Very annoying!
They considered my small backpack as a second piece of luggage and made me pay 45 euros as an extra charge. I had a small bag (40x25x20) and this small backpack, which was like a handbag. In the first flight they accepted this without any extra charge. On this flight they did not. I had to pay and now they should send me an invoice by mail. Please can you look after this? I need the invoice, for my re-imbursement. This policy by RyanAir is unfair. They say one price, but then it is another, and much higher!
Fast, good loads in and out, totally worth of price.

Plussat: "Cabin crew very good, lovely flights out and back but food sparse. Lots in the in flight magazine but seemingly little on board. I was v hungry!! Mr O'Leary, love the cheap flights and booking system fine but you could make more money from better food options. Pity."

Plussat: "On time departure and arrival, crew excellent. Did not try food and there is no entertainment so three stars for what I saw."
Miinukset: "Uncomfortable seats and not enough room to even pick up a bottle of water dropped on the floor. Cattle get more room on lorries. Aircraft was very hot on boarding and the arrival bus did not have any airconditioning and was also very hot."
Plussat: "Just a pleasant flight with pleasant crew. Couldn't ask for more!!"
Plussat: "I couldn’t confirm my flight because I never received an appropriate code to verify my trip. The codes I entered were ineffective. I read I could confirm it upon arrival and after bringing my receipt to the customer service desk, they claimed my flight was not confirmed and I need to pay $40 in Euros. I feel deceived and lied to."
Miinukset: "I didn’t like concern for customer care and placing blame on travel agency instead of taking responsibility. I had a receipt and someone accepted my money. My contract for a flight was made the moment my money was received!"
Miinukset: "They charged €55 for checking in at the airport, and wasted even more time schlepping between different counters with handwritten paper slips. it would be cheaper and more efficient to just have a mechanised checkin process. It's not clear who benefits from this expensive and annoying rigamarole."

Plussat: "Fly was moved from 18.00 to 22.00 After that 30 minutes delay. They tooks my 2 bags because of leak of space Inside a plane. So I spent anothet 30 minutes with my 2 kids awaiting for collection of my lagguge after arriving. Horrible experience!"

Miinukset: "In Malta airport they only had use of ONE wheelchair/passenger lift vehicle for all flights and we almost missed our flight because the airport team couldn't locate the lift vehicle (PRM). In Edinburgh airport, the lift vehicle got us off the plane ok but didn't have enough wheelchairs or assistants for all those who booked. In the end we were just dumped off by the luggage caramel and had to have the slightly better disabled push the severely disabled out whilst I pushed the luggages. The holiday was fine but the traveling was just terrible due to clear lack of resources and capacity of airport teams"

Miinukset: "There's not a lot of space for your legs but that's an airplane problem and not really ryanair only. They took off the little basket space from the seat in front of you so you have nowhere to put away your stuff which is very annoying. You have ton pay for everything on board, absolutely nothing is free and it's ridiculously expensive."
Plussat: "The price of this flight was great and was on time. Could not have asked for a better value for my money. Also the Check in online and having e-tickets makes the whole process much faster."

Miinukset: "The flight did not fly out of the airport I selected thru kayak. I missed my flight because I was unable to make it to the correct airport in time. I will NEVER use Kayak again."
Plussat: "Seating was not bad. However it seems they made no effort to seat couples together."
Miinukset: "My flight over doubled its cost when I got to the airport because I was not able to check in or print a boarding pass beforehand and had not prepaid for luggage. Not sure how that adds up to 208 extra euros when my flight cost 160 euros. I do not have an international phone plan and was not able to do this on my phone but so far have had no issues with getting a boarding pass and luggage completed at the airport. And the service there was terrible. There was no order to the line, people kept pushing in and they would just take them ahead. Also the manner of which they dealt with customers was very rushed, rude, and impatient. This is the second review I have written in my life because I don't feel the need to usually, but I wish I knew this beforehand and wanted to share."
Plussat: "Chose Priority Boarding. It was easy getting on and off. I was a little worried about my over rstuffed carryons but wasn't hassled. Just had to rearrange some stuff to fit in overhead."

Miinukset: "i went to airport and astonished that they sent me an email ( during my vacation ) saying that I must check in online ( I didn't took my vacation to read emails especially when the email is sent the same day i will travel ) , i went to pay the check in fees ( which are very high ) , the system refused the master card , Visa card and the employee refused the 500 euro bill , i was compulsory to draw cash from ATM machine , when I came back to counter the employees refused to check me in saying ( you are late now !!!!!!!!!!!) , i was late because of your way of working and misleading customers. as a result i lost more than 1500 euro to get new tickets from Thessaloniki-Athens then Amman and getting a hotel for additional night and taxis ...etc . what made me laugh is that my refund was refused by Ryanair . this is a joke company and I'm thinking in suing them ."
Miinukset: "They charge for everything (including seat assignments, checking in at the airport). They couldn't accept U.S. credit cards on the flight, so food and drink purchases had to be in cash. They even charge for water."
Miinukset: "The air conditioning was very high and I think that most passengers feel very cold during the flight."
Plussat: "Efficient takeoff procedure and left and arrived right on time"
Miinukset: "Ryanair requires printed boarding pass. Given that the free online check in is available just a day before departure, getting boarding pass became a headache. Half day of my holiday was spent for looking for the printing Center and staying in the line. Not surprisingly many people were also in line for printing of boarding passes. At first the price seems cheap but when you add up all extras charged the ticket is no longer attractive. Probably I will not fly with them again."

Plussat: "I cancelled it because you changed the time. I hope it was refunded."
Plussat: "The morning flight was over an hour late with considerable time spent on the apron - the evening flight was equally late - I don't have a problem with planes being late - it happens due to weather etc. BUT. only if I am told what is happening, no information was provided whatsoever, this is not helpful...."
Plussat: "Delayed boarding. Plane out on Tarmac so one shuttle bus back and forth. Engine trouble. Little information shared. Sat on plane waiting and waiting. Then told we had to disembark. Shuttled everyone back to terminal. More waiting. Then full boarding process again.... Landed in London MANY hours late. Stanstead immigration control was understaffed so HIGE lines. I left Madrid early in the am and lost my entire day ---didn't get back to London until 5pm!"
Miinukset: "I didn't like anything about it. Spend a bit more and get a real plane and a crew that communicates."
